I ordered the food for delivery. After nothing arrived for 2 hours, the delivery was simply canceled.

I've stood here several times in front of a closed door at times when the store is supposed to be open. Don't be confused by the "I'll be back" sign, waiting here is just wasting your time.

I have ordered several times and the food has always been very tasty and fresh!

The opening times are a dream 🤩. Open until 3am. Which snack bar in Pulheim can claim that? NO ONE!!!! With good reason: after 10 p.m. there are fewer and fewer walk-in customers. And that’s what the competitors here are based on. And now you ask yourself why I'm writing about a dream here during opening hours, right? Well, the stars say it: the owner dreams of these times! Which of course has to be associated with huge sales. However... We were here today (September 5th, 2024 at 9:25 p.m.) and - as other users also wrote - we stood in front of the closed door. Information about the opening times at this? None! There was minimal lighting on and you could see the dull interior, but we couldn't see any employees. It was already closed here this afternoon. So stay away if you order online and pay in advance. It's better to drive a bit and go out to eat in Ehrenfeld. I'm giving this location until the end of the year until the landlord puts up the sign: "BUSINESS PREMISES FOR RENT"

Ordering food online and waiting for over 2 hours was the last time I would order something so bad

The order will arrive after 1:30 hour at the earliest.

During opening hours we stood in front of a locked door. When the employee suddenly showed up, he had absolutely no desire to sell anything. He doesn't have time and we should hurry up (even though the shop should be open normally). It probably happens often that the shop opens at will. He didn't even have time to cut a tomato or take the fresh lettuce from the fridge. I would like to give it -10 stars. What happened yesterday was absolutely disgusting. First and last time at Veganland Pulheim. Thanks for nothing.

Already reported to Lieferando! Our paid order was reported as canceled by Lieferando! They will take the necessary steps! Food ordered for a few hours extra for 6:30 p.m. Food arrives at 6 p.m. We are not in the house, food is inedible! Despite a phone call with the “boss” they say they write a bad review on Lieferando and then cancel the order straight away so that I can’t rate it! But that's a good thing! A large selection of different dishes and sauces, all vegan. Was very happy with the food and the service. I will come again. Recommendation is given!

The food was tasty, but you are deceived because the food is absolutely nothing like the pictures. For example, with the schnitzel with fries, vegetables can be seen in the pictures, but not when served. The atmosphere is disgusting, the table wasn't wiped down and there were stickies on it, the employee was picking the salad in the eating room with his hands, had headphones in his ear and was talking on the phone at the same time. I thought it was really bad, even if the food tasted good

I once tried the currywurst with fries, that was a mistake, fries were put in a bowl, 1 sausage was spread on it and given to me. When I then said it wasn't a currywurst with fries, as shown in yours, he put tomato ketchup from the tube on it for me I ordered the mayo separately and paid for it, it wasn't included and gave it back to me. That doesn't work at all. I will never order it again

Ordered via Lieferando (€30) an hour before closing time and waited until 4:30 for an order that never came! No one available by phone

The food is good. Unfortunately, we have often found ourselves standing in front of the closed door during opening hours (with no notice on the door).

The vegan wrap with hot sauce and Doritos really tasted great.

Ordered here for the first time today and the Cigköfte was very tasty 👏. Unfortunately, the types of baklava I ordered weren't 100% what I ordered, so 1 star less, otherwise good.

Sehr, sehr lecker und frisch....egal, ob man vor Ort isst oder das Essen mit nach Hause nimmt, es ist einfach nur TOP! Wir können das VeganLand nur weiterempfehlen.
