The staff here urgently needs training!!! It's unacceptable that when two cash registers are open (one for customers eating in and one for other customers), the lady in charge of the cash register with regular customers simply goes to the other cash register and serves, even though she clearly saw that there were about five independent customers at her cash register. It seems like someone is trying to get out of work and choose the lesser of two evils, then spend what feels like 10 minutes making two sandwiches. What a disgrace! Luckily, the other nice cashier noticed and immediately took care of the other customers. I think that's stupid. Luckily, I wasn't the only one who found it very negative.

Friendly staff, good selection of sandwiches, and excellent filter coffee. I always come back when I'm in Nordkirchen.

Definitely recommended for a coffee break. I'll definitely be stopping by again.

The two temporary employees who are there on Saturdays are incredibly nice and polite. They serve you with a smile. They are the nicest people working there. I love coming there for cake on Saturdays.

Ideal for a craftsman's breakfast.

A very unfriendly saleswoman did not want to comply with our request this morning to sell the front two pieces of a lemon roll that was lying in a row. Since we didn't feel like it or didn't have the time to discuss it, we left. We heard another unqualified comment from this saleswoman and left the branch without the lemon roll. If the customer is supposed to be king here, we cannot recommend this bakery. We definitely won't buy here again.

Super friendly staff, they even know my preferences for rolls and cafés, sometimes I don't even need to say anything :-D You can also pre-order by phone or have something put aside. I snack here more often because everything is right in terms of taste, price and service. The seating is simple but always clean.

I left again because the saleswoman obviously didn't really want to sell. Three customers are standing in front of the counter but none of them are spoken to.

Fast and friendly service, not so fake. Really good quality and not as exorbitant prices as the competition. I can only recommend it to everyone.
