My first time at L'Osteria... Lovely place... Great service... The waiter who served us was super nice and very friendly. The food was amazing too. Highly recommended. The only downside is the parking. We were there Friday evening and had trouble finding a parking space, even though they have a large parking lot right out front.

I ordered pasta and pizza rolls for 6:30 PM and arrived at 6:28 PM. I was told to go to the bar, where I was initially ignored despite asking several times. After a while, someone went to check if the food was ready. Unfortunately, they hadn't even started preparing my order. I waited another 20 minutes... what was the point of ordering for 6:30 PM?! Meanwhile, my companion ate their food from another restaurant in the car because it would have gotten cold otherwise... P.S.: They also packed the wrong thing for me.

We had a good meal, and the food was good. The service was friendly, and we really liked the decor. The restrooms could be cleaner.

A very nice place spread over two floors. Nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it's very noisy when it's busy. We ordered dip and bread to start with, followed by pizza. Unfortunately, that didn't work out... the pizza arrived first. We then cancelled the dip. The staff, however, were very friendly and attentive. The pizza was tasty, but mine was overcooked... it was a bit hard and dry. These things happen.

Today I went to the restaurant with a friend to place a takeaway order. Unfortunately, the staff completely ignored us. Since we didn't feel like eating anywhere else, we quickly changed our plans and ordered online for pickup. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to order our desired pizza online, as one of the pizza options wasn't available with the half-topped pizza. After spending half an hour looking through the (online) menu, we had to wait another half hour for our pizzas. As always, they were generously topped, and the crust was crispy. So, there's little to complain about with the food itself, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Very good staff and child-friendly too. It's cozy despite its size, and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, you can only make reservations for a limited time now. It's a shame; we would have liked to stay longer, but I guess they're also interested in making money.

As always, this L'Osteria is simply fantastic. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the service is very quick and efficient. The ambiance is, as always, a bit industrial. But it all works. Super!

Nice restaurant—you can't go wrong. Are there any better Italian restaurants? Definitely. But it's especially pleasant with the family. The food is good, but not outstanding. There's a playground outside for the little ones.

We honestly waited 12 minutes for our change. Because the waitress didn't come to our table, we had to go to the bar, where the wrong change was given back to us. Completely chaotic service.

We're always completely satisfied when we eat at L'Osteria! The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Whether it's pizza, pasta, or dessert—everything tastes excellent. The service is super friendly and attentive—you just feel at home. The outdoor playground is particularly nice, where parents can keep an eye on their children. There are also accessible restrooms and changing facilities on the ground floor—very family-friendly and well-thought-out! We're always happy to come back! 🍕

We can really repeat ourselves unreservedly: typical L'Osteria and we mean that 100% positively 👍!!! Although it is a huge restaurant, there is no unnecessary hustle and bustle, this branch is also really cozy and inviting and the menu leaves nothing to be desired 👍👍👍!!! Our highlights are and remain risotto, pizza 🍕, macaroni & tiramisu: no matter which topping/which variety, you have real culinary delights 😋😛🤤👍!!! Chefs who practice their craft with passion in this branch too 👍!!! Price-performance ratio is absolutely fair and the fact that you sometimes have to wait a little longer is not a reason for criticism for us personally: it is people working there, not machines 👍👍👍!!! The staff goes above and beyond to remain attentive; you're greeted in the most friendly way, and every member of staff is dedicated to ensuring you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere 😊👍!!! As already mentioned: absolutely typical and highly recommended 👍👍👍!!!!

We went out to dinner with two of our grandchildren on Sunday and were glad we had made a reservation. The restaurant and parking lot were full. We were greeted by a nice young lady and shown to our table. The food was good. There was no taste of "Arrabiata," though—so we added more seasoning, and it was fine. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. A highlight was the service. A young man who, despite the busy place, was always approachable, friendly, and quick. This alone created a relaxed atmosphere and a good mood at the table. A heartfelt "thank you" for that. We will be happy to come back in the future.

Today, I wanted to eat out with my family after a long time, and we decided on Losteria in Lövenich. Even though there were empty seats, we were pushed into a corner where we could only see the parked cars, not even a meter away. Outrageous, never again; we could have saved the money today. Not even worth a star...

It was great, as always; we had a good seat in a quiet corner. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case on previous visits. Unfortunately, sometimes you feel like you're in a train station concourse. The service and the food, however, were top-notch, as always! No matter where you sit. Friendly, quick, and simply competent.

It was a great afternoon for us. We had a great time. Everyone ordered pizza and pasta, and all the dishes were delicious. The staff is friendly and very nice. Unfortunately, it's quite loud, especially when a birthday party is taking place.

Italian McDonald's... although that doesn't have much to do with Italian food! The mixed starter plate for €26.50 is too big for one person and a bit small for two. The salad was fresh and tasty, but heavy on beetroot! The pizza is delicious! But unfortunately much too big; at every table, the leftovers were boxed up to take away! The problem with such a large pizza is that by the time you've eaten half of it, it's cold! Then the pizza hangs off the plate on all sides and drags across the table when you cut it, etc., which leaves a terrible mess! This makes eating pizza very unappetizing, despite its good taste! My conclusion... L'Osteria is not worth it! If I want Italian food, I'll find a good Italian trattoria; you're better off there!

The pizzas are huge, and you can order them half-and-half, which is great for sharing or eating alone! I do think the prices are a bit high, though. The service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is chic and cozy.

The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the drinks were also very good. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the latte macchiato: the cup was very small, almost like a regular coffee, which wasn't quite right for the price! In the future, it would be really nice if the coffee quantities or prices were adjusted accordingly. Otherwise, a nice visit.

We were there on a Wednesday afternoon and were quickly greeted and shown to a table. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that happened quickly that day. It seemed like an eternity before we were even noticed and allowed to order. While that was still within reason, it took almost 1.5 hours before we finally received our main course. What started out as lunch felt like dinner. We were surprised, as we weren't used to it and just wanted to grab a quick bite on the spur of the moment. I think the restaurant's own standards are different here, especially since the place was at most one-third full. Overall, I see significant room for improvement in service and time management. It was also noticeable that the pizza was relatively light and had a lot of flour. The carpaccio, on the other hand, was impressive as usual. They've also apparently raised their prices recently. Consequently, the price/performance ratio wasn't right, at least on this visit.

It was truly wonderful! The food was delicious. What impressed me most were the friendly waiters who made our evening wonderful.

We have been regulars at L'Osteria Lövenich for many years and have always greatly appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. We regularly come at lunchtime, when the restaurant is quiet, and have always been greeted warmly with the information that we can simply choose a free table. For some time now, however, a newer employee (who says he's called Christian) has been notable for his unfriendly and unprofessional behavior. On a previous visit, we sat at a free table as usual. His greeting: "Do you sit at a dirty table at home, too?" His tone was unnecessarily sharp and seemed as if he felt personally neglected in his role as usher. Today, another incident occurred: Upon entering the restaurant, we observed the aforementioned server apparently speaking negatively about us to a colleague. This colleague subsequently spoke to us in an inappropriate tone. At that moment, we decided to leave the restaurant without comment. As we left, someone even called after us: "You don't have to come back!" For us, this sadly marked the end of a long-standing, very positive experience. It's a shame that the respectful and hospitable treatment we were privileged to experience over many years is apparently no longer a given.

The food was delicious, as always, but what really stood out about this L'Osteria compared to other restaurants was the friendliness of the staff. Even though it was really busy, they were attentive. Fast, and above all, extremely friendly! The only downside for the ambiance was that it was simply very, very busy, and the entire parking lot was taken up.

Simply disappointing and extremely unprofessional. Drinks ordered during a meal take over 10 minutes to arrive – and when you politely ask, all you get is, "My colleague is alone." As if that weren't enough, my pizza came uncut, even though I had specifically requested it sliced. After I pointed this out to the waitress, I was rudely told that it said the pizza shouldn't be sliced. I've never experienced anything like that in a restaurant. I've given L'Osteria Köln Lövenich three chances now – and each time I've been disappointed. This was definitely my last visit. I'm finishing my meal now and I'm just glad I'll never have to eat here again.

Very kid-friendly! We ate there with the whole family. The pizzas were huge and delicious. What was particularly nice was that the waitresses were patient with the kids and even provided crayons for coloring. Fair prices, pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back!

L'Osteria on Zusestraße has a great atmosphere, and the design is very modern and inviting. The pizza was huge and delicious, and the pasta was also impressive. The staff was mostly friendly, although we had to wait a bit longer for our order, even though it wasn't that busy. Nevertheless, the evening was overall very pleasant, and the quality of the food speaks for itself. We especially liked the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs at work. We'll definitely be back! Very delicious.

A solid lunch with attentive and friendly service. The pizza was delicious, the salad fresh, the portions large, and everything very reasonably priced. An absolute recommendation if you don't want anything out of the ordinary. The location and ambiance are very appealing. The building itself is located in a less than attractive commercial area.

Pizza arrives cold, and mine was ice cold. When I complained, they simply said they could put it back in the oven instead of bringing out a fresh one. That's an absolute no-go for me.

The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks are great. I would definitely recommend making a reservation. It always takes a while to get served, either there or back. When it's busy, the parking spaces fill up quickly. But so far, we've always found space. Very nice atmosphere, and the outdoor area is impressive. We're always happy to come back.

A very nice and casually decorated Italian restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a children's playground that's not intrusive. Excellent service, delicious, seasonally changing dishes, and a truly Italian holiday atmosphere. We often take a break there and relax with a variety of mixed drinks. The location is something special for us among other osteria restaurants. We spoke with the very personable and solution-oriented manager and find that it's always the people who make the atmosphere so pleasant. A very special thank you!

Yes, I can recommend it. The food was good, as was the service. The waiter was friendly and in a very good mood. It was very loud there, but you have to get used to it. It's very big, but if you don't mind that, you'll love the food. What I didn't like so much were the restrooms. Unfortunately, they were like those on a highway: no paper, the floor was dirty, and there were pieces of paper and empty rolls lying on the floor. No dry wipes for your hands. They could definitely be cleaner.

The pizza and lasagna were quite good. Unfortunately, the drinks weren't carbonated enough. Service wasn't the fastest. But the seating is very nice inside and outside.

Monster pizzas! Monster portions. Delicious! The wine could be improved, but that's not why we're here. Friendly, fast, and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything's perfect! Good value for money.

Disappointed. It used to be good, but now it can't handle the number of tables. Too few staff for the number of guests. Drinks don't arrive until after the food is served; dishes arrive up to ten minutes late. Long wait times and deteriorating service have unfortunately increased in recent months. We won't be going there again for the time being.

The food was pretty good, LOsteriea standard. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. They sometimes overcharged the change by around €15 when giving it to the customer. When asked about it, they said, "Oops, I can't do math." It seems like a rip-off. I recommend the LOsteriea in Hürth; the service there has always been impeccable.

I visited this Losteria for the first time today, and we felt very comfortable. All the servers were approachable and helpful. The ambiance—we sat on the terrace—is really nice, and the playground is a really great idea, especially for families. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We were very satisfied and will be back again. Thank you for the lovely evening.

The food was good and served quickly. We were actually very happy until it came to paying. When I wanted to pay in cash and rounded the amount up to €93 with a tip, and wanted to pay at €100, she acted as if she couldn't give me the exact amount. She asked me if I could give her another €10 note and then gave me €2 back as change. That's how she tried to embezzle €15 from us. When we asked her about it, she gave us the rest of the money, or at least almost the exact amount, but there was no real apology. The fact that she had been talking to a colleague beforehand about his generous tip and that she was annoyed that she hadn't taken the tab herself makes me suspect that it wasn't an oversight when she took the tab.

It's a franchise restaurant. The food tastes the same everywhere. The service is quick and friendly. The place is buzzing and loud. But it doesn't taste particularly good. I prefer more original pizzerias with a more personal atmosphere.

I spontaneously visited with a friend around 11 p.m. on June 20th, and we were absolutely thrilled! The manager and the waitress at the counter were exceptionally friendly and welcoming; we immediately felt welcome. You don't come across such a great team every day! The food was also outstanding and absolutely delighted us. Thank you for the fantastic service and the all-around wonderful experience. We would love to come back!

The BBQ chicken pizza was delicious, but the food took a while to arrive. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was nice and, as I said, delicious.

We give you 5 stars, especially the friendly service staff, who keep an overview even when the restaurant is extremely full. Absolutely special and admirable these days, the wine is perfectly chilled, and all the drinks and food are perfectly served. Thanks also to the kitchen crew, who put in so much effort. Also worthy of mention is the nice young lady at the reception desk, who didn't even bother to lend a hand to her colleagues for a minute, even though the entire place was literally "floating" with guests and requests for an entire hour. Even a friendly goodbye from her is certainly too much to ask. We had to get that off our chest. To us, you're a team. As I said, your service is outstanding today.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. We went there twice. It's a paradise for kids. The dough for kneading and the outdoor playground are wonderful. Unfortunately, the service and food aren't that good, or maybe I just wasn't lucky both times...

We went there spontaneously without a reservation. Luckily, they have a large table where you can eat just like that. If in doubt, sit with others. It was very nice and very pleasant. The price/performance ratio is excellent! One pizza is enough for two people. If you have a child, you should order something extra.

I like that you can get a pizza for two people and each gets their own choice. Otherwise, it tastes very good. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is modern. It's nice that you can sit outside when the weather is nice.

L'Osteria. The only positive thing is and remains the pizza. Crispy, large, and delicious. At about €14-15 per pizza, that's the least you can expect. Otherwise, the restaurant is simply part of a chain. Nothing more, nothing less. If you like crowded rooms, exorbitant noise, and constant foot traffic, then this is the place for you! Anyone who gives this place 5 stars has never been to a decent Italian restaurant and is apparently extremely satisfied. We tried again because we spontaneously wanted to have an evening at a restaurant and wanted to eat quickly. "Quick" turned into about 60 minutes after placing our order. If you're going to use prepared and standardized products (read: chain quality), then it has to be quicker. That's the ONLY thing a concept like this can boast. The rest of the experience was unfortunately so-so too. The waiter took an extremely long time just to bring the drinks. You could see how the beer had been sitting at the bar for 10 minutes before it was served. Yes, it was full, but then I need more staff or I can't use every inch of the building for one guest. The avocado in the salad was rock hard, and we got sparkling water instead of still water. Two cocktails were forgotten and only served upon request. Anything can happen, but overall, it was average at best. If that's a highlight for you, we can only wish you a speedy recovery.

Delicious Italian food; very helpful and friendly staff.

The waiters were completely overwhelmed. We had to keep calling for attention, otherwise no one would have come to take our drinks. We had to wait a very long time for the food, 1 hour and 25 minutes after ordering. We've been to other L'Osterias where things were better organized, even when they were busy. It's a shame.

Unfortunately, I feel the quality has gotten worse over the last few years: today's Manzo salad had very little beef and the cucumber/radish mix was completely missing - the service was friendly but always very late to respond.

The reception... sensational! I've written many reviews, including for restaurants, and I've always made a point of giving neutral ratings. A restaurant rises and falls not only with its cuisine, but also with its staff. Today, only the food was top-notch‼️ Very rarely, if ever, have we experienced such service. Substandard, except for the unfriendly, commanding tone, which was unacceptable! We had spoken to the server about it, but they were uncooperative‼️ Too bad, we ate, paid, and left‼️ We won't be more confident again‼️
