Never again. 2h 30 min to get a tagliata, 4 slices of meat at 32 euros. Environment super noisy and sloppy waiters. Extremely pricey and poor food.

I ordered pickup from Saravini for the first time on Friday because I live in the neighborhood and always think it's important to support local restaurants. When I went there to pick up the food, I noticed that the prices were completely different than the menu on the website. Each dish at least €8-10 more expensive. I was told that the website was out of date and these were the current prices. I find this very unprofessional and the manager wanted to accommodate me with €2 off the full price. Which I found quite ridiculous. The food was great quality, but the way you try to suggest a solution to a customer who has never been there before or the fact that you haven't updated your menu on the website in this day and age is incomprehensible to me. It's a shame because I would have liked to go there as well since it's in the neighborhood.

We had a Christmas party there, food and service were great, delicious antipasti platter, pasta with pesto as primo piatto, meat or fish as a main course, tiramisu as a dessert, white and red wine and water as drinks, staff friendly, toilets clean

The food was really delicious, the service was great, there are also good wines ;-) It is an inviting restaurant with a nice atmosphere.

I want to make it very brief: upscale Italian cuisine, very good food, there isn't much more, or better, and the slightly higher prices are completely acceptable in this restaurant and in Frankfurt. We will come again.

After a long wait of 40 minutes (empty restaurant) hungry and tired from a day of work, we find ourselves with 3 plates of steak with 2 pieces of meat, cost €32... shameful... disproportionate bill for the quantity given... when we went out and went to eat a pizza in a nearby restaurant because we were hungry

Gerne würde ich was anderes sagen aber leider haben wir Heute sehr sehr schlechte Erfahrungen im Saravini gemacht. Vielleicht waren wir halt nur zum falschen Zeitpunkt am falschen Ort. Alles war sehr sehr schlecht. Wir wurden schlichtweg übersehen. Der Service war unaufmerksam und einfach unterirdisch. Leider muss ich das auch über das Essen sagen. Wie kann man, als italienisches Lokal, Spaghetti Bolognese so schlecht machen. Die beiden Pinse waren soweit in Ordnung. Wir mussten auf die Hauptspeise, nach mehreren Erinnerungen, eine Stunde warten. Wir wurden einfach vergessen. Wir hätten auch gerne in der Zwischenzeit, Wartezeit noch weitere Getränke geordert aber man vergaß uns ganz einfach. Teller abräumen passierte auch nicht, worauf ich zum Tresen bin, bezahlt habe und das Lokal, leider sehr unzufrieden, verlassen habe. Wohlfühlen ist anders.

I would like to say something different but unfortunately we had very, very bad experiences at Saravini today. Maybe we were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Everything was very, very bad. We were simply overlooked. The service was inattentive and simply subpar. Unfortunately I have to say the same about the food. How can an Italian restaurant make spaghetti bolognese so bad. The two pins were fine so far. After several reminders, we had to wait an hour for the main course. We were simply forgotten. We would have liked to have ordered more drinks while we were waiting, but they simply forgot about us. I didn't clear the plates either, so I went to the counter, paid and left the restaurant, unfortunately very dissatisfied. Feeling good is different.

Yes, I waited 1 hour for tomato soup. 1 hour!!! And restaurant wasn't full! This is really incredible!

We recently dined at Saravini. We chose the restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed by both the service and the food. When it comes to food, the price-performance ratio is not right (portions are too small for the price). In addition, both pasta dishes were too fatty. The wines are very well priced and the selection is diverse, at least as far as Italy is concerned. The service was completely haphazard and criticism-resistant that evening. If I order a bottle of wine for €80, the waitress should at least know the grape variety and one flavor. The criticism that the food was too greasy was not addressed at all. When I didn't tip the waitress when I paid by card, I was given an "angry" look. Just in passing; I always tip in cash because everything booked on a card has to be taxed at the end of the year. All in all really weak.

The food is very tasty and they are also happy to cook a menu of your choice 😃

Prawn carbonara with just 3 medium sized prawns. Owner collects the payment. Very abrupt. When taking the cash payment for the meal, he wanted to know what tip I was giving, before bring back my change. Wouldn't recommend purely based on miserable prawn count.

Great food and service. I didn't expect such a good food since the grade was only 4,2. The place deserves better grade.

We have loved the Saravini family for decades! Everyone receives the warmth and genuine concern for their guests. What do you want to do today, or what do I have for you...is lived here! Where else can you find something like that these days ❤️ people cook with heart here! And the price-performance ratio is right 👌🏼 ...they even have the best schnitzels in all of Frankfurt 👍🏼 So just go and let yourself be pampered 🥰

I forgot my AirPods after a business lunch at the restaurant. After I complained about them, I was personally promised by the boss that they would be sent to my home. To date I haven't seen the pods, instead they are currently (according to Apple's location service) in southern Italy, where I certainly don't live. A real shame for a restaurant of this level. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed, never again!

After our first visit, we went to Saravini several times again. Unfortunately, we have to say that the service and food fluctuates with every visit... The last visit was the worst about 1.5 months ago, it looked as if the entire service staff had been replaced. Waiters didn't look well-groomed… food was mediocre 😒😓 Old recession: Down-to-earth Italian with very good cuisine! Can only recommend Saravini, Food was 🔝 Service was 🔝

Very good starter, seafood and delicious dessert. We recommend. We had a starter plate for 6 people, so delicious and unforgettable taste whether fish or ham. Panacotta delicious! Very friendly staff.

Excellent Italian, without a doubt one of the best in the Rhine-Main region. Really delicious dishes that offer a cross-section of Italian cuisine. There is also a very extensive wine list. Service is friendly and attentive. Prices are slightly above average, but given the quality, they are completely justified.

Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Gegenüber ist eine Tiefgarage mit vielen Parkplätzen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eines der letzten, original italienischen Ristorante in Frankfurt! Hier kocht die ganze Familie und erfüllt auch Wünsche außerhalb der Karte. Von einfachen Pasta bis zur leckeren Seezunge, dazu eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Weinen und hausgemachten Desserts- so macht essen Spaß- sowohl mittags, als auch abends 👌👌👌

Wir hatten dort unsere Weihnachtsfeier und es war sehr schön. Das Essen war lecker, der Service sehr nett und das Ambiente ist echt schön! Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend!

Essen war super, auch der Service war aufmerksam und gab gute Empfehlungen für Aperitif, Vorspeisen usw. einziges Manko an der Atmosphäre war die Lautstärke der anderen Gäste. Da es bei mehreren Besuchern so war kann es nicht nur an den anderen Gästen gelegen habe, sondern auch an der Raumakustik.

Das Essen ist super. Es ist etwas teuer für das Essen aber angemessen. Der Service ist leider nicht so gut. Wir haben am großen Tisch mehrfach Dinge bestellen müssen, welche dann vergessen wurden. Getränke hätten definitiv mehr verkauft werden können. Wenn man sich keine großen Flaschen bestellt sitzt man leider manchmal auf dem trockenen.

In diesem Restaurant gibt es eine vielfältige Speisekarte mit Pinsa statt Pizza, auch wenn es im Internet anders zu finden ist. Qualitativ ist das Essen sehr gut, geschmacklich ebenfalls. Wir haben eine gute Beratung durch den kompetenten Kellner erhalten. Preislich ist man hier in einem etwas höheren Segment unterwegs. Der Gastraum ist etwas verwinkelt und dadurch sehr gemütlich.

Wir hatten am 9.11.23 2 Plätze reserviert und waren bei der Ankunft sehr angenehm überrascht. Schick eingerichtet, große Stoffservietten, alles schön arrangiert. Das Essen war hervorragend. Beim Service vermissten wir bei unserem Kellner den Rundumblick zu den Gästen. Die Inhaberin, wenn sie im Restaurant präsent war, wie zum Filieren am Tisch, stets freundlich und sehr kompetent. Die Toiletten ohne Tadel. Wer hier einkehrt/reserviert wird schöne Stunden verbringen können. Ein Tipp an die Inhaberin, mit der ich mich im Anschluss noch nett unterhalten habe: Überdenken Sie Ihre Preiskalkulation, schulen Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter noch ein bisserl und stellen Sie den Gästen keine Kreidetafeln mit zu viel Angeboten an den Tisch. 2-3 gute Tipps müssen genügen. Gut lesbar und ALLE mit Preisen. Löschen Sie das Angebot auf Ihrer Homepage zur Tischreservierung. Dieser Service funktioniert nicht mehr. Dafür sollten Sie Ihre Telefonpräsenz ausbauen. Besserer schnellrestaurnt im Italienerstyle. Wer mal beim guten italiener war wird dort nicht glücklich. Das Essen ist unterdurchschnittlich und der Service nicht vorhanden, denn das prinzip läuft wie bei dem Restaurant mit dem gelben M. Am Bildschirm bestellen, selber holen , am schnellsitzesstisch runterschlingen, gehen. Einmal und nie wieder.....

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut, noch mehr hervorzuheben war jedoch der hervorragende Service.

In der Hanauer Landstrasse findet man auf 200 meter 4 Italiener. Meiner Meinung nach ist dieser der Beste. Ausgezeichnetes Risotto mit Steinpilzen und einen guten Weisswein. Hausgemachte Panacotta als Dessert.

Wir haben am Donnerstag unsere Betriebsfeier bei euch gehabt.

Nous sommes partit avec la famille de ma femme qui sont de grands habitués, le repas été excellent du début jusqu a la fin et les serveurs été très a professionnel. Un restaurant excellent que je recommande à 100% !

Prenotate per forza, forse sarà stata la troppa gente, la pressione, il troppo tutto.. ma insomma.. aspettare un’ora e mezza una pinsa e quasi voler ragione perché si è persa la comanda o mille ragioni; non ci siamo. Bastava chiedere scusa. Tutti noi sbagliamo, non avremmo ucciso nessuno. Buona comunque la pasta, il pesce e la carne. Chissà, magari in futuro e non nel periodo delle fiere ci andrà meglio.

Hygienevorschriften wurden vorbildlich eingehalten und das Essen war ein Traum! Die Kellner waren total freundlich und die Atmosphäre ein Genuss. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Avocado Flusskrebs Salat. Immer wieder gerne!

Um das Mittagsmenü auszuprobieren haben wir heute das Saravini aufgesucht. Doch dazu sollte es nicht kommen. Die unfreundlichen Kellner ignorieren die Maskenpflicht für Mitarbeiter in der Gastronomie. Als ich an dem ersten schnell vorbei auf die Terasse laufen wollte, ruft er mir nach, er habe nicht die Pest. Der 2. Mitarbeiter im Außenbereich antwortet auf den Hinweis, dass er seine um den Hals baumelnde Maske bitte aufsetzen Möge "Corona gibt es bei uns nicht". Aha. Er hat wirklich vorausschauende Fähigkeiten. Daraufhin haben wir das Lokal sicherheitshalber verlassen. Übrigens auch, da der 2. Kellner den Hundenapf leert und dann weiter bedient. Händewaschen? Ach nein, er hat bestimmt auch hier geahnt, dass keine Bakterien am Hundenapf sind. Eine absolute Katastrophe.
