The rooms are very large and spacious. They have real meat. Unfortunately they add shockingly little to this meat, I ordered dürüm spezial and got an almost vegetarian meal. A few pieces of meat and just lettuce and cheese wrapped in thick or tasty dough. They add shockingly little meat! Unfortunately, the sauces are unappetizing - as if they weren't homemade but bought.

Bomb kebab I can only recommend eating kebab at your place regularly

It's a shame, great ambience for nothing, our kebab pockets were baked far too hard, some with black spots and the meat was tough and almost impossible to eat. Expected more for a restaurant with 4.7 stars. Above all, they are more expensive than the other pizzerias that serve food significantly can do better I'm really disappointed

All in all I am very satisfied!!! It's not a premium Rüyam kebab, but it's very tasty, worth the money and fills you up. So if you want a full meal, then I can only recommend this shop. The staff are warm and very attentive. We felt comfortable and in good hands. Our dog was also noticed positively and was given a bowl of water without asking!! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come by! 🥰

So far I've only had a Turkish pizza and a kebab plate, both very tasty, the salad came in a separate bowl with the kebab plate, the service was nice, I'll definitely be back.

Very friendly staff. You can tell that the shop owner cares about making the guests happy. The meat and vegetables always taste fresh and carefully selected. In addition, it is one of the few restaurants in Hennef that is open until 11 p.m. during the week and serves good food. Card payment is also possible (not like many others who definitely tax their income correctly :S) Highly recommended.

My absolute favorite kebab restaurant. No matter whether kebab with meat of your choice, crispy fries or crispy, fresh salad, pizza and much more - at Umut there is a delicious, fresh meal for everyone from early to late! Plus the best service from all the friendly staff :-) For me, Umut is always worth a visit - during my lunch break, in between when I just want to enjoy a çay or with the family for dinner! There is no better kebab shop in the region around Hennef, Siegburg and Troisdorf than this one. I come here again and again because the food is simply delicious, the atmosphere is clean and tidy and the service is very friendly, courteous and fond of children. You just feel comfortable here.👍🏼

Umut Döner Haus is a great address for me. From classic fast food to delicious, healthy meals, everything is included. Everything is super fresh and it suits my taste. The price-performance ratio also deserves 5 stars. The service is great!!! I immediately felt welcome. Apart from the fact that the ambience is super nice, very clean and modern, it is also very inviting and cozy. The chairs are super comfortable. I'm very happy that we have Umut Döner in Hennef and I recommend it, I'm totally happy to recommend it... :)

Doner plate €13.50. Underground. Everything without seasoning, lukewarm, fries not even remotely crispy. Salad from the cheapest, totally watery. I won't go there anymore and can't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The Turkish pizza is basically vegetarian as I seriously couldn't find any mince. It was only lightly coated with tomato sauce. The meat on the kebab is very rubbery. We emphasized twice that sheep's cheese and all sorts of lettuce should be on it. We got white coleslaw and nothing else. At least the bread and sauce tasted good. This was all completed as we sat. It was only when we got home that we noticed that so much was missing, etc.

Now my go-to kebab snack. The food tastes good, the staff are always friendly and polite. A big plus point for me is the option to pay by card. Hardly any other kebab shop offers this and since I always travel without cash, I don't even think about going anywhere else.

Der beste Döner in Hennef und darüber hinaus. Beste Qualität zu einem fairen Preis. Bestellt nur extra scharf, wenn ihr es auch vertragt, sonst wird's übel. Die Inhaber und das Personal sind extrem freundlich und gastfreundschaftlich. Ein mega Laden, den ich nur loben kann.

Der Service war sehr angenehm allerdings hat das Essen nicht besonders gut geschmeckt. Ich habe einen Döner bestellt... Dieser war nicht warm und war sehr labbrig und durchgeweicht (obwohl ich ihn sofort gegessen habe). Dazu hat die soße nicht wirklich nach etwa geschmeckt und war nicht gut gewürzt... Der Rest also Gurken und so waren top. Auch das Fleisch war lecker und es wurde sogar klein geschnitten damit kann besser abbeißen kann. Trotzdem nur 2 sterne

Für einen *Imbiss* kann man da durchaus die 5 Sterne geben. Mir fällt das oft schwer, aber in diesem Fall finde ich die Sterneverteilung gerechtfertigt. Ich war mit meinen Kids zum 3. Mal (im Abstand von je einer Woche) dort und wir wurden bisher nicht enttäuscht. Der Service ist hervorragend, die Atmosphäre freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist modern, zeitgemäß und dank der großen Fenster einladend und hell. Das Essen war heiß und mit frischen Zutaten bereitet. Bei Fritten tu ich mich immer schwer, aber in diesem Fall waren sie nicht nur einmal super kross und gut gewürzt, sondern alle 3x. Und nochmal- Wir reden hier von einem IMBISS! Bitte bleibt so, wie Ihr seid!
