La dolce Vita C.G. GmbH & Co.KG in Recklinghausen

Ich war zum ersten Mal bei La Dolce Vita und hatte dort eine Pizza Tonno und zwei Cola. Die Pizza ist mir leider nicht bekommen. Es schmeckte wie eine von Dr Oetker Tiefkühlpizza und der Belag war auch dementsprechend. Für das Olivenöl, welches eigentlich Standard auf dem Tisch gehört, würde mir auch noch 2 Eur berechnet. Insgesamt war ich dafür 25 Eur los. Der Service war freundlich und das Ambiente war auch schön, aber davon werde ich leider nicht satt. Ich werde das Restaurant kein zweites Mal besuchen, es sei denn, ich werde dazu eingeladen um erneut, vielleicht die Pasta zu probieren. Keine Empfehlung von mir. Sorry

Wir haben als Paar eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Super nettes, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal konnte all unsere Wünsche erfüllen. Das Ambiente & Essen war fantastisch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Rote-Beete-Carpachio mit Walnüssen und Rucola/Basilikum. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Anlässlich eines Geburtstages war ich mit meiner Familie wieder einmal im La dolce Vita. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bestellt hatten wir überwiegend verschiedene Pastagerichte, die lecker waren. Insgesamt ein schöner Abend in netter Atmosphäre, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Restaurant! Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Portionen sehr vernünftig, preislich völlig in Ordnung. Die Hinterhofterasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen, gutes und schönes italienisches Ambiente! Update: auch zum Menükarussel sehr empfehlenswert, sehr leckeres Menü und sehr freundlicher Sevice!

Wir können aus kulinarischer Sicht keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Allerdings ist der Service herausragend freundlich und auch der Umgang mit Kritik professionell. Leider konnte uns die Küche nicht überzeugen, es hat uns nicht geschmeckt bzw. es gibt keinen Grund für einen erneuten Besuch: Vorweg vom Haus: Brot mit Dip und Oliven: Brot reichlich, Dip fade, ausreichend grüne Oliven Bruscetta: Brot geröstet, Tomatenwürfel, Balsamico-Creme. Keine Zwiebeln, kein Knoblauch, wenig Würze, vermutlich kein Dressing Spaghetti Carbonara gingen als nicht genießbar zurück, da die Soße nur aus Eigelb zu bestehen schien, keine Würze, kein Knoblauch/Zwiebeln Die im Austausch nachgereichten Spaghetti Aglio Olio wurden geschmacklich durch Knoblauchgranulat dominiert, auch hier kein Genuss Lasagne : für 14,50 Euro wird ein ca 10x10 cm großes Stück auf einem Teller gereicht. Kein brutzelnd heißes Gericht aus dem Ofen, sie schien nicht gratiniert, sondern nur erwärmt worden zu sein. Geschmacklich okay, aber nicht wie man es in einem italienischen Restaurant zu diesem Preis erwartet. 2 Sterne für den Service und das ansprechende Ambiente.

Jederzeit wieder Wir waren heute im Rahmen einer Groupon-Aktion im La dolce Vita in Recklinghausen. Im Angebot waren je ein Vier-Gänge-Menü mit Bruscetta, Panzerottis in Steinpilz-Rahmsoße, magere Schweine-Minutensteaks in Weißweinsoße plus Nachtisch oder als Hauptgänge Spaghetti Frutti di Mare und Zanderfilet in einer Dill-Weißweinsoße mit Salatbeilage. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Das Personal ist super nett, zuvorkommend, schnell, unaufdringlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente versprüht pures Urlaubsfeeling. Das Lokal ist nicht sehr groß, aber gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Speisen waren perfekt abgemessen und zubereitet, so dass wir nach vier Gängen zwar satt waren, aber nicht das Gefühl hatten, zu viel gegessen zu haben. Jeder Teller war hervorragend und mit Liebe angerichtet, die Zutaten auf dem Punkt gegart und mit frischen Kräutern abgeschmeckt. So stelle ich mir ein italienisches Essen vor. Preise Das Restaurant liegt mitten in der Innenstadt und ist leicht fußläufig vom Palais aus zu erreichen. Auf kostenfreie Parkplätze darf man also eher nicht hoffen. Die Preise im La dolce Vita selbst sind absolut angemessen. Zwischen 6 und 8 Euro für ein Glas Wein mit 0,2 Liter ist keinesfalls zu viel. Wir hatten eine Flasche Mineralwasser bestellt, die zusätzlich mit 7 Euro zu Buche schlug. Auch das ist ein völlig normales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Speisen liegen je nach Zutaten zwischen 15 und 35 Euro, also absolut im Rahmen. Die Mengen sind angemessen und man wird als Normalesser gut satt. Fazit Wir empfehlen das La dolce Vita gerne weiter. Uns hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Ambiente, Geschmack, Personal, das Restaurant hat alles, was es für einen schönen Abend braucht. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen gestern zum Menü-Karussell im La Dolce Vita. Wir waren vom Service und auch dem Essen begeistert und hatten einen wirklich schönen Abend. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht und trotzdem war es nicht unangenehm laut und man konnte sich prima unterhalten. Mein angegebener Preis war inklusive aller begleitender Getränke und für 4 Gönge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Klare Empfehlung! Wir haben mit meinem Mann hier zu Abend gegessen. Wir haben den Italienischen Großen Vorspeisenteller gehabt mit vielerlei köstlichen Sachen. Eigentlich bin ich sehr wählerisch und probiere nicht immer unbedingt gerne aber es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker und der Teller wurde leer zurückgegeben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, es gibt eine gute und reichliche Auswahl typisch italienischer Gerichte, unsere Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte schmeckten sehr gut. Der Service war 1a. Obwohl viel zu tun war, hatte das Servicepersonal alles gut im Griff, war sehr aufmerksam und nahm sich die Zeit, meinem Mann zum Geburtstag zu gratulieren und überraschte ihn mit Crème brûlée. Wir können dieses echt italienische Restaurant beide wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Servicekraft, meine Frau bestellte Octupus aus dem Aushang, ich Pizza Tonno mit Zwiebeln, sowie 2 Bier, einen kurzen Moment später kam die Servicekraft zurück: "Leider ist kein Octupus da, (meine Frau hatte Geburtstag und wir kamen wegen dem Octupus),sie wollte direkt gehen, auf Wunsch von mir blieb Sie und bestellte eine Pizza mit Mozarella und italienischer Salami, beide Pizzen kamen recht schnell und sahen gut aus, hatten aber absolut keinen Geschmack, der Koch sollte mehr Salz im Teig verwenden, aber vor allem frische Salami verwenden, die Pizza meiner Frau war ungenießbar, -"leider", beim bezahlen braucht ich diese Pizza nicht bezahlen, "Fisch welchen man auf einer gesonderten Karte ausweist, sollte man dann aber auch vorrätig haben, oder? Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen, obwohl die Location ansprechend ist

Card payment wasn't possible; instead, there were notices on the tables explaining why. This didn't seem like a temporary technical issue and, in my opinion, is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. The pizza was burnt on the bottom about halfway through. Service and atmosphere were fine.

We went there with the Cullinaris menu and had the 4-course menu. The service was really great, and the restaurant was also very tidy and well-attended. There are small lamps on each table to create a cozy atmosphere. The food was very tasty. For me, the portions could have been a bit larger, but it was sufficient. I didn't wake up hungry, but I could have eaten another bite. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating; there was really nothing to complain about. Although every table was occupied (so reservations are mandatory), the noise level was perfectly acceptable and not unpleasant. And despite the large number of guests, we never had to wait long for a server. So, all in all, highly recommended, and we would gladly come back.

This restaurant serves delicious Italian food, freshly prepared. Check out the daily menu—there's sure to be something for you.

Last Friday, we celebrated a 70th birthday in the adjoining room. We would like to thank Claudio and his team for the successful party and the delicious food and drinks. We can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant. All of our guests personally thanked us for the wonderful atmosphere.

The ambiance in the courtyard is really nice, and the service is also really good and friendly, even if it was a bit annoying that the tables, which weren't decorated yet, were being set the whole time, and there was quite a bit of hustle and bustle. But it has to be done at some point, so it was just unfortunate. The food was absolutely average. The pizza was okay for the price, but nothing more. The salad was also okay, although the ham and cheese rolls reminded me of the 90s. But all in all, it's okay, but definitely not an insider tip!

La Dolce Vita is a cozy restaurant in the heart of Recklinghausen's old town, so only accessible on foot, but there's a parking garage nearby. The weather was great, so we headed out to the summer garden. The seating is very quiet and comfortable under a huge double awning at tables that have already been set. The service is attentive but isolated and therefore overwhelmed as the restaurant gets busier and more people come. We both ordered the liver, a quarter of Pinot Noir, and a large bottle of mineral water from the lunch menu. I hadn't even looked at the menu; I had simply agreed with my friend's decision. So the sight of the served plate was a little bit miraculous. On the plate was a single piece of grilled liver, two leftover pieces of liver on top, and 8 slices of fried potatoes. No garnish, no sauce, absolutely nothing. Wow, stripped down to the essentials, was our first thought! The liver was well grilled, with a bit of garlic in olive oil on top; I think it was about 120g. So it disappeared after 4 servings. But there were still 4 potato slices on the large, empty plate, so I ate the slices without anything else. What can I say? Any tapas bar on the beach could do better! A dollop of aioli or braised sauce would have made a big difference, half a lemon and salt! THAT WAS CLEARLY NOTHING! After a long wait, we finally paid €36.80. Please decide for yourself whether this was appropriate or worth a visit; we won't be going there again...

I was there for the first time today, and I have to say, I really do go for fine dining quite often. At first, I only saw the outdoor tables in front of the restaurant and didn't feel like sitting in that arcade. A friendly waiter approached us and said, "Come on, come in to our newly renovated courtyard." So we went through the restaurant, came through the back door, and wow, perfect 👌🏼 Great atmosphere, total Italian flair. Ordered the pasta al dente, perfect, service 5*****—I honestly wasn't expecting that in Recklinghausen. Price: 4****, the pasta portion could have been a bit larger. But I definitely recommend it, and I'll eat there more often. Best, 5*****

We've been enjoying eating at this restaurant for years (June 23, 2025). We've had lunch or dinner there, too. But this time we were more than disappointed with the appetizer plate and even shared this with the waiter, offering constructive criticism. (The meatballs were drenched in ketchup instead of tomato sauce. Instead of buffalo mozzarella, we had cheap, firm ping-pong mozzarella, etc.) The price/performance ratio is no longer right. Unfortunately, the fresh vongole listed on the reduced menu (which deserves praise) weren't available, even frozen. This is a high-level complaint, but the competition never sleeps. They're doing better. We hope the owner returns to his former excellent cuisine.

A small, tastefully decorated shop with a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly, dedicated team. You feel welcome from the moment you enter. The prices are moderate and therefore quite appropriate for a stylish dinner. The appetizers were impressive, both in terms of taste and presentation. Unfortunately, the main courses didn't meet this standard: Of the four pasta dishes we ordered, three were significantly disappointing, and the fourth was initially forgotten and arrived about 15 minutes late. The carbonara, in particular, was a disappointment! The egg was obviously curdled, presumably due to excessive heat when mixing it with the pasta. Instead of a creamy, smooth consistency, the sauce was dry, almost lumpy. The other dishes my companions ordered also fell short of expectations. The plates were returned half-full. As much as we appreciated the atmosphere and the service, the evening left a rather disappointing culinary impression. Whether we'll venture back is therefore questionable.

I was there again for business with guests. As always, everyone was thrilled. It wasn't exactly cheap, but the quality was top-notch.

I was here for the first time today and I'm completely thrilled. A menu that leaves nothing to be desired. There is something for everyone. A service that is courteous, friendly and ultimately perfect. The quality of the food is of course in no way inferior. Anyone who wants to spend an Italian evening in the Ruhr area is in good hands with Claudio and his team.

Wir habn einen Schwertfisch für 26 EUR /Person gegessen. Der Fische wurde tiefgefroren einfach nur gekocht, hatte absolut keinen Geschmack, war dunkel und schwamm im Olivenöl. Beilage war ein Salat. Eine Frechheit so etwas anzubieten. War seit 2 1/2 Jahren nicht mehr dort, sonst sehr oft. Ich kann das Dolce Vita nun absolut nicht mehr empfehlen. Da ist mir mein Geld zu schade.

The homemade tagliatelle with sausage in a white wine sauce and the lasagna were both very good. The former was from the rotating selection, which supplements the regular menu with special, sophisticated dishes. The antipasti offerings were also very good. We have already visited the restaurant several times. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. The staff was very friendly and competent. Well-kept decor, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A definite recommendation.

Anyone who loves traditional Italian is in good hands here. Service is top, the food is a piece of Italy with heart. You should put yourself on the list. A visit is worth it.

We were here for lunch. Great selection at absolutely reasonable prices. We had the sea bream fillet and the veal liver. Both were delicious. Friendly and attentive service. We'll definitely be back.
