Delicious ramen and iced tea. It was prepared quite quickly. It was a surprise that it is not possible to pay by card + I had to wait for the bill for quite a long time. Everything else was good

Mega delicious food! The staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions. On our last visit it was completely full outside and we got a table inside with our (unannounced) group of eight. Unfortunately we weren't noticed very well there, so we had to wait a little longer before we could reorder. But it wasn't that bad. The food definitely made up for it!

Hip Asian. Good ramen, tasty fried rice and noodles. Homemade lemonade can also do something. You can't go wrong with lunch. What's really annoying is that you can only pay in cash. You will only be informed of this when you pay. Does that really have to be the case? Somehow it doesn't fit the target group.

Sat inside, there are more seats outside, didn't have a reservation but was lucky because of the time :) the food was very tasty and fills you up, I also tried the Vietnamese coffee. I think the price/performance ratio is totally reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Attention: no card payment possible, there is a Sparkasse machine nearby...

Always a hit! The restaurant has a very large selection but don't be put off by the extensive menu. The dishes are worth trying out. It has become very popular, so it's worth making a reservation in advance. Only cash payment possible!

Great Vietnamese restaurant with outdoor seating. We were there at short notice with a large group and managed to get a reservation. Reservations should definitely be made during peak times on weekends. There is a large selection of Asian dishes. Everything tasted great. I would come again.

My main course of chicken with red curry came in a small starter soup bowl. It contained maybe 1.5 champions, three strips of peppers and 3 strips of chicken. Plus a little rice. The food was rather thin in terms of taste. The price is absolutely too high for this performance. Anyone who goes here again really has only themselves to blame. There are so many good Vietnamese people in Hamburg. This one has nothing.

Nice personel. However, I was completely disappointed with the food and will not go there again. Unfortunately, after the first spoonful I already knew that it wasn't good ramen. A broth that tastes like nothing, hardly any meat and bland vegetables. Paying 17 euros for that didn't feel good. The rice noodle salad tasted like nothing, the mushrooms were wobbly, the salad was prepackaged. Unfortunately not recommended at all.

While searching for ramen online, I came across Ume no Hana. We were there yesterday. The map has a lot to offer. Since I knew that I wanted vegan ramen, the choice wasn't that difficult for me. My companion, on the other hand, had a hard time deciding among the many great dishes and ordered one of the employees' recommendations. We had the vegan Tantamen Ramen and the Udon Xao Vit. We were both very enthusiastic about our food. The broth is strong and rich. The portions are good. It was super delicious! We'd love to come back. There is a deduction for the ambience because we sat outside (our decision) and it wasn't quite as nice there as inside. But it doesn't detract from the experience.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller and you no longer feel full. You could also spend 10 cents more on noodles if you order a noodle soup and after 2 bites there are no noodles left. I used to go there more often and always overlooked the hectic and inconsistent staff, but now there is no reason to come here anymore. A pity

Spontaneously got a seat, very fast service and wonderful food, both the vegan Tonkatsu Ramen as well as curry and udon. Only recommended. Toilets also clean.

The food tastes great! The staff is very friendly, the food comes quickly even when it's full and the menu is great too! Everyone can find something to eat here! However, I can't give it more than 3 stars because the portions are so small that none of us were full (despite the starter). Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't up to par, as you pay around €15 for a main course. As I said, everything tastes A1, but for the price you could put a little more on the plate.

The selection of food was very good. There is a separate page for vegetarian/vegan dishes. If you're hungry, I'd recommend an appetizer. The food came very quickly and was really good and tasty. We sat outside and because of the canopy and the fires it was perfectly fine. Important note: payment can only be made in cash.

We were there on a Thursday evening without a reservation. It was very busy so it is recommended to reserve in advance as the store is not that big (especially without the outside area). There is a good selection of food and drinks, both Vietnamese and Japanese. Price is reasonable and the food is delicious.

The food tasted good, unfortunately the rest didn't suit us at all. Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes. It's incredibly hectic there, you can't enjoy the food in peace.

Food was first class! It came super quickly. Service is always friendly and attentive. Dad ambience is a bit loud, but it doesn't bother you with the good food!

Attentive service, good food (ramen almost like a Japanese restaurant and the Pho is also recommended) and a nice atmosphere. Prices are not cheap, but fair. The only big drawback: they only accept cash - in my opinion that's a huge disadvantage of this otherwise really nice shop.

Excellent site. I ordered some noodles (whose exact name I don't remember) and they were some of the best I've ever had in my life. They served it to me incredibly quickly. I'll be back to try more things.

The food is so incredibly good!! We've been there many times and we've never been disappointed. Even when it's busy, you never have to wait long for your food. The service is very attentive and friendly. Of course there is a lot going on at the weekend, but during the week it is very pleasant for lunch. I can only recommend it 🫶🏻🩷

A great restaurant with really delicious food!! But not the right thing for a long evening. Because reservations are only made for 60 minutes. The food comes incredibly quickly (usually before the drinks) and that leads to you feeling a bit rushed and constantly looking at the clock, wondering whether there is still time for a second drink. Nevertheless, I give a clear recommendation for Ume no Hana! My tip: look online at home and see what you would like to eat, it saves time ;) By the way, the location is perfect if you want to move on.

Etwas enge Bestuhlung, aber sonst wie ein kleiner Urlaub in Südostasien. Das Essen kam schnell, war lecker und wirkte, soweit ich das beurteilen kann, authentisch. Preise sind (noch) angemessen.

Gültiger Gutschein soll löte nicht eingelöst werden!? Schade, eigentlich hätte das ein echt werden können. Meine Suppe war echt gut. Nun das große ABER: ich hatte einen gültigen Gutschein mit Stempel, Siegel, Unterschrift, … Der wurde erst nicht eingelöst. Eine schier endlose Diskussion. Zur Einlösung müsse zwingend der Original-Zahlungsbeleg vorgelegt werden. Hääh?! Ich musste den Schenker anrufen. Nach 2 Jahren hatte der natürlich den Zahlungsbeleg nicht mehr. Wozu auch? Dafür hat man ja die Geschenkgutscheinkarte. Eine schier endlose Diskussion bis dann endlich doch eingelöst. Ich wäre nach dem Akt auch ohne zu zahlen gegangen und hätte das Dan rechtlich klären lassen. Eine absolute Unverschämtheit und keinerlei Kundenorientierung. Wer Gutscheine verkauft muss diese auch ohne wenn und Aber einlösen. Punkt! Der 1. und somit auch leider der letzte Besuch. So schlecht kann es der Restaurantbranche nicht gehen, wenn man sich so benehmen kann. Peinlich und eine vollkommene Missachtung von deutscher Rechtsprechung.

Das Restaurant haben wir durch Zufall entdeckt und auch noch um 19 Uhr einen Tisch für zwei Personen bekommen. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns besonders die große vegane Auswahl und der sehr freundliche Service! Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Leider bin ich mit Rahmen und Pho durcheinander gekommen, aber super Laden (Alles Vegan)

Went there with a reservation on a Friday evening. Got informed that we’ll have a time frame of 1h for dinner. Arrived on time but unfortunately had to wait for approx. 15min. On the other hand side, the food and drinks were outstanding and also the service from the moment we got our table was friendly and service minded. Therefore make sure you have a reservation and be a bit patient as the food is worth it.

Sehr leckereres asiatisches Essen in St. Pauli. Preisleistung ist super. Sehr authentischer Laden und sympathisches Personal.

Schade, das funktioniert für mich nicht bei den Preisen: Fade Spar-Pho, Koriander kostet sogar dann noch 3 Euro extra. Fader Tee.

Komme immer wieder gerne. Das Essen ist schnell zubereitet und super lecker! Egal ob vegane Ramen oder traditionell, Pho oder Giozas🥟 Mittlerweile ist der Laden sehr beliebt geworden und man muss gucken ob man ab 20 Uhr noch einen Platz drinne ergattert. ABER das spricht für den Laden.

Das vielseitige Angebot aus japanischen/vietnamesischen Speisen mit veganer Option ist super. Die Speisen sind alle sehr lecker, frisch & schnell zubereitet. Preislich gönnt man sich etwas mit Vorspeise & Hauptgang. Kleines Manko keine Kartenzahlung möglich, allerdings ist eine Automat nicht mehr als 300 m entfernt

Wir waren schon mal dort und wir waren begeistert. Gestern waren wir nochmals dort und wurden leider enttäuscht. Die Tonkotsu Ramen hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Ich war aber verunsichert ob der Geschmack so sein soll und habe mich nicht getraut zu reklamieren. Nachdem ich Zuhause recherchiert habe, muss es der Ammoniakgeruch sein der beim Kochen von Ramennudeln schon mal entstehen kann. Hätte man einem Mitarbeitenden Bescheid gegeben hätte man vermutlich eine neue leckere Ramen bekommen. So war es sehr schade. Alle anderen Gerichte waren lecker und die Atmosphäre in dem Laden ist perfekt zum Ramen essen. Nächstes Mal werde ich aber vermutlich woanders hingehen, da man den Ammoniakgeruch schon beim Herausgeben des Essens merken sollte.

Immer wieder gut! Hier sind die Menschen entspannt und freundlich. Auch Gäste freuen sich hier hin ausgeführt zu werden. Viele vegane und vegetarische Optionen. Gemütliche Stimmung drinnen oder mit Glück in der Sonne auf der riesen Terrasse.

Tolle vegane Karte. Die veganen Ramen waren sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell.

Der Besuch zu viert war ein tolles Erlebnis, das Essen fanden alle super, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam obwohl es richtig voll war, das Ambiente passt in das Viertel! Wir werden wiederkommen 😄

Gemütliches authentisches vietnamesisches Restaurant versteckt in einer Seitenstraße der Schanze. Wir haben zu zweit dort gegessen, sehr spontan einen Tisch bekommen und das Essen kam schnell. Wir wählten von der veganen Karte die Reisnudelbowl sowie die gebratenen Udonnudeln. Beides war sehr lecker. Auch die gebratenen Gyozas mit Gemüse sind zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten gestern Abend einen Tisch für 21 Uhr reserviert. Zunächst wurde uns gesagt wir sollen im Gang warten, der Tisch würde gleich frei werden. Anschließend wurden wir 20 Minuten lang von allen Mitarbeiterinnen ignoriert. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann schließlich, dass unser Tisch noch besetzt sei von Gästen, die zwar schon gezahlt hätten, aber noch dort sitzen würden und dass man da nichts machen könne. Unser Kommentar, dass es aber auch nicht sein könne, dass wir deshalb bereits fast eine halbe Stunde bei der geschäftigen Eingangstür warten müssen, wurde nur weggelächelt. Anschließend wurde gar nicht mehr nach uns geschaut und wir einfach stehen gelassen. Nach einer halben Stunde warten haben wir uns dann entschlossen zu gehen. Dieser Besuch bei Ume No Hana hat uns leider den Abend versaut, da es um 21:30 Uhr leider bereits zu spät war ein anderes Restaurant zu besuchen. Es kann natürlich passieren dass man überbucht, aber seine Gäste dann einfach ohne Entschuldigung oder Erklärung trotz Reservierung 30 Minuten warten zu lassen geht leider gar nicht. Wir werden nach dieser Erfahrung definitiv nicht noch ein Mal dort hin gehen.

Adresse fournie par un ami habitant Hambourg, sinon nous ne serions pas entrés. C’était très bon, mais la déco est spécisle; ça plait aux jeunes. Maintenant ce n’est pas le meilleur resto asiatique où j’ai un jour mangé. Mais vous ne serez pas déçus!

Glaube dem ein oder anderen wird es zu voll in dem Lokal sein aber ich mag die Atmosphäre und finde das Personal super nett und bemüht. Das Essen fand ich bei jedem Besuch super lecker :) immer wieder gerne da
