Good location, unfortunately, not enough staff. But the staff that was there gave 110% to make it work and were always friendly and honest. The food was really good. I also really liked the variations. Schnitzel with Handkäs (traditional hand cheese), or stuffed with eel sausage and berkäse (cheese) with caraway sauce. Really tasty and top-notch. Of course, there are also regular variations, which are also very tasty.

Cozy beer garden. Schnitzel was delicious. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Everything is just perfect...everyone!!! The service is always friendly and welcoming...you quickly feel like you're at home or among friends. There's nothing to complain about the food...incredible value for money...how unfortunate that this institution is closing in a few days😩 Thank you for the many pleasant evenings in a great atmosphere with very friendly staff😘

Location Very close to the city center. The old town, restaurants, and attractions are within walking distance. The hotel's location is truly convenient for a city trip. Service The staff were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful – a definite plus. Check-in/check-out was quick. Room & Comfort The rooms appear noticeably dated. Furniture, decor, and technology are visibly old; overall, they offer little comfort, especially considering the price. The provided water bottle wasn't replaced on the second day. Bathroom & Amenities The bathroom only provided a soap dispenser and towels. No additional amenities (e.g., shower cap, body lotion, conditioner, facial tissues). I would have expected more for this hotel category. Breakfast Good and sufficient: fresh baked goods, standard selection of cold cuts and hot items. Solid, but not excellent or particularly varied. Parking The biggest drawback. The parking lot is extremely narrow, the number of spaces is limited, and maneuvering is difficult. If you value your car, it's best not to park here or to find an alternative. Value for money The friendly staff and prime location are offset by significant deductions in room standard, bathroom amenities, and especially the parking situation. Overall, the price seems too high for the level offered. Conclusion A good starting point for the city center and friendly service, but the rooms are in need of modernization, the bathroom amenities are meager, and the parking is a real problem. "Okay" for a short city break, as long as you accept a compromise on comfort and plan for an alternative parking space.
