Got a delicious meal just before closing time. The service was very friendly. I'd be happy to go again.

Super tiny portions at really hefty prices. Two people ate for €200 and left the house hungry. But it was delicious.

We had grilled octopus and steak – both were very tasty. The owner was very friendly, service was quick, and we really enjoyed the complimentary bread and olives.

Horrible service, on Google maps it says they are open until 10:30. We went at 9:20 and they said they were closed! Travel here for work will never try to go here again

We regularly visit Tridico for lunch and are always very satisfied. The food is always fresh and delicious, the dishes arrive quickly, and the portions are generous. What we particularly like is the service. The waiters are super friendly and attentive.

Worst steak I've ever had. Even the salad was watery. After I received the inadequate meal, no one from the service department showed up again. It took 30 minutes before I was allowed to pay for this disappointment.

How people can give this restaurant a good rating is beyond me. Or maybe they've never eaten in a good Italian restaurant. The setting is lovely, but the noise inside is deafening. The service is slow and tedious. The food... The pasta is simply ridiculously cooked: al dente must be a dirty word in this restaurant. How can a restaurant that calls itself Italian offer such infamy? Ordering pasta with scampi and prawns may seem nice, but seeing empty prawn heads placed in the middle of the pasta, I still don't understand the concept. Maybe the local tradition is to eat them... This whole lovely mixture was at best tasteless, at worst inedible. A short distance from the train station, you'll be treated to the pleasant aromas of cannabis as a bonus, and you can make donations to the beggars wandering the streets. In short: help, let's run!

Great food and very friendly staff

Last night we decided to have dinner at the Tridico restaurant and were bitterly disappointed from start to finish: after we had ordered, almost two hours passed without the staff even once checking on us, and when my beef steak finally arrived, it was almost raw and completely ruined. As if that weren't enough, we found the bill a whopping €150 too high, which was only corrected after much calculation and persistent protest, while the manager refused to apologize and instead brusquely told us "please don't come back" in the future, as she didn't need guests like us, further emphasizing that her waitresses weren't "colleagues" but merely "workers" – a disrespectful and highly unprofessional attitude towards both the team and paying guests. The whole evening was essentially ruined by the arrogance and incompetence of the owner, and for that reason, we will certainly not waste another visit and strongly advise anyone to avoid this restaurant.

Had dinner on a busy day, but everything was disappointing. No good service and it took a long time. Waiting more than an hour for a drink and then not even the whole order complete. Food took even longer. The risotto with truffle had no taste and was only greasy. The pasta was undercooked and also little taste.

If you want to dine here, just ask for Andrea. He has a daughter and the best service.

We were there for dinner and ordered tagliatelle with prawns and calamari, which tasted absolutely excellent. The other dishes at the table were also consistently delicious. Unfortunately, the overall very good impression was severely tarnished by the boss's behavior. The way he treated his own staff was inappropriate; a waiter was loudly shouted at in front of us simply for asking for the table number. This shouldn't happen in any team, especially not in front of guests. There were also discrepancies when paying: Initially, they said the debit machine wasn't working, but after I asked for a business invoice, this suddenly became no longer a problem. However, they typed in an extra euro without showing me the amount beforehand. When I politely pointed this out, they reacted rudely. The boss turned to the employee and demanded the euro back, with a gesture that seemed very condescending. Conclusion: It's a real shame; a restaurant with such good food deserves a host who treats people professionally and respectfully. This leaves a bitter aftertaste.

A top-notch Italian restaurant in the heart of Frankfurt. Excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere round out the visit. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Excellent food, very kind staff but the kitchen is very slow..:: Cuisine slightly "revisited" for German customers but this is very normal for an Italian restaurant abroad. Especially recommended for those staying near the Frankfurt Fair. Too bad for the very high prices, I would say too high even for a city like Frankfurt, and for the slow service. Pro-> the well-stocked cellar, it is difficult to find a restaurant with such a large cellar.

Food is good, great choices. Go for the Risottos if you like rice. Good wine selection. We come here every year during a tradeshow in Frankfurt and it is never failing us.

Super uncomplicated and friendly Italian restaurant! You rarely get a small greeting from the kitchen (white bread with olives) in a restaurant. We found that very good, as well as the polite behavior of the staff. Our reservation was also made spontaneously the evening before and for a day when there was a concert in the adjacent exhibition center, which we also attended afterwards. Regarding food: you definitely can't go wrong here if you stop at Ristorante Tridico! Although the dishes are a bit more expensive (which is understandable given the location and the presumably high rent), they are definitely worth the money. The advice “please pay cashless if possible” was also great in my opinion! Many restaurant owners, who, as is often the case, only accept payment in cash, would be happy to take a lesson from this! In the end we even left a tip because we were really impressed by the service and the food. Normally we actually don't tip because the prices are often already high enough and for me tipping represents an appreciation for good service and not for mediocre service. With this in mind, a big compliment to the Ristorante! We'll probably come back at the next concert!

We should still pay. To compensate, a limoncello that didn't arrive after 20 minutes. Disgraceful, such bad service and such bad food! We won't go here anymore... A big disappointment!

Sweet, Italian-run restaurant near the trade fair. We had salmon pesto pasta and the 66, pasta with porcini mushrooms and truffles made from a parmesan wheel. Super tasty, I enjoyed every bite. We also got a reservation for a Saturday evening at short notice and since it is a relatively small restaurant, it wasn't very loud, so you could have a nice chat. Would recommend and come back :)

Wir waren mit Freunden am Mittwoch den 5.12.2024 dort zum Essen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und bemüht, jedoch die Küchenleistung war unbefriedigend. Kein Brot bekommen (andere hatten es) Bestellung Pasta ohne Trüffel aufgegeben, ok kam dann ohne Trüffel aber mit Trüffelöl (geht garnicht das Zeug ist zu 99% synthetisch) Essen zurück gegeben. Dann nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit/alle anderen waren schon fertig mit dem Essen wurde mir meins serviert, aus zwei Rinderfiletstücken wurde dann eins sowie die Pasta auch zu hart…hatte jetzt keine Lust mehr das Essen nochmals zurück zu schicken…Das war das erste und letzte mal das ich dort gegessen habe…

Terrible service. Very slow to respond, apparently understaffed for the number of tables. The food is just okay, nothing amazing. They only accept German cards, and get angry when you point out that all internal cards you try don’t work. Avoid.

We went here to eat truffle pasta based on a recommendation. The restaurant is on a busy, noisy street. You can sit indoors and outdoors. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food selection is good. We selected the 66 pasta with truffles and porcini mushrooms in a parmesan wheel. The noodles themselves were very tasty. The sauce could have used a little less water. The porcini mushrooms could also have been more. Conclusion: price-performance - ok

Tasty food, well served dishes. They adapted a dish to serve my children (children's menu - pasta and red sauce). I've been to the restaurant twice and both times we were happy with our choices. First day we ate pizza and second day pasta! The only opportunity in Germany that I was able to eat a dish with truffles, I couldn't get it anywhere else. And I went to many. One pizza serves a couple well. They serve complimentary Italian bread as a starter, which is delicious. We had beer on the first day and wine on the second! Both approved. Attention from Garcom Clemente who served us in English! And the owner who kindly warmed up the baby food we brought from home! The price is medium to expensive (medium for pizza and expensive for pasta), a family will spend between 40 and 70 euros on food and drink but will leave satisfied. It's open all day and closes later which is good because most of them close super early! I would definitely come back!

Comida saborosa, pratos bem servidos. Adaptaram um prato para servir aos meus filhos ( menu infantil- massa c molho vermelho). Estive duas vezes no restaurante e nas duas fomos felizes em nossas escolhas. Primeiro dia comemos pizza e segundo dia massa! Unica oportunidade na Alemanha que pude comer um prato com trufas, não consegui em nenhum outro. E fui em muitos. Uma pizza serve bem um casal. Servem pão italiano de entrada cortesia, gostoso. Tomamos cerveja no primeiro dia e vinho no segundo! Ambos aprovados. Atenção do Garcom Clemente que nos atendeu em inglês! E do proprietário que gentilmente esquentou a papinha do bebê que trouxemos de casa! O preço é médio a caro ( médio comendo pizza e caro comendo massas), uma família gastará entre 40 a 70 euros com comida e bebida mas sairão satisfeitos. Fica aberto o dia todo e fecha mais tarde o que é bom pq a maioria fecha super cedo! Voltaria com certeza!

Very good Italian food, something for every taste. Service is generally good and friendly, if the restaurant is full, 1-2 more service staff would be appropriate so that things go faster. Went here during the trade fair, unfortunately it was very very full and we didn't have a reservation. Got a seat after about 20 minutes, staff very nice but very, very busy. Salad and drinks came quickly but we waited 45 minutes for pasta. It was very tasty, but I wouldn't have expected anything different for the price, 40-45 euros per person with a drink (and there wasn't a beer either) isn't cheap.

Essen war in Ordnung. Allerdings fehlte ausreichende Beratung und teilweise waren die Zutaten nicht vollständig. Personal war nicht aufmerksam und nur an der schnellen Abwicklung interessiert. Gibt sicherlich bessere Alternativen.

Ich wollte einfach mit meiner Frau, und meiner Tochter was zu Mittagessen deshalb haben wir den Laden besucht, da er gerade in unserer Nähe war. Zu alererst wurden wir sehr freundlich und nett empfangen. Als wir dann an unserem Platz waren hat es auch nicht lange gedauert und ein Kellner wurde auf uns aufmerksam, der Name des Kellners war Andrea ist mir noch im Kopf geblieben, da ich lange nichtmehr so einen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Kellner hatte.., trotz das der Laden voll war hat er uns auch immer wieder freundlich bedient, Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt und da er bestimmt unter Stress war, hatte er trotzdem immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Das Essen von den Portionsgrößen war optimal und für den Preis gerechtfertigt, Getränke kamen sehr schnell und auch auf das Essen mussten wir keine halbe Stunde warten! Zu dem kommt ein tolles und gemütliches Ambiente, perfekt für ein Mittagessen mit der Familie! Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann den Laden wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und Loben! TOP!

Wir hatten ein Firmenevent mit knapp 50 Leuten, und alles war super organisiert und verlief reibungslos. Der Service war erstklassig und äußerst professionell. Einige Teilnehmer haben Allergien, und das Team hat sich daran erinnert. Unsere Geschäftspartner sind sehr zufrieden, und das Essen war hervorragend! Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. 🙌

A very cozy restaurant at the trade fair, easy to reach by tram. At around 5:30 p.m. you can just come in without a reservation and quickly order something. Pasta main course is recommended. You can pay with credit cards.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. There is no pizza anymore and in our opinion the price-performance ratio is not right either. We found it very overpriced. A glass of wine 0.25 costs 10 euros and you get it in a dirty glass. I would have liked a clean and polished glass for the price. Then there was an alarm that made a loud announcement for about 20 minutes and we couldn't even talk anymore. No apology for it and nothing. We won't be visiting the restaurant any time soon.

It was proposed to us by an Italian. We sat outside when the restaurant was empty but the food was delayed a lot. also they brought table lights to all the tables instead of ours. the food was nice.

Wir waren vorm Konzert essen. Service war super, das Essen war bis auf eine leicht verkokelte Pizza auch sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Antipasti misto! Selten eine so liebevolle Vorspeisenplatte bekommen. Und zeitlich hat auch alles funktioniert.

I've ordered Fish soup - very good but 2 shelves have been outdated and you could clearly sense it in mouth 🤣 Sea risotto - overcooked rice and sea fruits. Again some of the shelves shelves have been outdated Still water - I was alone at the desk and they brought a 0.75dcl bottle - too large. Half of it was left and they've removed it that remaining half when I used the toilet After communicating this to the waiter they have charged a full invoice - regardless of the comments

Kein Imbiss, man kann sich dort treffen und verabreden. Es gibt bessere Italiener in Frankfurt, aber von der Atmosphäre sehr angenehm.

Nice restaurant in business center with good Italian food

Nach längerem warten musste ich leider feststellen daß man mein Essen vergessen hatte 🥺 Folglich würde mein bestelltes essen schnell aufbereitet... denke es war so...den dem Geschmack zu urteilen war mein Risotto einfach nur aufgewärmte Brühe. Daher nur zwei Sterne fürs Essen.

Service war nett, Ambiente war auch in Ordnung, jedoch waren die Speisen sowohl qualitativ als auch geschmacklich ehrlich gesagt leider unterirdisch. Ich hatte simple Penne Arrabiata und hatte das Gefühl Pappe zu essen. Zudem ging es mir danach leider auch nicht sonderlich gut. Daher kann ich leider nur 2 Sterne vergeben.

Wenn man das Mittagsmenü nimmt ist es vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, ansonsten maßlos überteuerte Küche und unbemühter Service.

I cannot fault the food, it was tasty, fresh and well cooked. Staff were helpful, though a little show to clear unused items and used plates from the table after each course. On requesting the bill however the person paying had to have a quiet word with the lady to say that we unfortunately had to remove the gratuity that had been added to the bill as it was to be settled on a business credit card, where we are not permitted to pay tips, a heated discussion followed. Once the bill was settled the rest of us assumed this was resolved, however within 5 minutes we were shouted at and kicked out of the restaurant. It is such a shame that an otherwise great evening had ended in such a horrible way. I guess if you are happy to, and have the means to pay a tip, you will be fine. Tolles Essen, toller Service und gemütliches Ambiete. In der Nachosterzeit war auch wenig los, daher bekamen wir ganz viel tolle Aufmerksamkeit.

Mal gut, mal schlecht. Es kann wunderbar sein, aber sie haben auch garstiges Personal. Halten Sie sich von dem garstigen Teil des Personals fern , dann war bisher bei mir alles prima.

Pasta en su punto, y sabores muy buenos. Todo muy bien.

Gemütlicher Italiener mit tollem Ambiente. Essen war sehr gut, jedoch hat es zwischen den Gängen doch etwas zu lange gedauert. Dafür waren die KellnerInnen freundlich.

Wir waren als Gruppe da & erstmal der Service war wirklich sehr gut und bemüht. Das Essen war sehr lecker & der Laden sehr schick. Leider ist die vegetarische Auswahl ohne Pilze sehr sehr beschränkt. Ich glaube der Koch liebt Pilze. (Man muss dazu sagen, als wir da waren gab es keine Pizza). Zudem war auch etwas kritisch zu sehen, dass hervorgestochen ist, dass hauptsächlich weibliche Personen regelmäßig Wein nachgeschenkt bekommen haben, auch wenn teilweise ein nein kam.

Sehr leckeres Essen - kann man nur empfehlen!

Hatten ein Business Essen hier. Hatte Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare die zwar gut aussah aber nach nichts geschmeckt hat leider. Auch die Kollegen am Tisch mussten stark nachwürzen mit Salz. Service war okay, das Ambiente ist angenehm. Das war es leider auch.

Nette Location mit schönen Ambiente, guten Service aber das Essen ist naja. War sehr schwach vom Geschmack her, sehr fade.
