We celebrated my birthday with 18 people in the Dreigiebelhaus – and it was just perfect! The atmosphere is beautiful and you immediately feel at home. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and quick – despite the large group! Everything went smoothly, the service was top, and you could really tell that the work here was done with heart. I would celebrate here again at any time and can only warmly recommend the Dreigiebelhaus to everyone. Thank you for this unforgettable evening!

An all-round successful visit to Drei As soon as you arrive, the beautiful half-timbered house impresses with its charming ambience - a perfect mix of tradition and style. The food was to the point: regional ingredients, lovingly prepared and the taste was absolutely convincing. Whether meat, fish or vegetarian – quality is very important here. Absolutely reasonable price for what is on offer. Conclusion: If you want to go out for a good meal in Hennef or the surrounding area, you should definitely pay a visit to the Drei Giebelhaus. Highly recommended – we would love to come back.

About the food: Simply fantastic! The mushroom and cream schnitzel was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, and the gourmet schnitzel with fried potatoes was a real treat. And as an insider tip: the bread with dip first - it's not on the menu, but you should definitely try it! Price-performance is great and we will definitely come back. An absolute recommendation!

You can immediately tell that only the best ingredients are used here. Every bite was a delight! The service was also first class: attentive, friendly and always there with a smile without being intrusive. The 3 gabled house is the perfect place to spend a special evening in a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely come back and can fully recommend it!

As always, the food was a poem 👍 There were 8 of us and we ordered the beef fillet truffle with fries instead of croquettes 7 times and it was a pleasure. The meat was cooked to perfection, the sauce was delicious and everything was served hot. The starter was shrimp and that was also very tasty. The service is very fast, attentive and friendly. It wasn't the first nor the last visit. We'd love to come back!

Visit with a larger group (by reservation) on October 26th, 2024 - certainly not for the last time! Ambiance: beautiful old half-timbered house with cozy furnishings. Toilets were very clean (which is rare these days) and there was even a selection of deodorant, hand cream, etc. - cool thing. Food: Super delicious (how often do you find that everyone out of 9 people tastes great?!). Meat and salmon (all of them) to the point and tasted great! Plus generous portions - with a starter + side salad you have to be a good eater, but leftovers can also be packed if you ask (we saw that). So great value for money! In addition to the standard menu, there are also seasonal dishes to choose from. Kudos to the kitchen! Service: the surprising highlight of the evening!! I would have given more stars if possible - I haven't experienced such good service in a long time! Young, competent but still relaxed team: super attentive, courteous and friendly, but always open to a joke without it becoming unpleasant! 1+ with asterisk! We'd love to come back - it was a great evening. Clear recommendation.

Der Service war super nett und schnell. Das Essen war entgegen unserer Erwartungen leider nur Durchschnitt. Das Salatdressing war einfach nur Sauerrahm. Das Zwiebelsteak war wie bestellt gebraten aber leider zäh und wurde zurückgegeben.Die Zwiebeln waren keine Schmorzwiebel sondern trockene panierte Zwiebelringe. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass man das Steak nicht berechnet hat.

The restaurant is comfortably furnished, old ceiling beams and studwork contribute to the rustic atmosphere. Attentive and friendly service staff ensure that you feel comfortable. The portions are very rich. Since we had a starter, the main course was too much. Upon request, the rest was packed up to take away. By 12:30 p.m. the restaurant was filling up, so the reservation was the right decision. When making the reservation we were kindly informed that animals were not allowed. The sanitary facilities were clean. The restaurant is recommended. You can park in the area.

The first AHA experience with the starter was immediately followed by the second WOW experience with the main course. Actually, we were all really full and satisfied from the first two courses. But we didn’t want to miss out on dessert. Here too there was a WOW effect. The big surprise came with the bill. For 4 people, drinks and 3 courses just under €200... A great evening in an incredibly attractive restaurant, with a stunning meal and an impressively polite, attentive and always in a good mood service staff! After we found out that this restaurant had been running for 10 years, we knew how long it had been since we had been guests. No comparison to the predecessors, of which the last one in particular took away the fun of the 3-gabled house. Forgetting everything... we feel like we're in good hands again and have made reservations again straight away. We'll see each other regularly again now...promise!😉 Thanks again for the wonderful evening!
