A great place if you have dietary restrictions. It is Italian type food, the place is great. They give you a card on which they charge (putting it on the counter where you order the food) I suppose so that in a large group everyone can order and pay for their own. We ordered spaghetti with pesto, penne with mushrooms and I ordered a gluten-free pizza of prosciutto e funghi and asked that they change the cheese for vegan cheese. The waiter was very friendly and told me there was no problem. The food was ready in less than 20 minutes, the quantities were large and the pizza dough was delicious, so much so that I thought they had to be lying to me (but no!). In total, with drinks, we paid about 57 euros, a more than good price for the quality. The only downside is that the place did not have air conditioning and it was horribly hot inside. But we would return without hesitation.

Service is always very nice and is happy to accommodate special requests. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the food is delicious as always.

Worst food ever, the pizza from supermarket fridge is much better, and their pasta was the worst ever. This Vapiano is definitely shutting down soon. Definitely not worth the money at all.

I ordered pasta and pesto. The pesto sauce didn't taste like anything. I asked to make the pasta again and the result was the same again. Totally tasteless. Their Pizza Tonno is overpriced and the portion is way too small for the price and in my opinion it's not even baked in a pizza oven. The food was very disappointing and I won't go there again.

I just read that you have to close down. This is a pity. I think your pasta is the best in Aachen. I wouldn't know where else to get really fresh pasta. I used to visit you several times a week. Then it became more and more rare. For me this is due to the increased parking prices. Since the motorway bridge was closed, I haven't been able to come at all. Having to drive forever after work for a plate of pasta and then paying parking fees... I'd rather eat at home. But before the closure I'll definitely come back for pasta again :)

The Dolci dessert was very good and tasty. However, the staff actually seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, the store was clean and the staff tried to be friendly.

Unfortunately, very, very weak. The food was neither tasty nor was the service good. There's not much that could go wrong with this concept, especially when it comes to service. But somehow the employees seem to have a negative impact in the three interactions you have with them (ordering, picking up, paying). Which is why neither the food nor the service keep the price-performance ratio high. The cleanliness of the tables was even worse. The table was sticky and the stone container in the middle of the table probably hasn't seen a rag in a long time. Unfortunately very disappointing :(

I'll start with the positive: We enjoyed the food and the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by many negative impressions. The furniture was dirty and looked worn. We had to change tables several times because ants were crawling across the table. Unfortunately, I didn't find the stools we sat on particularly comfortable either. In addition, the table decorations could be dusted off again. The concept is no longer what it used to be. There is no longer any show cooking, but you still have to order in front and pick up your food yourself. Unfortunately, if you use multiple cards, this means that as a group you won't get your food at the same time. The Lingue Bolognese I had was good, and the pizza was also delicious, although I found the prices for the food in general to be a little too expensive, especially considering the aspects I mentioned earlier. Luckily we had a voucher for a free main course, otherwise we probably would have left without eating anything.

They definitely don't know what Italian cuisine is. Order the Spaghetti Carbonara and you will know. The ingredients are not fresh, the pizza seems to come from Japan.

We always came here very often and were even regular guests. But recently the taste of the food here has really declined. My pesto hardly tastes good, we ALWAYS have to EXTREMELY ADJUST the seasoning because otherwise the food is really bland. It's a real shame, something must have changed in the concept here. In addition, the portions have become smaller and the prices have become significantly more expensive. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it at all :(

Have a little ritual before every cinema visit. The service is always friendly and nice. In the summer you can sit comfortably outside and on cold days you can sit comfortably inside. My daughter and I got caught in a severe storm yesterday and quickly found shelter here. Even though we didn't actually want to eat, we were warmly welcomed and all the staff were very nice and understanding. They even called us a taxi. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back for dinner next time!

Decent portion, well seasoned and served hot are the Pinsa(s) served here. Visited this place recently with a friend and was delighted by the taste of their delicious Pinsa(s). We ordered Chicken BBQ and Diavolo and shared between the two of us. The portion was quite good and is sufficient for one meal per person. The Chicken BBQ Pinsa had chunks of chicken, seasonings and BBQ sauce which tasted well. The Pinsa Diavolo had a punch of mild spice, pepperoni and seasonings. I preferred it over the BBQ. However both were really tasty. Just like the food, the organisation of this food chain is quite unique. They're certainly well organised with the cards, buzzers and service. But for newbies like me who visit the place for the first time, it can be overwhelming as the ordering system is different and nobody really explains to you how to proceed. In that regard, maybe a few people might end up confused for a few minutes. The food and atmosphere do make up for it and it's a smooth ride once the order is placed. I would definitely visit again to try their pastas.

Unfortunately, the pasta Aspargi e Salmone we ordered didn't have salmon. Probably a mistake in the kitchen. But the other ingredients advertised on the homepage - basil pesto with pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and rocket - were not available. For €18.50, too poor service in a canteen that actually needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Anything but tasty? After being persuaded to go to Vapiano, I was there for the very first time. A disaster for me. Why? The first reason is too loud. It's impossible to have a good conversation because of the noise. The concept of ordering yourself and picking it up when it's ready is worse than at McDonalds. At least you get it brought to the table there. And then I'll come to dinner. All of this has as much to do with Italian cuisine as the Alps have to do with the Baltic Sea. It's actually Italian-style cuisine, nothing more. If you like convenience food, please do. In terms of enjoyment and taste, you are further away here than Earth is from Mars. The first and last time I was in a Vapiano. I’ll spare the readers pictures. After all, you can't tell whether it was tasty or not.

Our first at Vapiano, and frankly surprised, rather pleasantly. The prices seem a little higher than elsewhere. Fresh pasta, pots of basil at the table, self-service, which allows us to take our time, we love it!

I was a big fan of Vapiano. I ordered a Bolognese, there was hardly any meat in it. It was pasta with tomato sauce. The table was not clean and a table opposite was not tidy. For this price range you would expect better service. I voiced my complaint about the food while paying. The answer from the employee: The portions are given and I can't do anything. I won't go there anymore. From VAPIANO: "Write a bad review and stop going?" You couldn't think of a better comment. After this experience you should still go??? Great go on !!!

Pasta dish had little taste, pasta stuck together (which I don't know from before), employees at the food counter were unfriendly and annoyed, no music so not a nice atmosphere, toilets underground. All in all very disappointed for the 2nd time in 3 months. I won't go there again and won't recommend it either

Unfortunately it doesn't taste good for the price. With a larger group it was a huge chaos. Even with fewer people it is very loud because the acoustics are not good.

The food was really tasty, the shop was a little full (but fortunately very quiet) and the service was very nice and helpful, despite the fact that people had a lot to do. Unfortunately, the food is quite expensive. Conclusion: If I wasn't short on money as a student, I would go there more often.

The ambience is good, the interior is nice, and there wasn't much going on when we were there (a Thursday evening). We didn't have to wait long for food, which is definitely a positive thing. You have to be prepared for the “canteen feeling”, that’s just how the store works (ordering and picking up the food at the counter on a tray). The table and floor were sticky. Unfortunately, the quality of the food isn't even that good. Pasta was at most lukewarm, mozzarella tasted bitter (expired...?). The portions are small and the prices are way over the top. Maybe the other dishes are better, but the pasta didn't convince us at all. For that money you can also go to a "real" Italian restaurant...

Whatever you do, don't order take-away as you'll get half the meal for the same money. A clever genius there thought about delivering the sauce separately, which is ok in itself, but this fox fox thought, where is the best place to put the sauce with its XXL packaging? Ah of course, in the pasta box, then you only have to put half of the pasta in.

Unfortunately the quality of the food has declined significantly. A few years ago we liked coming here because we knew you could get good quality pasta here. Unfortunately that is no longer the case: the spaghetti with mushroom sauce was very soggy and the mushrooms tasted like fat - we had to leave the food alone. Ordered three vegetarian pizzas - delivery was quick, service was friendly but the pizza dough was impossible - consistency like chewing gum. Pizza toppings were ok. Sorry but unfortunately it was my first and last time.

As an absolute Vapiano fan, I was very, very disappointed on Saturday with what had become of the beautiful shop. First of all, it smelled like burnt fat all the time. The tables were really sticky, although I later saw why... if you quickly wipe several tables one after the other with a damp cloth without wiping, you are probably far from disinfecting them. You couldn't burn yourself on the dish either, as the lump of noodles had probably been sitting around somewhere for a while and had gotten a little surface heat from the little bit of sauce. Only the glass on the cold drink was boiling hot. The pureed mushroom soup was reminiscent of strained food. The bruschetta was great as usual!!! The staff was friendly and cleared up quickly. Conclusion: It's a shame if you're happy to leave when you visit a restaurant. I don't need any of the 3 standard answers to this, I've read them all. I sincerely hope it was just a bad day because I gave away some vouchers. Things are much better in Cologne and Düsseldorf. Good luck

Hello, Based on my total of four visits, I give the following verdict: long waiting times >45 minutes, the food was served cold twice and the tables were sticky on every visit. The food was left on the counter for over 15 minutes until it was brought out to be served. When the staff asked about the waiting time, they shrugged their shoulders and said, “I’ll take a look.” Unfortunately, the Vapiano in Aachen is not recommended, neither in terms of price nor quality.

Previously a very satisfied guest, today rather mixed feelings. Service is getting worse and worse. Some of the staff are very unfriendly and seem overworked. Food varies from "okay" to really good. However, scampi noodles for just under €18 do not fit the self-service and “canteen character” of Vapiano. It used to be great, but today it's more "solala". For the money you can also go to good Italian restaurants with service in Aachen.

We used to really enjoy going to the Vapiano, but not anymore. My wife and I both ordered a Pinsa for lunch and there was nothing going on. Nevertheless, we had to wait almost 1 hour for our food and then everyone got their pinsa separately, so we couldn't eat together. We also paid €42 for 2 pinsas + a bottle of water. I think the price is absolutely excessive for the fact that you serve yourself and get the food.

The food is rather expensive for the taste and compared to other options in Aachen. The staff was friendly, but considering that you do everything yourself anyway...

Since Corona, the atmosphere in Vapiano has become really bad. The staff changes, the seating is very cramped, it is loud and cold and the prices are very exorbitant. A pity.

The pasta was a bit disappointing since it was overcooked and the texture of the carbonara wasn't right. It didn't taste bad, its pasta after all, but for the price and it being a restaurant that specializes in pasta my expectations were higher. The pinsa, which is like a big Panini-pizza was pretty good. I still had the feeling it was too expensive for the overall quality.

There was something cold inside, we weren't alone in feeling that way, the person next to us at the table also thought so. We also changed places once, but it didn't get any better. Unfortunately. Otherwise everything was great and recommended.

The Vapi's best days are behind it. It used to be good and cheap and had a comfortable lounge. Although there are few customers, the lounge seems too narrow. If there is still poor heating, there is no mood. At the checkout at the latest, you ask yourself whether the price/performance ratio is still right. It's a shame - it was a nice time that's coming to an end.

We went here with a friend and had a great experience. The food was lovely, good atmosphere and good prices.

Wir war zu 5 Personen da.Nudeln klebt aneinander als wäre die morgens gekocht und nur die soße drüber gegossen wurden. Die Champions Suppe war lau warm und schmeckte nach nichts. Tische klebten und es waren überall Essensreste vom Vorgänger. Und vom Boden will ich nicht anfangen 😡 man Fazit , einmal und nie wieder dahin 🤬

Dienstag 19:10 Uhr. Keine Desserts mehr, Pinsen aus, Pizza Wartezeit 30 Minuten. Echt jetzt? Mussten dann leider wieder gehen da wir keine Lust auf Pasta hatten. Richtig enttäuschende Erfahrung. Service okay, aber leider in dem Moment auch nicht hilfreich.

Empfang war super und freundlich. Essensbestellung und Schnelligkeit top! Nudeln allerdings zerkocht, fettig, dafür aber gefühlt ungewürzt. Das Essen lag uns stundenlang schwer im Magen.

Öffnungszeiten bis 22:00 Uhr Küche aber seit 20:00 Uhr zu ??? Jedes Mal schließt die Küche angeblich 2 Stunden vor Ladenschluss ?? Ihr habt doch einfach keine Lust zu arbeiten. Euer Gehalt bleibt ja gleich. Wieso also die Kasse vom Chef aufbessern. Kein Wunder das Vapiano nicht mehr den Hype bekommt, wie damals. Vielleicht einfach öffentlich bekannt machen das es nur noch ein Mittagsladen ist. Frohes neues.

Tut mir leid aber das war das 1. aber auch das letzte Mal das ich dort gegessen habe. Vielleicht habe ich zuviel erwartet, aber der Laden hatte für mich eher etwas von einer Kantine, wo man sich anstellen musste um sein Essen zu bestellen, um es anschließend auf einem Blech-Tablet ab zu holen und wo man in verschüttete Getränke am Boden ausruntschte wenn man zum Platz ging. In der Tischdeko wurde anscheinend nie sauber gemacht, der Salat war schon braun und der Preis für die kleinen Portionen einfach zu hoch. Na ja, geschmeckt hat es leider auch nicht wirklich. Die Angestellten standen lieber mit Handy und bei einem ausgiebigen Plausch hinter dem Tresen als Mal bei den Gästen vorbei zu kommen um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist oder um Mal den Laden sauber zu halten. Im großen und ganzen ist das Vapiano in Aachen leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Nudelgerichte schmecken überhaupt nicht. Keine Soße, die Nudeln sind einfach nur fettig. Nachtisch viel zu teuer für das mini Glässchen.

Wer zu Vapiano geht weiß was man bekommt. Gutes italienisches Essen. Leider vermisse ich das alte System bei dem man beim Zubereiten des Gerichts zuschauen kann.

Wir waren mit der Firma nach einem Weihnachtsmarktbesuch hier essen. Ich hatte Chicken Alfredo. Geschmacklich okay, aber es war kaum Chicken im Essen! Fast nur Pilze! Dafür ist der Preis von 15€ viel zu hoch. Portion ist auch nicht unbedingt riesig. Hätte noch mehr essen können. Wollte mir dann eigentlich einen Nachtisch gönnen, aber es war um 20 Uhr Abends nichts mehr da! (Nur 2 aus unserer Gruppe konnten noch was ergattern). Also für mich das erste und das letzte mal Vapiano…ein lokaler Italiener mit Bedienung am Tisch kostet auch nicht mehr!

Soort Mac Donald maar dan met Italiaans eten (pasta’s, pizza’s en salades). Bestellen, zelf ophalen en eten maar. Pasta bisschen versalzen und verklumpt serviert. Zudem Stühle katastrophal habe Rückenschmerzen bekommen nach stundenlangem Sitzen. Ansonsten ok .

WAR eigentlich immer sehr gerne bei Vapiano essen. Sind eben nach langer Zeit wieder dort gewesen, das war die reinste Katastrophe! Unsere Bestellung wurde uns 3 mal falsch serviert! 3 mal! Beim 3. Mal hatten selbst wir keine Lust mehr nach langem Warten noch weiter zu diskutieren und haben die Pasta kalt gegessen. Wir wollten keine Champignons - bekamen welche, wir wollten zusätzlich Hähnchenbruststreifen - bekamen keine, wir wollten Fusilli - bekamen Spaghetti… und am Ende wurden die Hähnchenbrustreifen auf die kalte Spaghetti „draufgeklatscht“. Beim Bezahlen wurde uns noch blöd ins Gesicht gegrinst und voller Ironie fragte man uns, ob denn trotzdem alles ok gewesen sei. Habe ERNEUT erklärt was alles nicht gestimmt hat und gesagt das ich das nicht normal finde und es unverschämt ist WIE man damit umgeht, aber das hat nichts gebracht, durften den Gesamtbetrag zahlen und sind dann gegangen. Nicht einmal ein Entgegenkommen! Das wars. Das war das letzte Mal für mich. Vorallem die Begleitung, die ich mitgenommen habe, kam wegen meiner Empfehlung. Das war das erste und letzte Mal Vapiano für meine Begleitung, da habe ich mich wohl blamiert mit solch einer Empfehlung.

Wat ontzettend lekker eten. En zoveel verschillende keuzes. Het is alleen niet een restaurant waar je sfeervol kunt eten.

Insgesamt nicht schlecht,das Essen ist ok,könnte allerdings noch etwas besser sein Freundliches Personal,was ich hier nicht so mag ist dass man sein Essen und Getränke selbst holen muss

Wir haben für 40 Leute reserviert aber nach 3 erhaltenen Pizzen wurde gesagt, dass es keine Pizzen mehr gibt. Mein armer Freund war sehr enttäuscht, dass er seine Pizza nicht bekommen hat. Stattdessen musste er ein kleineres Pinta nehmen. Die Pizza hatte eine gute Größe, aber war bei Abholung schon relativ kalt. Das Bestellsystem ist wie bei McDonald's, nix besonderes sondern nur damit die Mitarbeiter weniger zu tun haben. Getränke außerdem viel zu teuer.

Leider bekam man es innerhalb einer Dreiviertelstunde nicht hin, eine Pizza, drei Nudelgerichte und eine Suppe zuzubereiten. Während die Pizza schon fast aufgegessen war, warteten die Anderen immer noch auf ihr Essen. Wenigstens war man sofort bereit, die nicht ausgegebenen Essen zu stornieren. Den ausgestellten Gutschein für ein Hauptgericht werden wir wohl nie einlösen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Essen war lecker.Wir hatten Pasta und Pinsa,Allen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Pinsa hätte etwas wärmer sein können,aber kein Weltuntergang. Leider war unser Tisch ziemlich dreckig was gegen Abend mal passieren kann,aber nicht sollte,vorallem bei den Preisen. Dies wäre direkt der nächste Punkt,die Preise hier für Getränke sind wirklich teilweise unverschämt.Die könnte man wirklich etwas runtersetzen. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, nur an Jackenaufhängern wurde gespart weshalb man die Jacken teilweise auf die dreckigen Stühle legen musste,nicht schön.

Das Essen war überhaupt nicht lecker. Insgesamt wirkt der Laden nicht sauber und ungemütlich.

Schlechtes Essen. Chicken Alfredo - wohl eher pilzpasta… Geschmacklose Pasta und im chicken Alfredo sind 3 kleine Häppchen chicken dafür ein Haufen Pilze! Sehr enttäuschend für 15 €

Konzept mit der Bestellung am Monitor ist noch umständlicher wie zuvor. Man bestellt eine Vorspeise und eine Hauptspeise. Normal geht man davon aus, dass die Vorspeise zuerst fertig ist und man diese gerne vorab essen möchte. Fehlanzeige, man bekommt Haupt und Vorspeise zusammen bzw. muss diese abholen. War schon ziemlich ärgerlich, da man sich dann beeilt hat da man nicht wollte das eins der beiden Speisen kalt wird. Bei der bestellten Pasta mit Pesto war relativ wenig Pesto zu finden. Eine Cola für 4,40€ find ich mehr als unverschämt. Ein Stern mehr gibts weil uns der Herr an der Kasse aufgrund unserer Beschwerde bzgl. Vorspeise 15% Rabatt gab. PS: Einen Kellner einstellen der Getränke aufnimmt würde mehr Umsatz machen, da man keine Lust hat wieder zum Monitor zu laufen und dann auch nochmal zur Theke. Vor allem bei den Getränkepreisen

Entweder man mag es oder man mag es nicht. Die meisten kennen das Konzept von Vapiano daher verstehe ich nicht, wieso Personen die es nicht mögen hingehen ? Die Pasta sind einfach super lecker und schwer zu toppen. Sie sind EINFACH frisch & lecker und dafür lohnt es sich auch mal auf ein etwas anderes Konzept einzulassen. Zumal das neue System ja auch echt klasse ist. Nun bekommt man zeitgleich das essen und keiner muss mehr vorne in der Schlage stehen. Ich kann hier nur von der Pasta sprechen, aber sie sind unbeschreiblich lecker :)

Nudeln wie immer sehr lecker, auch das Pinsa und die Salate waren sehr gut, leider sind die Preise ziemlich gestiegen. Gehe dort gerne gelegentlich mal Mittagessen, ist nicht zu voll und man kann sich gut unterhalten

Vieles ist schon geschrieben worden, was nichts daran ändert, dass es im Vapiano den besten Teller Nudeln gibt, wenn man grad mal nicht selber kochen möchte! Was aber, wenn mal was nicht funktioniert? Ich habe zur Essens-Rush-Hour zwei Teller Nudeln zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Angekündigte Wartezeit: lang. Am Ende dann noch ein bisschen länger und wegen Organisationsproblemen standen die Nudeln noch längere Zeit an der Ausgabe rum. Zuhause angekommen waren das Essen kaum lauwarm und eine Portion falsch. Was tun? Schlechte Bewertung schreiben und nicht mehr hingehen? So nicht. Also wieder hingefahren und Problem geschildert, vielleicht bekomme ich doch noch meine richtige Portion. Was dann geschah, war für mich sehr überraschend: 1. Entschuldigung. Aufrichtiges Bedauern über den Misstand und ehrliches Bemühen, das negative Erlebnis auszuräumen. 2. Bearbeitung der Rechnung. Eine großzügige Regelung hat mich sehr überrascht und erfreut. 3. Angebot das richtige Gericht schnell zu kochen. 4. Einladung auf ein Wunschgetränk für mich und meine Partnerin. Wow! Gerade, wenn es voll ist, kann immer etwas passieren. Wahre Größe beweist sich ihm Umgang mit Fehlern. Das Team Aachen hat jedenfalls ein absolutes Kompetenzsignal gesetzt, das seines gleichen sucht. Ich werde weiterhin im Vapiano in Aachen meine Lieblingsnudeln essen. Und der Hauswein Abondio ist unbedingt eine Empfehlung wert.

Food is fine for what you pay for. But the new system for ordering food is the worst! You used to be able to order separate and get your dishes individually. Now you place one order and you have to wait for over 30 mintutes to get it. And this happened on a day with only about 10 tables taken in the restaurant. I would not risk ordering here on a busy day as you might have to wait 2 hours. Keep that in mind and pick a different restaurant. I used to like this place, but I won't return. Unless they go back to the old policy of ordering food.

Sehr modern und "für alles gewappnet". Man kann am Automaten bestellen, beim Team (ich mag diese vibrierenden Dinger nicht so aber praktisch sind sie) oder online und abholen oder über Lieferdienste liefern lassen. Da kommt das Essen in super "Tupperdosen" mit extra Saucenschälchen, die sogar in so einer kleinen Erhebung "festgeklackt" sitzen Diese Dosen haben Pfand drauf, den kriegt man dann wieder, wenn man die Dosen zurückbringt. Find ich supertoll. Das Essen schmeckt natürlich auch noch FANTASTISCH... Und Kinners probiert die Chilimayo ❤️❤️❤️ Waren einmal da und haben einmal bestellt.... Wiederholungen werden folgen 😉

Lange wartezeit, essen kommt nicht gleichzeitig und es fehlen Gläser, gabel und servietten also daumen runter. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle freundlich naja

Halt leider nicht perfekt, daher nur vier Sterne. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar bemüht aber leider reicht es nicht für fünf Sterne.

ランチにラザニアとカプチーノをいただきました。 お店が巨大で格好よくすごく気に入りました。ラザニアも美味しかったです。 ただ、どのお客さんも全員困っていたのですが（藁）入り口で注文専用カードを貰わないと巨大タッチパネルで料理を選択してもオーダーできません。せっかく選んでオーダーボタンを押してもクレジットカードを受け付けないので誰もが困惑しています。。 帰るときに専用カードを渡して精算するのですが、その係の人が本来来店客に専用カードを渡さないといけないところを、実際はフロアやカフェマシンも一人で回しているので実質回っていませんでした。 とは言え、気軽にイタリアンを食べたいときはまた来たいと思わせるお店だったのは間違いありません。

Das Essen(vegane Pasta) hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider stand aber überall nicht abgeräumtes Geschirr/Tabletts, was auch für folgende Gäste sehr schade war. Getränkepreise völlig überteuert leider.

Überdurchschnittlich gute Serviceleistung von Matthäus, dem kein Weg zu viel ist. Vielen Dank. Ich kann die neu in die Karte aufgenommene Pizza sehr empfehlen !

Leute kommt ihr eigentlich klar? Vor 6 Jahren hat die Bolognese 8,25€ gekostet. Jetzt 12,95€. Filetto di manzo e rucola 10,45€ jetzt 16,45€. Das sind über 50% Steigerung für Fast Food?! Ist ja immerhin kein Restaurant. Kann mich nicht erinnern, dass die Löhne ebenfalls um 50% gestiegen sind...

New concept for me, poor experience. Big empty place with mostly uncomfortable high seating (why?). There seemed to be more employees than customers, but I could not get service. Left and went elsewhere.

Ich war immer ein großer Vapiano Fan. Allerdings ist der gewohnte Standard nicht mehr gegeben.Das Restaurant sieht vernachlässigt aus. - Kunden warten auf ihre Karten,aufs Bezahlen,auf die Essens Ausgabe -viel Personal macht irgendwas aber auch irgendwie nichts -jede Fläche klebt(Tisch und Boden ) - schmutzige Besteck Kästen -Unordnung zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch das gesamte Restaurant -essen lieblos und Salz anscheinend Mangelware (Nein, es war nicht viel los und die Bestellung wurde auch nicht an einen Sonntag getätigt) Insgesamt ein sehr unbefriedigender Besuch.

Eine schlechte Bewertung am Abend wegen folgender Punkte: - Bestellprozess dauert sehr lange, nachdem auch mehrere Minuten auf einen Mitarbeiter gewartet wurde - zu Dritt war es nicht möglich, gemeinsam zu essen, die Gerichte kamen mit großem Abstand nacheinander - obwohl sogar 2 Pisas dabei waren. Das letzte Gericht wurde "vergessen" und stand ausgekühlt im Regal - Fusslig mit Steakstreifen: exakt 4 Stückchen Fleisch - das ist zu wenig :-/ - der Allgemeineindruck: chaotisch, schmutzig, unordentlich, Überforderung der Mitarbeiter - beim Checkout wurde auf unsere Reklamation geantwortet, es sei heute viel gewesen und mittags schon 45 Leute bewirtet worden. Sorry - aber eine Systemgastronomie muss sowas können. Vapiano - so wird das nichts :-/
