ZERO the most tasteless pasta and pizza I ever had

Unfortunately, the green salad wasn't washed properly. There were lots of salad beetles in it… I went to the counter to check if there were any more beetles, and it was full of them… we had terrible stomach aches afterwards…

The food was good. Plenty of salads, and a choice of 3 pizzas and 3 pasta dishes.

Water is too expensive, but apart from that, a €14 buffet is a really good price for the quality of the food.

The pasta was raw and undercooked, the pizza was too thin and the toppings were sloppy – not worth it at all! Never again.

I was there with my wife, and for me it was the first and last time. There were three pasta dishes, but only one was left: a pear and nut one, which nobody likes. And all that for €34.20 for two buffet items and two drinks, and then you're supposed to clear your own table—simply outrageous! I don't understand why the place was so full. There were four people in the kitchen and they couldn't do anything. The people at the cash register were actually nice.

The first impression is great. The salad bar was perfect, with a nice selection and delicious. The pizza was also great, even if it was cold. My taste was there. The pasta wasn't really filled; the tagliatelle pasta was great, but the penne pasta was unfortunately undercooked. Otherwise, the atmosphere was very nice. I would have liked it to be a bit cleaner, as the table, and the trays, unfortunately, weren't worn.

Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't child-friendly! There's no room for strollers. I parked my stroller next to the table. Because it was too narrow, I had to move it. The young lady at the cash register wasn't so friendly. I had to leave my stroller behind the door.

The ladies behind the cash register were really friendly, but since you're supposed to take your own plates away, and unfortunately only 50% of the guests sitting outside do that, it doesn't feel very inviting. The food was delicious, we especially enjoyed the salad bar. The pizza and pasta were also delicious. Sometimes, if you sit very close to the inside, it's difficult to get past other guests, but that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, as we were leaving the restaurant, a red-haired waitress loudly and very rudely, seemingly annoyed, pointed out to us that we hadn't cleared our plates. The fault was ours, as we had indeed forgotten them. However, when we went to clear them away, there wasn't enough space on the trolleys, so someone from the kitchen came to help us. When we then pointed out to the waitress as we were leaving the restaurant that the trolleys were completely full and there was no room for any more, we received no response. I'll never come back. I've been here before and thought I'd give the place another chance. NEVER AGAIN. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PIZZA THE TIME. The pasta dishes were okay but nothing special. One of our favorite shops in Cologne. It's best not to visit on Saturdays, as the place is unfortunately overcrowded. But that speaks volumes about the high quality. We enjoy Sundays the most, as you can eat there in a very relaxed atmosphere.

If you want to eat well and affordably, this is the place to go. You pay in advance and then the cashier hands you your cutlery. This is the "go" to dive into the buffet. There are plenty of seating options, although on busy days you might have to share a table with other people.

The highlight was the "pasta with shrimp" dish. The first time, there were no shrimp at all. The second time, when the buffet was freshly restocked, there were just two small shrimp at the top – probably just for show. A complete deception! Selling something like that as "pasta with shrimp" is cheeky and borders on fraud. For me, it's clear: I'm never going there again. It was a waste of money. I'd rather pay a little more and get warm, properly cooked, and above all, honest food. I really can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The pasta was either undercooked (too al dente) or very salty, like the Bolognese, for example. The restaurant is very small and it's very cramped inside when it gets busy, it's often difficult to sit down in peace because you always have to be careful not to get in anyone's way, as it's very, very cramped inside. There is also an outside area, although it isn't that big. Unfortunately, we expected far too much, and it didn't live up to our expectations. We were rather disappointed that we paid €35, which would have been a fairer price if it had been tasty. The €35 includes two buffet meals and one drink. Unfortunately, we can only say that this was our last visit. The drinks are also very expensive; a large glass of Sprite, for example, cost €3.80 for a 0.4L.
