Vatis Dorfbruck ist ein sehr schönes Militärisches Restaurant. Das essen kann man die Karte raufen runter bestellen, es schmeckt alles super. Die Mitarbeiter sind Superfreundlich, und tun alles, dass es ein gut geht. Danke dafür.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Hatten das Essen für eine Feier nach Hause bestellt. Waren etwas zu früh da aber das Essen war bis wir angefangen haben super warm und auch darüber hinaus. Alle Gäste waren sehr zufrieden. Es hat jedem geschmeckt und für jeden war auch etwas dabei. Die Portionen wären groß und bieten auch noch etwas für den nächsten Tag. Sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Waren jetzt letztens auch noch mal dort essen. Der Service war super nett das Essen war ebenfalls wieder groß und die Preise super! Eine absolute Empfehlung!!!

Auf diesem Wege möchte ich mich sehr herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken die wir hier erfahren durften. Wir hatten eine Autopanne und durften im Restaurant auf den ADAC warten. Wir bestellten etwas zu trinken und sind sehr freundlich bedient worden. Als wir das Restaurant dann nach langem Warten verlassen haben durften wir nicht bezahlen. 😲 Wir waren sehr überrascht und haben uns natürlich bedankt. Ich frage mich nur, wo wir diese Gastfreundschaft wohl noch erfahren würden.

Haben uns hier mit Freunden getroffen..leckeres Essen..leckere Hauseigene Sauce... Salat von der reichhaltigen und gut bestückten Salatbar ...vor dem Eingang sind Stufen... Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend... jederzeit wieder...

Wir waren Heiligabend dort zum Essen Bei der Reservierung hat man uns leider nicht mitgeteilt das es Buffet gibt Für 40€ p.P ohne Getränke. Waren leider nicht zufrieden.

Ich bin begeistert ❤️Wir waren zu viert da und wurden von einem Service in Empfang genommen...der seines gleichen sucht. Vorzüglich in Verhaltensweise so wie Kommunikation! Meiner Meinung nach ist dies nur nach jahrelanger Praxis am Kunden möglich. Wünsche würden uns von den Lippen abgelesen. Wir waren die 2 Hauptadministratoren von Wir sind Recklinghausen 14 .136 Mitglieder so wie Sponsoren. Ich werde bei jeder Gelegenheit dieses tolle Restaurant ansteuern und weiter empfehlen. Man findet uns übrigens auch im Internet. Vatis Dorfkrug ihr habt abgeliefert 👍⭐🫵

Wir waren nun das 3.mal infolge bei euch und was soll ich sagen? Einfach Spitzenklasse. Vom Essen bis hin zum Ambiente einfach rundum Klasse. Man wird wahrgenommen... und dementsprechend wie man es auch von einem souveränen Restaurant erwartet behandelt. Einfach toll... Preisleistung ist Super, das Essen frisch, lecker und vorallem innerhalb Minuten nach Bestellung am Tisch. Kleine Späße tätigt das außerordentlich freundliche Personal. Kurz gesagt: wir fühlen und bei euch Pudelwohl und kommen sicherlich ganz ganz oft wieder.

Wir sind regelmäßig zu Gast in Vatis Dorfkrug und waren immer zufrieden. Für Fleischliebhaber ein total empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Gutes Essen zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Top-Bedienung! Schnell, freundlich, kompetent. Wir werden auch weiterhin dort einkehren, denn es ist heutzutage nicht üblich mit Handschlag begrüßt und verabschiedet zu werden. Da fühlt man sich willkommen!

Super leckeres Weihnachtsbuffet, super Service, wie immer ein gelungener Abend

Wir waren am ersten Weihnachtstag hier zum Essen in Buffet-Form. Kosten pro Person lagen bei 40€ zuzüglich Getränke. Dieses haben wir als reine Abzocke empfunden!!! Fleisch zäh. Fisch kalt. Röstis latschig. TK Ware. Kaisergemüse TK Ware. ..... Dessert lieblos angerichtet und auch Anrührware. Da wollte jemand zu Weihnachten mal schnelles Geld verdienen. Sehr schade

Waren heute am 1 Weihnachtstag essen. Essen war Okay,aber 40 Euro pro Person war schon viel was da einen geboten wurde.

Sehr große, schmackhafte Portionen, von denen man satt wird. Leider wird das Gemüse von der Sauce Hollandaise ertränkt. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Im großen Raum stehen sehr viele Tische, die nicht voneinander durch eine Art Sichtschutz getrennt sind. Es ist sehr laut und dadurch eher ungemütlich.

Der Service ist super und schnell und genau das ist das Problem: ich möchte beim Mittagstisch nicht innerhalb von 20 Minuten Suppe, Hauptgericht und Dessert serviert bekommen. Abends ist es uns auch schon passiert, wir hatten kaum bestellt, da war das Essen schon da. Man möchte gemütlich zusammensitzen und genießen, wenn das Essen ruckzuck kommt ist es sicherlich nett gemeint aber es zerstört die ganze Atmosphäre. Wenn ich keine Zeit zum Essen gehen habe gehe ich in eine Pommesbude. Ich finde etwas Warten gehört in einem Restaurant dazu. Obwohl Ambiente, Essen und Sauberkeit top sind gibt es deshalb von mir nur 3 Sterne.

We ate there for our 43rd wedding anniversary and were thrilled by the courtesy and the excellent food. We were very satisfied. We also liked the ambiance outside; it was very pleasant and cozy. It wasn't the last time we were there; we'll be back soon. Thank you again for the excellent service.

The food there is excellent - everything. Ok, I haven't eaten everything myself, but we've been there so often with friends and family that we've tried almost everything. Everything can be recommended. The boss and the employees are simply great. Always attentive and ready to joke. Always friendly. We like to go to Dad's 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 A lunch buffet is now also offered, but we only ever make it there for dinner. But still always happy.

Fish fillet served without sauce, with lots of bones, the soup had already been served with the salad. The dirty tablecloths are simply turned over. (in front of the guests) 83db volume in the hall. Steak tasted sour and the fried potatoes like they came from a bag... 1. and The good reviews last time are a mystery to me.

We ate there on Boxing Day and had already thought about what we wanted to eat in advance. When we were there we got a shock, there was only a buffet, when we ordered a table for 6 people by phone, they should have mentioned that on the phone and, above all, the price per person. They took €35 and that wasn't even the worst. What happened that day was mass processing, far too many people for the small space, 2 large and one small parties. How do I make a lot of money in 2 hours. Squeeze as many people as possible into a small space and collect €35 per person. The tables were so close that my in-laws had trouble getting up. We had to move our table forward a little so that the two of them could even stand up. We couldn't move much because there was a table behind our side. The worst thing was that I had a black wire in my soup (chicken soup). At first I thought it was a chicken bone when I had it in my mouth, then when I saw it I was shocked again. We immediately called a waiter (very young, maybe a trainee) over and gave it to him and said that there was chicken soup in the big pot and that it would be better to remove it, after all there were 2 very large parties with children and who knows whether they would Then we didn't eat it (risk of injury), but because we were afraid that the young waiter wouldn't pass it on, we spoke to the head waiter after a short while and his answer knocked our socks off. In an unfriendly tone he told us that he had been told and that something like that happens with so much stress that they have had in the last few days and he knew what it was about. He meant from the grill. What does chicken soup have to do with a grill. To me it looked like it came from an old wire scraper. There wasn't even an apology and I highly doubt that the chicken soup was thrown away. For me personally, the meal was over. Actually, I should inform the health department and file a report, that's not possible. That's the last time they saw us. I wouldn't even have given it one star.

A good restaurant, I can definitely recommend it… What's not okay is that not all prices are listed on the website, such as the Christmas buffet, that's not possible, we'll think about whether we'll still visit the restaurant.

Because of the good reviews we went there for dinner today. We reserved a table in advance and that really made sense on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was very busy and it's really not small. The waiter was nice and friendly, but when I asked him he said that Ajvar would of course be included with the grilled plate and half and half. I noticed this later on the bill, he said it was a misunderstanding. I was also given €10 short of change, which was definitely a misunderstanding. The salad buffet was good, probably part of every meal 👍. Our two main courses consisted of minced meat and pork loin. Unfortunately the meat was completely unseasoned and dry. Yes, there were spices on the table, but that's not the same. Price/performance ratio is just fine if there are no misunderstandings. For us, this first attempt at Vatis Dorfkrug is enough, but you have so many satisfied guests that it doesn't matter.

Our class reunion was in great hands there. The food was very good and tasty, the staff is top notch. Pretty good mood and attentive. The restaurant is recommended.

Today we went to Dad's for the first time with a birthday party. I have rarely experienced such attentive, courteous and friendly service. Price/performance unbeatable. Super fresh salad bar and solid food. Really very decent portions at more than fair prices. Lovely again ! Parking is a bit difficult, but the operator can't help it.

We weren't thrilled, the pork fillet was dry, the grilled peppers looked like they came from a can, the breaded cheese was also from a package, not homemade, my wife had a dirty glass, my complaint was ignored, for me it was just a dismissal , sit down, eat, walk. That's how I felt. The waiter could also have been friendlier. We were there for the last time!!!
