We recently moved to Hennef and have already eaten there several times. Everything tastes fresh and delicious, whether it's doner kebab, pizza, or pide. The staff is very friendly! They are incredibly customer-oriented; it's always a pleasant place to eat, and they always have delicious tea available. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The homemade bread is delicious, the meat is also excellent, and the staff are always friendly ✌️

The shop makes a good impression from the outside, but this isn't reflected in the food. I tried the lamb doner dürüm. Unfortunately, the meat was neither tasty nor did it have a good texture. In many places, the meat was tough and burnt. It also didn't taste fresh. Therefore, I can't recommend this shop for doner kebabs.

The best doner kebab in Hennef by far. It all comes down to the sauce. Theirs are simply in a league of their own. Only someone with completely calcified taste buds could possibly enjoy all that mayo garbage at the other places.

We always enjoy going to Umut Döner. The dishes beyond the usual doner kebab or kebab plate are especially delicious and highly recommended. You'll definitely leave satisfied, and vegetarians will find something to their liking, such as falafel. The team is very friendly, takes special requests seriously, and they'll even serve chai upon request.

Very good food. Always very friendly service. The ambiance is functionally good. It's not too loud, so you can eat in peace.

We ordered food and it was a disaster. Half of it was missing, including our child's entire meal, a side salad, and an extra sauce we ordered. They did bring it after we asked, but by then our food was, of course, cold. The portion of sauce for €3 was ridiculously small, and the fries and nuggets, served in a tiny burger tray, weren't worth €9. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them.

By far the best doner kebab in Hennef. The meat and salad are always very fresh, juicy, and delicious. The homemade doner bread is especially good. Furthermore, you are always treated extremely kindly by every member of staff. If you like doner kebabs, you'll love Umut Döner!

Very friendly staff, complimentary tea. The staff also occasionally chat with their customers before serving, which I think is very important for feeling comfortable there. The interior is nicely decorated and the veal tastes very good. I highly recommend the dürüm. Last week I tried the cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised—large and very generously filled. In my opinion, the best kebab shop in Hennef, with an incredibly friendly owner. They also offer cashless delivery. I love this place and will continue to support this nice owner whenever possible.

A very steep price for a small doner kebab.

The burger was good but not outstanding, the fries were well-cooked. The doner kebab was excellent, crispy, and had plenty of tzatziki. The delivery took 20 minutes longer than stated, approximately 70 minutes.

It used to be a good doner kebab, but unfortunately, the amount of meat has been decreasing lately. The meat content, in particular, has become very low, and that's the main reason I buy a doner kebab in the first place. Now it's just bread with salad and a tiny bit of meat. In my opinion, it's just poor value for money. What a shame!

Located right next to the train station, it's very easy to reach. The staff is friendly, and the place looks nice and clean. The food is also very tasty. I always enjoy coming here.

BEST Döner Kebab Shop IN HENNEF!!! At first, I thought opening another kebab shop in Hennef alongside the many existing ones was a risk… but not when you stand out so clearly from the competition! All the products are fresh, the service is great, and the food is simply delicious! If you end up waiting a bit longer due to a large crowd, they offer a delicious Turkish tea to sweeten the wait!

The manager/employee was very nice, and the decor and location were top-notch. Unfortunately, the bread was so brittle that everything fell out of the bottom. The bread was delicious, though, as was the salad; the meat wasn't our cup of tea. The price was absolutely reasonable.

I'm only in Hennef once a year for the chess tournament, but a visit to Umut Döner is a must. The kebab plate is excellent, and the staff is always up for a pleasant chat. My chess buddy and I have always been very satisfied.

Very nice restaurant. I've only had the kebab so far. Super tasty sauces, fresh meat and salad. Very friendly staff. During my two-week work stay, I always spent my breaks here. The waiters memorized who I was within two days. Since then, I've always been served a cup of tea and receive a warm welcome. I can recommend it to everyone; it's a great atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Restroom facilities. Great staff.

I was very impressed with today's food. Yes, the meat is very spicy, but I like it that way. I also prefer it a bit darker; it's just a matter of taste. I'll go back next time I'm in the area. I had a kebab plate, with the salad and fries separated from the meat. This made it taste better because the juice from the salad didn't get onto the meat. The real meat flavor was simply missing.

The doner kebab was delicious. The bread was fresh, and the staff was friendly. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My issue is the seasoning. The dill in the tzatziki, however, was inappropriate. The fries had almost no salt at all, and the meat was underseasoned. In short: The doner kebab was rather good.

Very good shop and super nice staff. We didn't eat anything there, but we were helped with drinks there. The employees were really nice and were able to help us with our problem straight away. Telephone inquiries were always answered politely and competently. The shop is in a very clean and well-maintained condition. Would go there again at any time.

Super clean shop. The connection is directly at the Deutsche Bahn stop. Hardly any parking, unless you're lucky on the street.

The price is reasonable for the location right next to the train station. I ordered a lahmacun. This was freshly prepared (including the dough) and tasted fantastic.

The shop itself is really nice and has a nice ambience. The employees are also really nice and I think it's particularly nice that the store is open for so long and is so spacious and modern. I think the toilet was clean. Prices are also absolutely reasonable. But now to the negative, why I could only give it 3 stars: The meat wasn't tender enough and was actually too seared. Also, in my opinion, the meat is way too seasoned. The other part of the kebab is absolutely fine. Unfortunately I couldn't test the bread because I had a kebab plate, but the meat just ruins it.
