The food is almost 5 stars, but you can clearly taste the canned mushrooms. If they used fresh mushrooms, it would be 5 stars. Service was attentive and friendly. The ambiance was well-kept and tidy, and very modern.

We come for breakfast almost every Saturday. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful and affordable.

The staff is still very friendly, which always makes you happy. However, our friends and we don't go there as often as we did back when they still served that delicious paprika sauce with the schnitzel. Mushrooms or cranberries aren't to everyone's taste.

The chicken breast salad was fresh and delicious. It's a shame that the fries I ordered with it were served a few minutes early. The friendly staff member noticed this, too.

We like coming during off-peak hours; the service is super friendly, the breakfast and salads are highly recommended, and the monthly specials are always interesting. You may have to wait a bit longer for some dishes. It's best to ask for a waiter if you're really hungry. Most dishes are served quickly.

The sausage was cold, the potato salad and the potatoes were almost raw. The waitress at the grill turned the sausage with her fingers without gloves.

A beautiful, clean restaurant in a large furniture store. Friendly waitresses, dressed in Oktoberfest attire year-round, serve up a cheerful atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Children will find great play opportunities in the adjacent childcare center.

You won't find anything more beautiful, delicious, or affordable around Pulheim. The service is excellent. The white wine on offer is outstanding!

It is outrageous to only offer poultry sausage for breakfast. The grapes were rotten. The picture of the breakfast did not correspond to reality. We were told the food was mainly for our immigrants. Since I can't get a German breakfast, we will no longer visit this store. We really enjoyed being your customer, but as a German I don't feel welcome. I have left quite a lot of money with you.

The prices listed here are old. The bowl advertised here for €6.90 now costs €9.90. Since I've been there once, I ordered it anyway. It was delicious, but a bit pricey. This is incomprehensible and annoying, especially given the current VAT reduction.

We only went there for ice cream. A small cup now costs €4.20. The ice cream is good, but the value for money is no longer there. We won't be going there again.

The fact that you can eat such delicious food at a reasonable price in a furniture store, and with service to boot... We were speechless. Even though it took a bit of time in our case. But this experience made the time in a furniture store fly by for the first time. It doesn't always have to be Swedish 😉

We went to Segmüller in Pulheim today after buying furniture. The atmosphere was great, and the service was very friendly and dressed in dirndls. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had a Wiener Schnitzel with fries and a dish of asparagus with hollandaise sauce and parsley potatoes! It was truly delicious, which isn't exactly what you'd expect from a furniture store! We'll definitely be back next time we're shopping for furniture!

The food comes quickly, almost too quickly. But it's tasty and there's a good selection. During off-peak times, some of the sauces and soups are a bit thick.

Unfortunately this time it was underground. We sat at the table for 15 minutes without anyone from the staff noticing us. Many people walked past, including the waiter in charge, but they didn't serve us. Not even a “wait a minute” or “I’ll be right there”. Basically looking in a different direction.

Unfortunately, prices have risen sharply in the last year. The delicious burger was even completely removed after it had initially suffered a significant loss of quality.

Very good food and nice service. Subsidized prices, you can order at the table, preparation is very quick. The restaurant is on the third floor, but there are wide elevators. Free parking space in front of the furniture store. Card payment is possible. The restaurant can get full quickly despite its large space. Certain places are reserved for families with children. First of all, praise to the pastry shop. The best cake around. Huge pieces, super fresh at absolutely fair prices. We actually tried everything the menu had to offer. Breakfast and lunch. Perfect and also at fair prices. The conditions are a dream. Totally friendly and super fast. The fast food chain McDonald's can learn a lot from this. WE WILL BE BACK!!

The fitness salad was mega, great value for money and super tasty.

We were at the Segmüller in Pulheim on Rose Monday to avoid the chaos in Cologne. The restaurant was busy and it was a bit noisy, but that was due to the number of people. We had the currywurst on offer as well as the baked avocado, both were very tasty and the portion was sufficient. Also a compliment to the team, who were polite and seemed in a good mood despite the hard work.

Good food that corresponds to a furniture store restaurant. The division of service takes some getting used to. The order is taken by someone other than the person who then serves the food. This sometimes leads to delays and the food ordered doesn't arrive at the same time and one is ready before the other.

There is still room for improvement when it comes to service. We had to wait some time before we could even place an order. Side salad came minutes after the main course. The taste of the food was okay.

Segmüller really offers good food for the price. My cake was extremely dry, as if it had been on display for 3 days, the schnitzel was not cooked through, so I got a new one. However, the gentleman who served us was very unfriendly. The last time we ate there everything was fine. Maybe we had a bad day, but for the unfriendliness we only get 3 stars.

Jesus, what can you say here... It's a canteen in a furniture store! Neither more nor less. If you're here to buy furniture and other things, you can also have a quick meal here. The prices are ok, as is the service. However, it is very loud, there are usually children running around you and at lunchtime you sometimes have to wait a while until one of the hundreds of tables becomes free...

We've been there several times and the best thing about the restaurant is the ambience. It is beautifully designed and there are plenty of seating options. There is also a nice corner for children. Unfortunately, the food is hardly seasoned/salted and doesn't taste like much. The ice cream sundaes are very tasty. Unfortunately there is only a very small selection of vegetarian options.

I really like eating a breaded veal schnitzel with salad or potato salad here. It always tastes very good. If there is a lot of activity on the weekend, it may take a little longer for a waitress to come and take the order. The drinks and food ordered are usually served very quickly. Due to the size of the restaurant area you can always find a seat. You should be prepared for the noise level to always be a bit loud.

We go to Segmüller quite often, but when there are 4 of us. And we order 4 different dishes. And these 4 dishes come separately, from each other. We don't need to eat together. The same applies to drinks and cakes. Everything is great but the matter urgently needs to be worked on.

A great place to go out to eat with the kids, but I find it disappointing that you can't pay with a credit card there. In this day and age, when card payments are accepted almost everywhere, this seems a bit backwards. It would be really nice if there was also the option to pay conveniently with a credit card. That would make the visit even more pleasant and the service more contemporary.
