AHOI am Dülmener See - Cafe, Bistro & Restaurant in Haltern am See

The dark-haired employee is completely unacceptable; he's totally rude and, unfortunately, has a really bad attitude. Customer friendliness is zero.

I tried for half an hour to place an order by phone, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. So I drove to the restaurant. It was very busy because of the good weather, so I went to the counter to speak to someone. Here, too, I was skillfully ignored for five minutes until I was finally allowed to speak to the manager. I explained to him that I would like to place an order and that I had unfortunately been unable to reach him for half an hour. I was turned away very rudely (due to the stress, of course). In my expectations, they could have picked up the phone and explained that no telephone orders were possible today. This would not have been a problem, but then to make people drive to the restaurant (people before and after me had tried to call). To react in this way is very unprofessional and certainly not acceptable in terms of gastronomy! As I come from the catering industry myself, I naturally understand.

The food was okay – we had Jägerschnitzel, chicken nuggets, and falafel, all with fries – we were full, and we didn't have to wait long. What I find outrageous, though, is the price of mayonnaise and ketchup… you pay €1 each for a dollop of mayo and ketchup! When I consider that an 875-gram tube of mayonnaise costs about €3.80 in the supermarket, and the restaurant makes €175 per tube, I find it outrageous! You can get it for free elsewhere.

Located in the holiday park on Lake Dülmen, but still accessible from the outside! We only had a drink, but the café/restaurant made a good impression! They serve pizza, pasta, gyros, etc. at reasonable prices. Highly recommended as a stopover.

We go there regularly every three months and are very satisfied.

We had asparagus and a Hawaiian schnitzel with fries and salad; the value for money is excellent! The terrace is very well-maintained and invites you to linger! The service is very friendly and fast—we'd love to come back.

Great value for money, everything we ate there tasted delicious. Despite the packed beer garden, the service was very friendly, and the food was prepared quickly. A great team.

The food was okay and very reasonably priced, but the surroundings ruined everything... Very cramped seating... Customers are asked to move closer to the table so that the waiters can still get past between the tables... No parking available, so you had to walk long distances and park in no-parking zones... So we wouldn't come back, because the surroundings aren't suitable, and you'd rather pay €1-2 more.

Even though I live practically next door, I went there for the first time today. I was absolutely thrilled. The food was great and the portions were very generous. All the staff were extremely attentive and incredibly friendly. I also really liked the atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

Spent our lunch break there. It was our first time there. We had pizza and schnitzel with asparagus. Great! Friendly service.

The restaurant has a spacious outdoor area. The food (we had freshly fried carvings - hunter and gypsy carvings) with fries and salad. The food was rich and the schnitzels were excellent... only the hunter's sauce was not appropriate for the schnitzel... hunter's sauce is different. Well, all in all it was delicious.

Absolut leckeres Essen und Getränke zu sehr zivilen Preisen, sehr nettes und angenehmes Personal, wir fühlten uns hier stets gut aufgehoben . Der Brötchenservice ist auch Klasse.

Nach der Renovierung ein sehr angenehmes Lokal. Auch im Aussenbereich lässt sich angenehm sitzen. Die Speisen sind frisch und schmackhaft , das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Immer wieder ein lohnendes Ausflugsziel.

wir haben hier gegessen, es war lecker, frisch zubereitet, Pizza sehr gut belegt, der Salateller nach Wunsch zubereitet, dazu nicht zu teuer. Die freundlicher Bedienung hätte den Tisch nach einem Besuch besser reinigen sollen. Trotzdem sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen. Auf jedenfall ist Ahoi am Dülmener See empfehlenswert .

Wir waren nun an drei Tagen hintereinander hier, nachdem es uns einfach toll geschmeckt hat. Neben Pizzen, frischen Salaten, Gyros und Schnitzeln gibt es hier auch einige türkische Spezialitäten. Das Personal ist super nett und wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Die Preise für die Getränke und für die Speisen sind wirklich sehr angemessen. Herzlichen Dank für die leckeren Speisen, unsere Waage wird es sicherlich dann zu Hause danken ;-)

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten das Gyros Metaxa und eine veg. Pizza. Beides sehr lecker! Definitiv mehr als nur eine „Campingplatz Imbisbude“!

Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir nun dieses Restaurant besucht und sind jedes Mal fröhlich, satt und undurstig zurückgekehrt. Die Küche ist einfach, aber gut. Der Service ist besonders hervorzuheben! Und das Ambiente ist gerade draußen wirklich toll. Ein schöner Anlaufpunkt nicht nur für Hausdülmener!

Wir hatten am 13.06.23 einen wirklich schönen Abend auf der Terrasse des Ahoi👍🏻 Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich, die Getränke waren herrlich Kühl und die freundliche Bedienung ist wirklich ein extra Lob wert. Wollten eigentlich nach einer langen Fahrrad Tour gemütlich was essen, wurden nur leider nicht bedient und nach über ner halben stunde sind wir dann auch wieder gegangen.

Das Essen in AHOI was ziemlich gut, gerade die Pommes und die Cola. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.... Das Ambiente ist ganz gut, allerdings ist es manchmal ein wenig voll oder unruhig. Im großen und ganzen ein gutes und empfehlenswertes Restaurant. 🍴

Badesee ehem. Kiesgruben, türkis es Badewasser, Campingmöglichkeit. Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Essen und Trinken absolut okay und zu fairen Preisen.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De salade was zeer matig en beel te duur voor wat er op mijn bord lag.

Sehr leckeres Essen, Inhaber immer freundlich drauf. Die Bedienung ist mega. Extra Wünsche werden immer versucht zu erfüllen. Hunde werden stets umsorgt und herzlich empfangen. An einem schönen sonnigen Abend ist die Terrasse mit Livemusik ein Traum. Komme immer wieder gern und freu mich wenn es bald wieder geöffnet hat.

Echt gutes Restaurant beim Freizeitpark Dülmener See. Küche Top, Service Top, haben draußen gesessen=Top . Es stimmt einfach alles, der Preis und die Leistung. Auf den Bildern kann man das nicht so sehen, die Portionen waren wirklich ausreichend, auch für einen Riesen mit 108 Kg Kampfgewicht. Auf jeden Fall gehe ich wieder hin! Sowas gehört einfach auf einen Campingplatz!

Hab heute dort ein Jägerschnitzel mit Pommes gegessen. Das Schntizel war glaube ich TK Ware aber auf jeden Fall in der Friteuse zubereitet. In der Jägersosse waren Zwiebeln und der Salat war bitter...🥴 Die schönen Mücken, für 'nen 10er hätte ich was besseres erwartet. Sodbrennen hab ich auch noch, gibt's umsonst dazu...☹

Freundliches Personal und guter Service. Leckeres, mit frischen Zutaten zubereitetes Essen und gut verträglich. Qualität, Preis und Leistung stimmen einfach. Komme wieder. Seht zu empfehlen.

Man kann dort ungezwungen sitzen, eher einfach, aber ganz nett. Essen ist mittelmäßig bis gut. Preise passen. Bedienung ist sehr nett. Ich konnte letzte Mal nicht dort essen, weil der Putzlappen mit dem unser Tisch dermaßen stark gestunken hat, dass mir schlecht geworden ist.

Sehr leckeres Essen, der Service war wie immer super freundlich, trotz sehr vielen Gästen. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Danke schön für den angenehmen Abend.

Wir hatten Essen bestellt. 1x Pizza 2x Falaffelteller. Es war super lecker! Die angesagte Wartezeit von 30 Minuten wurde sogar um 5 Minuten unterschritten. Das Essen war heiß und frisch. Wir werden jetzt häufiger dort bestellen!!!!

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten unsere Getränke und unser Essen trotz vollem Lokal zeitnah und es hat mega lecker geschmeckt. Die Preise sind sehr gut und die Terasse mit Ausblick auf den See ein Traum.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Freizeitpark "Dülmener See". Wir haben in dieser Zeit sowohl am Imbiss etwas für den Strand geholt, als auch mehrmals unser Abendessen auf der Terrasse genossen. Dabei haben wir vom Schnitzel bis zur Pizza alles probiert. Alles hat uns geschmeckt und besonders der selbst gemachte und dünne Pizzateig war super lecker. Die Bedienung war immer freundlich und hat versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.(Hamurger zu Cheeseburger) Wir können nur empfehlen hier essen zu gehen, wenn man Urlaub macht oder einfach eine Pause auf der Radtour sucht.

Alles super, waren in den letzten Wochen mehrfach dort. Gute Preise, sehr leckeres Essen und superfreundliche Bedienung. Wir sind seit 10 Jahren Dauercamper am Dülmener See und freuen uns, dass jetzt auch die Gastronomie gut funktioniert.

War wieder mal mit meine "Lieben" im AHOI, direkt links vor dem Campingplatz Dülmener See. War heute mal nicht ganz so voll dort. Wie immer hatten PIYA und einer Ihrer Kollegen unsere Getränke schnell am Platz und meine Pizza vom Stein und verschiedene andere Gerichte folgten in recht kurzer Zeit ebenfalls. Natürlich wieder einmal nur lecker, lecker bei ordentlichen Portionen. Wir sitzen da eigentlich gerne und oft auf der Terasse, gerne auch immer wieder mit weiteren netten Bekannten. Was soll ich sonst noch sagen .... der Weg von Dülmen aus, in unserem Fall, der lohnt ;-) PS: Es macht ja schon Spaß, wenn Angestellte und auch Inhaber mit einem Lächeln unterwegs sind 👍
