The best Vietnamese food in Cologne🫶🫶dishes are tasty and they offer big portions . They have great service , I asked for extra ginger in my chicken soup and despite it was not in the original recipe they gave me a big portion of it :) I will be back soon for sure 👍

Das vietnamesische Restaurant Viet Küche in Köln ist immer wieder ein Genuss! Ich habe es schon häufig besucht und bin jedes Mal zufrieden. Die vietnamesische National Speise Pho ist besonders köstlich und authentisch zubereitet. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, was das kulinarische Erlebnis noch angenehmer gestaltet. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Restaurants, die für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Insgesamt kann ich das Viet Küche nur empfehlen! Meine Freunde und ich gehen sehr gerne hier hin!!!

It's great that you can assemble the summer rolls yourself. I once ate 10 of them. The downside: the shop closes early, at 8:30 p.m. What a shame.

We came here simply wanting to enjoy a normal dinner. The pho and something were absolutely delicious, and we were really enjoying the meal. However, a sharp, twisted piece of wire was found in the food. Luckily, we noticed it before swallowing — the thought of what could have happened if we hadn’t is honestly terrifying. What was even more disappointing was the staff’s reaction. Instead of first apologizing, we were told “It’s not a problem, we’ll let the chef know.” When we showed discomfort and decided to leave, the response was a reluctant “Then we won’t charge you for that dish.” It felt like even that obvious decision was made unwillingly. This place serves excellent food, and I would really like to come back. But if I do, I'll have to eat very carefully. Or perhaps it might be safer to look for another restaurant. ⸻ We just wanted to enjoy a normal dinner here. The pho and other items were truly delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. But then we found a sharp, twisted piece of wire in our food. Luckily, we noticed it before swallowing—the thought of what could have happened is frankly terrifying. The food at this restaurant is really good, and I'd actually like to come back. But if I do, I'll have to eat very carefully. Or maybe it's better to find another restaurant.

The food was great, the service was quick and very friendly. In terms of ambience it's ok. Clean but very spartan. The food easily makes up for it.

The restaurant is very close to the Courtyard Hotel and not far from Cologne Train Station, 700 meters and a 10-minute walk. The restaurant is run by Vietnamese, so just order their classic beef noodle soup. The base soup is not salty, but it tastes fresh. It is served steaming hot and makes people very appetizing. The beef is not the traditional thinly sliced, pink and medium-rare kind, but thicker and tender. The price is not expensive and the quantity is large, which is very cost-effective Overall 4.4/5

The food was outstanding! Price performance more than good. The menu is very large, perhaps it could be structured a little better, perhaps offering two fewer dishes. Identify specially authentic dishes. Service was very pleasant. A gentleman who served us was very friendly. The ambience could use a bit of fine-tuning. It's a bit like a student dorm/canteen. But as long as the food is good, this is actually only secondary. Gladly again!

Very nice Vietnamese restaurant, food was fresh and tasty. We had children with us, for example the waitress made sure that the food wasn't too hot or seasoned. A suggestion would be a children's high chair, otherwise everything is great. Nice calm music!

Great food at reasonable prices! We often order from work from Viet Kitchen. The food is very tasty and the portions are quite large. The prices are absolutely justified and quite moderate compared to some other restaurants. The curries in all variations are highly recommended. The summer rolls are awesome! Nice and thick and full of fresh vegetables and the sauce that comes with it is to die for!

Viet cuisine is and remains my favorite among the Asian restaurants in Cologne! Price-performance, taste, quality and hospitality are simply unbeatable. I could write 1000 more words, but you just have to try it for yourself. Order online AND visit this nice restaurant in person as soon as it is allowed to reopen.

Excellent Vietnamese food. The crispy duck was perfect. Egg noodles & duck was massive and well seasoned. Chicken Pho was ok, not as flavorful in broth as I'm used to. Still comforting. Service was great. They seem to take cash only, so bring some.

I tried again today because I was disappointed before. Now for the third and last time. It says VIET KITCHEN outside, but that doesn't mean you're getting Vietnamese food. Apparently you can only order a handful of “specialties”. The other 90% of the menu (including lunch) is an unrecognizable Pan-Asian mixture. For example, in a Vietnamese restaurant I expected that the (national) dish "cold rice noodles with herbs and fish sauce/chilli" would be served in small rolls (wrapped in rice paper and fried). But what I got was: rice noodles that were cooked too long, sticky, which were covered with a Chinese brown sauce (warm!) and wok vegetables, as well as vegetables pickled with curry (!). Then there were small, vegetarian mini spring rolls filled with curry mash, from a pack of 50 - not in rice paper, but in Chinese fried dough (wheat). . Herbs could only be discovered with a magnifying glass and those that were in there were drowned by the Chinese sauce. This was neither Vietnamese, nor Chinese, nor Indian, but simply a loveless dish that didn't follow any rules. It's such a shame that the great Vietnamese cuisine is sold so ignorantly - probably because people think that stupid Westerners won't notice the difference anyway. The service wasn't interested in my criticism and they didn't suggest any solution. Never again.

It tastes really good and you can't beat the price/performance ratio! I ordered a starter and the red curry, and it tasted really good, fresh and a very large portion. It will definitely be my new favorite for Vietnamese cuisine on Lieferando and Co.

Absolutely delicious food! We've just moved to the street and get something here very often. Whether the noodle box or curry with rice, vegetables and tofu, simply good and super cheap. Service is also top.

Meiner Meinung nach eines der besten vietnamesischen Restaurants in Köln. Preislich auch noch günstig und immer trotz der umfangreichen Speisekarte alles super frisch. Das Ambiente ist nicht so umwerfend aber das Essen auf jeden Fall.

Nach über zwei Stunden kam das Essen dann unerwartet doch. Das Essen war leider sehr lecker. Die Kommunikation lässt leider trotzdem zu wünschen übrig. Ursprünglich: 1/5 Haben über Lieferando bestellt. Nach 1,5h angerufen. Aussage des Mitarbeiters am Telefon war, dass die Bestellung nicht übermittelt wurde. Kann das Essen sowie Ambiente nicht bewerten, da wir nichts zu essen gekriegt haben bzw ich nicht Vorort war. Der Service ist auf jeden Fall enttäuschend.

Nous sommes venus à Cologne pour le marché de Noël. Comme nous logions près de ce restaurant, nous y avons passé une courte soirée. Les plats sont très bons. Le service est charmant, mais nous n’étions que deux dans le restaurant un samedi ! Franchement si vous voulez manger un bon vietnamien, allez-y! C’est dans une rue en dehors des grands axes touristiques, mais c’est une chouette découverte.

Nice little restaurant and take away business. They have only very few tables. Their food is great! I loved the traditional rice-paper roles and the pad thai! The portion size is good and pricing is fair. I definitely recommend paying them a visit if you enjoy Thai food.

This restaurant has incredible food and very nice owner and chef! The food is fresh delicious mostly organic and has been one of the highlights of our culinary tour of Europe. Their crispy duck is excellent and their pho is phenomenal. Delicious herbs, spices, generous portions, and reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong.

Das Restaurant bietet traditionelle Vietnamesische und z.T. Thailändische Gerichte an. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Portionen sind ebenfalls ausreichend groß und hier wird man günstig satt bei einer großen Auswahl an Speisen. Wir hatten u.a. Tom Yum bestellt, das leider nicht wie erwartet den typischen Geschmack hatte. Aber ich gehe davon aus dass es die Vietnamesische Version davon war. Hat mit dem frischen Gemüse dennoch gut geschmeckt. Ebenfalls hat uns das traditionelle Sticky Rice Gericht als Nachtisch auf der Karte gefehlt, als Alternative gibt es gebackene Bananen mit Eis. Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, dass ein Gang zu diesem Restaurant aufjedenfall empfohlen werden kann. Es hat einen großen Fokus auf Vietnamesisches Essen und die Gerichte sind sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und der große Pluspunkt ist, dass unser Essen für 4 Personen innerhalb von 10min fertig war.

Große Auswahl, super Preis-Leistung! Essen kam schnell, war super frisch und gute Portionen. Freundliches Personal! Man kann leider nur bar zahlen aber für das Essen gerne!

Affektierte Freundlichkeit Vorweg ich bewerte nicht das Essen. Gegessen habe ich da auch schon mal, es war ganz ok. Aber aufgrund der Besitzerin werde ich da nie wieder essen! Ich war mit meinem Baby im Kinderwagen und meinen 4 jährigen Sohn da, weil mein Sohn mal auf Toilette musste. Scheinbar ein no go für die Besitzerin. Erst sagte sie die Toilette ist zu, obwohl der Laden auf war. Danach wollte sie doch tatsächlich 50 Cent von meinem 4 jährigen Sohn. Es geht mir hier nicht ums Geld, denn ich hätte es ihr als Dank auch freiwillig angeboten. Aber die Art und Weise der Besitzerin finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Ich möchte nicht in einem Restaurant essen, wo Menschlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und/oder soziales Verhalten (vor allem Kindern ggü) den Besitzern fremd ist oder nur zum Vorschein kommen, wenn man was bestellt. Da gebe ich mein Geld lieber woanders aus!

Essen und Portionsgröße: mega. Manchmal warten einzelne Personen sehr lange, die Gruppe ist schon fast fertig, wenn das eigene Essen kommt. Passiert aber nur selten. Das Essen ist wirklich lecker, selten so gut thailändisch gegessen. Leider kann man nicht per Karte zahlen.

Etwas außerhalb des Trubels liegt dieses Lokal. Eine ruhige und Familiere Atmosphäre mit einer sehr guten Küche. Fußläufig ca 15 min. vom Zentrum gelegen. Als Tourist machst du hier nichts verkehrt 🤗 Preis Leistung sehr gut, haben gut und viel gegessen.

Sauber und schnell... Leider ist das Essen eher fade und man muss als Allergiker aufpassen, da landen Garnelen in Gerichten, bei denen sie nicht mit auf der Karte stehen. Hab daher mein Essen zurück gegeben und nicht mal eine Entschuldigung bekommen.
