Absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Wunderschönes Ambiente und tolles Essen zu absolut bezahlbaren Preisen. Die Karte wechselt regelmäßig und saisonal. Die Mitarbeitenden sind immer freundlich und bemüht. Ich komme seit vielen Jahren zum Frühstück, Mittagssnack oder Abends. Es gibt tolle originelle Getränke. Leider ein kleiner Minuspunkt die langjährige Mitarbeiterin zum Frühstück in der Woche. Schon bei der telefonischen Reservierung muss man sie auf dem richtigen Fuß erwischen. Und auch beim Besuch selbst kann es passieren, das man aus heiterem Himmel angepflaumt wird oder sehr bissige Komentare bekommt.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert, direkt in der Innenstadt von Haltern gelegen, sehr leckere Auswahl zu fairen Preisen, keine lange Wartezeit, sehr interessante, sehenswerte Inneneinrichtung! Man sitzt sehr gemütlich.

Wollten was Essen und Trinken. Getränke bestellt, 15 Minuten auf 2 einfache Getränke gewartet. Essen bestellt. Nach 50 Minuten Wartezeit wurde das Besteck auf den Tisch gestellt weitere 5 Minuten später nachgefragt wie lange das Essen noch braucht. Die Antwort war, "keine Ahnung". Die Bedienung auf die jetzt sehr lange Wartezeit angesprochen. Sie ging rein, kam nach ca. 5 Minuten wieder raus und fragte was wir nochmal bestellt hatten. Daraufhin sagten wir, wir wollen die Getränke zahlen. Die Dame ging wieder rein kam nach ca. 3 Minuten raus und sagte es wäre ihre Schuld, es wäre alles in Ordnung. Wir wiederholten wieder, das wir jetzt die Getränke zahlen wollen und dann gehen. Die Bedienung war sichtlich irritiert über unseren Entschluss. Ein Pärchen neben an sagte auch, das sie heute sehr lange gewartet haben. Naja...das Essen können wir ja natürlich nicht bewerten. Selbstverständlich werden wir dieses Restaurant nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Waren am Sonntag spontan da. Leckeres Essen, netter Service! Zudem gemütlich, hat uns sehr gefallen... 😊

Wir haben heute für 5 Personen Essen bestellt und liefern lassen. Es kam relativ pünktlich, da gab es nichts zu meckern. Die Qualität des Essens ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Portionen sehr sehr klein und fast ungenießbar, die minikleinen Röstis in Öl ertränkt, dem Salat fehlte das Dressing und er knirschte zwischen den Zähnen. Wir waren richtig enttäuscht! Da sollte man den Kunden doch lieber absagen, falls es an einem Sonntag Abend vielleicht zu voll ist, als so ein Essen auszuliefern, für das der Kunde auch noch ordentlich in die Tasche greifen muss.

Haben hier gefrühstückt. Sehr leckere Frühstücksvariationen. Filterkaffee soviel man möchte. Bei schönem Wetter draußen gefrühstückt. Perfekt.

Tolles Frühstück, super Kaffee und nicht zu teuer rechnet man Kaffee sonst extra hier gehört er dazu

Die Speisekarte ist sehr dürftig und klein. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist sogar minimal.

Egal, wann wir dort sind: eine schöne Atmosphäre und leckere Getränke und schmackhafte Leckerbissen werden dort nett serviert!

Eure Salate und Schnitzel sind unschlagbar.

Gestern spontan hier gewesen während eines Kurzurlaubs. Sehr cooler Laden mit gemütlichem Ambiente. Kellnerein war sehr sympathisch! Getränke- und Speisenauswahl hat uns sehr gefallen, es ging flott und war sehr lecker. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum Frühstück hier und sind absolut begeistert! Das Frühstück war super lecker und mit viel Liebe angerichtet – wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Die Auswahl war toll und alles war frisch und geschmacklich top. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Ambiente ist etwas rustikal, aber genau das verleiht dem Ganzen einen gemütlichen Charme. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊

Durch die schlechte Parksituation werden wir dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen. Während unseres Essens kam die Bedienung zu uns und sagte, dass wir unser Auto umparken sollen, weil der Anwalt uns zugeparkt hatte. Natürlich war es unser Fehler, auf seinem Parkplatz zu parken. Es war jedoch Sonntag, es waren noch Parkplätze frei, und wir wollten nur etwa 45 Minuten essen gehen. Was uns gestört hat: Die Bedienung hätte uns direkt von Anfang an darauf hinweisen können, da offenbar bekannt war, dass es deswegen Ärger mit dem Anwalt gibt, und nicht erst während des Essens. So mussten wir unser Essen unterbrechen und uns um das Auto kümmern. Das hat unseren Besuch sehr unangenehm gemacht. Am Ende haben wir unser Essen stehen lassen und sind gegangen. Schade, denn als Gäste hätten wir uns einen besseren Umgang gewünscht.

Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht vorteilhaft bzw. fehlt ein Hinweis auf Parkplätze in der Nähe...

Wenn ein Restaurant Montag Abend voll ist, Die stag morgen zum Frühstück auch, ist eigentlich alles gesagt: Kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden!!!

Mein Burger war noch innen roh. Hab aber nach Reklamation einen neuen bekommen. Wenn man einen Tisch bestellt, ist dieser wohl mit der Zeit begrenzt und wir sollten mitten im Nachtisch an einen anderen Tisch.

Schöne Ambiente, leckere Gerichte, außen Bestuhlung, nette Mitarbeiter. Wochende auch happy our bei cocktails...leider viele Reservierungen,spontan einen Tisch zu bekommen, knapp.

Waren heute dort frühstücken. Nach telefonischer Reservierung, haben wir einen schönen Platz im Eingangsbereich zugeteilt bekommen. Wir haben uns für ein Frühstück für zwei Personen entschieden, was sehr reichhaltig war. Es gab einen Brötchenkorb, verschiedene Käse und Wurstsorten. Dazu gehörte Rührei, Lachs und Merrettich. Zu trinken gab es Kaffee, ein Glas Sekt und ein Glas O - Saft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Bisher immer sehr zufrieden! Aber !! wenn man es nicht kann, sollte man es nicht machen! Heute Rösti bestellt und ich kann dazu keine Empfehlung aussprechen Völlig geschmacklos und in Öl ertränkt! Schade!

Uriges, stets gut besuchtes Lokal direkt am Marktplatz. Irgendwas zwischen Kneipe und Restaurant. Raum in U-Form. Vielfältige, aber nicht zu große Karte. Sehr gutes Essen mit guten Portionen und guter Qualität. Etwas eng und teilweise recht laut ... ist halt oft voll. Aber sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal unkompliziert und gemütlich gut essen will.

Leckeres Essen in guter Atmosphäre.

Wir waren heute Morgen frühstücken und hatten ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Essen war köstlich und der Service, wie immer am Morgen, war hervorragend, wenn nicht sogar perfekt. Einziges Manko waren die Teller. Es wurden uns kaputte und angeschlagene Teller serviert, was in der Gastronomie einfach nicht akzeptabel ist. Wenn die Geschäftsleitung jedoch so wenig Wert auf ordentliches Geschirr legt, muss das Personal es eben selbst wieder rausholen. Die Service-Dame heute Morgen beim Frühstück hat das zu 100% geschafft.

Von A wie Atmosphäre bis Z wie Zufriedenheit war unser Besuch ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Wir waren zu viert zum Frühstück dort und wurden äußerst herzlich empfangen. Die angenehme Atmosphäre, der aufmerksame Service sowie die qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Selbst unser 4 Beiner war herzlich willkommen 🫶 Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Ein absolutes Muß in Sachen Gastronomie. Freundliches Personal, schmackhafte Speisen, eine gute Auswahl an Getränken....Also nix wie hin.

Das Restaurant ist nicht groß,sehr rustikal und mit ganz netten Details abgerundet. Das Essen war gut . Die Soße selbstgemacht mit frischen Pilzen. Die Pommes waren leider etwas zu hart. Die Portion dafür reichlich. Die Bedienung war nett und versuchte alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Toiletten waren nicht ansprechend.

Wir waren schon öfters in der Gastronomie. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und man wird sehr freundlich bedient.

Wie immer gibt es hier ein schönes Frühstück in einem tollem Ambiente.

Ich verstehe nicht die positiven Rezessionen. Die ältere Bedienung ist keine große leuchte unflexibel, hatten Frustück für 2 Personen, zwei abgepackte Marmeladen portiönchen. Angeblich wahlweise Marmelade oder Nuttella ? GUT ZU WISSEN!! Aufschnitt billig, käse Geschmacks tot, Brötchen geschmacksneutral, lachs lecker, Sekt bäh. Es waren überwiegend Rentner, sehr laut!

Kleines gemütliches Restaurant mit einer netten Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken. Waren mit 4 Personen da und haben noch einen Tisch bekommen. War für jeden was auf der Speisekarte. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und wollen da gerne wieder hin.

A very cozy, delicious restaurant right in the center of Haltern am See! Very friendly staff, good, tasty food with small appetizers, salads, fresh casseroles, pizza, homemade lemonades, etc., and a rustic ambiance (lots of wood). Highly recommended! In the evenings, you can park for free right around the corner in front of the hotel at the tower.

We had pizza – it was OK, but nothing particularly noteworthy. Very friendly service, but the wait was quite long. The price was acceptable.

I can only give this a maximum of 3 stars. The Zurich schnitzel had a sauce that was probably industrial. The croutons with salad was more like a salad with croutons (far too much salad for the relatively small piece of meat). The fact that the waitress didn't really know the size of the beer glasses was also a factor.

Saturday, May 10, 2025. My wife and I visited the lake, sampled some of the restaurant's dishes, and took a relaxing walk in nature. I knew there was a large restaurant on the lakeshore, which I had previously stopped at, and which, to be honest, was completely overrated in terms of the quality of the food and service, as well as the very high prices. But I said we'd get a sausage or a hot dog and then go for a walk. It was lunchtime! 😁When we got there, we realized that the restaurant was now a construction site, with some huge holes in front of it and near the terrace. It's a bit late for repairs, as the season is just starting... Two small parking lots nearby were full, so we decided to go into town for dinner. According to online reviews, this simply beautiful restaurant is number one, so we settled on number 2, the Rossini Restaurant. Wrong choice, we'd find out! Located in the middle of the city center, next to an old church, the place looks beautiful from the outside. Inside, there's nothing sensational, except that the markings for the women's restroom are completely missing, meaning women inevitably end up in the men's restroom, following the waiters' instructions. I think they find this joke funny, as well as everything else that happens in this place, which is falsely called a restaurant. From the restaurant's menu, I gathered that it specializes in vegan dishes. I told my wife we ​​should go because I didn't think there was a place there where normal people could eat well. She said we had to give them a chance. Okay, but I ordered normal food and drinks. Two burgers and two sodas, and the nightmare began! Compared to the pictures on the menu, the sodas looked like they were made by children, i.e., children. Very little colored water in a glass with a skewer and a crushed strawberry on the rim. The taste... terrible, very sweet, and... that was it. I ordered two Pepsis, which came in glasses, who knows what container they came from... Then the plates arrived. Three-quarters of the plate's surface was made up of French fries, the very thin frozen ones of the worst quality. A lot of them, and due to the fact that they were reheated and not freshly fried, they were hard and inedible. But a lot of them! I took the top half of the burger bun and had another surprise. The actual burger was actually a small handful of ground beef, with no seasoning, not even salt. In addition to the cedar cheese that was supposed to be on top, it was a hard, dark, and very suspicious-looking thing placed on a lettuce leaf with a tomato slice and two raw cucumbers on top. And a spoonful of Caesar salad. Everything looks horrible and tastes bad. I don't understand who could cook such food or why they would. They enter a public place where people pay for edible, high-quality products. Why? Would they eat these abominations? And the ending was the height of comedy: Another waitress, not the one who served us, came to collect the bill and asked us if we enjoyed it. We smiled, paid the bill, and hurried away. Ugly and very expensive. One burger costs 17 euros. I left 50 euros there for nothing, and we buy food for a week with that money at home. I hope the chef ate those burgers; I'm sure of their taste and their honor! It's a shame that these tasteless and dishonorable people are granted qualifications and licenses to operate!!!

Very nice location in Haltern am See. We like to visit when we come to Haltern am See. In particular, Rossini is our preferred restaurant at the Schützenfest. All celebrities and also the 1st Landsknecht Fanfarenkorps Haltern am See meet there. It starts from there. Every 2 years there is a shooting festival in Haltern, like this year from June 20th to 23rd, 2025. Let's go to Haltern, to the shooting festival and to the Rossini.

Food was so-so, ambience nice, team friendly and quick

You order a steak medium and are looking forward to it because you can't get it that well at home and then unfortunately you're disappointed there and you just manage to finish it. That's not possible, a chef should have it on even if the store is full. Otherwise, hire two cooks if you can't manage it and the stress is too great. After all, the steak also costs money. Well, it's a shame...first time there and immediately disappointed.

We were at the Rossini with 11 people. It was a beautiful, delicious and entertaining evening. The food was excellent, the drinks on offer were varied and the service staff was attentive and friendly. I would be happy about more traditional but still modern restaurants/restaurants, not cheap but worth the price. We'll be back.

We went to Rossini for breakfast with friends. Each of us chose a different breakfast, all of which tasted very good and were beautifully presented. The table was overwhelmed with 4 breakfasts so the bread roll had to be placed on a stool. All in all, it was really cozy and nice, but the coffee wasn't really to our liking. But otherwise it is really recommended 👍

Then why do I order a table for breakfast? Why do I travel to Haltern specifically? If that doesn't work... Why write down the phone number? Wow... Unfortunately that doesn't work at all... Good service definitely looks different...

We have a bike break at Rossini in fantastic weather made. The beer was fresh from the tap, simply delicious. Very friendly service with a very attractive menu. We're definitely coming again.

So I ate there for the first time today, very nice, clear menu. There is something for everyone and all the plates that came out looked very good. The schnitzel was nice and big, a fresh schnitzel breaded and fried until golden brown. Price performance is in line with today's price segment and the service is really nice and courteous. Ordered food for us and our guests. Food was delivered at a chip shop level. When I opened the schnitzel bowl I felt sick. The rest isn't much better either. Never again ....
