Nice staff, good food, fair prices, you can always do something, I can only recommend it, I will probably come again, thank you for the delicious food.

Okay for a kebab at the train station. The bread is very good, but the rest is rather average. The service was very, very nice, though!

The doner kebab was delicious. The bread was fresh, and the staff was friendly. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My issue is the seasoning. The dill in the tzatziki, however, was inappropriate. The fries had almost no salt at all, and the meat was underseasoned. In short: The doner kebab was rather good.

Solid and good. Nothing to complain about. I'd be happy to come again.

Very good shop and super nice staff. We didn't eat anything there, but we were helped with drinks there. The employees were really nice and were able to help us with our problem straight away. Telephone inquiries were always answered politely and competently. The shop is in a very clean and well-maintained condition. Would go there again at any time.

Eat a lahmacun or the Adana skewer. Simply great Very friendly staff and the food is great. We've tried a lot there but our favorite is Lahmacun

The bread is fresh and warm, lahmacun fresh. Both very tasty. The operators very friendly. Ambiance is flooded with light and pleasant. Food is very tasty. Unfortunately I live too far away but when I'm in Hennef it's my favorite.

Super clean shop. The connection is directly at the Deutsche Bahn stop. Hardly any parking, unless you're lucky on the street.

The meat was burnt, there was a lot of salad in the kebab, although I said a little.

The best shop in all of Hennef and the surrounding area in my opinion. Super friendly, super sweet. And helpful, I'm in the process of changing my diet and they're fulfilling my wishes. So that I can continue to eat with you. I always go there after physio. No matter what I've tried so far, the food has always been super tasty the entire time they've been open. Always fresh so the quality is always absolutely top. And the cleanliness is also excellent. If I could give more than five stars, I would 🥇💛🧡❤️🩷💚🩵💙💜🤎🤍🩶🖤 so you get lots of hearts from me for the great service. Stay as you are. !!!

The price is reasonable for the location right next to the train station. I ordered a lahmacun. This was freshly prepared (including the dough) and tasted fantastic.

Very friendly staff, tea is free. The staff also occasionally chat with their customers before their meal, which I think is very important for a comfortable experience. The interior is nicely designed, and the veal tastes very good. I highly recommend Dürüm. Tried the cheeseburger last week and I was pleasantly surprised; it was large and very well-filled. The shop itself is really nice and has a nice ambience. The employees are also really nice and I think it's particularly nice that the store is open for so long and is so spacious and modern. I think the toilet was clean. Prices are also absolutely reasonable. But now to the negative, why I could only give it 3 stars: The meat wasn't tender enough and was actually too seared. Also, in my opinion, the meat is way too seasoned. The other part of the kebab is absolutely fine. Unfortunately I couldn't test the bread because I had a kebab plate, but the meat just ruins it.

The food and ambience are ok, but you have to get used to the prices first.

The dishes not only tasted excellent, but were also attractively presented. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and made sure we felt completely comfortable. I tried different dishes over a long period of time and was always very satisfied. I was always warmly welcomed and offered tea while I waited for my food. The restaurant is very clean and offers enough space, even for larger groups. The staff is also very friendly and always responded to all my requests. I stopped here by chance during a hike and I was amazed. The kebab roll I ordered tasted great, there was enough meat in it (some criticize the small amount) and the service was also friendly and quick. I also thought the atmosphere was great and the toilet was super clean (also not a given). However, I also have to say that I was there on a Sunday lunchtime and there wasn't much going on. I have no idea how good speed and cleanliness are during peak times in the middle of the week.

The rooms are very large and spacious. They have real meat. Unfortunately they add shockingly little to this meat, I ordered dürüm spezial and got an almost vegetarian meal. A few pieces of meat and just lettuce and cheese wrapped in thick or tasty dough. They add shockingly little meat! Unfortunately, the sauces are unappetizing - as if they weren't homemade but bought.

It's a shame, great ambience for nothing, our kebab pockets were baked far too hard, some with black spots and the meat was tough and almost impossible to eat. Expected more for a restaurant with 4.7 stars. Above all, they are more expensive than the other pizzerias that serve food significantly can do better I'm really disappointed

All in all I am very satisfied!!! It's not a premium Rüyam kebab, but it's very tasty, worth the money and fills you up. So if you want a full meal, then I can only recommend this shop. The staff are warm and very attentive. We felt comfortable and in good hands. Our dog was also noticed positively and was given a bowl of water without asking!! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come by! 🥰

Very friendly staff. You can tell that the shop owner cares about making the guests happy. The meat and vegetables always taste fresh and carefully selected. In addition, it is one of the few restaurants in Hennef that is open until 11 p.m. during the week and serves good food. Card payment is also possible (not like many others who definitely tax their income correctly :S) Highly recommended.

My absolute favorite kebab restaurant. No matter whether kebab with meat of your choice, crispy fries or crispy, fresh salad, pizza and much more - at Umut there is a delicious, fresh meal for everyone from early to late! Plus the best service from all the friendly staff :-) For me, Umut is always worth a visit - during my lunch break, in between when I just want to enjoy a çay or with the family for dinner! Umut Döner Haus is a great address for me. From classic fast food to delicious, healthy meals, everything is included. Everything is super fresh and it suits my taste. The price-performance ratio also deserves 5 stars. The service is great!!! I immediately felt welcome. Apart from the fact that the ambience is super nice, very clean and modern, it is also very inviting and cozy. The chairs are super comfortable. I'm very happy that we have Umut Döner in Hennef and I recommend it, I'm totally happy to recommend it... :)

Doner plate €13.50. Underground. Everything without seasoning, lukewarm, fries not even remotely crispy. Salad from the cheapest, totally watery. I won't go there anymore and can't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The Turkish pizza is basically vegetarian as I seriously couldn't find any mince. It was only lightly coated with tomato sauce. The meat on the kebab is very rubbery. We emphasized twice that sheep's cheese and all sorts of lettuce should be on it. We got white coleslaw and nothing else. At least the bread and sauce tasted good. This was all completed as we sat. It was only when we got home that we noticed that so much was missing, etc.
