The best chop I have ever eaten in Germany and Adana, I say it sincerely, it was great, thank you, thank you, you are great.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio has become very poor. I was there after it opened and it was really great. I went back today for a Dürum with meat and very little salad, and paid €13! The Dürum was okay, but not for that price!

We had mixed kebab, steak, and beyti. All were cooked beautifully and were delicious. Thank you.

That can't be right. I ordered two kunefe and instead of kunefe they sent me rice pudding without a call or notification. They don't even answer the phone and we don't eat rice pudding. We just threw away €15 in the trash. 👎

I ordered for delivery and the order was simply canceled without comment. No call, no information why and since I had already paid via Lieferando I can now wait for my refund. Of course it doesn't come immediately, but takes a few days.

A beautiful place, especially on warmer days - the garden is very originally designed with a view of the cable car and stylish lighting. The Lahmacun is highly recommended – the meat was incredibly tasty. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Something like that, garnished, I ordered a kebab on site at 5 p.m. The kebab was out except for leftovers on the skewer. I took the kebab with me and found out that it was neither chicken nor veal. I've never had a hamel kebab before, even though it's different on the menu. P.s I've been a restaurateur myself for 40 years, that's not possible

Noodles arrived with 2 hairs. We removed the first hair, but the second hair was over. The chef didn't apologize, just looked annoyed. But he would do it again. Understood. 15 minutes later a completely different pasta dish arrived. Waitress says it's the same dish, although one has mushrooms and the other doesn't and one has cheese topping and the other doesn't. Apart from that, the portions are so small (Adana Kebab anyway) that you leave hungry (for 17€!!). Once and never again.

There isn't much for vegetarians and is generally rather expensive. You can do it, but we probably won't come back.

Good food and overall highly recommended. I ordered something to pick up and had to pay 2 euros more on site than it said in the online receipt. Hope it was a mistake by the waitress and not intentional. Unfortunately, I only realized later that I had paid more and even gave a tip.

Doner was okay. Brittle and little sauce but ok. There was no hot sauce even though I ordered it. But €3.19 for a small can of cola is very excessive compared to the €5 kebab.

We each took a pizza and a kebab on offer. Very, very tasty...the price was really reasonable and the service was also very nice.

Brought something there twice. For the first time there was a kebab pizza outside on a table for €6. I ordered it, but it cost €6.90 because they apparently made a mistake and said Turkish pizza. There was no more kebab pizza at least the next day. For the pizza, very little meat and almost 1cm thick cheese🤮. Went in there for the second time and ordered a kebab because it says outside that we bake our own bread. That's what it says on the banner where the kebab offer is written. So I didn't have any homemade bread! Then the bread would only be cut half open so that it looked very well filled but there was just half bread at the bottom.

Very sad that I was deducted €20 instead of €19 for the 2 Margherita. If they were honest, they would have tipped more than they tricked themselves into doing. Hard no-go! And about the pizzas: Toppings are good, but the dough doesn't work at all. No next time. Really a shame...

I have eaten here several times. When the restaurant reopened I was very impressed. The Turkish pizza was particularly delicious. A few weeks ago I was a little disappointed when I noticed that the pizza was no longer of the usual quality. The portion was reduced and there was only a little lemon and no parsley. The taste is also just average. Then I had dinner there with friends this evening. We chose this restaurant based on my recommendation. When we arrived we were told that there were only grilled dishes. That was perfectly fine with us. Then the following happened: There was no rice and no homemade ayran. No starters (just salad). Sauces were only available upon request. Cutlery was handed to us much too late. The supplements were swapped. There weren't enough minced meat skewers. A dish was served incorrectly and the meat was then taken away and prepared with other ingredients. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste good to us. The bread seemed old and hadn't been baked. The tomato sauce tasted much, much better last time (apparently a new recipe?) The waiter tried very hard, but seemed overwhelmed by the whole situation. Compensation would have been appropriate (e.g. drinks on the house or something similar. We weren't even offered the usual tea...) To make matters worse, as it turned out on the way home, we were actually overcharged... I would really like to say something positive, but unfortunately I can't think of anything. What a shame!

The service was friendly and nice! Everyone had fries as a side dish, but they were dried out and greasy and actually no longer suitable for consumption. Lahmacun didn't look like a Turkish pizza and didn't taste like one either! Ayran only tasted like water! The veal kebab was very dry and too salty! The Dürüms are also quite small and taste like nothing! Too expensive for the food, what a shame! 0 points, the store was empty and then something like that! It's been 8 months since the reopening and still no card payment!!!

The only thing that was good was the ambience. Waitress nice, but doesn't respond to harmless extra requests. Breakfast with little choice. I usually only have breakfast at Sumak and today I wanted to try a different restaurant for breakfast and realized that I should stick with Sumak.

I know all the Turkish locations in Wuppertal, Neva is by far the best for breakfast! There was a huge selection of cold and warm dishes, everything was super fresh, we were thrilled! Please don't let up, it really is 10/10!!!

Very delicious restaurant. For breakfast they have a lot of plates with different food for every one. They can even provide gluten free breakfast (without bread) and have a lot of other things to offer. The outdoor area is located direct near the Wupper.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere (when the weather is nice, I can only recommend a late breakfast on the terrace. Large portions, we didn't manage to finish everything. Very important, there are mother's hands involved here and also not very well-known homemade baked goods, mezes etc. I felt like I was in Anatolia 🫶

The food is absolutely overpriced and too simple. You can also cook this better at home. A salad of cucumbers and tomatoes with crumbled sheep's cheese for just under €10? That's really cheeky. I wouldn't eat there again.

Lecker!!! I ch liebe es, dort zu essen. Man wird äußerst zuvorkommend bedient, sodass man sich wie eine Königin des Orients fühlt. And then you speak. Es ist einfach alles super gut abgeschmeckt und man merkt, hier werden gute Lebensmittel verarbeitet (mir ist so etwas wichtig). Wer authentische türkische Küche auf hohen Niveau sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Yummy!!! I love eating there. The service is extremely kind, making you feel like the queen of the East. And then eat. Everything is super delicious and you can tell good food is used here (this is important to me). If you are looking for authentic Turkish cuisine at a high level, this is the place for you!

Today I was in the city of the suspension railway, Wuppertal, at Neva Restaurant for a food shoot. Of course I took the opportunity to eat something: Tavuk Sis, chicken skewer. Prepared on a wood grill, very tasty. A nice atmosphere both inside and outside. And, very important, friendly service. Good parking options and easy to reach by public means. A very clear recommendation!

We tried this restaurant today. The food is delicious and filling. The spices used in the food were extremely special and there wasn't a long wait despite the crowd. The service was great. They are very generous and offered starters, tea and salad. The place is very beautiful and quiet. The outdoor seating by the river is really nice. I recommend it to everyone. First of all I would like to say that the restaurant deserved 4 stars, BUT due to the circumstances we decided not to go there anymore, hence 3 stars. You would visit a restaurant with 4 stars again… First about the food selection: Not a large selection of food, which is definitely positive because they only focus on the essentials. However, it is confusing: there are more dishes online (e.g. kebab, iskender) that are “missing” from the local menu. Probably because the map is new, so an updated online map would be important here. Taste: The taste was very tasty, everything tasted very, very good. Unfortunately our rice was cold, which was a bit unfortunate. Still, it tasted good. Service: You are greeted and received very nicely, the service was consistently positive. You even received a small starter with a small yufka bread and 2 types of meze. It was a bit disappointing that you really only received 1 bread for two, so there was no bread left, but still meze. Our neighboring table received 2 loaves of bread for 5 people, which I think was very little. But considering it's on the house, that's totally fine. At the end there was cay (black tea) on the house. Price-performance: The prices are set very high. 8.90 euros for 0.75l of water is too much. In addition, the prices of the main courses are also far too high compared to the competition in the area, considering the portions. We always do it like this: A little less is tipped on the first visit and a little more on the next visit. Unfortunately, it was very noticeable how the waiter's mood changed when he received “too little” tip. Suddenly the friendliness was no longer noticeable. This is absolutely not professional and should not be that way. We decided not to visit the restaurant anymore because of the price/performance, the cold rice and the waiter's reaction. Oh well.

So for 16€ for breakfast you expect a lot! For three people paid two main courses (melemen). The breakfast consisted mainly of little things or just meze! Been there for the first and last time!

Although it is not a 5 star restaurant The breakfast prices are completely excessive and unacceptable, we paid a whopping 32 euros for 2 people!! Price and performance are absolutely not right!! That's why we only gave it 3 stars, otherwise I can't say anything negative...
