We order tuna salad and it was perfect, but unfortunately the pizza was a bit dry.

My son and we had a delicious meal again. Gluten-free for him is available at Vapiano. Unfortunately, no more Gutenfrei pasta dishes. Self-service and dishes put away yourself.

Very friendly and courteous staff at all times. Regardless of whether it is a chef or service, you can rely on us to help you and/or provide you with competent information. The food and drinks were always of absolutely fantastic quality, even after our seventh visit. The drinks prices are sometimes a bit excessive, but you also have to consider where the restaurant is located and how many good staff work there. We are always happy to be guests and would like to thank the super nice staff once again.

Had pasta with shrimp, it was really good. You can't complain about the drinks either, everything was great. Great service from Momo

The taste of the food is good, but the portions are small, the price is affordable, the problem is the ordering system, since when you enter they give you cards, you have 2 options, place your order on a screen or at the bar to a person, the problem is that for families it is not practical at all, each card has a limit of 70 Euros, if you exceed that limit you cannot process your order and you have to eliminate products from your order, for me as a parent It happened to me that I placed the order with a single card for my entire family and when I tried to close my order it did not allow me to do so, then a person from the restaurant arrived and began to remove things from my order, in the end I did not know what had been left in my order and what had been deleted and also what card it had been registered with, I had to go to the counter to verify what was in my order, then request the rest of my order on the other card. Once the order was completed I was going to find a table to wait for our food and they asked me to pay for my food, when I had not yet received it. I made my payment and you have to wait for them to call you so that you can go get your dishes and take them to your table, then I realized that things that I had put in my order on the screen were missing, some accompaniments like bread, but he had already finished eating. Finally, the ticket showed only 2 desserts, out of 4 that I had ordered, and the price did not match those on the menu. I asked the manager and he told me that there was a 2 for 1 promotion but the price did not match either. He gave me my 4 desserts and I went to my table, a few seconds later he told me that there was an error and that I had to pay the difference, and I showed him the receipt and how the prices did not match those on the menu and they realized what they had overcharged me, they told me that everything was fine. If you want to eat something else later, you have to go back in and ask for another card and do the whole process again, a very inefficient system.

Nice cafe. You must order at the screen. Then a signal comes to the pager, you need to go pick up the food yourself. There are only 2 screens, there are queues. The food is delicious. Not super-super, but tasty. The portions are good and large. The toilet is down the stairs. For older people, this is not easy: go up the stairs to the hall, and then go downstairs to the toilet to wash your hands, and then back up 2 floors. The staff is polite and pleasant. Decent cappuccino. The prices are not the cheapest, we ate for five (5 plates of food and 4 beers) for 105 euros.

Chic location, but unfortunately the food and the price-performance ratio were poor. My friend had dry pinsa, I had oily, sticky linguine. And for a pretty high price. Unfortunately it wasn't worth it.

It was supposed to be a relaxed evening in Stuttgart because we couldn't find a free restaurant and decided to go to Vapiano like us. Because we have visited the Vapiano several times. We waited an unbelievable 40 minutes for the food, when the food came (pasta) it was completely overcooked and soggy, the other portion of pasta treated itself to a bath in cream sauce. After eating (2 different dishes) we felt really sick. All in all very disappointing. I de Switzerland definitely better

It was our first time at Vapiano in Stuttgart. I have to say, the ordering service is a disaster... Unfortunately, it's not possible to eat in a relaxed and peaceful manner there. You first have to wait when the shop is full, then you will be taken to your table. Once you get there, you can get up straight away and go to the terminal to order. You should plan another 10 minutes there as it only has 2 terminals. After 5 minutes. Waiting we were told you could also order at the bar. So we did that too since there was nothing going on there. But this is difficult because you are under a lot of stress if you don't know exactly what you want. You can take drinks with you straight away, you get a pager for your food and go back to the table. After 10-15 minutes. You can pick up your food downstairs after fighting your way through the line of people waiting with your tray and arriving at the table, first place plates from the tray on the table. But what to do with the tray on a table for two? I then left my plate on the tray. That doesn't work at all. The tables are also pretty close to each other with the neighboring table. Unfortunately, you can't have a conversation without being disturbed. Privacy equals 0. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant. The food was only lukewarm and in my opinion the portions were a bit small. Bread? Unfortunately there wasn't either. Maybe it's not intended for our chosen food? Oh well… After we had finished eating, at least the tray with the plates was cleared away. Before you leave, you have to hand in your payment cards at the exit and pay the bill. Friendliness is also very important there. I don't think I'll go there again. What I don't fully understand is that I was in London in December. I was also in a Vapiano there and I have to say “top”. When you arrive you will be assigned a seat. When you're at your seat, you can scan a QR code with your cell phone and have the menu on your cell phone. You can then directly select your drink and food and add it to your shopping cart. You also have the option to add “extras”… e.g. which oil, extra cheese, extra chilli, etc… You pay by credit card on your cell phone, then the order is placed and a short time later a friendly waitress brings it to the table. You can eat there in a relaxed manner. I would like it to be the same in Stuttgart.

Were there to break the fast, unfortunately time was very tight and the shop was full. Dates were served right at the entrance. And because it was already time to break the fast, a gentleman gave us Pinsa. So that we didn't have to wait for food and could break our fast. Very nice gesture. The food was very tasty. Staff very friendly and personable.

Vapiano used to be a really great restaurant or chain, but since they changed the recipes, the food doesn't taste as good as it used to.

For a chain restaurant, it was more than I expected. And it was much better in quality than the other branch I've eaten in it some years ago in another country. We tried two pastas, and because it was the lunch offer, we got drinks too. The portions are suitable for 1 or 1/5 persons, and the serving was almost quick.

Its not the vapiano as it was before like 10 years ago.. I mean it was my favorit place before cuz the pizzas were like in italy.. Im sad that the pizza tastes, and looks like exatly like a frozen pizza. Otherwise the staff is really good, friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. A little food improvement and its perfect!

Ένα όμορφο εστιατόριο Vapiano στο κέντρο της Στουτγάρδης. Πολύ καλό φαγητό και νόστιμο, όλα τα πιάτα ετοιμάζονται μπροστά σου σχετικά γρήγορα. Ζυμαρικά όλων των ειδών, σαλάτες και πίτσες. Τα Spaghetti είναι καταπληκτικά ! Νορμάλ τιμές και χαμογελαστή εξυπηρέτηση !

30 min auf ein Salz warten, der dann auch nicht frisch ist. Bruschetta besteht fast nur aus Brot kaum Tomate drauf. Preisleistung mangelhaft

Das Selbstbedienungssystem ist an sich eine gute Idee aber in der Umsetzung etwas schwierig, wenn es sehr voll ist. Man steht dann ewig in einer Schlange, um sich dann erstmal noch sein Getränk und dann sein Essen holen zu können. Dadurch ist die gesamte Esserfahrung etwas stressig und ungemütlich. Wir haben uns für zwei Pinsen entschieden die beide weder besonders gut noch schlecht geschmeckt haben. Für den Preis würde ich allerdings lieber woanders welche essen.

Beau restaurant de centre ville d'une franchise de restauration "via piano" qui semble désormais se reposer sur ses lauriers. Les prix ont nettement augmentés, les pizzas sont petites, reste les pâtes qui sont de bonnes qualités. Le vin est hors de prix, dommage ! Il va falloir renouveler le concept car la concurrence est rude et a des prix plus accessibles.
