I was in town spontaneously and went without a reservation. The service was very good because friendly and attentive. The starter, the carpaccio, was very good. The main course, a small portion of truffle pasta, was tasty... but unfortunately almost cold. If you're paying €23 for such a small portion, then the plate should also be preheated. It's a shame, but these things are simply crucial. The dessert, a panna cotta, was very tasty, although not exceptional. The ambience is generally ok. But the more crowded it became, the louder it became. Due to the proximity to the trade fair, there are of course also large groups (exhibitors) who come here for dinner. So you don't have to plan a romantic date here. All in all, the visit to this restaurant was okay. The food tastes very good and is therefore worth a visit. 👍🏼

Nous sommes allés un soir et notre expérience fut très très bonne. L’accueil, la nourriture et le service ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le surlendemain nous y sommes retournés, on a été encore très bien reçus , Massimo et ses collègues ont été fantastiques encore une fois. Merci aux gens de la cuisine, vous avez fait du très bon travail les deux soirs. On y retourne c’est certain.

Achtung Abzocke!!Preis Leistung stimmt nicht überein. Portionen viel zu klein für den Preis. Da ich Vegetarier bin, habe ich für ein Salat der ursprünglich 12,50 € mit Thunfisch und Shirms belegt sein sollte, gebeten die 2 Belege auszutauschen mit Avocado und Mozzarella. Auf der Rechnung durfte ich für Bemühungen 20,50 € feststellen. Auf Anfrage wieso ich nicht über den Preis informiert wurde, keine Einsicht. Auch der Chef nicht. Schade

The waiters were unfriendly and there was a hair in my food. It was blonde hair and I have black hair. And my friends said the long journey was worth it, which wasn't worth it since I'm from Munich and it was a cheek to ask for a lot of money for such a small portion. And when I paid, they didn't give me the remaining money back but instead threw it in my face. Despite this behavior I remained calm but disrespectful. Never again!!!

Overall very friendly and good food. TOP tuna sashimi. One (older) waiter wasn't that friendly (that doesn't fit at all, because the other two were absolutely great)....But our two waiters were absolutely great. Prices okay too. We would definitely come again.

We ate Spaghetti Carbonara and aperitifs , first dish was not good at all, aperitifs was so weak even without cheese has nothing 1 slide melone and 1 slide prosciutto 17.90€ Secondly carbonara they used some ready fat schinken not cheek meet of pork, I couldn’t finish the food. Since I experienced many good Carbonara they were pretty terrible taste. I did not like it all. I won’t go again. I am not recommending this restaurant at all

We were in Frankfurt for a concert and wanted to go out for dinner beforehand. Along the main street we saw this restaurant which was very attractive from the outside. However, this is not the case at all… the waiter was very unfriendly and the food was not good. Expensive prices and tasteless food. Not worth a visit. Hope you don't make the same mistake as us.

The food is okayish and service is very slow. I ate antipasti , salmon, and cassata for dessert.

Unfortunately, from a culinary point of view, it was a complete failure. We each had a lunch menu with soup as a starter and stuffed pasta that was gratinated. The soup was completely over-seasoned and the pasta filling was indefinable and bland. Overall, the dishes were neither convincing in terms of taste nor quality.

Edited! We went back to this restaurant and dined inside, and the experience deserved five stars! The veal and veal ragu were amazingly flavorful, Pinot Grigio and beer were excellent and service was top notch. Original: Deducted one star because my wine tasted a bit flat, but everything else was fantastic- pizza was fresh and delicious, staff was attentive and the beer was great.

Yesterday we had a family celebration with 35 people here, all I can say is that everything was perfect! Starters, intermediate course, main course a dream, the wine excellent, the Aperol spritz perfectly mixed! The service is always nice and professional! I highly recommend this restaurant, the food tastes fresh and delicious authentic Italian cuisine! The host is very nice and accommodating, thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!

If you like to eat overpriced frozen food in a crowded train station, this is the place for you. Our pulpo in the starter was still frozen. It doesn't work at all!

We wanted to eat something outside with 4 people. Waiter: not reserved, only inside, otherwise bye. I have rarely experienced something so rude.

Haben den 18 Geburtstag unserer Tochter gefeiert und wir und die Gäste waren megaaaaaa begeistert . Das Essen war top und der Service war megaaa . Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier feiern . Danke an das ganze Team und dem Inhaber Francesco das er meiner Tochter so einen schönen Geburtstag hat feiern lassen.

Als aller erstes muss ich sagen das die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich ist und das Essen hervorragend ist so wie auch die Bedienung, alle super freundlich und das preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch klasse nicht zu vergessen das es an der Messe ist im Zentrum Frankfurts. Das ist einer unser Lieblings Restaurant also kann ich es nur weiter empfehlen.

The Mediterraneo has always been a safe bet at the Frankfurt Trade Fair....unfortunately the taste has clearly lost. The service, staff and ambience are still good. So put your foot down when it comes to taste and there will be 4 or 5 stars again...

Phew, we didn't feel particularly comfortable there. We were there before a concert in the exhibition hall and I don't want to say much about quality and price. I didn't think it was right for 20€ for pasta with burrata and a fairly "normal" tomato sauce. The prices there are quite high, which is probably due to the location - but if it's as average as our pasta, then I can't recommend it. Even a glass of wine for over 10 euros does not correspond to the ambience. We sat on the aisle and everything is very tight. Unfortunately I didn't look at the recessions this time but strangely enough they wouldn't have helped me because there seem to be good times there too. Ultimately I just didn't think the price, performance and ambience ratio was right. We go out far too often to not be able to judge that.

We went there for a business dinner. The taste of good and wine were nice. The place near the exhibition centre is convenient. I can recommend this place.

Super bad service as soon as we arrived they told us to look at the prices to see if we were not interested after serving the food they didn't serve us anymore we had to stop to pay and they didn't offer us dessert if you want to have a bad time this is the place.

Top Top service, 100% a place to dine in when in Frankfurt...

This restaurant is one of the most lovely places of the city. The cook Francesco is very creative: thanks to him, we always taste a lot of different meat, because the restaurant menu changes weekly. The meat choice depends on the ingredients availability, because he assures he serves only fresh dishes. The top of the top from my point of view.

We ate at Cucina Mediterraneo, a very upscale kitchen. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home.

Food was very good but also very expensive in the evening, no pasta dish under 20€ and fish from 30€ - there is no pizza in the evening either.

Everything went well that evening and it tasted really good. Saying goodbye with a satisfied smile...but it's not for the small wallet.

Not to be repeated. It's sad to say that the management is Italian, but they are not at all up to par with Italian cuisine. We went with colleagues after the fair. Thinking of doing as he pleased because we were Italian, the waiter wanted to serve us "as he felt" and we trusted him: the appetizers were a jumble of ingredients from sea and land without coherence, all mixed on the same plate; the pasta is truly rubbish, overcooked, the sauce is not at all tasty; The tagliolini with truffle (bad choice of pasta) brought to the table with the draining water inside the plate!!!!...they forgot that the pasta must be drained..... Terrible! Mediocre! And you pass yourself off as an Italian restaurant! I'm sorry, you don't even know what Italian cuisine is. Also rude and inadequate service and incredibly high prices. There are many other better Italian places in Frankfurt. To all future customers: avoid this place, it does not represent Italy and Italian food at all.

An old fashioned Italian restaurant, with the feeling that the owners are originally from southern Italy. The location is great and the waiters are welcoming. Maybe a little expensive.

The spaghetti was no longer completely warm when it was tossed in the Parmesan cheese. It's a shame because the court's whistle was lost. Good atmosphere among the waiters.

I am a regular here to an extent that I get greeted like coming home to this place. The food is super and service even better. I swear by Menu 3 here or ask for suggestions. One cannot go wrong with the food!

The food was good, but the service was a disgrace. We received our food 5 minutes after ordering, shortly after we received our appetizer. After the main course we actually wanted to eat dessert, we waited for an hour and no one came! Then we left without dessert. Very very bad impression and not worth a tip

Waren heute Mittag wiederholt mit Freunden zum Mittagstisch dort. Wir wurden wie immer von sehr freundlichem und kompetenten Personal empfangen und bedient. Zum Essen hatten wir diesmal alle die Spaghetti carbonara, die hervorragend schmeckte. Dazu einen leckeren Rotwein der uns vom Personal empfohlen wurde. Wir haben uns in dem hochwertigen, weihnachtlich Italienischen Ambiente sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir freuen uns definitiv auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Leider sehr stoffeliges Personal. Letztens gab es keine Pizza. Nach einer Nachfrage warum das so ist, wurde ich entlassen mit mit der Antwort „was meinen Sie warum wir das draußen dran schrieben? Einfach nur aus Spaß, oder was?!“. Wenn man sich es erlauben kann so einem potentiellen Kunden antworten zu können, dann herzlichen Glückwunsch. Andere italienische Restaurants machen auch gutes Essen. Addio. Non tornerò.

Gutes italienisches Restaurant. Die Pizza mit Pepperoni Salami ist leicht scharf, knusprig, und fruchtig. Die Küche hatte auch am Montag bis 10 Uhr offen, sodass ich nach meiner Ankunft in Frankfurt noch etwas gutes Essen konnte. Preislich fair. Freundlicher Service und Kartenzahlung möglich. Gerne wieder :)

War mein erstes Mal im Restaurant. Mein Gefühl ist, dass Sie etwas überfordert waren und es komplett voll war. Essen war gut, könnte aber besser sein. Vorspeise versalzen und die Pizza nicht frisch aus dem Ofen. Teig war lecker, aber sehr weich.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit leckerem Essen und einem sehr fixen und freundlichen Service Team.

Prezzi alle stelle, cibo mediocre. La pasta era senza sale e poco gustosa. Acqua 10€ a bottiglia, piatto di pasta 30€, dolce 11€. Decisamente fuori prezzo. In un ristorante italiano adiacente a loro il giorno prima abbiamo speso quasi la metà, mangiato molto meglio ed erano molto più accoglienti.

Würden von der Company spontan eingeladen um die Abendveranstaltung zu vollziehen. Der Service ist freundlich typisch italienisch. Die Karte nicht mit 100 Varianten gefüllt. Die Preise sind dennoch gehoben, was wohl mitunter an der Adresse liegt. Essen ein Muschel Nudelgericht war geschmacklich sehr gut, auch wenn die Teller eiskalt waren, was auch die Gruppe vertrat, ebenso die unangenehmen laute Gastroraum Atmosphäre, die mich massiv störte. Würde ich das Restaurant privat nochmals besuchen, Nein.

Schönes Lokal mit ein schöne Aussicht ..." Tagliolini mit Trüffel" einfach köstlich.

Waren zu zweit hier zum Lunch und sehr zufrieden. Schnell, lecker, aufmerksam. So soll es sein.

Les serveurs étaient stressés car beaucoup d’achalandage. Notre saumon trop cuit. Mais le serveur était très gentil.

Das Lokal befindet sich unmittelbar an der U-Bahn Frankfurter Messe. Die Inneneinrichtung des Lokals ist super schön. Die Tische waren auch schön eingedeckt und hatten richtige Tischdecken und Stoffservietten. Die Pizza und die Spinatravioli mit Salbei die wir bestellten, schmeckten hervorragend. Der Service war professionell und angenehm unaufdringlich. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut ok.

Wir sind 1-2 mal im Jahr in Frankfurt und gehen jedes Mal einmal dort essen. Auch gestern sind wir wieder dort gewesen. Man wird unglaublich freundlich begrüßt! Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut und auch unsere Kinder (3&5) freuen sich jedes Mal wenn wir dort ankommen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Abend! Wir haben beim Vorbeigehen zum Hotel nach einer Veranstaltung in der Festhalle um 22:30 dieser Restaurant noch offen gesehen. Laut Öffnungszeiten hatten wir gerade noch 30 Minuten Zeit😅 Aber wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Pizza und Salat haben uns gut geschmeckt.
