Leckeres Essen und Getränke. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ambiente könnte mehr Liebe vertragen. Kleiner negativer Punkt ist das alle Sitzgelegenheiten keine Rückenlehne haben. Aber ich werde immer wieder gerne dort einkehren.

Sehr gute Qualität der Mahzeiten, gute Auswahlmöglichkeit (außer Sushi, was bei 2 Besuchen nicht zur Auswahl stand...denke das war nur vorübergehend). Besonders Sitzg2legenheit draußen im Freien war sehr angenehm mit toller Ambiente des gesamten Restaurants. Aufgefallen ist zudem die extrem hohe Freundlichkeit des Personals ohne Aufdringmich zu sein.

Unsere Lieferung phổ war leider nicht allzu begeisternd. Die Nudeln waren zu bissest und die Brühe nahezu geschmacklos. Das bun jedoch war unseren Erwartungen entsprechend und definitiv genießbar.

Quan 19 Lieferservice .. eine absolute Frechheit : Mehlige Prawns, lückenhafte Zutaten bei den Gerichten und nur 7 20centStück grosse Rindfleischstückchen,bei einem Gericht mit Rindfleisch . In Anbetracht der Lieblosigkeit der gesamten Lieferung gerne nie wieder .

Wirklich ein cooles Restaurant! Sehr lecker! Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt wirklich gut und on point gewürzt. Wartezeiten sind vielleicht minimal lang. Die Vorspeise war mega und vor allem das Curry war richtig authentisch lecker. Besonders stark fand ich die Portionsgröße. Ich hatte extra Hähnchen dazu bestellt, aber bei der Größe wäre das gar nicht nötig gewesen. Mini-Verbesserungsvorschlag: Spielt doch authentisch asiatische Musik anstatt Charts. Ich finde das gibt dem Ganzen immer einen authentischeren Vibe

3 Sterne für den langsamen Service. Wir kamen vor 20 Uhr an, das Restaurant war nicht einmal zu 25 % gefüllt, aber wir warteten über 30 Minuten auf unser Essen. Die Vorspeise kam schließlich sogar erst nach dem Hauptgang. Die Küche ist entweder unorganisiert oder stark unterbesetzt, und den Bewertungen der letzten Jahre nach zu urteilen, hat sich daran seit mindestens zwei Jahren nichts geändert. Auch zahlreiche Lieferanten warteten auf ihre Bestellungen und beschwerten sich über die lange Wartezeit. Stellen Sie sich vor: Sie werden für 10 Minuten Wartezeit bezahlt und warten dann 30 Minuten… Wäre der Service in der Küche nicht so langsam gewesen, hätte es 5 Sterne gegeben: Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker.

Rotes Thai Curry einfach mega lecker mit knackig, frischen Gemüse und einer fein abgeschmeckten Soße ! Auch geil mit Mango verfeinert, was wir so noch nicht kanten. Super nette Bedienung 👍 1 Stern Abzug weil der Außenbereich ruhig mal gefegt hätte werden können und innen wäre es uns zu dunkel gewesen.

Das Essen war sehr frisch, sehr geschmackvoll, ich hatte absolut nicht den Eindruck, dass irgendwelche Geschmacksverstärker enthalten waren. Eine der besten Phô, die ich jemals hatte. Sehr netter Service, obwohl wir recht spät kamen, wurden wir nicht gescheucht. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Sind hier unverhofft nach unserem Alsterspaziergang reingestolpert und wurden mehr als positiv überrascht. Bedienung sehr freundlich und sympathisch und das Essen unfassbar lecker und aromatisch. Werden definitiv noch einige Male wiederkommen 😍

Ich LIEBE die Pho Hanoi. Die Brühe ist sehr lecker und wohlig. Dazu gibt es Frische durch die Limette, ein bisschen Schärfe durch die Chili und leckeren Knoblauchessig. Es ist so lecker, dass man es ganz einfach aufessen kann und gerne mehr haben würde. Und man muss kein Vermögen dafür bezahlen.

Wir waren dort als Gruppe. Das essen war sehr lecker und kam sehr schnell. Ich kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen.

Eigentlich ok. Eigentlich. Aber wenn man in einem Restaurant nur mit Winterjacke sitzen kann, weil es so kalt ist, dann kann man dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen, denn dann stimmen schon die Basics nicht. Da hilft es auch nicht, dass das Essen maximal Durchschnitt war.

Ich war gerade spontan zum Mittagstisch da. Das Essen war super, die Zusammenstellung mit dem Salat, dem Gemüse, dem Reis und dem Fleisch perfekt. Geschmacklich mit den Aromen ein absolutes Vergnügen. Alle, die gerne gut und frisch essen, kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Drei Mal war’s toll und beim vierten Mal den unfreundichsten Service gehabt, den ich je erleben durfte.

Bloß nicht dort bestellen! Ich habe heute über Uber Eats bestellt und bin wirklich sauer. Zum einen ist das Essen EISKALT, schmeckt nach NICHTS und zum anderen FEHLT die extra bezahlte Soße. Daraufhin habe ich dort angerufen und es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Soße ja abholen kommen kann. Es gab gar keine Einsicht oder ein Entgegenkommen. Nie wieder werde ich dort essen. Ergänzung: sowohl meinem Partner als auch mir wurde massiv übel.

Der Mittagstisch war unglaublich lecker! Das essen war richtig richtig gut! Schöne gemütliche und ruhige Atmosphäre. Super Mitarbeiter, sehr sehr freundlich! Danke!

Als Uber-Bestellung definitiv NICHT zu empfehlen. 1. Essen kam kalt an, obwohl wir gar nicht lange warten mussten. 2. Portionsgröße fiel wirklich überschaubar aus. Lag es an der 2 für 1 Aktion? Womöglich. 3. Das dritte Gericht wurde zudem gleich ohne Reis geliefert. 4. Im Grunde haben wir 3x das gleiche Gericht bestellt. Nur 2x mit Hähnchen und einmal mit Tofu als Beilage. Jedes Gericht wurde anders verpackt und/ oder mit Folie umwickelt. Daher war nicht sofort ersichtlich, dass Reis fehlte. Ein Anruf brachte nichts. Liegt alles an Uber, sagt man uns. Aber wie die Gerichte verpackt werden und ob sie vollständig sind, hat nicht mit dem Uber-Fahrer zu tun, oder. Das einzige Angebot, was man uns machte: Gerne vorbeikommen und 1 Portion Reis abholen. Yo. Danke. Und ja- Uber macht es einem auch schwer zu reklamieren.

Ein bemerkenswertes Experiment in Sachen Verpackungsversagen. Suppe in Pappe, gekrönt von einem lose aufgelegten Deckel, offenbar als Einladung, den Inhalt schon auf dem Heimweg kennenzulernen. Entsprechend kam alles durchweicht, ausgelaufen und dekorativ verteilt an. Als Lieferservice für zu Hause leider vollkommen ungeeignet. Danke für diese Erfahrung – sie war einmalig. Und bleibt es auch.

Vor Ort kann man ganz gut essen, wenn man VIEL Zeit mitbringt. Der Service ist leider sehr schlecht, wenn auch super lieb. Mein Essen zum Abholen war heute leider ungenießbar, da es in Öl ertrank. Kann nicht mehr als 2 Sterne geben..

Habe über uber eats bestellt, alles war hervorragend. Das essen war super gut verpackt, super schön angerichtet und hast wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt!! Absolute Empfehlung!!

Wir waren zu zweit zum Lunch hier. Das erste was mir beim Betreten das Restaurants auffiel war, dass es relativ „schummrig“ also dunkel war. Uns wurde sehr nett ein Tisch vorgeschlagen und wir begannen die Gemütlichkeit zu spüren. Die Karte ist übersichtlich gestaltet, mit Fokus auf eher weniger als zu viele Gerichte. Ich hatte die pho 🍲 mit Hühnerbrustfilet, meine Begleitung die Wantan-Suppe und den Papayasalat. Alles ging schnell und war sehr freundlich. Zum Abschluss haben wir uns noch einen leckeren vietnamesischen Kaffee gegönnt- köstlich. Alles in allem eine super Option für ein Lunch.

Well…! The restaurant was fully booked online for a Saturday evening, except for two time slots, but it was only about a third full when we arrived (and that included two people). It was quite nicely and comfortably furnished, and the benches were pleasant. For starters, we had the homemade summer and spring rolls. Both tasted good, but the two spring rolls were each barely the length of a thumb. They were cut lengthwise to make them look bigger, though. At €6, that was a real rip-off. The summer rolls were slightly larger, but the accompanying peanut sauce was far too sweet and tasted more like chocolate (!?). You can definitely get better and larger rolls for that price elsewhere. The main course arrived quite late and was almost cold. The buns were very small and not enough to fill you up. They tasted okay, but the chicken inside was, at best, "neutral." The udon with salmon was finally palatable thanks to the extra hot sauce we ordered. The homemade kumquat lemonade was refreshingly delicious. The service was adequately efficient, though not particularly attentive or friendly. Overall, somewhat disappointing; for the price, you can get better quality elsewhere, and a smile for free.

The sushi platter was sensational and perfectly adequate for two people. It was beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and attentive. 1000% recommended.

I can't recommend this restaurant. A large bottle of water (0.75 l) costs €8.50. A disgrace. In 31-degree heat, we were given a small glass of tap water. The food was okay. The waiter didn't make a fuss, even though all the outside seats were taken. As a result, everything took a long time. The table next to us was told that one person was sick and another had left. Behind our table was trash. Old disassembled cabinets, an oven, and drawers. They only accept cash, which always leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sushi platter for two was sensationally delicious! Freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. The fish was of the highest quality, and the selection was perfectly balanced. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and warm, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The ambiance at Quan 19 in Uhlenhorst is cozy and inviting. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

Very bad, I can't recommend it ❌

Just ordered two different dishes via Uber Eats. It was a disappointment! Unusually little rice, so much so that you know before you even start eating that you won't be full. The food was lukewarm, almost cold. The vegetables were really too raw. And then the duck. I've never had less meat anywhere. Honestly, it feels like a rip-off. I would never order from here again!

Memorable Experience It was full, but not packed today. The waiter was alone, but not stressed. Nevertheless, I'd rather address the management here, even though it was a strange situation. It took a while to take the order, but it wasn't a big deal; he was alone, and you could tell he couldn't do much about it. Then I ordered, and everything was fine. The drinks arrived, and the foam was gone from the beer, a classic when the waiter also has to run the bar. No big deal. The passion fruit spritzer tasted of something else; it wasn't bad or anything, but just nothing to praise. Then the food arrived. The reviews here didn't match what I had. The duck was dry, the vegetables weren't particularly fresh, and the sauce was totally bland. I very rarely leave anything behind, but it just didn't seem right here. That's not a big deal either; it happens and it's not a big deal at all. But then, we sat there for over 20 minutes, the glasses were already empty, and the service, still unstressed, repeatedly stood right next to the barely touched plate, but only came back after a long time with the words, "...and is everything okay here?" That's how the spiral began. I then explained my point of view and was then drawn into a discussion about how this couldn't be happening. After the plate was finally gone and we were sitting 10 meters away again, my appetite was completely gone, and we even went inside to pay (at least for the drinks). Now we were blamed again, saying we should have let them know sooner. Then something like "we're not at the Vier Jahreszeiten" or something like that, and things slowly got worse. At that moment, I decided to write a review here as well. The place seems to be pretty good otherwise, and in my opinion, things can always go wrong, but blaming it on the customer is weak. Oh yes, and then, of course, only cash. What a shame. We lost a customer who would have easily eaten something else.

Everything was great. Homemade lemonades and the food were excellent, as always. Sushi is also new on the menu, which I highly recommend. The service is also very friendly and attentive.

The food is truly delicious. Unfortunately, you have to wait forever for every dish and every drink. They serve delicious sushi here, but you should plan on waiting a loooooot of time. Even if you reorder, it'll easily take another half hour.

Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time. There weren't enough staff, but the food was delicious!

I've been to Quan 19 a few times now, and unfortunately, the last time I was dissatisfied due to the incorrect order, the long wait, and the quality of the curry (we communicated this on-site and were okay with it). This time I wanted to try again, hoping it wouldn't be the same – a to-go pho with beef. After the wait had already passed, the order was incorrect again, and the quality of the meat was absolutely abysmal. It was lumpy pieces – inedible.

We ordered through Uber Eats and won't be eating there again. The spring rolls were completely soggy and tasted so bland, and the bun noodles lacked any sauce. The meat in the crispy duck curry was just as soft, and the sauce completely ran out... it ended up being just mushy rice with curry sauce.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined considerably. The beef in the pho tastes rubbery.

Group order is placed via Uber, unfortunately the delivery time has been increased 4x and has therefore increased to over 1.5 hours. This wouldn't have been a problem for us, but the restaurant forgot 1/3 of the order and of course couldn't be reached afterwards. We can't recommend the delivery option, but the meals that were delivered were good and reasonably priced.

I ordered from uber eats because I often went to their restaurant. The portion was so small, I thought the disposable packaging was empty. That's why I can only recommend eating on site, if at all.

We had a wonderful evening at this Vietnamese restaurant! The food was fresh, authentic and incredibly tasty – every dish was a delight. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service, which made our visit even more pleasant. A small point deduction for the atmosphere: Unfortunately, the seating was not very comfortable and it was a bit too cool in the restaurant overall. But the excellent food and great service more than make up for it. We'll definitely be back!

Half of the dishes were missing from my order, which was already a bad start. The service was friendly, but unable to solve the problem in a timely manner. What was even worse was that I got food poisoning after eating there... I absolutely cannot recommend it!

I decided to order from this place after a long time, and honestly, it was a complete disaster. The soup was way too sour, and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description. It was also extremely watery — more like flavored water than an actual soup. The chicken slices were so thin that they barely felt like they were even there. The spring rolls? As soon as I picked one up, it completely fell apart in my hands. I didn’t even get the chance to taste it properly because it just fell to pieces. The beef curry was the worst part. The vegetables were so overcooked they didn’t even need to be chewed — they literally dissolved in my mouth. Even the bell peppers, which are usually firm, were just mushy. The beef? Five tiny slices, no more than a few centimeters long, in the entire dish. It felt like they added the beef as an afterthought. This was honestly such a bad experience. I’ve ordered from here before, and it was never this bad. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s really disappointing. I hope they fix this because I can’t see myself ordering from here again otherwise.

Our next visit to the Q19 restaurant in Hofweg was again great in terms of the food, very tasty and beautifully presented, as well as the very friendly service team. What should be noted negatively is that the heating was cold when the outside temperature was below 10 degrees, which meant that we left immediately after dinner and didn't eat anything else given the uncomfortable room temperature. Our usual favorite white wine Chardonnay from Zeltingen on the Moselle from the wine list was unfortunately no longer in stock. Another very nice evening with the usual delicious food and a very friendly and attentive service team. The Vietnamese restaurant Quan 19 at Hofweg 77 can be recommended in every respect. Very tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, extremely friendly and attentive service, highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Disappointing. We ordered food, which unfortunately was delivered without rice. When we called, we were told that unfortunately nothing could be done and it was suggested that we specify this again the next time we order and we would then receive additional rice...

The atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice and everyone is very friendly. There is also a covered outdoor area. My dish was very attractively served in a hollowed-out pineapple. The taste was okay but not great. The portion wasn't particularly big either. I would still come back and try something different.

Restaurant = Quan 19 in Hofweg visited today. Nice restaurant in Uhlenhorst, have driven past here many times, today it worked out to eat here. As a starter I had the spring rolls with chicken and two different sauces. Very tasty, but best eaten by hand. The main course was 🐄 beef with various vegetables in a spicy sauce, and a small mango salad on the plate. It was also very tasty, a really good sauce. You can sit outside here and there is also plenty of space inside. But you should make a reservation. Friendly service and a not-so-crowded menu. Clear recommendation!

Food was very tasty. We had 1x Thai curry - highly recommended and 1x fried noodles - also very tasty 😋. It was well attended at peak times, but it ended at 9:45 p.m. on the public holiday... OK too.

The Bun ca (grilled pork with noodles) and the nem (spring rolls) were not authentic at all. The mango lassi was not made with real mangoes but with mango syrup. We had to wait for 30mins just for the waiter to take our order, then another very long wait for the food to arrive. We had to get our own utensils from another table because we were not given any. Bad food, very slow service. And to top it off - they had the courage to ask for a tip. 🤣🤣🤣

We have always loved this restaurant, but today we were disappointed. The menu was out of date and, according to the waiter, several drinks were no longer available and were taken off the menu. It started with the coconut and a lemonade. Finally, we wanted to order green tea ice cream and according to the waiter, that was also removed from the menu. The main courses were delicious. Please update the menu. You see something happy and then it's no longer there.

In short, the service was a bit lackluster, but not everyone can always be in a good mood, the food was good, okay, everyone enjoyed it, but I didn't hear anything about “yes, we definitely have to go there again”. I think it's more of a shop where you can go if it's convenient locally.

The food was really good but the food came really late. In total we waited like 1 hour just for the rice noodle. The main reason is that they have a lot of UberEat orders and they prioritize those takeaway orders more than indoor dining. I would not come again as it really took too much time….

I have been ordering from Quan 19 on Hofweg every day from Monday to Friday for 2.5 years. The first two years the portions and the price-performance ratio were very good. Unfortunately, this has recently worsened significantly. I understand that they had to increase the prices, but it is unacceptable that the portions are now half the size they used to be. At first only the amount of meat was reduced, now you only get a spoonful of coleslaw and the sauce is no longer served separately, so the amount of rice, meat, sauce and salad is very limited. Due to the increasingly smaller portions, I will now look for alternatives, even though I have placed 20 orders there per month so far. In addition, the internet often does not work, meaning they cannot accept orders, or the homepage is not accessible, meaning online orders are not possible. When you call, often no one answers the phone, so I can only order on site. I gave one star for the very nice staff and another star because the food still tastes good.

A friend and I went to Quan 19 last night. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were good. However, a big problem seems to be that there are significantly too few staff. I arrived around 7 p.m. and only after drawing our attention several times was I able to order my drink and our food after 35 minutes. It then took another hour (as already described in another post) for our food to arrive. We were full and it was delicious (even if the soup I was accompanying could have been a little more seasoned), so I would generally like to come back. But unfortunately it was a disaster in terms of time and the person who apparently was actually working behind the bar had to keep bringing food or clearing tables because there was only one waiter for the entire shop. If this situation continues, it will probably soon be the end of the good reviews so far... Fingers crossed that the situation improves again for everyone's benefit!

We had to wait a very long time for our food. One of the starters we ordered was no longer available and we were simply given something else - you should communicate in advance. After about an hour our main course arrived. (We weren't the only ones who had to wait that long.) However, only 2 out of 3 people at our table got their food, the 3rd person was put off and other tables were served first - that's an absolute no go. My pho soup was far too oily and the lime that came with it was no bigger than a €1 piece. I know what good pho tastes like and unfortunately this wasn't it. One service person was really trying hard, the other was simply overwhelmed. All in all really disappointing.

Neat and clean. Friendly service. Good and reasonably priced selection of lunch dishes. But unfortunately the seasoning was very reserved, even the hot sauce I ordered wasn't really spicy.
