Vamos in Berlin

We ordered two burgers to take away, but unfortunately the quality of the ingredients was anything but fresh. We are disappointed and upset by the lack of freshness and the impact on our well-being and urge you to check the quality of your ingredients.

I place with good vibe and good food

The restaurant was not busy with diners around 7 p.m. There were many people sitting outside on the terrace to enjoy the affordable cocktails. We had a delicious meal; burito, fahita. Was more than enough and really delicious. The price was certainly reasonable too. With 3 people about 60 euros including drinks. Super friendly service. Really recommended.

Great place for food and drinks. Both reasonably priced. Cocktails around $5. Fajitas were hot and delicious. Imra was our waiter and did a great job.

Arrivés un peu par hasard dans cet restaurant, nous n’avons pas été déçus. Certes c’est un peu bruyant mais de façon étonnante, les cocktails à 5,90€ sont très bons. En outre, les plats étaient délicieux. Nous avons pris des fajitas, un burrito et des nachos. Le service était attentionné alors qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour une soirée mexicaine réussie !

This Restaurant definitely has nothing Mexican about it, the waiting time is very long. The tortillas offered in the tacos are cold and raw. Too expensive and the taste is not very good. I don't recommend it.

Cocktails only cost 5.90 and are very potent. Otherwise the prices for drinks are generally very fair. I had already eaten there (chicken burger with fries), the fries were very crispy and the burger was also very good, but I found it a little too little. The other dishes are always completely sufficient to fill you up 👍🏻

First of all, it is NOT a typical Mexican restaurant, they don't even know what chamoy and Tajín are. The food tastes too much like curry as if it were an Indian restaurant and we Mexicans don't cook with curry, which gives a 180 degree change in flavor to the dish. The decoration of the place does reflect a Mexican atmosphere with its papel picado, etc., but the food was 0. The service was not bad, I repeat, neither was the place, but if you really want to eat Mexican there is not the right place, taking into account that obviously outside the country the The food does not taste the same but they try to assimilate the flavors because this restaurant does not even reach 40% similarity. My God, it tastes so much like curry that I'm sick to my stomach 😂

Had a drink there, it's ok. The shop, typical Mexican local, also suitable for group visits, the prices are great, the drinks are tasty, the service is friendly and quick.

We ordered two simple and well known cocktails. Without exaggerating, these were the worst two cocktails we've ever tasted, made completely wrong and tasting unbelievably bad. After seeing that we barely drank, the waiter was kind and asked us if we'd like some sort of compensation but we just thanked him, payed and ran for our lives.

The store is very expensive and the service is poor. My wrap was just meat, kidney beans and rice. Way too dry. Not recommended!!!

This Mexican restaurant is an absolute insider tip! From the first warm tortilla chips with salsa to the last bite of dessert, everything was amazing. The flavors are intense and authentic, especially the enchiladas were to die for! The service was quick and always with a smile. If you are looking for an authentic, tasty and all-round successful Mexican meal, you should definitely stop by here!

My friends and me cannot recommend this restaurant. The food and service were bad. Inside and outside it was so laud, we couldn’t have a nice conversation.

Toni is best man. The service was sometimes a bit slow, but it can't be judged entirely since we ordered with quite a few people at the same time. Otherwise a great location and super friendly. Very cheap for what you get and still good quality. I would definitely come again.

Really good authentic Mexican food in the center of gay town Berlin. Margaritas are authentic as is the carnitas enchiladas. Wasps in Berlin are far more aggressive in Germany than I have ever experienced. They want to drink your margarita as much as you do.

We had some cocktails there. They have a wide selection of drinks—some were good, and others were just okay. The prices are affordable, and the environment is decent. We sat outside, so it was busy and a bit dirty.

We came across this locally by chance. I have to tell you PEOPLE THERE ARE THE BEST FRIES IN TOWN HERE! (you have to ask, they're not on the menu)

Complete disaster. Where should I start... We were a group of 10 people, we reserved a table by phone the day before and when we arrived on time we were told we hadn't reserved. Because of this mistake we had to sit indoors when it was 30 degrees. There were more than enough tables available outside that we could have moved, but the host refused to do so. After a while I very politely asked our neighbor if it might be possible to swap tables, as he was sitting alone at a table of four. The conversation with the gentleman was super friendly, but after seeing the conversation, the host came directly to me and began to rudely tell me that I didn't have to talk to other guests. I responded calmly and explained the situation, but the tone remained unchanged. He also didn't take our empty plates, which had been standing in front of us for 10 minutes, but instead stomped away in a rage. As I said, a complete disaster and not recommended in any way. If you want to go to a high-performance bar, you should go to Que Passa... Never again Vamos

Nice waiters, drink ok, food not that tasty - had enchiladas - they tasted more like an Indian had seasoned them with appropriate Indian spices, if I wanted that I could eat directly at Amrit opposite.

Eat ok, not a gourmet shop. Capable of... rather the taste of slightly better system gasteonimics. Many dishes are pre-prepared, you can tell.

The tacos were pretty meh, especially for the price. The cocktails were ok and not too expensive. We were served quickly and the waiters were very accommodating.

The food is basic, the quesadillas are a tortilla with string cheese from the supermarket. I wouldn't go back, very low quality. The service was good but they brought me the wrong order. They don't speak German.

So as an honest food and restaurant critic, here is my review for Vamos. I was here this morning, the food was really delicious and the service was also very good, especially the tall guy was really sweet and humble and had a nice smile.

😢 Unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet my expectations for authentic Mexican cuisine. The dishes lacked freshness, with the guacamole appearing to be store-bought. Both the tacos and burritos were dry and did not reflect traditional Mexican flavors. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking out other dining options.

The food is not the best in the world, but that may also be a matter of taste, as my experience with Mexican cuisine is not that great. Drinks are very cheap and good, I like the beer selection. Employees are very friendly and quick. The toilet is not necessarily an oasis of well-being. Card payments of any kind welcome.

It's not like a real mexican restaurant as you imagine. The drinks are nice but the food it's just okay. The service is so so. I didn't saw one mexican/Latino in that restaurant. Only Indias. I doubt there is a Mexican chef in the kitchen. But who knows. Wouldn't recommend it. Sorry guys

I came with my German friends in a group of 5. no one came to service. The waiter was on his cell phone. Conclusion: waste of money

We were seated buy the waiter it then took a while to get a menu watched as they gave menus to others that arrived after us. Once we managed to order the cocktails came quickly as did the food the food was amazing I would say the best Mexican food we have had the beans were next level this would have been 5 but the service was underwhelming and I understand they were very busy but that is not an excuse

This is a great little restaurant. As a battle hardened English fan who’s been in Germany for all the games, this is a try gem. The service (thank you very much Shah) was wonderful, attentive but not too much. The food - the chicken burrito was amazing. Germans I know you like your sausages and kebabs but come on? Highly recommended.

I only visited the bar during the day for a soft drink. The staff is friendly, although not very attentive (don't ask if there's anything else you might want). The atmosphere in the area is nice. I would like to go out for dinner and a snack once in the evening I went for a cocktail, but unfortunately I lost my appetite after visiting the toilets, because as we all know, the toilets are often the hygiene mirror of a restaurant (...)

The food tastes ok, but there barely are real mexican dishes on the menu and the one we ordered was no prepared nearly close to the original. The service was ok, a bit slow. The atmosphere was nice, because we were sitting outside and it was a nice sunny day. Otherwise, nobody was sitting inside and also the restrooms were a bit dirty.

Food was not fresh (on ingredients were like soup vegetables from the freezer and not accordingly a real quesadilla. The prices of the food were much too expensive. For such a price I want to have fresh ingredients. Service should always be good no matter what the prices are.

we are italians on a trip and before leaving the country we wanted to have a drink. the atmosphere is very welcoming and nice!! the staff is gentle and always ready to serve you and help you out. the cocktail are super good AND very cheap!!! also the portions are very big😂 we definitely will remember them and come back if we will ever have another chance!!

From our point of view, it couldn't be better. In half an hour, everyone had their food, without any confusion, the food was tasty and the portions were a really good size.

We were surprised to find a great Mexican food in Berlin! The fajitas were delicious with huge portions. The drinks were great! The restaurant was packed!

We had a group of 30 people and everyone ordered and got their food in around 30 minutes. Exceptional service all and all. Food was also excellent.

Tried tacos for first time in my life. I was always wondering how it tastes and why it is counts as so special thing. Now I know why: Fast, good looking, delicious and rich with more less all nutrients you need. I ordered a chicken - pineapple position, and it arrived at my table in 3 minutes. Impressive, because restaurant was almost full. Speaking of food, the chicken was liiitle bit overcooked and slightly dry (maybe it supposed to be like this at tacos, idk), but it was compensated by sos 100%. Not too spicy like every single Indian food, not too sweet, etc. It came with a good company of beans and salad. Beans was just good. And I must underline the dressing of the salad. It's fantastic. Finally, not too sour. Good first impression, would visit again 10/10.

Wide variety of Cocktails at a decidedly honest price for Berlin, good food but portions too large in my opinion (I was sorry to leave half a sandwich and half chips because I think it's a waste) but this is subjective and for other people it could be a point to favor! I didn't give 5 stars due to a small misunderstanding, that is, I had asked if it was possible to have the dish without the onion but it arrived with the onion.

You can use vamos as a restaurant or as a bar. it's really great here. I can only recommend!! (I was drunk and didn't look at the spelling.😂)

I had a great evening at this lovely Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is excellent. If you want a party atmosphere or an exciting evening, this place is a gem on Nollendorfplatz.

Amrinder was our server for the evening and he and the staff made sure our drinks were filled and we were fed. The menu has lots of choices for everyone from hard core meat eaters to vegan. The prices are reasonable and the drinks tasty.

Very nice and welcoming environment, we spent a very fun evening with company even though it was a Monday evening! I recommend it, I will definitely return
