We were there on December 14th and had to. Wait briefly to get a seat. But it didn't bother us. We think the varied salad buffet is great, and the funghi pizza was incredibly tasty. We'd love to come back

It was more of a coincidence that we discovered Tutto. But it was a very positive surprise. Located in the middle of Cologne, an Italian buffet at such a price is worth mentioning. What I found very good is that the buffet doesn't overwhelm you. It's rather small, but kept fresh. The antipasti and salad bar impresses with a good selection and you can put together the plate according to your taste. My highlight was the salad with dates. There were 2-3 different types of pizza and pasta available. One could now say that it is little. But the 2-3 dishes change constantly. So there aren't 10 pizzas lying there and getting cold, but only 2-3 pizzas lying there, but new, freshly baked pizzas are constantly arriving. Sometimes there is prosciutto and tomato mozzarella pizza, 10 minutes later there are other pizzas. I personally thought that was very good. The same applies to pizza. Freshly baked and cooked dishes are constantly made, so there is a good variety.

For a cheap price you can enjoy a delicious meal with a choice of a salad bar, a number of pizzas and pastas. You do pay extra for drinks. It can be quite busy, but the queue moves quickly. Cozy tent, definitely recommended!

Unfortunately, pizza is no longer as good as it used to be. Pasta is still delicious. Staff mixed, the young man was friendly, the young girl less so. And the salad wasn't that good either. And rather messy.

So far I've been quite happy with this restaurant, but on my last visit I lost all of my appetite. If you already allow dogs, please make sure that people don't feed the dogs. The woman made up the dog's food on her own plate, but she put what the dog didn't eat on the plate where we ate our food so that it would be thrown away. The dog was also allowed to be taken everywhere, to the salad bar and the pizza pasta counter. Unfortunately there was no reaction despite asking about it. Even if I think I'll give it another chance at some point, unfortunately I still have a negative impression. Even if dogs are allowed, there should still be some rules.

A great place, me and my sister discovered it on Tik Tok and drove there from the Westerwald just for the food. Really delicious and such a great restaurant. And the interior is really nice. I'll definitely go there again. 👍

I was there with my two children. The waitress was very unfriendly and immediately told me there was no room for us and was preferred to six adults. I understand that the store is very small, but you can still be friendly with customers and not roll your eyes while talking and prefer people when you've been waiting outside for 15 minutes.

The food was delicious but the service was a complete disaster. I work as a waitress myself and I have never received such bad service as there. The waitress who was supposed to seat the guests apparently didn't want to do her job and was totally unfriendly and condescending. Unfortunately not recommended.

The store is really the last one. There were 2 adults and 2 children Everyone was brought forward and there was no room for us except for several Italians Really the last one, we drove an extra 40 km. And then when you point it out to the waitress, she becomes even more rude and unfriendly. Not recommended at all the hospitality. Then we just left and my children had to drive 40km home hungry

The food was great! However, it is very narrow in the restaurant, so it is “actually” not ideal for a buffet restaurant. BUT, it's still cool, especially the salad bar! It was my first time at this Italian restaurant that offers "all you can eat" for €12. (2023) They have 2-3 pasta dishes. You can use as much Parmezan as you like. mainly these types of pizza: pepperoni, funghi (mushrooms) and brokoli, salami. I think these 3 types are enough. And a salad bar with 12-15 different types. I've tried a lot of things and I think everything tastes good. Unfortunately, the aisles in the restaurant are narrow. But for this price the restaurant still deserves 5 stars. What bothered me were the guests who didn't put their tablets back, but left them on the tables along with the dishes and ran away. In my opinion, it's not appropriate. I don't think "all you can eat" should be offered to such people. You should pay for food you don't eat. Because of certain people, many restaurants no longer offer “all you can eats”. Staff is friendly.

It is an all you can eat restaurant. Great idea, I was skeptical at first, but then I was pleasantly surprised. You can't make a reservation, but we were there at around 5 p.m. and had a place right away, but later than 6 p.m. you have to expect a wait. There were various pizzas to choose from, 3 pasta dishes with beef strips, vegetarian Bolognese and with salmon strips. You could put together a salad. It was very tasty👍 The toilets are in the basement. They are clean and no bad smells. But difficult to reach for people with disabilities. Otherwise, all in all a great concept. And I can recommend a visit to Tutto 👍 We will eat there again on our next visit to Cologne.

This was the worst restaurant I have ever seen and eaten. So really very bad, the reception was very unfriendly and with annoyed looks, the food was so bad that my friends and I had to get stomach tablets to figure out what kind of stomach ache we got afterwards, so really no. Came across this little restaurant online and visited on a Saturday at lunchtime. It is located a bit out of the way on a side street and may therefore be overlooked by strangers. Seating inside and outside. Because of the weather we decided to go inside and had to wait a few minutes outside the door until a seat became available. Depending on the number of people, you may have to share your table with other people as space is limited. When the restaurant was full, it was sometimes difficult to move around and get from the table to the buffet, as we found the restaurant rather cramped. The price is absolutely right and the kitchen tries to replenish the food as quickly as possible. There is a large selection of salads, three pizzas and three pasta dishes to choose from. When it comes to pizzas, we noticed that sometimes the types of pizza are not always the same, but rather the choice of toppings can change. There was a vegetarian Bolognese version of the pasta. Overall it was very tasty and easy to eat. The only disadvantage is that when the restaurant is full, the food from the buffet is quickly depleted. You may have to wait. There were also no fresh plates left with the pasta. All in all, we give the restaurant a clear recommendation and will definitely stop by there again and again.

As an Italian with my own gastronomy, I can sum up Tutto in one sentence. The food has the quality of a second-class all-inclusive holiday hotel in Egypt. Now to the criticism: 1.) The dishes served have hardly any meat content. Pasta is not “aldente” but rather hard. The quality of the pizza is rather low. This is a cheese substitute which means after 5 minutes it becomes tough like old chewing gum. Enough with the details, it's just not a place I will visit or recommend again. Greetings Adriano

12€ for an all you can eat is unbeatable. The products are still delicious. Of course, pizza and pasta are only partially suitable for keeping warm, but thanks to small portions that can be made quickly, it works quite well. Salad bar could be a little more generous.

I think the concept is good. The pizza is OK. Very little coating. Likewise with the pasta dishes, there is very little other than pasta. I found the ready-made salads on offer very tasty. You could also put together your own salad. What I personally found really terrible was that everything there was so narrow and loud. There is no cozy atmosphere at all and you can tell that everything is geared towards profit. I felt really sorry for the ladies and gentlemen in the kitchen. Constant stress and everything is very tight. The price is of course great.

We were disappointed. 3 pasta dishes, one of them cold... Pizza tasted more like bread with a little cheese, hardly any toppings. Two things really annoyed me: 1. The sign towards the street had a price of €12 plus an extra drink, so it cost €13.90 for the buffet and €3 for the drink. 2. The aisles are so narrow with full frame tables and chairs that you can't get to the tables at the edge... No matter, we won't be coming back

Even before you come in, you are informed that a one-year-old child is not allowed to eat at the buffet without paying and that you have to clean up the table after eating. When asked whether you still have to wash up afterwards, you get a cheeky answer: "With pleasure, your colleagues would definitely be happy." With such unfriendly waiters who spoil your appetite before you even get in, the food can taste too good.

Fun all-you-can-eat restaurant. There is a very good salad buffet and a pasta and pizza buffet. You pay €12 (until 5 p.m.) or €13.90 and can help yourself several times. Nice staff, pleasant guests. Unfortunately the noodles were quite over-seasoned. (Chili-spicy salmon noodles are a shame for the salmon.)

A really cool restaurant, but unfortunately a bit small! At lunchtime it is very crowded and loud. You then have to wait a few minutes until something is available again. For the buffet during the week we paid EUR 12 per person plus an additional drink. There was a buffet for salads, 2 pasta dishes, a lasagne and 4 pizzas to choose from. You can stop by there, there is nothing wrong with the price, but for me the quality of the food and the taste are not enough to make me eat there again. Bad checkout staff. You are forced to have a drink, even if you would like to do so later. The pasta selection is very limited or only three types. The drinks are tapped and mixed with too much water. You won't be asked if you want a large drink. They give one out automatically and therefore charge more. The types of pizza are not labeled. I would rather spend the money at a real Italian restaurant.

**Italian Buffet – A piece of Italy in our city!** I recently went to the all-you-can-eat Italian buffet and absolutely loved it! The restaurant offers an incomparable selection of Italian delicacies that are worth seeing: fresh pizza in every variation imaginable, a rich salad bar with crunchy ingredients and delicious spaghetti that was simply perfectly al dente. It was like I was in Italy! The highlight wasn't just the food, but also the friendly and warm staff. Every member of staff was attentive and made sure we didn't lack anything. The atmosphere in the restaurant is authentic and cozy, just as you would imagine in an Italian restaurant. You immediately feel welcome and can fully enjoy the culinary journey. For me, this buffet is definitely the best in the world when it comes to Italian cuisine. The price is unbeatable! If you are looking for authentic, fresh and delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere, you should definitely stop by. I'll definitely come back!

The price-performance ratio is good and the food is usually tasty. It's just a shame that the food is often not hot enough, which may be due to inadequate heat sources at the buffet. Lasagna in particular was lukewarm even though I had the first piece. The staff could make more effort here. Otherwise the service is unfortunately poor. Glasses are gripped at the top edge with all five fingers when serving; which is a no-go from a hygiene perspective. Otherwise, employees sit at tables eating between the customers and watching loud videos on their smartphones, which is inappropriate given the lack of space and disturbing given the resulting noise. With a little more effort and consideration on the part of the staff, the feel-good factor would be higher.

I was there with my friend for the second time yesterday (September 4th) and we both left happy again. The staff is very friendly and they make sure you get a seat straight away. :) Food was always fresh, no cold pizza or pasta. The salt is a 10/10. It's just a shame that the store is a bit smaller... there's a lot of crowding... Here the price determines whether you want to come back or not. There is a clear difference at what time you come. When it opens, the salad bar looks much more appetizing and cleaner. The salad buffet is really great! Warm food also tasted better at lunchtime, even if you had to wait longer until the warm buffet was filled. In the evening the noodles were sometimes carelessly prepared and very greasy. The more influx, the further the quality drops. It just has to happen quickly. You should take this into account and come to terms with it. It gets very busy and loud in the restaurant. So it's not a place for a nice get-together, but rather to actually eat. The seats outside are very popular. By the way, you MUST order a drink.

Simply the best of concept Delicious

The food at all of Tuscolo's restaurants is excellent. Since Tuscolo is very well known, the restaurant was also very full, which has to do with the good quality of the food. Unfortunately, the manager was very hectic and loud, which was passed on to the staff and dampened the mood a bit. In contrast to the other restaurants, I found the atmosphere in Rheinbach to be a bit cool. But all in all a culinary enrichment for Rheinbach.

The waitress is only on her cell phone and doesn't care about the guests. She is also very unfriendly and doesn't enjoy her work. There were also a lot of large pieces of garlic in the food in an unhealthy quantity. Too much garlic is poisonous. In a handful of noodles there were three ten garlic!!!!!! That can't be!!!!!! The orange juice was also very bitter and my girlfriend almost vomited.

The service doesn't come to the table, but it impresses with its friendliness and overview. Although the restaurant doesn't invite you to linger for a long time, it is ideal for a delicious and inexpensive lunch or dinner. The location in close proximity to the pedestrian zone is also noteworthy.

Food is relatively okay, some of the pasta wasn't cooked through and we waited almost 20 minutes for fresh pasta and therefore stood in front of the empty buffet. Paid full price and waited far too long for the food, unfortunately that can't be the case. It's a shame, therefore only two stars.
