A word of advice: run away Nothing reminds me of Mexico except the toilets. The restaurant was empty, that should have alerted me, probably still anesthetized when leaving, I am now 24 hours later able to write something... Horrible

This place is just disgusting, I have no other worlds. Vibe is inside is so bad and you wait for basic food (fries for +10mins) with empty space. It’s also so strange of hearing all of the clean up around the place and everything they are doing around

Even one star is still too many. The worst food I've ever had in a so-called restaurant! We had a voucher from Groupon and when we complained the reason was that we had paid little and then we couldn't expect anything! Added to this was the dingy atmosphere of the facility and the service!! Sorry! It doesn't work at all!

We had a Groupon with a 4-course menu, food was so-so, but still okay for a Groupon deal. During dessert, ice cream and sprayed cream, I suddenly pulled this necklace, see picture, out of my mouth!?! When we asked the waiter about it, he just said it wasn't his fault, billed us anyway and wasn't very understanding. Therefore no recommendation.

An Indian who does steakhouse/TeX Mex and every few Changes the name with a plastic tarp for months and actually only lives off Groupon and unsuspecting tourists. Very dirty and run down.

Chili Con Carne not recommended, tasty close to canned food. Cocktails with very little alcohol. The store only lives from its location.

Dirty restaurant, burgers and fries were burnt. Tasteless and not pleasant. The Sauces: Someone before me had eaten one of these, then he served us the same sauce. The details say it is a Mexican restaurant, but everyone who works there is from India. The workers are not clean. This restaurant has no connection to Mexican cuisine.

It was super tasty! Very friendly staff. Happy guests, perhaps because of the football. It was just public viewing. The food is clearly good, I can only recommend it.

Good business lunch for EUR 8.90. Large portions, fair wine prices, friendly service and: also well heated (unfortunately very important, especially in Berlin).

It was solid. I've had better Mexican food but it was still delicious. Everything is quite simple but still tasteful.

We redeemed a Groupon voucher and were horrified. 1. Service and chef had completely dirty aprons. 2. The 3 course menu was out of stock and the replacement was not tasty. We have never been to a restaurant where we felt so disgusted and so uncomfortable.

A benevolent 4 points because there is room for improvement. The food (which we had) was tasty, but one arrived lukewarm. Had to be reworked. Bar staff a bit inattentive as they were more busy with the chef.

2 stars, but only because the music was good. Can we remove the "Mexican" name from the sign? Lol This is not Mexican food, and it is also the very definition of mediocre. It's edible but it's not good. Also they serve coffee with no cream or sugar, and margaritas that I have no explanation for. I don't know what it was...... But it was not a margarita.

My husband had a voucher from Groupon worth €78. We wanted to try another Mexican restaurant. We were disappointed. The starter was these tortilla chips with three different dips, set out. Normally the service tells you what dips they are without us having to ask. Then a salad came, it was fresh but for €7 on a breakfast plate there was only iceberg lettuce, two small quarters of tomatoes and a slice Orange and 1 teaspoon of red beans with maybe a tablespoon of mustard dressing, where you could see the bottom of the plate. Well, the waitress came and quickly took my salad plate and poured the rest of the dressing on my pants. She said, oh sorry and it stayed at that Also.We could choose the main course, my husband took a pan-fried dish and I had a chicken dish. Just for fun, we looked at the menu to see what it would cost by then, we were at €55. For dessert we thought maybe there would be something a bit typically Mexican since we couldn't choose either, two scoops of ice cream with some whipped cream and Caramel sauce. We were at €63. What about the €15 left. We asked. And that was the icing on the cake. This service person said, I don't know, I have to talk to you, I'm just helping out today. My husband said what about my wife's clothes, which they soiled (didn't even bring a solid cloth).? Her answer, literally: I'm only human, that can happen. Conclusion: You can't eat there with a Groupon voucher because what you pay for the voucher is not at all correct. We are disappointed and we won't go there a second time.

Unfortunately, none of the 4 people got what they ordered. Neither food nor drinks. Service miserable! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Last time we were there with our whole (noisy) family. Luckily we were alone that afternoon. :) The boss was very accommodating and friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and both the little ones and the adults enjoyed it very much. Thanks for the good service. :)

TERRIBLE SERVICE, waitress literally shouting to trick us into consuming more, place is nice, but not worth the experience for the bad treatment.

So with more than 10 tables occupied, hopelessly overwhelmed. Not much kindness is sent out. The food itself wasn't the real thing in the Groupon voucher either. I can't imagine how it could be so different on other days that people would give it 5*.

Conclusion: Quite okay! You cannot pay by card and unfortunately you will not be informed in advance. 😶‍🌫️

We went there with a Groupon deal. The menu selection - unfortunately predetermined and meat plates were not included. The typical flavors were missing, the minced meat filling was bland and without any spiciness. We were only moderately enthusiastic. The service was friendly and everything went very quickly. We won't come again.

Food was nothing special and sometimes a bit sticky. The sauces were very tasty. Relatively few staff, but friendly. The cocktails were a bit too sweet. But the price-performance ratio was right. You can only pay in cash.

Groupon voucher: only hamburgers and cheeseburgers could be selected even though the description said something else. Natchos very disappointing for so much money 💰. Unfortunately not recommended after the second visit.

Nothing is authentic here, no one here understands a word of Spanish because it is run by Indians. The food looks as if it were frozen products. We were the only guests and the service was still incredibly slow. The heating was off, so they put a heater inside.

Pretty unfriendly service and not good Mexican cuisine. Disappointing!

Our appetizers were cold, beer tasted watered down, and soda served flat. My chicken burrito was served with spices and ingredients that I’ve never experienced in a “Mexican” dish. The waiter accidentally charged the table next to us for our meal, then when we went to pay he realized he’d mixed up the tables… then when I finally paid he short changed me. Not going back here.

I would love to give this restaurant 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. We were there this summer and had a terrible experience. The food was cold and arrived after 1 hour. The waitress was extremely rude, rude, unfriendly and incompetent, she didn't even know what she was doing. She told us we had to wait 45 minutes for the cocktails. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They only take cash, but that was not posted anywhere to know beforehand. The restaurant was empty during lunchtime and the food was ok. Pricey for what you get.

Zum Essen eingekehrt und vorher gegangen.....Ein nett eingerichtetes Lokal. Die Bedienung war, bei uns jedenfalls, nur mäßig ambitioniert. Getränke, eine Faßbrause und ein Ginger Ale waren nicht bestellbar. Die Ausweichgetränke, Cola und Tonic komplett ohne Kohlensäure. Die verklebte Speisekarte und eine wirklich unangenehm riechende Toilette haben uns dazu bewogen, woanders zu Essen. Toilette über Treppen im Keller zu erreichen. Als wir dort waren, 16.30 Uhr an einem Sonnabend, waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Als wir später wieder vorbei kamen war das Lokal gut besucht.

Mit einem groupon Voucher da gewesen, der service war unfreundlich und hat genervt gewirkt. Das Essen hatte echt minderwertige qualität, war das Geld nicht wert

Sehr gutes Essen, hat sogar denen geschmeckt die keine Bohnen mögen. Cocktails kann man für 6€ gut trinken und es wird nicht mit dem Alkohol gespart. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hat auch englisch gesprochen. Ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen.

My Burrito contained no beans! is it still a Burrito?

El lugar esta muy bien decorado, hasta parece Mexicano 😉. En realidad el tema es Mexicano pero se nota que los dueños, cocineros y la sazón no lo son. La comida está rica sin embargo, pero no es un lugar que recuerde o al que quiera regresar. Como ya dijeron en otro post la cola no tenia gas. Tiene potencial pero podría mejorar en muchos aspectos.

Nettes Lokal mitten im Prenzlauer Berg. Machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck mit gemütlichem Ambiente. Frieda Kahlo schaut einem in Form eines großen Wandgemäldes beim Essen zu. Das Wetter war durchwachsen. Umso schöner, das man innen an offenen bodentiefen Fenstern sitzen kann. Das Essen kam schnell und wsr durchweg lecker. Den Salat dazu brauchte ich jetzt nicht, war aber okay. Coctails fast alle für nur 5,90€. Das war super! Die Bedienung war freundlich, witzig und schnell. Toll fand ich auch, das sie bei meinem Coctail, Bahama Mama, der für mich zu viel Säure hatte, noch Batida de Coco nachgeschenkt haben. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Abend. Parkplätze waren vorhanden und mit 1,-/Std. locker bezahlbar.

Das Essen war sehr schön Angerichtet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Zu meinem bedauern leider zu schwach gewürzt aber das ist Geschmackssache, wer's schärfer mag bitte mit angeben. Man musste auch nicht all zu lange warten. Preis / Leistung ist sehr gut. Speisekarte ist Übersichtlich und nicht überladen. Das Ambiente ist einladend und bunt.

Essen war durchschnittlich, den Burger würde ich nicht noch mal bestellen. Pommes waren ok. Service war top, und die Atmosphäre stimmt. Von mir gibt es 4 Sterne 🌟

Tolles Restaurant mit super aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Das Essen kam schnell, war heiß und super lecker. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Burritos waren sehr lecker, die Cocktails leider nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Wir mussten leider super lange warten, Getränke kamen auch erst nach dem Essen. Schade.

Food is alright not great. The people are nice though. Soft drinks are as expensive as in other places, but feel lower quality (you get them in a glass instead of a bottle).

Definitely not authentic mexican food experience. The food was too salty, tacos come with fries (most likely out of the freezer), no lime, not enough salsa, guacamole without lime juice and no coriander. It was a bit disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Long wait for the mains, took 35 minutes.

Unfortunately very disappointed. The food has nothing to do with Mexican food - no coriander, no limes, no Mexican cheese, no salsa verde.. I could go on. It was extremely over-salted. The rice was over cooked. Fries from the freezer. Even though we were inly two customers inside, we had to wait 40 minutes for a very mediocre dish.

Tolles Ambiente - holt ein Stück Mexico nach Berlin und gibt einem das Gefühl, dass man auf Urlaub ist. Echt leckere Cocktails, die zu einem fairen Preis angeboten werden. Sehr freundliches Personal, die immer wieder nach den Befindlichkeiten fragt. Leckere Snacks zu unschlagbaren Preisen. Alles in einem - super tolle Erfahrung! Danke

Wir waren an einem Freitag Abend ungeplant dort, wurden auch ohne Reservierung sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen sofort einen Tisch. Da wir nur einen Cocktail trinken und etwas dazu snacken wollten, kann ich zur Küche wenig sagen. Die bestellten Nachos waren wie erwartet, in der Getränkekarte gab es eine sehr gute Auswahl auch von alkoholfreien Cocktails und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gestimmt. Der Service, war sehr aufmerksam, schnell und auch sehr freundlich.

Wir haben über Ubereats die Tacos bestellt und für 17€ anstelle von 4 tacos nur 2 bekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns nur erklärt, dass sie ihre Karte im Geschäft aber noch nicht online geändert haben. Toll. 17€ Für 2 Tacos. Super.
