The waitress was truly soooo nice, more like the boss, unbelievable. The ambiance was so-so, but they probably had to clear out a lot of the old place first. The food was delicious. If I'm not mistaken, Mom is also in charge of the kitchen 👍 Thanks for the lovely evening 🫶

A very nice but unassuming restaurant in Wuppertal. I stumbled upon it by chance on Google Maps. Unfortunately, there's no on-site parking, but it's easily accessible by bus. The selection of dishes is ideal, with appetizers, grilled dishes, salads, and a few other options. Five of us dined there, and we all chose different appetizers and main courses. The server took our orders without a pen or paper, and everything arrived at the table as ordered (respect!). You can sit both inside and outside. The terrace is wonderful in warm weather, and there's also an awning for summer protection. I can't say much about the interior, as I didn't have to visit the premises myself. From the outside, however, it looked quite old-fashioned and a bit rambling. But I might pay more attention to that on my next visit.

We came here because a voucher for this restaurant was listed in the Schlemmerblock. Redeeming it was no problem. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We quickly changed seats because the sun was directly in my face, and she opened the awning. The restaurant is spotlessly clean. The restrooms are also very well maintained. The menu is small, but has a very good selection and also offers a good choice for vegetarians. I think it's great that they only serve authentic cuisine and not pizza or anything like that. We really enjoyed the food; everything was fresh, and the drinks were cool and sparkling; nothing was stale. It was like a mini-vacation. Although the restaurant is on a main road, the courtyard was very quiet. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Too many groups at once results in a very long wait, which is all the more worthwhile. Due to the very close tables, a designated non-smoking area is urgently needed. 🙏😉 Parking is almost impossible there. Public transportation, walking, or cycling are strongly recommended. It's actually very dangerous to stop or get out on the main road. This can be avoided. Seat cushions would definitely be helpful everywhere, as would more blankets. 🙏

Yesterday, we went to dinner at the Sira Bar & Restaurant with four colleagues. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The service was super friendly, and we felt very well looked after. The fireplace made it really cozy. And the price was right, too. I definitely recommend it!

Wanted to eat with you yesterday - left window no guest and no employee - right window no guest and no employee. We decided to go to another restaurant instead.

We went there for dinner with friends over the weekend and were a little disappointed. I think it has little in common with Turkish/Kurdish cuisine, as the ambiance isn't truly oriental, nor does the background music match. There's no dessert, fresh peppermint tea, or local beer on the menu. It's also very loud when guests walk across the wooden floor. There was also a strong smell of grilling, and the smoke was noticeable in the upper part of the restaurant. The dishes were okay, but the bulgut lacked flavor, and the lamb chops were dry. Too bad.

Nice service, fantastic food and a cozy room with a fireplace. Unfortunately I have to deduct 1 star because we waited 50 minutes for the food.

Been there for a family celebration: the food was very good; There was a buffet so there was no service, you also had to get drinks from the counter yourself, but the serving staff were nice. The ambience is rather simple, but clean and well-kept. Don't let the steel entrance door put you off, because the food is worth the visit.

We're a little conflicted. On the one hand, the food was very tasty and the service was very friendly (when she was there), but on the other hand, there was a total lack of service. We were the second to last guests and after waiting half an hour for our food, we were now completely alone. Apart from probably your own family in the front area of ​​the restaurant. We felt pretty lonely. Nobody came and asked if everything was ok or if they would like another drink. After eating we sat with empty plates for almost half an hour and were already wondering whether we had been completely forgotten. The justification that they still had to clean up is somehow misplaced when it comes to guests... We blame it on the noisy crowd of children in the front area and give the restaurant another chance because of the delicious food and will come back. But then the service and attention should also be focused entirely on the guest, because that is an equally important point when you go out to eat: the feel-good factor, which we unfortunately missed today.

Even if everyone writes it... the food is really delicious and prepared with love, the service is really very friendly and charming. 😄 We particularly liked the Beyti (very pleasant spiciness, by the way) and of course the home-baked bread. The prices are also more than okay (2 people with a starter and drinks for less than 60 euros, you have to do it first). Always happy. 👍

Despite a staff shortage in the first 2 hours, the service ran smoothly thanks to your extra effort. A big compliment to the team in the kitchen who really created a fantastic buffet. We were there for a celebration with around 40 people. It started at 7 p.m. From 7:45 p.m. there was no more non-alcoholic beer. The service was only staffed by 2 people. A larger party was accepted at the front of the restaurant and as a result the service for the celebration was sometimes unmanned for up to 20 minutes. The rooms are good for celebrations and offer enough space. Based on my experience with service planning and beverage supply, I would not plan a celebration there

An absolute highlight! In the Sira restaurant you will find extremely friendly staff who will make your visit a real pleasure. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, and the prices are more than fair. But the real highlight are the dishes: they are not only visually appealing, but also a real feast in terms of taste! Every bite is full of delicious flavors and perfectly balanced spices. A must for everyone!

Unser Besuch im Sira Restaurant & Bar war äußerst enttäuschend. Trotz einer eingeschränkten, aber machbaren Parkplatzsituation und einer relativ schnellen Bestellmöglichkeit, trübten verschiedene Aspekte unser Erlebnis. Nachdem uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass unser reservierter Tisch um 22 Uhr für andere Gäste reserviert war, obwohl wir ebenfalls reserviert hatten, begannen Probleme. Eine Wartezeit von 50-60 Minuten auf kalte und geschmacklich enttäuschende Vorspeisen war enttäuschend. Das Hauptgericht folgte, jedoch war die Qualität mangelhaft, unzureichend gewürzt und das Personal schien nicht ausreichend über die Gerichte informiert zu sein. Die Frage, ob man sein Wechselgeld haben möchte, oder Trinkgeld geben möchten beim Bezahlen empfanden wir als unangemessen und unprofessionell. Obwohl mögliche Personalprobleme verständlich sind, sollte die Kommunikation mit den Gästen verbessert werden. Leider hat uns diese Erfahrung davon abgehalten, das Lokal erneut zu besuchen. Sehr schade.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, leider dauerte es manchmal bis wir weitere Getränke bestellen konnten

Meine Erwartungen waren leider zu hoch. Mann kann es essen aber mir fehlte da was an Gewürze und Geschmack. Schade aber hier nicht mehr vom Preis mal abgesehen.

Es war ein schöner Sommerabend im August und wir hatten Lust etwas essen zu gehen, wo man draußen sitzen kann. In der näheren Umgebung (Lüttringhausen und Ronsdorf) war das leider nirgendwo möglich und so ist uns eingefallen, dass es früher im MAD Dog auch Außensitzplätze gab. Sicherheitshalber haben wir vorher telefonisch nachgefragt. Das Telefonat war schon überaus freundlich. Und dann haben wir eine wunderbare Meze genießen können (1x in der vegetarischen Ausführung) und haben die Abendsonne bei einer sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin verbringen dürfen. Alles war köstlich und Fleischliebhaber kommen sicher auch auf ihre Kosten, denn es roch köstlich vom Grill- wir kamen uns vor, als hätten wir Urlaub. Vielen Dank und ganz sicher bis demnächst.

Großartiges Restaurant, lecker Essen, tolles Ambiente, hübsche Terrasse, junges sehr nettes Team.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Es hat durch und durch alles geschmeckt. Leider fehlt es dem ganzen Team etwas an Organisation oder vielleicht auch Erfahrung. Der Service war aber nett und stehts bemüht. Allerdings brauch das Essen echt lange bis es auf dem Tisch steht oder zum Abholen bereit steht. Biergarten ist ganz schön. Ich denk wir kommen nochmal wieder. Mal sehen was sich so tut in der kommenden Zeit.

Ich kann mich den top Bewertungen hinsichtlich der Qualität des Essens und der Freundlichkeit der Inhaberin seit heute uneingeschränkt anschließen. Auch ich komme sicher sehr gerne wieder. Eine Bereicherung nicht nur für Cronenberg sondern für ganz Wuppertal.

...und wieder einen schönen Abend im Sira verbracht. Der Service war freundlich, flott und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen kam schnell, war frisch, warm und lecker - fast wie ein Urlaub in Anatolien. Preis Leistung stimmt. Der Chefin und dem Team unser ganzer Dank!

Wie waren heute zu zweit das erste mal hier. Das frische Essen wurde von einer sehr netten Dame serviert. Die Portionen waren sehr groß, das Essen frisch und wahnsinnig lecker. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen
