Kindness is in short supply. Rarely have I been received and served so unfriendly. You really don't feel welcome, you don't need to expect a thank you or even a smile from the two ladies. Food is really good, the rest is an absolute flop.

Small italian restaurant in Frankfurt, meal was delicious and sfaff very friendly.

Poor selection overall. The cheese was not fresh. Fountain drinks were watered down and they had no bottles or cans. Pricey and not worth the quality.

La Famiglia, the name says it all. The three of us on a business trip in Frankfurt. A tip from a receptionist was the origin of our visit here. We were hungry. We then ate and drank excellently and... what else was that?!? "We're here for two nights..." Even before we left La Famiglia we agreed that we wanted to go here again the next day. “Delicious food and feel welcome/wanted” Our request was met with interest and we agreed on a time slot for our meal the next evening. Although there were already many reservations for this day, including larger groups, the dedicated service found an opportunity for us. Delicious food promoted with conviction and served with friendly pride. This is how I would describe the concept that says: "Come eat something delicious with us and we will recommend which side dishes and wine to go with it. The family is there for you and your well-being." Great! Italy in the middle of Frankfurt. Thank you “La Famiglia” We will definitely come back - even without business appointments.

Very tasty food in a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for lunch at work.

The food was very tasty, noodles exactly as they should be. It's a little more expensive, but you get good quality for it. The service was very nice, as was the ambience. Overall, a recommended Italian.

We were there in a small group after a European Championship game. I had a good Italian pizza. Pizza there is recommended.

The service was super nice. Gave us recommendations and let us choose something in peace. When clearing away the starter we asked if the main course could be prepared or if we wanted to wait a bit. Food was great. Already fresh and tasted very good. Come back here 😊

Let's start with the fact that at the entrance I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and seat me at a table. Then after 15 minutes I got the card. I ordered a pizza with raw dough and burnt cheese. The Red Bull I ordered was warm and I received a glass with ice, but when I ordered a Coke, I received a cold Coke but without ice and poured straight into the glass without any bottle. The whole thing took a very long time. I wanted to eat a quick dinner and I spent over an hour here due to the waiter's lack of interest

My companion and I spontaneously decided to have another meal at 9:30 p.m. Despite the fact that the restaurant would close at 10 p.m., they kindly gave us access to the terrace. We were completely impressed by both the service and the quality of the food. We left the restaurant extremely satisfied and plan to go there again the next time we are in Frankfurt.

Food was very tasty. Unfortunately, when asked about a glass of tap water with the wine, they said they weren't allowed to do that because they had water for sale on the menu instead

Very friendly restaurant. The food is good and there is a choice. You have to remember to make a reservation because it is often crowded.

Fantastic "everything pizza" which did have everything on it. The dessert of tiramisu was amazing and homemade too! Lovely service, cannot fault.

delicious Italian food, actually home-cooked and not just warmed up from some convenience food! There aren't that many of them in Frankfurt, we've been enjoying coming here for years! We can't understand the complaining about the cool atmosphere and unfriendly service at all. In any case, the food is great, the service is very friendly.

Ordered via delivery service, price/performance not justified, portions very small. Pizza very small. Food was also very heavy on the stomach.

One of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. In summers they’ve a big open terrace. Great selection of wines and food is fantastic! Take away for pre orders by call.

Service was slow, because there was a 2 ladies, one of them for payment, the other one taking care for all the customers. Also we have waited to give order a long time also for payment. Then we visited near the cashier then we paid as standing there. Any way it was an experience for us.

This place is not an italian restaurant! atmosphere is more like lunchroom and not restaurant. food poorly and small portions, prices to expensive compare to the food. Will not come back here. Better restaurants for italian food in center, Merianplatz

Good food at reasonable prices. The ambience wasn't quite my thing, but that's a matter of taste. Nevertheless, if you like good Italian cuisine, you're in good hands here. Recommended

Thank you for the lovely evening! Atmosphere is made by people, not furniture. The team knows their craft. Even behind the scenes. The kitchen uses the plates as a stage. Great! We will be back.

Not exactly cheap, but good. The food was convincing and the service was super friendly and very accommodating. Personally, I didn't find the atmosphere that comfortable, but that's a matter of taste. All in all, absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately I forgot to take any photos, cos the food is superb n the atmosphere as well, the service is great and I think she is the owner too, will definitely come back. The pastas r the best

Tolles Restaurant mit einer ausgezeichneten Küche, nettem Personal und guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. War schon oft hier essen und kann es nur empfehlen.

Die Speisen haben eine super Qualität, preislich nicht das billigste Lokal. Service gut, was aber definitiv gar nicht geht, sind die Temperaturen im Lokal. Es ist richtig kalt, ohne Jacke lässt es sich nur schwer aushalten. Eine Gemütlichkeit kommt da leider nicht auf. Ebenfalls negativ empfand ich das anbieten von Brot, welches dann später auf der Rechnung stand. Die Getränkepreise sind auch definitiv zu hoch!

Als Gast im Radisson wollte ich zum nächsten Italiener. Gesagt getan. Kurze Zusammenfassung: Das Ambiente war toll, die Pizza okay bis gut, doch der Service eine Katastrophe. Die zuständige alte, grimmige Frau war nicht greifbar und wenn dann sehr unfreundlich. Für einen schönen Abend würde ich nächstes mal woanders hin.

Nach einem Workshop in einem nahen Hotel plagte der Hunger. Da kam uns das La Fmiliglia sehr gelegen da es nicht weit weg war und es gab noch freie Plätze. Ein kleines aber sehr feines Restaurant, überschaubar in der Größe mit freundlichem und sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Ich hatte selbst gemachte Ravioli mit Makkaronicreme und Thymianbutter und frischem Salbei. Seeeehhhhrrrr lecker 🫶🏻😋👍🏻! Auch die Pizzen am Nachbartisch sahen sehr lecker aus. Von mir eine echte Empfehlung! Sollte ich noch einmal in der Nähe sein, komme ich gerne wieder vorbei.

Die beiden Damen sind mitunter das unfreundlichste Duo dass mir in der Gastronomie jemals untergekommen ist. Auf der Habenseite: Das Essen ist ganz gut Auf der Sollseite: Siehe oben, absolut ungeeignet f die Gastro Dauert tw. wirklich lange vom eintreffen bis zur Rechnung (1.5h war der Standard) Sehr selbstbewusste Preisgestaltung Long Story, short - wir kamen 1x im Monat mit einer Gruppe, ca. 10 Personen. Umsatz € 350 bis € 500. Zukünftig halt wo anders!

Ristorante italiano non lontano dal centro di Francoforte. Cibo buono, servizio gentile.

Habe dort mit einem Kumpel gegessen und haben Gutscheine eingelöst vom b-my Heft. Das Essen war durchschnittlich. Aufgrunddessen, dass wir mit dem b-my Heft dort waren, kamen wir uns vor wie Menschen zweiter Klasse, da die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung zu wünschen übrig ließ. Bei anderen Gästen, die ohne Gutschein zu Besuch waren, war sie plötzlich sehr zuvorkommend. Einmal und nie wieder!

Gute italienische Küche zu fairen Preisen in Frankfurt, auch ein Blick auf die Monatskarte lohnt sich, hier ist immer etwas kreatives dabei. Meine Salsiccia Chili Pizza war klasse. Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Nur fand ich es im Restaurant recht kühl, zum einem von den Temperaturen, zum anderen vom Ambiente. Es ist alles sehr schlicht gehalten, mir fehlt etwas die Gemütlichkeit.

Bin zufällig beruflich in der Nähe gewesen und im La Famiglia eingekehrt. Nach einem leckeren Vitello Tonnato mit sehr leckeren Pizzabrötchen gab es die frischen Nudeln aus dem Parmesan mit Trüffeln - einfach phantastisch. Dazu ein wirklich leckerer Roter aus Kalabrien und ebenso aufmerksamer wie freundlicher Service. Sollte ich wieder in der Nähe sein, werde ich hier sehr gern wieder einkehren!

Went her for a business dinner while in Frankfurt. Service was very good especially considering there were almost 20 people in our party. Starters were good with a wide variety of options. Main was very good.

My favorite italian Restaurant. I'm a regular at this Italian gem, and it never disappoints. Whether it's lunch or dinner, their tiramisu, pizzas, and salads are consistently delicious. And the gnocchi is an absolute standout. This place is a go-to for Italian food lovers like me! The staff is attentive and friendly, making every visit a pleasant one.

I always come here for a truffle pasta! It’s really THE BEST IN TOWN! It trust the other dishes are also good but I haven’t tried them. So my review is solely about the truffle pasta!

Echte Empfehlung! Ich weiß nicht wann ich ein Vergleichbar gutes Tomatensugo gegessen habe. Und noch dazu kostet das Essen die Hälfte des „guter Italiener“ Preises. Hammer, selbstverständlich sind auch noch die restlichen Gerichte die ich gegessen habe sehr gut gewesen. Aber der Sugo 1 plus mit Sternchen!!!

Restaurant mit phantastischem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Alle bestellten Gerichte (Gnocchi, Pizzabrötchen, Pizza, Tiramisu) waren außergewöhnlich gut, das Personal schnell und freundlich.

Sowohl das Essen als auch die Bedienung waren erste Klasse. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen und wir werden dieses Restaurant bei unserem nächsten Besuch definitiv erneut besuchen.
