The person on the phone couldn't even speak fluently. Ordering four pizzas took six minutes, and then I had to spell the street name three times.

The last time I ordered there, they delivered the wrong item. When I complained, they insulted me. That's no way to run a business. A little tip for anyone who orders there: get your food yourself and check out the place. I'm definitely not going back!

This used to be the best pizza in West Virginia, but after the change of ownership, the quality plummeted. Delivery times were abysmal. I've ordered twice now, but picked up on-site. The pizza tasted better, and orders were correct again. I hope it stays that way. Since I like my pizza hot, I'll continue to pick it up. I understand that the drivers are pressed for time, but every day, drivers speed through our neighborhood with their tires spinning.

Unbelievable delivery behavior... Food is delivered extremely late and cold! Not recommended...

I say the best pizza in the entire Ammerland region. After two years, we're parting ways with the pizzeria. The change of ownership and staff has made the service worse. The taste isn't as good, and communication is constantly flaky. Good luck!

I ordered a pizza. It was delicious.

The wrong pizza was delivered. I quickly sent a picture via WhatsApp, and the correct pizza was delivered shortly afterwards, along with a polite apology. The taste and service are always excellent!

After complaining about the wrong pizza (it came with meat, but we ordered a Margherita), we were told not to order there again instead of offering a replacement. It's been a while.

We placed a larger order. It seemed difficult to implement. Dish numbers were given over the phone from the current menu and repeated. Two dishes weren't delivered, but we received two unwanted ones. The chef's salad was a disappointment: no arugula, and only a small piece of feta was found under the bed of iceberg lettuce. There was no sign of the house dressing or fresh bread. The feta cheese we ordered on the family pizza was also missing. The delivery time doubled. We are now repeatedly disappointed and will look for alternatives in the future.

Used to be the best pizzeria, but now it's just plain disappointing! The wrong pizza was delivered, and I had to wait an hour for a new one. The right one came, but it was so poor quality that I would have been better off eating a pre-baked pizza. Three tomato slices and rubbery mozzarella have nothing to do with a mozzarella pizza. A real shame!

Update: What we received was unfortunately a mess. So the food also gets 1/5. That's it. Unfortunately, I have to adjust my rating. Delivery takes forever, and they can't deliver what was ordered. Even the replacement delivery takes forever, so everyone else has already finished eating. The food is as usual, though. Previous review: Best pizza place in WST. But the doner kebab and dürüm are also absolutely top-notch. 👍

Initially, we were completely satisfied. Unfortunately, they've become completely unreliable. Orders were incomplete, deliveries significantly exceeded the stated delivery time (>1 hour late, etc.), and the company was not very solution-oriented. No apologies, no discounts, etc., and complete indifference on the part of the employees.

We're out too, constantly faulty deliveries, today the foil was still on the Sucuk sausage.

I've bought drinks like this twice now - both times they were expired! This is not only annoying, but simply disgusting and dangerous to your health. Delivery times are extremely long, and one time my order was even delivered to the wrong address. When I finally got my food, the burger was completely burnt - inedible. In general, the food doesn't taste as good as it used to. It's a real shame, but after these experiences I'll definitely not order there again.

Always enjoyed ordering there. The pizzas were bomb. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly since the new huge map was introduced. Change of ownership? Too bad.

We'll look for something else. We have been disappointed several times now with late deliveries and incorrectly prepared orders. Although you can order in writing via WhatsApp, the orders are prepared incorrectly. Pizzas are only “cut” upon request, but you still have to cut the pizza yourself because it didn’t work before.

Very good quality and nice people and good service

We were there for the first time today and unfortunately, I have to say it was also the last time. My wife had the steakhouse fries with barely any seasoning, and I had a gyro pita. The meat was great; it was good quality, but unfortunately, it was barely seasoned and didn't really taste like gyros. The only thing that didn't taste good at all was the tzatziki; it was way too salty. Too bad 😞 but that wasn't really anything.

Third delivery wrong again. Every time with tzatziki even though we order "without" for our son, a large plate of kebab for €12.50 is really not good. The most important point: It suddenly doesn't taste good anymore and the quality has dropped significantly. We probably won't order again in the future. It's a shame, they were good customers.

Never arrive on time so the dishes are very soggy

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the last two deliveries. The delivery time was way over (an hour later than stated), and the pizza had no flavor and was simply over-oiled. On top of that, both times the wrong dip was delivered. Really bad.

We decided when I could I would have liked to give 10 stars the food was warm fast nice staff everything was great keep it up young ones 😋

When we are in Westerstede, we like to stop there for a pizza. Great store, we also know the branch in Oldenburg and order there often.

You used to be the best pizza around! :( Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated, the promised delivery times are greatly exceeded and some items are missing. Anything can happen, but since the new menu the price-performance ratio is no longer right. We've always ordered the same thing for years: A Margherita family pizza (50cm = 18€) and a side dish. The family pizza now costs 17 euros, but is only 40cm long. Anyone who paid attention back then at school will quickly notice that the volume of an entire small to medium pizza is now missing. This cannot be justified economically. And if you ask, you'll get a cheeky answer that there's a new menu and that you'll have to "quick" well. Sorry guys, then no 🤷🏼‍♀️

Once again it's a complete disaster, every time the food is too late and with a lot of luck you get the right dish. The answer to this was “it’s starting to get very tiring for us”. 0 goodwill, 0 quality & unfriendly on top of that.

Picked up 2 Gyros Pita yesterday and immediately threw them away after trying them, both were inedible 🤮 This was a TOP address for the last two companies and now it's just underground. It's quite a shame to deteriorate like that. This is how you get rid of regular customers, which is now a taboo for us. We're still feeling sick now 🤮

Price performance winner in Westerstede and the surrounding area. Top pizza for a small dollar. Delivery very fast.

The food we ordered was okay. We waited outside until we could take it with us. So the waiting time was about 20 minutes. That's absolutely okay. If you wanted, you could take something from the kiosk. We'll be back.

Pizza was good and card payment was possible. Staff was friendly... I'd be happy to come back when the opportunity arises.

The gyro is highly recommended: crispy but still juicy. Good portion and the price is cheap. We like to order via WhatsApp or pick up, both are very quick.

Giros oversalted no taste meat was tough Let the delivery cars run exhaust fumes in the store And the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, other stores are cleaner therefore only 1 star

I would have preferred to give no star at all. We used to go there regularly. But they became so unclean and the last time the pasta casserole was bad. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until late that my daughter was still eating it when she was 2 years old. NO THANK YOU no more

Nun das dritte Mal infolge enttäuschend. 1. Falsche Bestellung erhalten weil die Dame am Telefon die Nummer vertauscht hat 2. Über 1,5 Std auf das Essen unter der Woche gewartet 3. Heute 2 Pitas zu wenig gebracht, davon war dieser auch noch kalt und das Brot wappelig . Früher war es auch noch selbst gebacken. Die 2 Dönerboxen eine davon war noch halbwegs warm. Zudem hatten wir vor 19 Uhr bestellt 19.20 war es dann auch mal angekommen. Schade es war mal lecker,was ist nur passiert

Der Döner hier ist Unschlagbar. Saftiges Fleisch, frisches Gemüse und leckere Sauce machen diesen Döner zu einem echten Gaumenschmaus. Die Portionen sind großzügig, und der Geschmack ist einfach köstlich. Wenn Sie Döner lieben, ist dies definitiv der richtige Ort dafür!

Unsere Pizzen waren super lecker und der Knoblauchdip ist der Hammer Nur leider sind die Preise im Internet nicht richtig , zu unserer Überraschung war alles ein wenig teurer

Schnelle Lieferung, top Essen für den Preis.

Eigentlich immer gut gegessen. Jetzt haben wir schon zum vierten Mal das völlig falsche Essen bekommen. Und das, was wir bekommen haben, war nicht so toll. Heute war dann leider auch noch der Feta auf dem Salat schlecht. Sehr schade!

Leckere Pizza und auch die Gerichte vom Grill sind sehr empfehlenswert. Am Wochenende etwas längere Lieferzeiten, aber alles noch im Rahmen. Wir bestellen regelmäßig hier. Und falls doch etwas schief gelaufen ist, wurde dies immer sehr freundlich und ohne Diskussion korrigiert. Die negativen Bewertungen sind aus unserer Sicht nicht nachvollziehbar.

Wirklich...der Beste Lieferservice in ganz WST und Umgebung!!! Für einen LFS richtig gutes Essen-schnell und Kundenwünsche werden zufriedenstellend ausgeführt.Dazu auch noch sehr freundlich-sowohl Annahme wie auch Lieferung.Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wie bestellen jeden zweiten Freitag bei euch, aber wir bestellen für 10 Leute oder mehr Döner und Döner Xxl bestell, kein unterschied, ausser im Preis, Xxl für den Preis zu klein, muss 3 Döner bestellen um satt zu werden, deine Frau macht ne Ausbildung bei uns Semco, denk mal drüber nach, mehr Fleisch... Essen super lecker das muss man probieren, Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen wird nach Bestellung schnell zubereitet und kann in kurzer Zeit abgeholt werden. Es wird auch geliefert...

Besten Pizzen in Westerstede. Was früher das Capitol war, ist heute die Treffpunkt Pizzaria. Leogrande Pizzen kommen aber nah dran. Also Anstrengungen und weiterhin die Besten machen.

Eine wirklich tolle Pizzeria, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wenn es mal etwas länger dauert, macht das Essen es wieder gut. Es ist schön, dass ein integrierter Kiosk mit bei ist und noch große Auswahl zum mitnehmen angeboten wird. Die Kioskartikel können zum bestellten Essen mitgeliefert werden. Auch die Möglichkeit der bargeldlosen Bezahlung ist ein tolle Sache.

Absolute Empfehlung, Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach. Die Pizzen sind immer total lecker und knusprig und nicht völlig fettig. Außerdem werden "Extrawünsche" jedes Mal unkompliziert umgesetzt. Und auch immer ein nettes Wort mehr bei der Auslieferung :) unser Lieblingsladen!

Beste Pizza in Westerstede. Für mich Nr. 39 immer die erste Wahl. Dönerfleisch, gegrillte Hähnchenbruststreifen und Ei. Einfach immer zufrieden.
