Vamos! in Berlin

Without Tony we wouldn't be here. His company convinced us to go to que pasa. It was wonderful. Food and drinks, very good.

Toni is a special Waiter, he is very kind and also allways asks if we want something and goes into my wishes. Apperciate it. 💝

I liked the cheese nachos and the cocktails were pretty nice. Tequila shot was good, would be nice with a lemon instead of orange.

One particular waiter was very disrespectful. We were 2 men 2 women in total and he totally ignored us as women, only talked to the guys we were with the whole time and even offered shots to them only when we were leaving. The guys didn’t want the shots, so I decided to take them but then he started saying that it’s not for me. Very sexist attitude, it is not acceptable. The music was also very loud for no reason and the bathrooms were filthy. Wouldn’t come again.

It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't special either. Some dishes were really tasty, others quite tasteless. There was a lot of choice. Prices were very reasonable, especially in relation to the portion size! Service was funny. He tried very hard to create a relaxed atmosphere. Great place for a simple meal. And if you like large portions, you're in the right place. The toilets are a bit run down. Clean, the doors are a bit loose and damaged. Please note, you can only pay in cash

The service was mostly good and the waiter was very nice. He came across as very likeable but unfortunately this positive quality was missing from the food. I felt sick after eating (Rojas) and had to throw up afterwards, it was also very dry. I hope they get a new boss.

Came in with 7 people just to drink. Was welcomed by very nice staff. Drinks came very quickly and were very tasty. Relaxed and fun service. Definitely recommended and worth remembering for the future.

Delicious (tomato) soup in advance. There were strips of tortillas on it, but I didn't think that added anything, rather it detracted from the delicious soup. Then a dish from the specials, kind of chili, I can't remember the name, it was good spicy chicken and way too much for me. Very tasty food and a nice Angolan host.

Walked 20 minutes early afternoon to find the place closed! Sign on door days winter opening is from 17:30! Google and restaurant website need updating.

There is a wide variety of drinks for a lower price. Even on a Friday evening the restaurant is not that full and the service comes very quickly. The cocktails are very tasty and the staff are all nice. Always my pleasure!

Very loud and troubled place with bad tasting food. The rice was over cooked, the black beans watery and the chicken old. And nobody said sorry or brought something as an excuse (a couple of nachos would have been appreciated.) never gonna go there again!

The cocktails were A1. Feels like 50% alcohol in it. We were feeling very good after just one cocktail. Very friendly staff, €4.50 per cocktail in 10/2024.

I'll make it short. The amount of alcohol in those long island ice teas is absolutely insane. Got hammered for just 9€. 100% recommend!

We ordered tap beer from the menu and got 1) bottled beer and 2) not the brand we ordered but Warsteiner... We saw them pouring and serving it to us. We asked if this is really Astra from tap and they simply lied to us. Definitely not ok!!! Quantity before quality. The portions were (too) huge and sadly the taco fillings overcooked and without any finesse.

Vamos! has it all: unparalleled staff, phenomenal cocktails and extremely attractive prices. My comrades Bela, Bent and Finn were also extremely satisfied with Vamos' performance as far as it conveyed their limited expressive abilities. We would be happy to come back at any time to experience this pleasure again. The nice residents of the apartment building above, who greeted us with eggs (in oriental countries this is a sign of respect) as well as the extremely friendly employees, who definitely underline the Mexican flair, made our visit an incomparable experience. Vamos is a pearl of Berlin's gourmet culture!

Great place to have a team party, drinks are really tasty, staff very caring and even if place was full, they were maintaining orders perfectly. Food was quite tasty, but more like an addition to the drinks, and more tex-mex style than authentic mexican cuisine.

The location of the place is on a busy corner, the internal part of the place is small and the terrace is at street level. It is said that it sells Mexican food, but it is not 100% Mexican, it is Tex-Mex or rather Indu-Mex food, the truth is that the food can be eaten, but it is not authentic. The prices are moderate, 10 to 20 Euro per person, the drinks are well priced, a Tipps, including cocktails, costs 4.50 Euro. The service is very good, the attention too. The intermediate bathrooms (neither clean nor dirty). In short, it is a place to go to eat and my advice is not to be carried away by the name and what they say they sell so that you do not be disappointed. (for connoisseurs of authentic Mexican food)
