Terrible experience, my food was disgusting and took ages to come, they gave us water without glasses to use and the bottles were dirty and one of my friends didn't get the drink they asked for the whole time we were there and my other friend waited over forty minutes for a mediocre pizza (at best)

Awful. Cold, loud music, self-service, unfriendly cook, and everyone addresses you informally. If you want to humiliate yourself completely, this is the place for you!

Once is enough. It was freezing cold in the restaurant. Our request to close the outside door went unanswered. The food arrived quickly, hence the two points. Two people in our group ordered salad with burrata, which was completely frozen inside. We complained about the salad. Dr. Klenner informed us that they were out of burrata and offered mozzarella as an alternative. Instead of a new dish, the half-eaten salad was returned—only the frozen burrata was replaced with six balls of mini mozzarella. The price remained the same. Conclusion: They're not interested in repeat business. A shame.

Food: Unfortunately, this Vapiano didn't impress us with its taste. The bruschetta looked appealing, but was quite bland. The calzone pizza was ordered with several extras, but these were barely recognizable. It was also slightly burnt and tasted bitter. The small side salad was a nice gesture, but it didn't seem very fresh and was a bit too salty. The children's margarita pizza consisted mostly of thick dough and was generally unappetizing. Service: Self-service as usual. Atmosphere: The restaurant appears modern and clean, but it lacks a certain coziness. It's better suited for a quick visit than for a longer, relaxed meal.

We had a delicious meal. It's a bit impersonal having to order with your phone. We also had a regular menu, but apple pie wasn't on it. So the menu is incorrect. The menu says Schorlen 0.5l, but the digital version says Spritser. The chicken mango salad had very little chicken. There was no ciabatta with it, even though it was supposed to be included. But we realized that too late. The lasagna was delicious.

We were there as a group of six. The food was good, but the pasta was cold. Balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil were only partially available on the tables. Parmesan and ciabatta cheese only came upon request (we had to run through the entire shop for them). The service staff were generally inattentive (when serving drinks, they didn't notice they were running short on glasses). The app also didn't allow us to summon staff to take additional orders. We probably won't be coming back.

The restaurant may be quite old, but it relies on modern technology. You can order at a digital board, which is very reminiscent of fast-food chains. Alternatively, you can order directly at your table using your mobile phone by scanning a QR code. Unfortunately, the reception there was very poor, so this option didn't work for us. The only payment method available at the board was card payment, which we didn't really want to do. As a result, it took almost half an hour before we could order our food. The concept is that if you order by mobile phone, the food will be brought to your table. However, if you order at the board, you have to pick it up yourself. This means that the staff is constantly busy and hardly has time to wipe down the tables. The technical implementation is generally a step forward, but it still seems immature and somewhat cumbersome. Furthermore, you can't specify special requests like "no salt, please" when ordering. At first, the restaurant makes a good impression, but upon closer inspection, you notice that the tables appear worn, sticky, and old. Overall, an interesting attempt to use modern technology, but in practice it still has many weaknesses.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food yet because the wait time is extremely long. The service staff aren't very understanding. The new ordering and payment system is also anything but sophisticated. Even if the food eventually arrives and tastes good, it will still be my last visit.

The food was super tasty, just a little cold. We were served the wrong food four times, but otherwise the food tastes great and the prices are right for the food.

Easy to find, and there are options for getting there by public transport or car. A beautiful building with outdoor and indoor seating. There's a great children's corner upstairs, so parents can eat in peace when the kids are done or need some exercise. It wasn't that busy, so ordering was quick, and the food was delicious and fresh. The restrooms are clean and accessible by elevator.

Order was wrong, and yhe staff refused to admit. Coffe and hot chocolate taste like water.

This place was a joke. We ordered pasta for 4 people on the self-service machine at the entrance, paid for our order and then had to wait for 1 hour and 7 minutes for our food! There should be a warning during the order about the waiting time. The food was not bad, but nothing to wait for more than an hour. Waiter responded to our complaint that average waiting time is 45 minutes. Do not recommend.

The food at Vapiano is delicious, using fresh ingredients. There are three self-service kiosks with large touchscreen displays in the entrance area. Here, you select your desired food and drinks, order, and pay cashlessly. Drinks are available at the counter, and food is picked up at the service counter as soon as the pager beeps. You receive the pager along with your receipt at the kiosk. Waiting times are short, and the food is delicious. The wait staff clears and cleans the tables.

Nice restaurant and more. Food was excellent really good pasta. Service was not at that level. It took them 15 minutes to bring the food that was not very demanding. Their self-service machine for orders was good, nothing to complain about, but had too many options and questions for my taste. I had a very nice dinner though

Hand crafted italian food made quickly.

We had to wait 45 minutes for a pizza and ask three times. The food was good, and the gluten-free option was also delicious.

We love this restaurant. We come back here every time we are in Lido di Jesolo. Such good sushi and fun to try different ones. The whole family is always very satisfied and full after the visit.

Excellent food, very nice and clean spaces with an open kitchen. The ordering system is a bit strange - outdoor tables have (maybe indoor ones too, I don't know) a sticker with a QR code, through which you order and pay for your food straight away. Contact with the staff is therefore minimal. The staff doesn't come to ask you if you need anything (because if you did, you would order it via the QR code 😀). The concept is a bit different and there is definitely minimal contact with the customer, but I understand that such a concept can be used in the centre of the metropolis... 🙂

The food was good. The staff was very friendly, so no complaints there. However i was severely shocked, when I had to pay a deposit for a plastic container for my leftovers. They give you a reusable plastic tupperware, which you're supposed to return. Very inconvenient for anyone who doesn't live or work next to one of their locations. The deposit was nothing major (around 2€) but the box didnt even close properly, so i had to be careful when carrying it. Now i have to go there again, simply to return the box, since keeping a broken box feels like a waste of 2 €...

The food was good, nothing to complain about, but nothing mindblowing. Price was also standard and affordable. The staff was nice and the organization of the location was good. We ordered at our table and the process was easy to understand, there was a bit of confusion when the system told us the order couldn’t be processed, when it actually did work.. but with the help of the staff we figured it out just fine and got our food within a reasonable time frame

Waiting 30 minutes for two beers and water at 4 p.m., when the place was maybe 30% full, was exaggerated! There were four people at the bar at the time, pointlessly wandering around because they weren't taking any orders.

Affordable, freshly prepared, and delicious food; easy to order via mobile. The ambiance isn't as pleasant as other Vapiano restaurants.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my food, and I saw that my large order was only half ready, and I didn't receive it until 40 minutes later. The bruschetta was squashed by the time I got it. The rest of the food was still delicious, but that kind of processing and 45 minutes will never happen again.

I've been here twice and eaten pasta both times. They were good, but nothing special. The ability to order online via a QR code at the table - even as a group - is really cool and practical. The food also came relatively quickly.

Actually, it was pretty okay. Interesting and new for me was ordering using the QR code you find on your table. Not entirely easy, but fun. The food was so-so, okay for €12.50. Unfortunately, my cappuccino wasn't good at all; it was almost entirely milk, and I don't like milk 😣

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment – not a second visit. The two of us went to Vapiano at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin and had a very disappointing experience overall – both with the food and the service. I had a pizza and a bruschetta with prawns. My girlfriend chose a spaghetti carbonara and a pinsa. The only thing that really impressed me was the spaghetti carbonara – it tasted great, was beautifully creamy, and well-seasoned. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the visit. The pizza I got was already stone cold when it arrived at the table – absolutely inedible. I gave up after a few bites. The bruschetta was also a disappointment: extremely bitter and flavorfully unbalanced. The prawns on top were the only thing edible – I ended up picking them off individually and eating them as is. The pinsa my girlfriend had was unfortunately also cold and disappointing in taste. When we politely asked for bags at the end to take the remaining food with us – with the intention of distributing it to the homeless – we were treated extremely rudely. No courtesy, no respect, no decency. Unfortunately, it was truly disgraceful. We paid around €35 per person – for cold, sometimes inedible food and disrespectful treatment. One thing is for sure: We definitely won't be coming back.

The food was very tasty. The service deducted points because it was mostly self-service, and the atmosphere wasn't very inviting. Surprised by the new concept, but pleasantly surprised. I think it could prove successful.

A great place for a quick bite to eat. The quality of the food is very good. However, the fact that you have to customize your meal yourself, like in an online shop, and even the forks in the cutlery basket and the bread slices are very sparsely counted, is a limitation of fast-food restaurants, and you have to accept it. A friendly word when the server takes your order ultimately enables additional sales that aren't possible in the "online shop" and a justified tip...

Vapiano is fine if you’re looking for a quick and easy lunch, but that’s about it. The food is nothing special – a bit boring, to be honest – and for the prices they charge, having to pick everything up yourself takes away from the experience. It works for a convenient bite, but there are definitely more exciting and better-value options in Berlin.

Unfortunately, the pasta and pizza were very poorly made. The tomato sauce on the pizza was still runny and the dough was not firm. There was little seating. Service was poor; we were forced to order at the table, even though we were downstairs.

No service (order at the kiosk and pick up your order in the kitchen). Dry pasta and no sauce. Exorbitant drink prices: over €4 for 33cl of Coke, €7 for 75cl of sparkling water!! Too expensive for the quality of the product and service.

We were here for a quick lunch. I'm familiar with the new ordering-at-the-table concept from Sweden. It wasn't, or rather, isn't, fully developed yet. It works wonderfully here. There were two of us and we ordered separately. Everything went perfectly. A short time later, the drinks were brought to our table by a friendly waiter. The food arrived shortly afterward... remarkable: pizza and pasta arrived at our table at the same time, even though we had ordered separately. It's never worked as well as it did here. This way, we could both eat at the same time. And here, too, the food was brought to our table by the friendly waiter. The new concept convinces me. It's a more stress-free way to spend time at Vapiano. And the quality? I personally found the pizza and salad very good. All the extras I ordered on the pizza were also included. The salad was fresh and crispy. The pasta was al dente. What more could you ask for? Maybe a tiramisu, but I didn't see that until I was leaving the counter 😅

I think everyone should first decide for themselves whether they want to eat here or not. The food was very tasteless and bland.

The smell is just terrible. Mold and stinks

The food is decent, especially the lunch deal, which is a very fair offer. The ordering concept also works quite well. However, the atmosphere is on a McDonald's level. The open-kitchen concept, especially on the upper floor, significantly disrupts the noise level. Ultimately, the average rating of 3.5 stars is quite accurate.

The food is delicious. The design makes you feel like it's high-quality. I bookmarked the place on my way from Türkiye and went based on a recommendation. I highly recommend the food. It's a kid-friendly place.

We had dinner with the kids, the pasta alla bolognese was good (don't expect our bolognese sauce, the one they make here is more similar to the ready-made one in a jar in flavor even if fresh!). Our salada abundant and well seasoned! They tell you to order via app but in the restaurant there are panels to do it, without having to download anything. Good prices good dinner Without spending a lot in a nice and well-frequented area! I recommend (but start with the idea of ​​going almost to a fast food) for dinners without too many pretensions.

I didn't like it here. It was set up like McDonald's, with an ordering terminal or app. I had to search for the ground beef in the Bolognese, and the pasta had become a lump during cooking. The price was okay: a Bolognese and an Aperol Spritz for just under €22. When paying online, they immediately added a 5% tip, which is a real cheek, but they can change that, even to 0%. I won't be eating there again.

It was our first time there. There were plenty of free seats. The group ordering via QR code at the table took a bit of getting used to the first time, but everything worked out in the end. Go any other Italian restraunt but here, and if you go here by accident please order the pizza or Pisa, cause the pasta is terrible. I got the chicken Alfredo which had little next to no chicken pieces and the sauce and pasta did not taste good. It tasted exactly like what I would receive from frozen foods and for 16 euros is unacceptable. Don’t come here

We then found ourselves a free seat upstairs. The food was just as disappointing: Some of the pasta was hard, some cold, and one dish was completely missing mozzarella, even though the menu said it should have been included. Due to time constraints (we had to catch our train) and the fact that the staff were only visible clearing up, we couldn't complain, but we paid the full price anyway. The service was unfriendly, unprofessional, and the staff were clearly overwhelmed. And as if that weren't enough, my drink was served in a dirty and stained glass – absolutely unhygienic. So I drank my water from a bottle. For these prices, you expect quality, friendliness, and cleanliness. We got the exact opposite. We definitely won't be back. For that price, you're better off at a standard snack bar and still have money left over for ice cream. One star is still too many!!

Are you craving pizza, pasta, and the like, and you need something quick? Then you've come to the right place. You can order directly from your table using your smartphone. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The dishes (pasta) were good, but nothing more.

Four of us went there twice during our city trip. The food was delicious, and the "gluten-free" option worked perfectly. We were able to place our orders as a group using our phones at the table, and the food was then served to us. Simple, inexpensive, and still delicious. The pizzas are served with practical scissors for cutting.

Low cost for basic Italian food options. Nothing outstanding, but good value

I am celiac and I was able to eat here without worries: they have gluten-free pinsa and there is no risk of contamination. as an Italian I say that the food, while not extraordinary, is good.

We were here as a large group. We were forced to order online and that they could not take our order physically, which would have been fine, however, they can only make groups of 8 people but we needed everything on one bill. We ended up ordering individually but when the food came they were unable to tell us which dish was which as some people had modifications - in addition, each order had our name attached so why would they not call out the orders by our name if they don’t know the modifications of the dish? The service was terrible, the food was only okay - someone who doesn’t regularly eat Italian would probably be fine with it.

First I was forgotten, then it came cold

They microwave their food, they don't season it or barely with pepper.... prague vapiano is way better, they actually cook the food fresh in front of you. This taste worse than my own lefterover food at home I microwave from the day before. BTW they even microwaved it wrong (very hot in center and cold at the edges) DO NOT EAT HERE.. I know for a fact they microwaved it because we got the food very fast, and the food was uneven hot and cooled down very fast, that can only occur if you microwave. I legitimately feel scammed.

The food was quite poor, the pizza was not Italian at all, a lot of cheese, little sauce, it looked nice but not worth the price.

Reliable low effort pasta - nice to be able to order from phone and customise to allergens

The food was dreadful. Ordered the Pinsa, which - as far as I can tell - appears to be some kind of variant of a pizza which is entirely flavourless and smattered with cheap toppings served on a crust which is as hard as wood. It looked and tasted like one of the worst frozen pizzas you can buy from the supermarket. Really awful quality and one of the worst meals I have paid for in quite some time. Other diners in the party were similarly unimpressed with the food, particularly at the price we paid. Service was fine, although you typically order on a machine and collect the food from the kitchen yourself. The restaurant is clean and interior is pleasant to dine in. Could be good with a drastic improvement in food quality.

The food was OK. We sat upstairs. Ordering via the app was a bit complicated the first time. You will only receive an invoice if you register. The service & the team were great!

It is difficult to get along with some of the employees whose pizzas are delicious, but some of them are incredibly caring. They gave us coloring pencils as a gift for our daughter.
