Don't forget that this is a football restaurant belonging to the SG 1928 Frankfurt football club. The food is always fresh; my favorite is the pizza. Because of youth training sessions, it's busy during the week during the season. It's super pleasant in the evenings, and the terrace overlooking the sports field is fantastic.

Our local club in Gallus, the clubhouse of SG 28 (currently B-League). Landlord Mustafa Colak was also a former groundskeeper. A small but interesting menu with pizza, anchovies, kofte, and a few other dishes. Often served with Ebbelwein (apple wine) from the Nöll winery in Griesheim. 7

Amazing food!! There were 5 of us and we are all extremely satisfied!! Large portion and great quality of food!! The next time we are in Frankfurt for assembly work we will definitely come back! Thank you very much for the delicious evening!!!

I come from Hamburg and stopped in for dinner with my work colleagues at short notice. It was really tasty. The schnitzel with mushroom sauce is highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Höchster Schloßpl. 8A lovely welcome, a great atmosphere, and overall a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The staff was attentive and friendly. The greeting was warm and professional, making the restaurant experience feel positive from the very beginning. Taking our order was quick and easy, and our drinks arrived at the table shortly after. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was seamless, so I hardly had to wait. The food was delicious, with perfectly balanced seasoning. Highly recommended!

Rückertstraße 22I've been to the Wirtshaus im Ostend three times now – twice I had schnitzel, once meatloaf – and everything was absolutely delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended! A little tip: It's a good idea to make a reservation after about 6 pm, as the place is usually very busy.

Michaelstraße 18Typical traditional Apple Wine restaurant since generations. Their 1/2 chicken is delicious, but usually has to be pre-ordered a day or so in advance.
