Vamos! in Berlin

Cool place, good menu & huge portions, I highly recommend it. Only downside: cleanliness of the men's restroom.

Monica is the best waitress. Always so nice and incredibly sweet :)) The only reason we come. And because of the cocktails.

The food tastes delicious, big portions and the staff is really nice too. I absolutely recommend this place and I will come back soon.

PERFECT, couldn't be improved. Prices are perfect, the food is delicious, and the service is superb. The place is also perfectly decorated and has a very chill atmosphere. Conclusion: I can only recommend it.

This is a good place to have some drinks, but the staff here is very rude and unprofessional, the owner made all of our table feel uncomfortable with inappropriate sexual jokes. Not worth it to come.

We (4 pers) stopped by in the late afternoon for some cocktails. We were well taken care of by Monica and her colleague. Very enjoyable and fun visit, highly recommendable!

I’m a tourist and after a long day of sightseeing in Berlin I needed to relax and chill out for a bit so my local friends took me to this bar saying it was a must. They were so right about it!! We had some drinks and the prices were so affordable, no waiting time at all and the owner was lovely :) I will definitely come back and I’ll recommend this place to my mates cause it doesn’t disappoint.

Great food, extremely affordable cocktails that also taste good and pack a punch. A short walk from Schlesi. Service was great at first, but unfortunately declined as the evening progressed. The crowd is very mixed, with "regulars" being the only ones, and the prices also attract teenagers and other oddballs. I'll definitely go back. Just maybe not quite as late. ;)

I was on a weekend trip to Berlin with some friends and the vibes were VERY low. We were supposed to be rallying for the club but it seemed like the night wasn’t going to go well. BUT THEN WE SAW VAMOS! It actually fixed us. The drinks were sooo good, super strong, and super affordable. Honestly the highlight of our trip!! It saved our night and has bonded us for life. Thank you vamos! We love you forever!! It is cash only be warned (but there’s an atm down the street)

Four 20-year-olds visiting Germany for two days, never been before. By hour five we decided Germany sucked and thought all Germans hated us and hated life. We walked to two bars and could barely get one drink before a concert because of the lines (and had a scary environment). After the concert, we happened upon a diamond in the rough… Vamos! 3.50€ cocktails, enchiladas meant for feeding to friends, and a night full of echoing laughter was all we needed to turn our disaster vacation into an unforgettable weekend. All we have left of Vamos! is the memories we made at that rinky-dink table and a couple of pictures that remind us what Germany really is all about.

Amazing margaritas! This place charge the same for the bar/restaurant across the road but the margaritas are much better here xxx

The food is very, very tasty... the service is excellent... the price is great... but the toilets are a disaster... If the toilets are repaired, cleaned, and in good condition, then they'd get a solid 5 points.

Actually, everything was quite nice, but I know burritos as finger food, something eaten with the hands. Unfortunately, I felt this one lacked the right seasoning. I was particularly disappointed by the sauce, including balsamic vinegar, poured over the burrito.

Very good food at a really fair price. The service could be improved but was OK. The cleanliness of the restrooms is unfortunately really bad and needs to be improved urgently. However, the food was really great.

You’ll get drunk here, in a very happy way. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing experience in this restaurant! We came to Berlin for 4 days, and litterally spend every day in this restaurant. Waiters Shah and Kiran were so kind to us, that I never had better service before. All recommendations!

Unfortunately, the margarita doesn't taste good, and the tacos have absolutely nothing to do with tacos 😂 more like Indian...

Had a great meal here during a recent visit to Berlin. Lots of delicious Mexican food to choose from and vegans/vegetarians are well catered for. Excellent cocktails too! Recommended

I had a great experience at Vamos. I came here with my boyfriend for lunch and ordered the vegan fajita option. It was delicious and a very generous portion. I loved that it came out on a sizzling platter. The cocktails are very cheap and still taste great. Would highly recommend!

Great atmosphere in one of the busiest places of Berlin. Fast and friendly service. Super delicious homemade, traditional foods and great portions! Take cash with you because they don't take card. Haven't been happier after a long day of running around the city.

I was at the Vamos restaurant a few days ago and I have to say I had a fantastic evening. All the cocktails were fantastic and strong, and worth every penny. The icing on the cake was the service from the staff, which was incredibly good! I forgot the name of this guy, who was a bit flirty but really good at serving customers and made them feel pampered! I will definitely be back...

€3.50 for good, strong drinks. Service was a bit slow, and they tried to rip us off several times, telling us that some drinks hadn't been paid for. It's about to get us through the evening, but no more.

I'm Mexican, and the portions are very generous. I recommend the enchiladas Suizas or chicken quesadillas. The service and attention are fast. Shaa, one of the servers, took wonderful care of us and celebrated our Medal Monday with us. If you're looking for Mexican food, this place might be the place to turn you off, but it's not authentic and there's no ambiance.

Incredibly delicious and incomparable value for money

After seeing heaps of great reviews on here, I thought I’d share my own experience too. I was at Restaurant Vamos last weekend with some mates. We had a few drinks and a feed — the food was alright, nothing to complain about. When it came time to pay the bill, one of the staff (a young woman) asked us to head inside and use a tablet to settle up. I handed a short bloke working there €50, but he got distracted talking to a few other people. Next thing I know, he turns around and reckons I never gave him the money! He ended up taking another €50 off me and started getting a bit aggro about it. Then a taller guy stepped in when he saw things were getting tense. After a bit of back and forth, and me standing my ground, the short guy eventually handed my money back — but I still didn’t get a receipt for the bill. Not sure if it was an honest mistake or something dodgy going on, but either way, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Deeply disappointed with the restaurant atmosphere yesterday. We had planned a nice meal and some drinks, but some of the staff were extremely unprofessional. One of the tall girls laughed loudly every few minutes and was very disruptive. We even asked a man with earrings and the same tall girl to turn the music down, but all to no avail. It was extremely disrespectful. We've been to Vamos several times, but we've never experienced anything like this. The staff were very nice and polite, the food was good, but yesterday was extremely disappointing and disrespectful.🥲

I come here once a year for food and cocktails. I always celebrate my birthday here. Everything is great.

Went there spontaneously last night. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They served the wrong meal: no problem there. They apologized and brought the correct meal a little later. It tasted great (burritos). The Astra on tap was also very nice. The prices were very reasonable 😃. I'd be happy to go again 😸

Very tasty food, large portions, and good prices. The restaurant itself has a pleasant ambiance. If you sit outside, you have to be aware that it's a very busy area and you might come into contact with passersby or even homeless people. The service is excellent; we were served by Shah, who also accommodated all our special requests.

I went here with three (foreign) friends; I speak German myself. The service was good, but not great. We ended up being charged two too many for cocktails. One was fine, but two was actually too much. After paying the bill, we got "free" tequila shots, but I think we paid for them with the two extra cocktails. The food is delicious and comes quickly after ordering.

Vamos is probably the best place for both affordable cocktails and good mexican food in the vicinity. The attached pictures are of the complimtary shots of tequila that we got from Shah- our kind and professional waiter, who is one of the biggest reasons for which we kept visiting this place. The other picture is of my friend who is a connoisseur of both exquisite drinks and good mexican food. He seems happy so it would be wise to follow his expert opinion and go to Vamos.

A great place for pre-drinks, or to spend the whole evening! The staff is incredibly friendly. All cocktails cost €3.50 and taste amazing, and the nachos are also reasonably priced and really good. Sha and Micha, in particular, were very friendly and served us well. A definite recommendation for everyone.

We had the pollo fajitas and the nachos. Both dishes were delicious and plentiful. It was almost too much for both of us, actually. Otherwise, the service was excellent, and it also seems to be a good place for those looking for cheap cocktails.

I had the vegan burrito and added cheese to it, it was delicious. The guacamole in particular was very good. The classic margarita was well balanced and incredible value for money (all cocktails were 3.50 daytime Saturday when I went). The service was slow but they seemed busy and I wasn’t in a rush.

Shah...good food and so cheap...one of The Best restaurant în Berlin...I gladly recomended
