Very pleasant and really great service

Don't order the pizza with arugula, or anything that apparently needs washing. In general, since they changed management, it's really become a place to avoid. Attached is a photo of the sand left on the pizza from washing the arugula. There was some sand on the pizza, too :D

We go to frankfurt for a trade show every year, but really we go so we can come back to the best Italian restaurant we have ever eaten at, food is amazing and service is top tier

We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The fish at lunchtime is highly recommended. All desserts are homemade. The tiramisu melts in the mouth. The staff is friendly and competent. The advice on the dish selection is excellent.

Always a good choice! I'm there regularly for lunch and dinner. The food is always very good, no matter what you order (they also have a reasonably priced lunch menu). The fish soup is my favorite, though; I give it 6 stars! :)

A lovely Italian restaurant with a cosy terrace in Bockenheim/City West. The service is excellent: when we asked for a table outside, despite the full capacity, the staff quickly organised it by moving a table from the dining room. The food was excellent – ​​we tried different salads and veal schnitzel in white wine sauce, everything was delicious. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely amazing experience! I had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant in Frankfurt and it exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a beautiful terrace that’s perfect for relaxing with friends. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling – they really made us feel at home. I ordered an Aperol Spritz (of course!) and it was one of the best I’ve had – perfectly balanced and beautifully served. The drinks menu is creative and affordable, with something for everyone. I also tried a few appetizers, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. It’s the perfect spot for aperitivo, dinner, or just a relaxing evening. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Many tables were free on a Saturday evening. Nice service and served quickly. Overall within an hour from entry to payment. The free starter was very soft white bread with olive oil. The pizza was very tasty, topped with good ingredients and slightly crispy on the edge. The tagliatelle with salmon tasted a bit like it was made with a bag but was delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very quiet and all the employees were friendly and accommodating. Clear recommendation!

The Ristorante Arte is quite inconspicuous. Surrounded by residential units, the Ristorante is located on the ground floor next to other shops. The ristorante is very small with few tables. But with the flair and charm of Italian cuisine. From linguini with truffles (€19.50) to the pizza arte con salsiccia ruccola (€12.00), everything is an experience. I can only recommend that everyone who goes to Frankfurt should plan a visit to Ristorante Arte. Many thanks to the wonderful team at Ristorante Arte. We had a lovely time with you. M. On a Saturday evening with a small company, the restaurant was initially moderately busy. Little by little it filled up and the noise level increased enormously. It was difficult to have a conversation. The service was partly very satisfactory, partly absolutely expandable. There weren't enough menu cards and men were given priority over women when distributing them. The women were also passed over several times when refilling the mineral water, but they were referred to as “Bella”. The starter - tuna carpaccio - came to the table beautifully presented, with freshly ground pepper if you wished. The carpaccio was very cold - as if it had been sliced ​​frozen, which unfortunately did not support the certainly excellent taste, as the cold dominated the mouth. The Insalata Mista was a very large portion, the dressing was sour from the vinegar. The main course was salmon gliatelle. Unfortunately for me personally it was a bit too salty, but in and of itself it was well and solidly made. The rigatoni al forno was lavishly gratinated with cheese, tasted good and solid, but not particularly outstanding in taste. The wines were very good. The restaurant made a tidy impression and was comfortably designed. It was important to ventilate more often over the course of the evening due to the large number of people, but it quickly became cold and it pulled on the legs. There was no pizza on the menu.

Ich kann gar nicht genug Lob für das Ristorante ARTE finden! Ein super leckerer Italiener, der dem Gaumen ein unglaubliches Erlebnis bietet. Es ist beinahe unmöglich, etwas Negatives über diesen Ort zu sagen! Unser Essen war einfach vorzüglich — eine kulinarische Reise, die ich jedem nur empfehlen kann. Es mag zwar keine Pizza auf der Karte geben, aber das ist für mich kein Kritikpunkt. Wer Pizza möchte, sollte schließlich eine Pizzeria besuchen. ARTE steht für hochwertige italienische Küche, und das schmeckt man bei jedem Gericht. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist einfach traumhaft! Eine angenehme, einladende Umgebung, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Bedienung war herausragend — freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst motiviert, was unser Erlebnis nur noch verfeinerte. Wir hatten eine exquisite Auswahl an Speisen: Bruschetta, Vitello Tonnato, Trüffelnudeln, die auf eine wunderbare Weise in Parmesan geschwenkt wurden, Nudeln mit frischen Tomaten und Kräutern sowie Spaghetti Vongole. Die Aromen waren harmonisch und die frischen Zutaten schmeckten absolut fantastisch. Dazu genossen wir einen sehr schönen Weißwein, der perfekt zu unserem Menü passte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls bemerkenswert — für die Qualität, die man erhält, ist es wirklich überlegen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, mit einer größeren Clique zurückzukehren, um noch mehr Köstlichkeiten zu probieren. Macht weiter so, ihr Lieben im ARTE! Before the change of operator, this was our regular restaurant, where we were always happy to eat during our lunch break. Unfortunately there is nothing left of it. The Penne Calabrese are absolutely not recommended and also cost €4 more than before. Charging €11.50 for a small portion of pasta in an aluminum bowl is really audacious. The bread served with it was dry and inedible. My two colleagues' Insalata Mista consisted of simple lettuce without dressing and three tough prawns - that in no way justifies a price of €15. We will have lunch elsewhere in the future.

Im Grunde fehlen einem hier die Worte. In einem Restaurant, in dem Pizza einen Großteil der Karte darstellt, gibt es keine Pizza da der Ofen kaputt ist. Na gut, man kann darüber hinweg sehen. Man kann jedoch nicht darüber hinweg sehen, wenn dann die Lasagne nur lauwarm ist und der Käse darauf einer nicht definierbaren festen Masse entspricht. Geschmack auch gleich null. Ich habe mich nun zum 3. mal dazu überreden lassen, hier zu Essen. Nun steht jedoch fest: NIE WIEDER!!! Optik ist eben nicht alles. Empfehlung gleich null.

These people assumed we reserved 1 hour in advance. We were with a group op 15 people so we reserved a month prior. Our table was given away to another group. They also didn’t have ANY pizza and were very mean to us.

Pizza bread for an overpriced 5 euros!! We ordered from the office. According to the menu, the pizza bread was 3.00 when picked up on site and then 5.00 was charged on the grounds that the prices had been increased. You should have said that on the phone!!! I would never have bought a totally overpriced pizza bread for 5 euros... and completely tasteless. Just tomato sauce, no garlic, a little oregano slapped on top and rosemary as a garnish? Very tasty!!! I know this much better and cheaper from my local Italian restaurant!!!

We were pleasantly surprised. The food was super tasty. Had Vitello Tonnato as a starter and the bread with it was very tasty. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the pizza base was perfect and it was generously topped with fresh ingredients. Had Pizza Arte and Pizza Carpaccio. They tasted so good it was really a treat. The service was good and friendly and the ambience was good too. We recommend.

We were there more often as guests and also often picked up food. I swallowed the fact that there was no lasagne last time. But the unfriendly statement from an employee today was too much of a good thing: We don't do takeaway because the store is full! I've never been told something like that in any restaurant and the Arte restaurant has now taken care of it for us, even though we live right across the street. That was a NO GO!!!

We went to the restaurant around 7pm it was almost full. They gave us a table for two. As i aksed for the menu the chef came by and told us that he was out of pizza and had 2 types of dishes left. We had to leave without being able to order. I don't even know whats happening inside.

We've been there several times now and unfortunately the quality has declined significantly. The friendliness of the service staff often leaves a lot to be desired; they always seem stressed and in a bad mood. The quality of the food varies greatly. It was always better at lunchtime than in the evening. But the last visit in the evening meant that we didn't go there anymore. Unfortunately we decided on pizza. This was, without exaggeration, inedible. The quality was not restaurant worthy and a Ristorante TK Pizza would have been better. Thin soil, very hard and dry, tasteless. One colleague had gnocchi with tomato sauce. The sauce was tasteless, like an unseasoned children's sauce. It's a real shame, the first lunch was pretty good back then. But apparently there are new kitchen staff, otherwise the significant difference in quality can hardly be explained. We were absolutely disappointed.

They really target foreigners and business people to make as much as money as possible. I have been few years ago and the food and service was much better. I had to ask 3 times for the menu, they insisted we ordered the special starters, a rip off at 15 euro per head. Wine overpriced and 7 euro for medium size of water. I won't be back, ciao!

Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes jeudi soir dernier et nous avons mis l'ambiance de feu en chantant sur des musiques italiennes que les patrons ont passé ! Pour le service assez rapide et en cuisine plutôt bien : variétés des plats et goûts mais rien d'extraordinaire ! Le chupito en guise de dessert (comme un tiramisu à boire) est très sucré mais très agréable ! Le seul gros bémol est le prix....l'addition est plus que salée on a payé environ 70€/ personne.....c'est un peu exagéré car nous avons beaucoup mangé mais pas pour autant. Ils ont fait des plats à partager antipasti puis viande et poisson avec accompagnement (légumes) pas de dessert ni café.... et les petits verres de digestif étaient bien dans la note ! Il y avait un apéro et 3 bouteilles de vin.... La soirée était très sympa mais très déçus d'être pris pour des pigeons pour l'addition ! Ce n'est pas parce qu'il s'agit d'un repas de société qu'il faut gonfler les prix ce n'est pas une excuse, vraiment dommage !

Super lecker uns toller Service. Wir hatten Tagliatelle mit Rind und Pizza mit Parmaschinken. Zur Vorspeise Tonnato und Mozarella Salat. Es war außerordentlich lecker und alles ist zu empfehlen!!! Die Kinder waren glücklich und zufrieden mit ihren Spaghetti Bolognese und Spaghetti Carbonara. Zudem hatte mein Mann Geburtstag und bekam noch ein kleines Ständchen und einen Kuchen mit Kerze. Danke für den schönen Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

Super Restaurant - Preise sind echt niedrig, dafür aber top Qualität und vor Allem der Service ist spitze. Haben etwas länger auf unser Essen warten müssen, aber der Kellner war häufig bei uns und hat uns versichert es dauert nicht mehr lange (wir haben uns auch nicht beschwert oder dazu geäußert). Nach dem Essen gab es ein Stück Kuchen aufs Haus. Sehr gerne wieder, Alles super lecker👍

You simply have to experience the friendliness, the atmosphere, the courteous service and the really convincingly fresh and delicious food. One virtually goes into raptures. We could not have experienced the end of this late summer day better. Our service was terrific and such attention one finds now but rarely. I would never have expected it in Frankfurt. Just convince yourselves. Durante il tragitto, ci siamo imbattuti in questo consiglio da insider. Non c'è altro modo per descrivere il Ristorante Arte. Dovete semplicemente provare la cordialità, l'atmosfera, il servizio cortese e il cibo fresco e delizioso davvero convincente. Non si può fare a meno di andare in estasi. Non avremmo potuto vivere meglio la fine di questa giornata di fine estate. La nostra cameriera è stata eccezionale e raramente si trova una tale attenzione. Wir lieben das Arte und gehen hier seit vielen, vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne hin. Ob Pizza, Nudeln oder Fisch, es schmeckt uns jedes Mal wieder vorzüglich. Auch die gemischte Vorspeise ist immer top. Der Service ist herausragend freundlich - wir kennen den Inhaber seit über zwei Jahrzehnten und wir sind immer wieder gerne zu Gast.

Schönes italienisches Restaurant mit gemütlicher Terrasse in Bockenheim/City West. Klasse Service, wir suchten einen Platz im Außenbereich, weil alles besetzt war wurde schnell ein Tisch von innen nach außen verlegt. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten verschiedene Salate und Kalbsschnitzel in Weißwein Sauce. Alles war sehr lecker. Eine klare Empfehlung für uns.

Top Personal! Essen Fantastisch! Wir kommen wieder es war sooooo gut!

Die Bedienung ist nicht motiviert. Als Gast fühlt man sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Die Tische sind schön eingedeckt. Die hier so hoch gelobte Pizza ist meiner Meinung nach nur Mittelklasse. Der Boden zu dick, der Belag jedoch reichlich. Geschmacklich ok aber kein Highlight. Da gibt es besseres in Frankfurt. Die Preise für ein Glas Wein sind leicht überzogen. Wiederholungsgefahr ist nicht unbedingt gegeben. Hunde dürfen hier mit.

Italienische Küche für jeden Geschmack. Von Pizza zu sehr guten Fleisch- und Fischgerichten. Top Tageskarte mit frischen saisonalen Zutaten. Gerne werden auch Extraspeisen zubereitet, falls dieses möglich ist.

In der Vergangenheit waren wir fast jeden Mittag hier. Damals gab es mehr italienisches Ambiente. Man hat sich für uns Zeit genommen. Jetzt ist es laut geworden, das Personal scheint sich nicht unter einander zu verstehen, und das kriegt man als Gast leider mit. Auch die Gerichte schmecken anders: Pasta immer zu voll auf dem Teller, aber geschmacklich schwach. Zurzeit punktet bei uns die Konkurrenz um die Ecke.

royale keuze uit lekker italiaans eten. daarnaast nog goede keus uit dagmenu's. vriendelijke bediening. Wij hebben lekker gelunched in de middag zon.

Mittagstisch ganz ok. Günstig. Der Ärger kam bei der Rechnung. Der Chef ( glaube ich zumindest) hat mich angemacht, weil ich mit Karte zahlen wollte. Der Betrag war klein (12€) und der meinte, wie hast Du kein Geld in der Tasche. Vor meinem Kollegen! Voll peinlich. Schlechter Umgang mit Gästen.

Es hat gedauert und als es kam war der Fisch teilweise kalt... Die Hauptspeise: gemischte Fischplatte (gegrillt) Klang gut...mit Bratkartoffeln und statt Gemüse einem gemischten Salat. Der komplette Fisch war trocken (ein Stück, außen grau!) und schmeckte wie Papier. Die Crevette lag irgendwie schon länger irgendwo...sie hat nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Dazu ein paar völlig angebrannte "Bratkartoffeln" und obwohl ich sie kross bestellt hatte, verstehe ich etwas anderes darunter! Der Salat war frisch und eigentlich das einzige genießbare. Allerdings war vom Dressing nur unten am Boden der Essig zu schmecken. Keinerlei Gewürze am ganzen Essen. Nach der Hälfte konnte ich nicht mehr und habe es zurück gehen lassen und anstatt noch einen Kaffee als kleinen Ausgleich anzubieten, habe ich 20,-€ (inkl. kl. Wasser) für dieses furchtbare Erlebnis bezahlt. Die 2 Herrren in der Bedienung haben lieber die Paare, die zum Teil nach mir kamen zuerst bedient... was soll man dazu sagen? Beim nächsten Mal wieder zu meinem Lieblings Italiener dem "Bella "im Frankfurter Nordend :)

Arte ist unser liebstes Ziel wenn wir einen schönen Tag ausklingen lassen möchten! Authentische Küche, Bedienung und Atmosphäre. Die Pizzen sind super, die Pasta ebenfalls und auch die Fleisch und Fischgerichte sind perfekt. Wir sind besondere Fans von dem Tiramisu hier ;)

Wir waren mit knapp 20 Personen zu Gast. Würden überaus zuvorkommend und gut beraten und bedient. Das Essen war spitzenmässig. Ebenso die Weine und das Dessert. Kein null-acht-fünfzehn-Essen, sondern herausragend gut und frisch. Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Abend. Vielen Dank dafür Giuseppe. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We have had a wonderful evening with great food and service. Definitely worth a visit. We had a little of all for sharing which was great.
