The food was okay for the cheap price. Maybe we were just unlucky but despite waiting almost 30 minutes we didn't get a pizza. The salad buffet could no longer be refilled either. The drinks (one must be ordered per person) are extremely expensive. The employees were all friendly. The restaurant is more reminiscent of a train station than a restaurant.

Unfortunately, the warm buffet was quite disappointing, pizza with way too much cheese, but a slice of ham as decoration, pasta that the seafood ran past and the third one was just gone. The pizza was like rubber and totally unpleasant to eat, so I just left it on the table. If any of you here know 'potassium' (from the body) and know what it tastes like (you can sometimes taste it when you vomit a lot)... this is what the salad with rice and 'curry' tasted like... to be able to taste something like that is crazy. The pepper was really weird and hard, like I was biting into a bowl...unbearable. I would have preferred to give the money and leave. 17€ for nothing but a stomach ache and that (as already mentioned) for someone who can tolerate and like everything. It was a shame about the money, it was really very sad

After eating I was immediately asked to leave, understandable given the crowds, but every guest should have the opportunity to at least finish their drinks without being asked to do so by the staff. Cozy atmosphere? None. A second visit is out of the question for us.

The salad bar was well stocked. What we tried was delicious. BUT: Pizza and pasta was always empty. All 3 pasta dishes tasted almost exclusively of garlic. Searching for the salmon pasta, there was almost no salmon to be found. I tried 2 different pieces of pizza. One with broccoli. That also only tasted like garlic. The other one with peppers was okay. BUT; Both were cold. However, you can't expect much for the price. You should just know.

I think it's a complete disgrace that you are forced to buy a drink. The buffet price of €12 is misleading because you always pay more than €12. This is definitely not legal. I also noticed that there was a very unpleasant smell of toilet when serving pizza. You feel more like you're at the train station than in a restaurant. Even after informing the staff about this, the toilet door seemed to remain open downstairs so that you could smell it all the way to the table.

It was more of a coincidence that we discovered Tutto. But it was a very positive surprise. Located in the middle of Cologne, an Italian buffet at such a price is worth mentioning. There were 2-3 different types of pizza and pasta available. One could now say that it is little. But the 2-3 dishes change constantly. So there aren't 10 pizzas lying there and getting cold, but only 2-3 pizzas lying there, but new, freshly baked pizzas are constantly arriving. Sometimes there is prosciutto and tomato mozzarella pizza, 10 minutes later there are other pizzas. I personally thought that was very good. The same applies to pizza.
