I've ordered there several times. The food is okay, but nothing more. The pizza is usually very dry, and the Italian salad is edible.

As always, very hot, on time and great in taste. Very, very tasty, unfortunately always smaller than ordered, which is actually a shame. Because you get less than you pay for. Still very, very tasty.

I ordered menu 2, but instead of the two large 32 cm pizzas, I got one 30 cm and one 28 cm. I was confirmed a €3 discount over the phone. Despite everything, the pizza is always smaller than ordered. It's always delicious and arrives on time, but I'm not going to let it fool me, sorry. I'd really like the whole thing... no, better not. It's a real shame, actually. My money is real, and I expect to get what I officially ordered and paid for. Anything else would be... Okay, it was still always very tasty.

After placing our order, we were told "55-60 min. Delivery time!" - OK, that's a long time, but that's how it was communicated from the start. But after 1 hour and 55 minutes, our order still hadn't arrived, we wanted to cancel it. "The driver will be right here. We'll definitely do something about the price!" was the response after contacting us by phone. When the driver then wanted to charge us the full amount for lukewarm pizza and the now room-temperature Coke, the manager, after we called again, said, "What's the problem? You have to sort it out with Lieferando!" Conclusion: The driver was allowed to take his lukewarm food back, and we will never order from there again. Unreliable & rude!

The pizza was outstanding. The service was top-notch.

Absolutely outrageous! We called as a group! The phone was passed around so everyone could place their order! The phone was hung up immediately, and the last meal wasn't even included. After 10 further attempts to get through by phone, the waiter stopped answering.

I ordered through Lieferando, which said delivery time would be 115-135 minutes. After calling, I was told 60 to 90 minutes, which was fine. It arrived after 100 minutes, but the driver didn't have the pasta with him. A pizza plus salad for two people isn't that great. The driver made a phone call right away. I'm curious when the pasta will arrive, since it's already 8:21 p.m. On November 21st, the driver was at the door, but I reported a case via PayPal and asked for €8.50 back. The driver can't do anything about it, but I sent him back, including the pasta. After venting on the phone, I informed them that I had requested my money back via PayPal. If I don't get it, I'll post it here.

I ordered through Lieferando. My order was accepted at 6:17 p.m. Two salads and one pasta dish. It was supposed to arrive at 7:21 p.m. It didn't arrive for a long time, but I waited patiently and understandingly until around 8:50 p.m. Then I called. "Yes, it's delayed, it's coming, it's coming." Oh dear, it never arrived. The store is closed, and I didn't get my order.

Bland, unseasoned food. Unfriendly staff. Unable to accept criticism. Once and never again.

The one star is already too much... never again cannelloni Stone hard as if they had been warmed up in the microwave 100 times. Lasagna was totally sour and bad, probably thawed and frozen again 10 times. I've never eaten something so disgusting.

We ordered food for a cozy evening. It finally came after 1.5 hours of waiting. The salad was so-so, the pizza was burnt, the garlic pizza bread was also dark brown and the garlic was apparently forgotten. Calling spaghetti in a cream sauce that is tepid in every respect carbonara a disgrace for an Italian restaurant. We are disappointed and will definitely never order there again.

The phone order was simply forgotten. When they asked about it after 1.5 hours, they realized something had been forgotten! Not for the first time! But for the last!

Food came way too late. We had hair in the noodles. Not really good in taste either. As compensation for the delay there was a cola and 12 cents "discount"

We have ordered several times now and it has always been delicious. Very well documented. The delivery time was always adhered to. And if the order was of a higher value, there were always free drinks. I can only recommend it.

Rip-off and unfriendly! We ordered menu 3 (two pizzas, salad, pasta and a Lambrusco) to pick up. According to the cover page on their website (not according to the unfriendly employee) there is a 20% discount when picked up. With a discount that would be €28. When we got there they immediately said Lambrusco was out, you could choose a soft drink as a “substitute”. When we called an hour before, nothing was mentioned about this. Too bad. Then it came to payment: Here we found out that the information on their website was simply not correct. It's funny that the original price of the menu that is on the website came up. But they didn't want to be talked to. We still ended up paying €30 because we were hungry. There was no Lambrusco. In our opinion, people are deliberately ripping things off there. There are still two stars because the food was delicious and everything was ready on time. We will order there again not.

Unfortunately for me it was the worst pizza I've eaten. Once ok, now unfortunately a bland pizza with no taste.

That was the worst food I've ever ordered. If you want to eat something and don't want garbage delivered to you, I recommend ordering somewhere else. I threw the food straight into the trash. It has nothing to do with pasta carbonara, it's too hard Boiled spaghetti with just cream and scrambled eggs with the egg in it is not the same with a carbonara and pasta with seafood also a very big disappointment

We were really looking forward to a cozy family evening with pizza - but what was delivered was a bitter disappointment. The pizza arrived completely charred, black and inedible. After several calls asking for clarification, we received the astonishing response: 'It has to be that way.' When we finally asked for our money back because the food was unusable, we were repeatedly told they were 'busy'. I can even understand that - because ruining a pizza so thoroughly certainly requires the utmost concentration. It seems like someone there thinks charred pizzas are the latest trend. Unfortunately, they showed no insight and insisted that this was normal. It definitely wasn't for us - but if you like charred pizzas, you might find what you're looking for here. I advise everyone else: stay away

Order came way too late, you can say it took 2 hours. Unfriendly employee on the phone. To eat: Pasta can taste better, far too much oil tastes like nothing and pizza is completely burnt on the edge.

So after a wait of 2 hours and a call in which you weren't addressed very politely, the driver arrived not 10 more minutes later but 15 minutes later, according to the phone call. He wasn't particularly nice either and it took so long to ask After a while there was no real answer. The food wasn't particularly tasty either. We won't order there again.

It was ordered at 5:58 p.m. Delivery time confirmed at 7:31 p.m. Called at 8:26 p.m. and asked about delivery coming in 20 minutes. At 9:05 p.m. still no delivery. Absolute impudence! We will NEVER order there again!

The biggest insolence there is. Food was ordered at 5:45 p.m. & delivery time was given as 90 minutes. 2 hours later we asked and they said it would take another 30-45 minutes. After several calls and no one answered the phone, the food was delivered at 9:15 p.m., although part of the order was forgotten. The bell also rang several times on several floors within a short period of time. The worst service we have ever experienced.

I ordered pizza for 7 people. The pizzas tasted good. Food came way too late. When I ordered, the lady on the phone was very friendly. After we waited and asked for over half an hour, the lady on the phone was no longer friendly and became very abusive.

We ordered via the website, apparently the orders are only received very irregularly. When we asked over the phone where the order was, we first noticed that an order had been received. On the phone the staff then asked why you hadn't ordered over the phone straight away.... After another long wait, it was finally delivered. Unfortunately only part of the order, the rest was simply forgotten and after a relatively short time Unfortunately, the quality of the food ordered was not convincing either.

Ordered 15-20 pizzas twice while on vacation. The pizza was consistently praised, crispy dough, good toppings, all special requests were fulfilled, service was punctual. Tutto perfetto, grace.

Good bye, Eating was a complete disgrace, my margherita was completely black! In my 19 years of life, I have never eaten such a disgusting magherita. Salami pizza was also completely black, the salamis looked like coal!! NEVER AGAIN can I advise anyone against it. Delivery was also bad and it took a very long time. No more! Pizza was ok, but the service sucks! Ordered pizza at 5 p.m. with a stated delivery time of 90 minutes, but this was not kept. After asking and being put off several times, we were asked to pick up the pizza ourselves "then it would be quicker". It is still unclear whether we will get the money back from Lieferando. Conclusion - just keep your hands off

After ordering online, no delivery was received and a very rude woman criticized me for placing my order at the same time as so many other people. The result was a very disappointing experience and a refund via Lieferando.

Food great as usual! But the delivery was unpunctual. We ordered at 5 p.m. and requested delivery at 7 p.m. So it took a whole 2 hours for delivery. We didn't eat until around 8 p.m., about an hour late. The promised callback has not yet come. 2 stars only because the pizza was great. Unfortunately no longer an option due to unreliable delivery.

This was my first time ordering from this delivery service and overall I was pretty satisfied. At first I tried to order via Lieferando, but the site didn't work. So I decided to call them directly. The employee on the phone was very friendly and was able to give me an estimated waiting time for my order (salad and pizza). In the end it took a little longer than stated - plus 5 minutes - but that was absolutely within reason and therefore great. When the delivery finally arrived, I realized I hadn't received a receipt. I wanted to address this, but the driver had already left. I thought that was a bit of a shame as it's always good to have a receipt. Both the salad and the pizza were really tasty. I particularly liked having extra dressing on the salad - exactly how I like it! However, what bothered me negatively about the pizza was that it wasn't cut. For me it's just a matter of having a pizza served cut into pieces as standard. Despite these small criticisms, I am overall satisfied with my order and would definitely order from them again. There is certainly still room for improvement in some areas, but all in all I still give the delivery service a good rating.

A great pizzaria. It's not possible to eat on site but it's not bad either. The pizza is always an absolute hit. The prices are right and the staff is really, really friendly. I'm happy to have a pizzeria like this in Creidlitz. Thumbs up and keep it up.

Hab das letzte mal dort bestellt. 3 Stunden gewartet. Keiner geht an Telefon. eine kleine entschuldigung vom fahrer. Der kann noch am wenigsten dazu. NIE WIEDER VALENTINOS

Pizza kam weit über eine Stunde zu spät. Werde hier nicht mehr bestellen. Hätte telefonisch kommuniziert werden können.

Einfach nur ein Witz. Das Essen sollte nach 1,5 h da sein und war erst nach über 3 h da. Und dann war die Pizza so schlecht belegt, es haben Bestandteile gefehlt und es war viel zu viel Käse drauf.

Wir haben um 18:35 Uhr für 19:45 Uhr bestellt. Die Angabe vom Restaurant war dann für 20:30 Uhr angesetzt. Inzwischen ist es 21:34 Uhr. Das Telefon ist dauer besetzt. Absolute Katastrophe der Laden. Inzwischen ist es auch egal wie der Fraß schlussendlich schmeckt. Zusammengefasst: Kannste den Hasen geben dieses Etablissement.

Es wurde gesagt, dass die Lieferung 20 Minuten dauert. Es wurde 2 Mal wiederholt. Nach 45 Minuten hab ich nachgefragt. Dann wurde mir unfreundlich und pampig gesagt, dass er dies nicht gesagt hätte, sondern dass es 60-90 Minuten dauert (langer Zeitraum und lange Zeit, aber wenn man es weiß, okay). Nach 100 Minuten kam die Lieferung. Ich finde 15€ für eine Pizza Salami und Peperoni und eine Flasche Cola teuer. Der Fahrer war auch genervt. Die Pizza war solide bis gut. War gut belegt. Der würde ich 3,5 Punkte geben.

Essen über Lieferando bestellt angegeben war 45min nach 2h angerufen der Fahrer sei gerade noch unterwegs es kann noch eine halbe bis 3/4h dauern. Haben das Essen abbestellt, hoffentlich klappt das wenigstens mit der Rückerstattung...

Für 13 Euro große Pizza bestellt mit Tonno… Es waren soviele Champions und Zwiebel dabei das ich vom tonno kein Geschmack hatte. War für mich Pizza mit Zwiebel und Champions ! Die Pizzeria wird schlechter und schlechter!

Unehrlich, schlecht, unfreundlich - nie wieder! Wir hatten bestellt (2xPizza, 2x Pasta). Nach 1,5h rief ich an. Die Dame, scheinbar die Chefin, sagte es sei unterwegs. Nach 2h kein Essen! Erneute Nachfrage. Daraufhin schrie sie ihren Lieferanten an. Meinte zu mir die Nudeln wären ja schon fertig und unterwegs, die Pizza jetzt im Ofen. Sie ließ mich kaum zu Wort kommen und legte auf. Zwei weitere Anrufe von mir wurden nicht abgenommen. Die zwei Nudelessen kamen an. Ich verweigerte diese, der Lieferant rief seine Chefin an, sie sagte, ja die Pizza sei jetzt im Ofen. Ich verweigerte dennoch die beiden Nudelgerichte. Wir hatten über Paypal bezahlt. Die Bitte um Rückzahlung verweigerte Sie auch mit den Worten: „Machen wir später. Gerade viel Stress.“ Pizzas kamen dann kurze Zeit später. Geht doch. Leider ohne Geld. „Klären wir später.“ Keine Rückzahlung auf Paypal. Auf eine spätere E-Mail hin keine Reaktion. Frechheit! Absolut! Abzocke! Hätte es gar nicht annehmen sollen. Hatte aber drei kleine Kinder mit viel Hunger zu Hause. Naja. Dieser Lieferdienst nie wieder! Absolut keine Empfehlung!!!

Pizza und Pasta waren sehr lecker

Sehr leckere Thunfisch Pizza, allerdings wurde mit den Zwiebeln etwas übertrieben. An sich hat dir Pizza sehr gut geschmeckt, aber hatte einen etwas dicken Rand.

Wir warten zwei Stunden auf unser Essen, damit uns dann am Telefon (wenn mal einer ran geht) gesagt wird das man nicht zu uns liefert. DAS IST EINE FRECHHEIT!

Das Restaurant ist ein Witz! Wir haben ein Lasagne halbvoll bekommen,nach eine Reklamation die haben uns ein neue versprochen. Wann Fahrer gekommen hat,das Restaurant wollten das wir dafür 5€ zahlen. Wahnsinn!

Wenn ich 90€ für eine Schuhsohle ausgeben möchte, dann gehe ich lieber in einen Nike Store! 2 Sterne gibt lediglich dafür, dass die Pizza einigermaßen pünktlich und heiß kam! Eine Pizza „Vier Käse“ bedeutet nicht viermal so viel Pizzakäse sondern VIER verschieden Käsesorten!

Das Essen kam leider zu spät an und hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Ich habe zudem eine Panna Cotta bestellt und eine crème brûlée bekommen welche nicht auf der Karte zu finden war 🤔

Haben die Bestellung nicht angenommen, da diese über eine Stunde zu spät ankam. Insgesamt haben wir über 2,5 Stunden gewartet, obwohl 60-90 Minuten angegeben waren. Haben mehrmals nachgefragt. Sehr unhöflicher, respektloser & frecher Umgang. Auf Lieferando sieht man, dass es anscheinend auch mehreren Kunden so erging. *** Keine Empfehlung!!! ***

Beim bestellen wurde uns gesagt, 60-90 min Lieferzeit. Nach 2 Stunden angerufen, gefragt wielange es noch dauert. Nach weiteren 25min ist Bestellung angekommen. Auf einer Pizza war ein Haar zwischen dem Käse. Und im Salat mit Käse war kein Stück Käse drin. Nie wieder!

Leider hatten die Pizzen beim letzten Mal nicht besonders geschmeckt. Hatte 2 Pizzen und der Käse schmeckte wie Käseersatz. So mehlig bröcklich. Auch nicht mehr so gut gewürzt wie sonst. Fazit: 2 Pizzen bestellt und 3/4 insgesammt gegessen. Rest bekamen die Hunde, da es absolut nicht schmeckte.

Urgestein. Wer kennt es nicht? Kindheitserinnerungen man war schon 1000 mal hier und war immer lecker 😋

Leider zum wiederholten Mal falsche Lieferung: -(( sehr schade. Salat matschig....Pizzakäse total grisselig (Nachfrage: der normale Käse ist im Moment nicht verfügbar) Nie wieder!!!

Leider nicht möglich null Sterne zu vergeben. Gestern morgen zwei Familienpizza für Geburtstagsfeier online für 18.30 Uhr bestellt. Um 19.00 Uhr nachgefragt, angeblich keine Bestellung eingegangen. Es wurde gesagt, die Pizza kommt in einer Stunde. Um 20.30 Uhr nochmal angerufen. Auskunft, die Pizza ist im Ofen. Eine Stunde später kam sie dann endlich. Das Ganze war äußerst peinlich meinen Gästen gegenüber und hat die ganze Geburtstagsfeier verdorben. Nie wieder.

Wir bestellen seid vielen Jahren und stellen fest, die Pizzen werden immer teurer und leider immer schlechter. Heute hatten wir die aller schlechtesten Pizzen, ohne Geschmack, einfach nur entäuschend. Wir werden uns wohl nach einem anderen Pizza Service umsehen.

Das Essen ist super, Lieferung meistens schneller als angekündigt und bei Abholung kann man richtig sparen.

Die Pizza schmeckt uns sehr gut, heiss, gut belegt, Teig leicht und knusprig. AM besten direkt vor Ort am Stehtisch.

Eine der schlechtesten Pizzen, die ich bisher gegessen habe und dazu trotzdem relativ teuer. Hat gar nichts mit einer italienischen Pizza gemeinsam. Zudem ist suf den meisten Pizzen kein Mozzarella, ich habe deshalb extra die Pizza mit Mozzarella und Tomate bestellt. Auf der Pizza wurden dann großzügig Fleischtomaten verteilt, sodass alles wässrig und geschmacklos wurde. Würde man zuhause definitiv besser hinkriegen.

Guter Pizzasevice. Große Karte. Salat ist sehr lecker, Pizza auch. Am Wochenende leider manchmal erhebliche Wartezeiten

Haben Calamaris, Spaghetti Rosi und ein Tiramisu bestellt. Die Calamaris würde ich von der Karte streichen, hier ist eindeutig Quantität vor Qualität und was ein solche Produkt auf der Karte verloren hat verstehe ich nicht. Die Calamaris kamen mit einer Mayonnaise und einem kleinen Salat mit Senfdressing, also jeder der Tiefkühl Calamaris hat kann das auch in 20-30 minuten im Ofen machen. Die Spaghetti Rosi waren sehr lecker und das ist ein Gericht was super zu der Pizzaria passt und das bekommt mit dem Tiramisu auch die 4 Sterne. Streicht die Calamaris, eure Karte ist eh groß genug und wer nur diese Calamaris bei euch bestellt, der bestellt nicht noch einmal!

Wir haben unzählige Male schon bestellt - immer super frisch und super lecker! Ich kann mir so manche schlechte Bewertung hier gar nicht erklären! Deswegen muss ich hier mal dringend Lob aussprechen 🤗

Am Samstag Mittag online 2 Pizzen für 17.30 Uhr bestellt. Bis 18.15 Uhr nichts erhalten. Anruf mit Nachfrage getätig, angeblich keine Bestellung erhalten. Wenn schon Onlinebestellung angeboten wird sollte diese auch funktionieren. Gottseidank gibt es noch andere Lieferservices. Habe von Denen erst mal die Nase voll.

Bin schon lange Stammkunde. Pizza war, wie immer sehr gut. Nur der Salat war diesmal qualitativ schlecht. Er hat geschmeckt wie der abgepackte Salat aus dem Supermarkt (sehr harte und rötliche Salatblätter). Das Senfdressing war gut. Deshalb leider nur drei Punkte.

Angegebene Wartezeit: 60 Min. Tatsächliche Wartezeit: 2 Std. und 20 Min.! Nudeln waren trocken und der Extrawunsch wurde auch ignoriert. Pizza war in Ordnung, also mehr als 2 Sterne nicht möglich
