Pizzeria La Stalla Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main

I've never experienced anything like this before: Our group was actually asked not to order pizza (in a pizzeria!) because it supposedly took too long to prepare – even though we had a reservation. When we asked, we weren't even given a rough estimate of how long the wait for a pizza would be at this particular pizzeria. Furthermore, we weren't given a menu, just a few verbal suggestions without any prices. The real surprise came when it came time to pay, as I had absolutely no idea how much the suggested dishes would cost. For me, that's completely unacceptable. I was really looking forward to a pizza and was quite disappointed by the unexpectedly high bill for the alternative dish. Therefore, I cannot recommend this restaurant for larger groups.

The restaurant is pleasant and the pizzas aren't bad, but they're not excellent. The value for money is still good. It's an ideal restaurant for a quiet, stress-free evening.

The food was mediocre, and so were the prices. The worst service I've experienced in years. All the waiters were preoccupied with themselves, not with the customer.

Wow the pizza was so good I put a whole piece of crust in my mouth and it wasn't dry.

This was our second time eating at La Stalla, directly across from the DFB Campus. Both times – sensational in terms of the food, but especially the service. Special thanks again to the "parking service" on the day of the Bruce Springsteen concert. What a blessing it was to have such chaos in traffic that day and your help; otherwise, we would never have met you and definitely missed something. Whether it was salad, pizza, meat dishes, lasagna – or even the espresso. Champions League, to use football jargon for a moment. Thanks! And next time I'll finally take a photo!

We ordered pasta twice for lunch. Unfortunately, the ingredients didn't match the description on the menu. We both had severe stomach aches for the rest of the day. Clearly too expensive for this quality – definitely never again!

The food was excellent. I ordered the chicken fillet with mushroom sauce. In my opinion, it could have been a bit more chicken for a main course.

When my eldest daughter was at the university hospital, I took her out to dinner. We ended up at La Stalla, and I was thrilled. Typical Italian food, excellent service, and you feel at home right away. Since then, I've been there twice more with my daughter, once with my wife, and once with two clients. It was excellent every time. All I can say is thank you and promise: we'll be back, and we'll be happy to.

Top! Truly, by far the best meal I've had in a long time. The pizza was really nice, and my husband's pasta was also amazing! My mom also had pasta, and my best friend and I had tortellini and a pizza. Both were also really nice. The service was great, and everything was always delivered quickly. For starters, I had salmon with avocado and beef carpaccio. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The pizza we ordered was ok, bit too crispy on the edge for my taste. Cant help but thinking the waiter maybe wanted to have a day off instead of being at work. Was not directly rude, more like neutral / bit annoyed.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. A family pizza that was 40x40 and cost €28. After calling back, they gave a rude response and simply hung up during the conversation. Overall, very dissatisfied with everything; we wouldn't order there again!

Great pizzeria. Very delicious pizza and tasty beer (Schofferhofer). Very affordable prices.

First time and never again. Two family pizzas that actually cost €16 (2 x €16) and one pizza with extras that cost €15. So a total of €47, and they still charged €60, and they didn't give you a proper bill. Not recommended!

The pizza there is really, really delicious. The service wasn't unfriendly, but you could tell the difference between people who were dressed a bit more "fancy." The ambiance was also more than adequate.

An extremely friendly “oh lick me *beep*” accompanied by a slamming of the farm gate ended our order of four large pizzas and two salads from La Stalla. Unfortunately, absolutely incompetent people seem to work here. Food is expressly NOT meant here! Pizza & co are impressive. No wonder we tried it. Unfortunately we waited two and a half (!) hours for the above order. When the delivery driver got cheeky at the front door, he was happy to keep his pizza. Service is definitely different! Pizza top - person overwhelmed, cheeky and unfriendly. Please MAKE SURE you survive beforehand, whether you order here or eat there without any problems.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Frankfurt. Super tasty, great service, great employees at absolutely fair prices. The ambience has become even nicer thanks to the renovation a few years ago and the audience and location directly opposite the DFB headquarters leave nothing to be desired. My tip: pizza with triple pepperoni sausage and parmesan. Bon appetit.

The restaurant served as a pleasant agenda item for us during a concert. Everything was ok. Pizza could have stayed in the oven a little longer - but the kitchen and service staff certainly had their hands full due to a Rammstein concert. Nevertheless - food came relatively quickly for the amount - the bill also came quickly for the amount. Toilet urgently needs to be upgraded... Not a standout restaurant - but the prices aren't fair ;)

Was ist mit der Toppizza in Niederrad passiert? 2 Bestellung zur Lieferung rundum die EM. Das Positive: Es wurde beide Male schnell geliefert. Aber beim ersten Mal beim ersten Deutschlandspiel war die Magheritabasis top, aber der Belag wirkte nachträglich draufgelegt und weder gegart noch warm im Gegensatz zur Basispizza. Beim zweiten Mal an einem spielfreien Abend war der Boden weder so dünn noch so kross wie üblich, dafür war die Pizza inklusive Belag heiß. Auch finden wir es Schade, dass irgendwann auf Rindersalami und Truthhahnschinken umgestellt wurde. Wir hoffen, dass es bald wieder die gewohnte Qualität gibt.

What happened to the Toppizza in Niederrad? 2 orders for delivery around the EM. The positive: It was delivered quickly both times. But the first time at the first Germany game, the Magherita base was great, but the topping seemed like it was added later and was neither cooked nor warm in contrast to the basic pizza. The second time, on a non-game evening, the base was neither as thin nor as crispy as usual, but the pizza and toppings were hot. We also think it's a shame that at some point they switched to beef salami and turkey ham. We hope that the usual quality will return soon.

We waited 15 minutes until we could order, the pizzas were burnt and the drinks were warm instead of cold...

Good day, We were your guests on Sunday. It had to be a pizza. The pizza came to the table after 30 minutes and was burnt, but you're not like that and try it anyway. Unfortunately, I haven't been feeling well until today (Monday through Friday). I had diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills. Since it was my only meal of the day, it could only have been that. The waiter was a bit off track, came to the table several times and forgot the order. Almost fell down the stairs more often. The ambience was at least very nice, see picture. Recommendation just have a drink while watching football. LG

Thanks for nothing! Service and friendliness equal nothing. You were once recommended to go, you had 3 free tables for 4 people. Your approach, no there is for 4 people, there were 3 of us, what should we get the place behind the TV in danger of rain while the European Championships are on. Then grin big and say whatever you want. That or none. You simply deserve the rating. Simply treat me better and friendlier!!! Come to your place after Eintracht. Thank you never again.

Super delicious food! The best pizzeria in Niederrad! A real recommendation is the Pizza Bruschetta as a starter (not on the menu 😉). The service is friendly and there is always a new daily menu.

Despite the fact that the restaurant was completely booked (completely reserved because of Eintracht's Bundesliga football games), they made it possible for me to eat something without a reservation. Thank you for your effort and the pizza was great!!!

After we were greeted in a very friendly manner by the serving staff and assigned a table to us, one of the waiters took our order. It is very positive to mention that the waiter took drinks and food for five people without making a note of anything. This doesn't happen often in today's (digital) times. He remembered everything and everything was brought to the table without errors. We didn't have to wait long for drinks and food. We all enjoyed it very much and we will definitely come back.

I can't agree with the positive reviews here. Yesterday I ordered pizza 4 cheese with rocket, the dough wasn't cooked properly, you could hardly taste the four types of cheese and in my opinion rocket on the pizza should look a little fresher and there should be a little more. Never order here again.

Kleines italienisches Restaurant in Niederrat . Personal und Essen waren sehr gut , wobei die Preise sehr moderat waren, dafür das wir hier in einer Großstadt sind.

Leider sehr enttäuschend.. Abzocke Tiramisu kein Mascarpone und Espresso drinne... nur billige Schlagsahne und bisschen Schokolade Soße mit Biskuit, kein Geschmack für 6,50 :/ .. Pizza war okay

Wir waren mittags zu viert dort und hatten das Risotto mit Tintenfisch, Nudeln mit Steinpilzen, Kalbsleber Veneziana und Nudeln mit Rinderfiletstreifen. Alle Gerichte waren super lecker, das Risotto das beste seit langem (der Tintenfisch war perfekt weich). Auch der Service war sehr nett und schnell.

Sehr leckere italienische Küche mit hochengagierten Mitarbeitern. Ich wurde bei all meinen Besuchen stets exzellent bedient und habe immer hervorragend gegessen. Die Gerichte auf der Tageskarte sind grossartig und runden die Karte an italienischer Kochkunst sehr gut ab. Mein Lieblingsitaliener in FFM.
