Incredibly delicious, both the food and the cocktails! Also very nice staff who paid attention to us at all times. Perfect evening!

Half of the dishes were missing from my order, which was already a bad start. The service was friendly, but unable to solve the problem in a timely manner. What was even worse was that I got food poisoning after eating there... I absolutely cannot recommend it!

I decided to order from this place after a long time, and honestly, it was a complete disaster. The soup was way too sour, and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description. It was also extremely watery — more like flavored water than an actual soup. The chicken slices were so thin that they barely felt like they were even there. The spring rolls? As soon as I picked one up, it completely fell apart in my hands. I didn’t even get the chance to taste it properly because it just fell to pieces. The beef curry was the worst part. The vegetables were so overcooked they didn’t even need to be chewed — they literally dissolved in my mouth. Even the bell peppers, which are usually firm, were just mushy. The beef? Five tiny slices, no more than a few centimeters long, in the entire dish. It felt like they added the beef as an afterthought. This was honestly such a bad experience. I’ve ordered from here before, and it was never this bad. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s really disappointing. I hope they fix this because I can’t see myself ordering from here again otherwise.

Our next visit to the Q19 restaurant in Hofweg was again great in terms of the food, very tasty and beautifully presented, as well as the very friendly service team. What should be noted negatively is that the heating was cold when the outside temperature was below 10 degrees, which meant that we left immediately after dinner and didn't eat anything else given the uncomfortable room temperature. Our usual favorite white wine Chardonnay from Zeltingen on the Moselle from the wine list was unfortunately no longer in stock. Another very nice evening with the usual delicious food and a very friendly and attentive service team. The Vietnamese restaurant Quan 19 at Hofweg 77 can be recommended in every respect. Very tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, extremely friendly and attentive service, highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice and everyone is very friendly. There is also a covered outdoor area. My dish was very attractively served in a hollowed-out pineapple. The taste was okay but not great. The portion wasn't particularly big either. I would still come back and try something different.

Disappointing. We ordered food, which unfortunately was delivered without rice. When we called, we were told that unfortunately nothing could be done and it was suggested that we specify this again the next time we order and we would then receive additional rice...

Restaurant = Quan 19 in Hofweg visited today. Nice restaurant in Uhlenhorst, have driven past here many times, today it worked out to eat here. As a starter I had the spring rolls with chicken and two different sauces. Very tasty, but best eaten by hand. The main course was 🐄 beef with various vegetables in a spicy sauce, and a small mango salad on the plate. It was also very tasty, a really good sauce. You can sit outside here and there is also plenty of space inside. But you should make a reservation. Friendly service and a not-so-crowded menu. Clear recommendation!

Food was very tasty. We had 1x Thai curry - highly recommended and 1x fried noodles - also very tasty 😋. It was well attended at peak times, but it ended at 9:45 p.m. on the public holiday... OK too.

The Bun ca (grilled pork with noodles) and the nem (spring rolls) were not authentic at all. The mango lassi was not made with real mangoes but with mango syrup. We had to wait for 30mins just for the waiter to take our order, then another very long wait for the food to arrive. We had to get our own utensils from another table because we were not given any. Bad food, very slow service. And to top it off - they had the courage to ask for a tip. 🤣🤣🤣

We have always loved this restaurant, but today we were disappointed. The menu was out of date and, according to the waiter, several drinks were no longer available and were taken off the menu. It started with the coconut and a lemonade. Finally, we wanted to order green tea ice cream and according to the waiter, that was also removed from the menu. The main courses were delicious. Please update the menu. You see something happy and then it's no longer there.

In short, the service was a bit lackluster, but not everyone can always be in a good mood, the food was good, okay, everyone enjoyed it, but I didn't hear anything about “yes, we definitely have to go there again”. I think it's more of a shop where you can go if it's convenient locally.

Honestly it’s been 45 minutes and I’m still waiting for the food Seems like the place is super understaffed (Took them 30 minutes to bring a lemonade and a schorle) Edit: we got the food it was average and came after an hour of wait. HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR DO LESS TABLE

The food was really good but the food came really late. In total we waited like 1 hour just for the rice noodle. The main reason is that they have a lot of UberEat orders and they prioritize those takeaway orders more than indoor dining. I would not come again as it really took too much time….

I have been ordering from Quan 19 on Hofweg every day from Monday to Friday for 2.5 years. The first two years the portions and the price-performance ratio were very good. Unfortunately, this has recently worsened significantly. I understand that they had to increase the prices, but it is unacceptable that the portions are now half the size they used to be. At first only the amount of meat was reduced, now you only get a spoonful of coleslaw and the sauce is no longer served separately, so the amount of rice, meat, sauce and salad is very limited. Due to the increasingly smaller portions, I will now look for alternatives, even though I have placed 20 orders there per month so far. In addition, the internet often does not work, meaning they cannot accept orders, or the homepage is not accessible, meaning online orders are not possible. When you call, often no one answers the phone, so I can only order on site. I gave one star for the very nice staff and another star because the food still tastes good.

A friend and I went to Quan 19 last night. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were good. However, a big problem seems to be that there are significantly too few staff. I arrived around 7 p.m. and only after drawing our attention several times was I able to order my drink and our food after 35 minutes. It then took another hour (as already described in another post) for our food to arrive. We were full and it was delicious (even if the soup I was accompanying could have been a little more seasoned), so I would generally like to come back. But unfortunately it was a disaster in terms of time and the person who apparently was actually working behind the bar had to keep bringing food or clearing tables because there was only one waiter for the entire shop. If this situation continues, it will probably soon be the end of the good reviews so far... Fingers crossed that the situation improves again for everyone's benefit!

We had to wait a very long time for our food. One of the starters we ordered was no longer available and we were simply given something else - you should communicate in advance. After about an hour our main course arrived. (We weren't the only ones who had to wait that long.) However, only 2 out of 3 people at our table got their food, the 3rd person was put off and other tables were served first - that's an absolute no go. My pho soup was far too oily and the lime that came with it was no bigger than a €1 piece. I know what good pho tastes like and unfortunately this wasn't it. One service person was really trying hard, the other was simply overwhelmed. All in all really disappointing.

Neat and clean. Friendly service. Good and reasonably priced selection of lunch dishes. But unfortunately the seasoning was very reserved, even the hot sauce I ordered wasn't really spicy.

Wir waren spontan dort zur fortgeschrittenen Stunde zum Essen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr, sehr gutes Essen. Wir hatten 4 verschiedene Gerichte. Alles wunderbar frisch und knackig. Cocktails waren auch sehr gut.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I invited my friend, who was visiting Germany, to that restaurant. We both felt uncomfortable with the behavior of the server. It's a Vietnamese restaurant, but the server was neither Vietnamese nor Asian.

This is the fourth time we have ordered here and we have been thrilled every time. The food was always great in terms of taste and we have never had a dish that had anything to complain about. The only thing we wish for is larger portions, but just because the food tastes so good, the portion sizes are sufficient.

I chose the “Quan 19” because it was right next to the hotel (Hotel du Nord Alster), i.e. a walk of about 100 meters;). As a precaution, we had already pre-ordered from home and had a nice table right by the window. Not only was the food ordered quickly, it also arrived quickly. Very nicely prepared and super tasty!😋 By the way, the service was just as quick ;) All in all, a justified price-performance ratio. I would also love to come back here.

The very friendly waitress served us a platter of various delicacies, which tempted us to have a second course of meat skewers. Highly recommended!

I used to enjoy going there, but the quality has deteriorated significantly. The food tasted good, but everything came to the table cold. The bun from the burger was sticky and as if it was a few days old. You were better at it before and I was happy to recommend you and was there myself. Unfortunately it's no longer my recommendation at the moment! The only thing that saved dinner was the soup. It was great.

We came across the little restaurant next to our hotel on our trip to Hamburg and were more than pleasantly surprised. The small front garden is equipped with comfortable benches where you can catch a few rays of sunshine in the evening. The food was super tasty and all the ingredients were very fresh. The ginger-orange tea was also particularly tasty. The service was friendly and accommodating. The menu is also very large for veggies - overall highly recommended! Unfortunately we are only here for a short trip and live more than 500km away - otherwise this would definitely be a new favorite restaurant.

Super Restaurantkonzept mit zwei Filialen. Bewerten kann ich nur diese. Das Ambiente wäre innen denke ich nichteinmal so schlecht, jedoch war der Fokus auf den Aussenbereich gesetzt und somit waren innen viele Tische als Ablage benutzt worden… somit hat es dies etwas ungemütlicher gemacht als es sonst wäre. Jedoch war das Essen, qualitativ wie geschmacklich etwas, was ich in meine Top 3 nehmen kann! Absolut spitze! Auch die Anrichtung passte super! Wartezeit für das Essen und die Besienung war in Orndung. Im gross und ganzen sehr zu empfehlen!

A very nice restaurant with a cozy outdoor area. The service was extremely friendly and very attentive. People kept asking if everything was still OK. The food was very tasty. I had a lot of vegetables with beef. Everything was nicely prepared and tasted great. Price-performance ratio is right for me, my meal cost 16.90 euros. You should reserve a table, it is busy from 5 p.m. Parking spaces nearby are difficult to come by.

The interior and exterior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated, benches with soft cushions-very comfortable and you can remove the pad. the toilet is clean. We've been here several times. Unfortunately, the last two visits were very disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality and taste have deteriorated significantly. No herbs and bland dressing for the rice noodle salad. 0.75L water 8€?!?!?! A pity...

Food and service was good but the road traffic detracted from the atmosphere.

Unfortunately that was nothing. Ordered with Uber Eats. 1. One dish was missing the pot with the sauce and vegetables. Very annoying when one person in a group does not receive the entire meal. 2. Hair in food 3. Simple industrial frozen spring rolls, rather than individually made spring rolls as shown 4. The papaya salad only had a minimal amount of papaya, a maximum of 15 grams in thin sticks 5. Dishes rather small for the price Unfortunately, the restaurant was not able to stand out.

Was there with friends. The food was excellent, there aren't many Vietnamese restaurants that offer such good food. The only criticism would be that the edamame we had as a starter was cooked a little too long, but definitely not a star deduction for that because everything else was simply perfect. When I'm in Hamburg again I'll definitely come by.

The small restaurant was very cozy and the service was very friendly. However, it is important to take cash with you! But it's worth withdrawing the money because the dishes, especially the Pho, were very tasty. Of course there is also a nice vegan selection. We ordered a selection of different tapas and were very pleasantly surprised at the amount of food you get for your money. There is also a large selection of vegetarian options, so even vegetarians can get their money's worth here. The service was very quick and friendly. Reservations are definitely recommended as this restaurant is very popular, especially on weekends.

Sehr leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen und die Getränke wurden zügig reserviert, was unser Wohlbefinden stärkte. Es war sehr gemütlich und angenehm dort zu Abend zu essen. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Weiter so!

Hatte bestellt, schmeckte nicht besonders, tut mir leid

Sonst war es immer super lecker aber letztens sind mir zwei Dinge leider negativ aufgefallen: -Der Tofu wird immer in dem Fett gebraten, was davor genutzt wurde. Wenn da Hähnchen drin war, gar nicht so schlimm, aber das letzte Mal hat der Tofu unangenehm nach Fisch geschmeckt. -Der Salat wird praktisch in süßem Dressing getränkt. Das letzte mal war meine Schüssel fast zur Hälfte mit Dressing gefüllt und der Salat schwamm. Was er gar nicht nötig hat.

Endlich tolle Reisnudeln mit Rind. In so einer Qualität und mit so einem Geschmack habe ich das lange gesucht. Wir bestellen gerne hier und können auch das rote Curry empfehlen. Einfach top.

Ich bin eigentlich kein Fan von Asiatischer Küche (alle Richtungen) aber das hat mich überzeugt. PÜroblemlose Sonderbestellung beim Essen, nette Bedienung, kompetente Beratung. Auch bei einer großen Gruppe, keine Probleme. Top Service, super schnell. Haben sogar länger gesessen und es war kein Problem. Preis-Leistung super spitze. Wenn ich wieder in Hamburg bin, safe wieder dort essen. Einfach klasse

Essen ist genau so schmackhaft wie in dem Quan 19 in Winterhude. Der Service ebenfalls super Die Location selbst ist im Vergleich weniger ansprechend, aber ebenfalls nett.

War ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Essen. Es war alles sehr frisch und Knackig. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir waren spontan zum Lunch hier und fanden das ThaiCurry mit Hähnchen sehr lecker. Etwas irritierend empfand ich, dass das Restaurant offiziell ab 12Uhr Mittags geöffnet haben soll, aber da erst angefangen wurde die Tische (draußen) abzuwischen und Sitzpolster hinzulegen. Entsprechend lange hat es dann auch gedauert, bis wir unser Essen hatten. Daher würde ich hier nur hingehen, wenn ich mind. eine Stunde Zeit habe.

Leider sind wir nur ein paar Tage in der Stadt, bei unserem nächsten Besuch kommen wir aber auf jeden Fall wieder her :) Alles einfach Top!
