The Sunday breakfast buffet offered a truly fantastic selection. I really liked the idea of ​​setting up the buffet in a separate room. When we were there a few weeks ago, it was quite crowded and quite loud. Perhaps the future owner would consider installing acoustic panels in the ceiling to reduce some of the noise. It's a shame that the Schnellsand no longer exists under the management we experienced, but the owners deserve their retirement.

Great location right on the beach. We were there for a wedding. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Today we had made a reservation in my name (Bange) at the restaurant for 3:00 p.m. by phone. We arrived promptly at the entrance gate at 2:50 p.m. However, we were rudely turned away because my name was not on the reservation list. The restaurant was also no longer reachable by phone. For us, this meant driving 100 km for nothing without having eaten. I therefore strongly advise everyone against making a reservation at this restaurant.

The ambiance wasn't that great, except for the outdoor area. Glasses were only available upon request, when a waiter was present. The milk jugs were in multiple glasses, but they weren't clean.

A very nice restaurant with a lovely atmosphere...it was very warm inside, but there's also outdoor seating...we went to the branch on a Sunday. They had a huge selection and the staff were very attentive and super friendly. I can highly recommend it, and the price was reasonable for what was offered. We'd be happy to go again.

We've been here several times for breakfast and always enjoy coming back. The food is delicious, the service friendly and attentive. The buffet offers a wide selection – there's something for everyone.

I love this place and really enjoy spending my free time there. What I don't like is that you still have to pay the entrance fee and parking fee after 7 p.m., and that there's no discount for school children/students. The staff at the drinks and snack bar are super friendly. The staff at the lake who make sure everything's in order could also make sure visitors clean up after themselves. I think that's really bad this year.

When the weather's good, it's like a mini-vacation. Water, beach, palm trees, etc., all in a wonderful setting. Tip: When the lido is open, pay attention to the parking fees. It's best to reserve in advance, then you can park for free. Check the website for information! Spontaneous visits in the summer mean long waits at the entrance, or you won't be able to get in at all without an online reservation, and you'll have to pay high parking fees if you don't want to swim.

It's great to have breakfast on the beach. Beautiful restaurant. Friendly staff... The location of the restaurant is, of course, unbeatable.

I spent at least €30 today and received only a single portion of fries worth €3.50. When I asked for it, I received neither change nor a proper explanation. In my opinion, this is nothing short of fraud. As a Google Local Guide, it's important to me to give honest reviews – and this experience was by far one of the worst ever. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I strongly advise anyone not to buy anything here. Control and transparency: nonexistent.

We were here on Saturday for the breakfast buffet. It was delicious, small but perfectly formed. The homemade jams were amazing, super delicious. And the view from my seat was simply fantastic. The service was incredibly friendly and very attentive. I'll be back.

A great restaurant in the nature reserve to take a break. It is comfortably furnished inside and outside. Cyclists are just as welcome here as car drivers. The beach is very fine. Unfortunately there are only small things to eat. The restaurant is closed from 6:00 p.m. We really enjoy being here. The cake is also very tasty.

A perfect brunch with delicious dishes and a wide selection. The selection of drinks consists of coffee, tea, water and various delicious juices. The only negative point is the noise in the large room, especially when all the tables are occupied. UPDATE: Unfortunately our anticipation was dampened on the second visit. At first glance there is a varied selection, but dry chicken schnitzel, mini croissants and rolls as well as baguettes are also dry, mini waffles are rock hard. Plus point: mini potato pancakes, lentil balls and much more were very tasty. Conclusion: there will be a 3rd attempt. UPDATE 3RD TRY Disastrous, the previously praised mini pancakes were all fried black and tasteless, waiting time for butter was 35 minutes, filling up the containers also took an extremely long time, all in all there won't be another attempt.

We were there with a group of ten people and were impressed by the rich and fresh breakfast buffet, which offered a large selection of delicious dishes. We really liked the quality and variety of the food on offer. However, it was quite loud in the restaurant, which reminded the atmosphere a bit of a train station. Despite the noise, the overall atmosphere was very nice and we had a good time. The friendly staff and good service rounded off our visit. All in all, Quicksand is a recommended place for a convivial breakfast with friends.

We had breakfast in Quicksand last Sunday. The restaurant is bright and friendly with large glass fronts so that the view falls on the water and the trees, which is very nice. The room is very large and it gets quite loud when the place fills up. Coffee, tea, cocoa, juices and water are included in the breakfast price of €23. The buffet offers breakfast and lunch dishes and is well stocked with some unusual offerings. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We were there again for some time to reminisce. Ordered the Mediterranean buffet on Sunday. Coffee pot, lots of juice/juice spritzers and water and tea are included. The buffet is very rich. Different types of bread, rolls. Spread, several desserts (including apple crumble), antipasti Warm dishes (vegetable lasagna...), sausage and cheese platters and also many unusual offerings that I have never had before at a buffet. It wasn't until much later that I realized that common things like bacon were missing. But I didn't miss it because the selection was already incredibly extensive and delicious. We will definitely come back again.

Yesterday we had breakfast with six people in Quicksand. Unfortunately we didn't get a table with a lake view, even though we had reserved such a table 3 weeks ago. That was quite disappointing, especially since we had a long journey and invited guests from abroad. Which was nice; the table was already set with cups and two pots of coffee. The “buffet room” was nicely decorated, but a lot of it was already sold out and, in particular, there was only a very limited selection of bread (10:30 a.m.). Our big point of criticism: the homepage advertises dishes that are not offered (no croissants, no mini chocolate croissants, no bacon). Since these are pretty much the favorite foods for our breakfast, we were disappointed here too. The service was very overwhelmed, my husband was rudely insulted when he politely asked for a drink to be refilled / pointed out that it was empty. We didn't find the cocoa, but I'm not very sure whether it was still hidden somewhere on the drinks counter. The room was super warm/not air conditioned and terribly noisy. So unfortunately we won't be coming back.

It could have been a little tidier outside. Everything looked a bit careless. You have to get drinks inside and put them away yourself. Spritzers were available in bottles with impractical cardboard straws. The drinks menu on the website is linked incorrectly. Otherwise nice location.

Megaaaa unfriendly! We wanted to have a coffee and I waited at the door for my wife. A waitress insulted me and told me I should pay for the toilet even though I wasn't there. Just outrageous!!

I bought a voucher for 2 people for the breakfast buffet in December. Unfortunately, the recipients had to pay an additional €3.00 per person when redeeming them. What's that supposed to mean? It was not in my interest for the recipients to incur additional costs. A pity!

We were quite late and were able to have breakfast outside from 12-1 p.m. in great weather and a nice atmosphere. The buffet is rich and also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. There were even cold cuts, spreads and a milk alternative. The staff was super friendly. We paid 15 euros per person. The following drinks were included: orange juice, multivitamin juice, water, coffee. We would love to come back!

Very nice equipped bar with an outdoor area. The outdoor area was comfortably furnished in the sand with loungers with seating. Unfortunately, one star less because there were some broken ones lying around there and it didn't really look inviting. Mattresses are thrown around like after a storm. I think I'll just invest an hour and in no time the rubbish will be removed. Conclusion: We would definitely go there again and enjoy the sun.

We were there today on Good Friday and found a really excellent breakfast. The coffee was already ready for us at the table and today we even had Struwen with homemade applesauce. The homemade jam tasted very good and of course there were many other great things for breakfast. It was a successful start to the day for us.

Ich selbst durfte am 03.08.2019 für Lana&Jonas als DJ in dieser wundervollen Location für die musikalische Untermalung sorgen. Für mich klar ein Geheimtipp für Brautpaare, die Strand, Sand und Sommergefühle möchten. Hervorragendes Essen, ein sehr fähiges und freundliches Personal und vor allem eine Location, die das besonderes Etwas hat. Eine weitere Empfehlung für kommende Brautpaare ist auf jeden Fall von meiner Seite aus sicher. Euer DJ Hartmut Besser

Viele Menschen, und sehr laut, aber trotzdem einzigartig.

Wir hatten heute ein besonders gutes Sonntagsfrühstück. Sehr reichhaltig mit vielen leckeren Häppchen wie Wraps, kleine Reibekuchen, Antipasti, frisch zubereitete Omelette ,Salate. Alles was man sich wünscht. Auch warmes Essen, viele Sorten Obst und Joghurt, und leckere Desserts waren reichlich vorhanden. .

Wirklich tolle Location. Die Inhaberin ist ein Profi und ihr liegt es am Herzen das die Gäste zufrieden sind. Als freie Traurednerin kann ich das Treibsand wärmstens für eine freie Trauung mit Feier empfehlen

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Leider war um 9. 30 Uhr schon die Marmelade leer. Trotz Hinweis gab es leider keine Neue. Somit blieb nur noch die Nuss Nougat Creme. Die Hähnchenkugeln in Crunchi bestanden aus Formfleisch. Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten. Orangensaft war nicht im Angebot entgegen der Beschreibung auf der Homepage. Die Räucherfischvariationen bestanden aus Räucherlachs welcher wirklich sehr lecker war. Gegen Ende wurden auf Wunsch noch frische Waffeln zubereitet. Der Junge Mann wurde offensichtlich Zwangsverpflichtet. Alles in allem werde ich vorerst andere Lokalitäten ausprobieren. Bei diesem Standort aus meiner Sicht eigentlich Schade wenn hier nicht ein besserer Standard bei diesem Preis angeboten wird

Waren zum ersten Mal dort. Leider gab es an diesem Tag ein Aperol Event. Aber es gab ja noch andere Getränke. Es war unglaublich voll. Getränke und Essen holt man sich selbst. Preise waren völlig ok. Ansonsten wirklich ein schöner Beachclub. Aber warum gibt es eine Einlasskontrolle wo Name und Kennzeichen notiert werden?

Hätten das Frühstücksbuffet. Das war reichhaltig und üppig. Dazu die Aussicht auf den See und die Beachfeelings im Außenbereich macht einen Besuch rund. Wichtig zu wissen: beim auf das Seegelände fahren sagen, dass man eine Reservierung im Treibsand hat. Dann kostet der Zugang nichts. Die Namen werden mit der Gästeliste abgeglichen.

Egal was geschrieben wird…. Es ist geöffnet! Das Frühstück am Freitag war für den Preis absolut angemessen. Alles frisch und lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich und nimmt gerne Anregungen/Kritik an. Wir kommen wieder!

Totale Enttäuschung! Man ist vor Ort gebeten Tickets online zu kaufen. Das heißt, dass man für das Auto und die einzelne Insassen buchen muss. Wenn man es drin geschafft hat, wird man sofort enttäuscht. Nicht genug vernünftige Sitze… Kaffeemaschine kaputt… wir kommen auf keinen Fall nochmal hin
