Just had the *best* 🇮🇹 meal in Nuremberg!🍝 Seriously, this Italian restaurant blew me away. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was so cozy. We visited Travolta Restaurant for the first time. We both ate pizza and it was incredibly good. For dessert we both had tiramisu and, at least for me, it was the best tiramisu I have ever eaten so far. We also tried Aperol and Bellini here and they were very well mixed. The food overall was simply excellent. We definitely come here more often now when we feel like Italian food

The high ratings are justified. I had Tagliatelle alla Chef. Simply sensationally tasty and well cooked and presented. Meat was very tender and of good quality. Panna cotta is also recommended. Also worth mentioning: Very nice and friendly staff, even though it was really busy (and stressful). But as a visitor you don't notice anything about it.

After 5 days of pure German cuisine we finally treated ourselves to a good pizza. The ingredients are quality and very fresh, the dough good and light. The wine and bitters are very Italian, the environment is exceptional. Highly recommended.

By far the best pizza in town. Friendly service, great atmosphere! Whenever I'm in Nuremberg I look for excuses to go there! The window sill seats are a little annoying because of the difference in height between those sitting, but that's hardly worth mentioning with such great pizza.

Very good pizza (I say this as an Italian), unfortunately the pistachio cheesecake was terrible: more than a cheesecake it was an ice cream dessert that tasted a lot like milk (my partner's much less). They left all the empty glasses on the table until the end, so at some point we were a little afraid of throwing them down. Overall it's a nice place to eat good pizza

During my stroll through the charming streets of Nuremberg, hunger struck in the late afternoon. I found what I was looking for in the Pizzeria Travolta. Even the first look inside exuded an inviting atmosphere. The design is pleasantly reminiscent of a well-known restaurant concept with a rustic touch, but here with an extra dose of flair and charm. The beautiful weather lured me outside. This is located directly on a busy main street, which, in my personal opinion, lacked the cosiness of a quiet inner courtyard. But for others, this may just reflect the vibrant city life. The menu was presented in a pleasantly clear and well-structured manner. In addition to appetizers and pizza, the pasta dishes were particularly appealing. The selection of vegetarian options was pleasing, while meat lovers found a greater variety. At first glance, vegan alternatives didn't seem to be represented. A look at the pricing showed that the Travolta is more in the upper segment. In particular, the pasta dishes and the "special" creations, which were presented on a separate menu with weekly or monthly recommendations, were slightly higher in price. You should take this into account when making your choice. I decided on the gnocchi dish with pesto. When I served it, I immediately noticed the unusually small, almost delicate size of the gnocchi. This indicated either a homemade preparation or a special supplier - a quality feature that was confirmed in the taste. The pesto was aromatic and the gnocchi had an excellent consistency. A look at the neighboring table also made the pizza seem very appetizing - perhaps something to consider for my next visit. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and courteous service. The staff was attentive and contributed significantly to a positive overall impression. There was really nothing to complain about here. Conclusion: The Travolta Nuremberg is a recommended address for a good meal in a stylish ambience. If you value fresh ingredients and attentive service and are willing to spend a little more, this is the place for you. There are only deductions for the location of the outdoor area directly on the main street, which can somewhat affect the quiet enjoyment. Overall, however, an enrichment for the Nuremberg gastronomy scene.

The pizzas are incredibly good. In addition to being made from sourdough, it is also very successful in terms of variety. We tried 4 different pizzas and we liked them all. The environment is very loud, it is useful to act knowingly. If you want a quiet evening and eat, I can say that this is not directly your area, but it is ideal for tasting delicious Italian cuisine and having a pleasant time with your friends.

I ordered seafood pasta and pizza recommended by a waiter. They were both rich in flavor and delicious! It's just that the two dishes are relatively strong in taste, and you will feel a little salty after eating it, so it is better to pair one strong taste with another refreshing meal. It's a very busy restaurant and requires reservations. We went in right after the restaurant opened in the evening and were lucky enough to get a table.

As soon as we came in we were told that we had the table for 1.5 hours. After we had already finished eating after about 50 minutes and actually wanted to have a drink or two, we suddenly said that those who had made the reservation were already there and that we should please pay and leave. Pure mass processing here. But the food was great, so if the unfriendly service and time pressure don't bother you...

Great Italian restaurant in downtown Nuremberg with a nice atmosphere. The Pizza Napoletana is one of the best in the city - airy dough, fresh ingredients and authentic taste. The service is friendly and attentive. The only small point of criticism: the drink prices are a bit high. Still absolutely recommended!

This charming restaurant is a real insider tip - especially when it comes to pizza at the highest level. All pizzas on offer are absolutely top class in terms of taste – you could almost say: world class. The dough is a real masterpiece: it matures over several days and develops a unique consistency and an incomparable aroma. Wonderfully crispy on the outside, wonderfully soft on the inside – this is how a perfect pizza should taste. If there were Michelin stars for pizza, the Traviata pizza would deserve at least two! And all of this at a fair price-performance ratio that is really appropriate - not overpriced in the slightest. I came here spontaneously for dinner without a reservation. From the very beginning, I was served by Paul, the extremely friendly bartender. He attended to all my requests with a genuine smile – you could really tell he loves his job.

We hadn't made a reservation, but we were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. The tables are a bit cramped, but everything is very stylishly decorated. It was full and therefore a bit noisy. The food was outstanding.😋😋😋 The pizza dough was incredible, you can't do it better!!!🍕My linguine frutti de mare was very tasty!!! The only small negative point was that the pasta was between lukewarm and cold (which I personally don't mind). Wine prices very fair. Service was courteous and quick. In conclusion, we can recommend the Travolta.

Huh, very hip in my opinion... the little Italian restaurant around the corner is definitely not. The prices of the food are high, but the quality is okay, but not outstanding. At the weekend the atmosphere is more reminiscent of the noise of a train station, I could hardly understand the person sitting next to me at the table when the house was full... cozy is something else. But if you like it hip, loud and Italian, this is the place for you. The service was definitely good, friendly, fast and courteous! So as I said, it's not mine, I'm probably a bit too old and dignified ;)

This was an amazing Italian restaurant. The food came out fast and was excellent. It is very loud but that's because it was small and lively. The bread was wonderful and fresh. Both the pastas we had were delicious. And the tiramisu was absolutely fantastic. I think it had Nutella on the bottom which was something new, but still delightful. Prices were reasonable as well. Everyone in our group raved about what they had.

It was an Italian restaurant that I found through reviews and went to, unfortunately I was disappointed. They put too much sauce on the pizza, it was so wet inside, I couldn't eat it.

Tried pizza and pasta .. both are bad !

Food is very good. Quite popular so we had to wait 15 minutes despite having a reservation. A little less traffic would make the stay even more pleasant. The waiter was great, I've rarely seen such accommodating staff. We'll be back.

Good Italian restaurant to visit. People crowded around 7-8pm. But there is the bar you can stand and start drink beer to warm you first. I had pizza called Burning man, It is quite spicy, but you are good at spicy, you might need ask spicy source to add with. Anyway good and one of famous restaurant to suggest in Nürnberg. Oh! Better not with car.

Mittelmäßiges Essen zum stolzen Preis. Was uns schockiert hat, ist die Bedienung. Man hat uns gesagt: Sie haben 1,5 Std. Zeit. Nach genau 1Std und 5 min kam der Kellner und meinte, er muss abkassieren, weil die nächste Reservierung da wäre. Ohne Entschuldigung. Wir haben zwar gegessen, unsere Gläser waren nicht nicht leer. Die Tusche viel zu dicht zu einander, schmaler Durchgang, die Kellner habe jedes mal mit dem Fuß an unseren Stühlen gehaut. Viel zu laut.

Travolta – My classic in Nuremberg For me, Travolta is THE restaurant in Nuremberg where I always stop after a shopping tour at Breuninger. Am I the only one? Hehe. Of course, I also like to meet here spontaneously or with friends - whether with or without a reservation, it always works. It's often full in the evenings, but that's part of the great atmosphere. The ambience: The style with the brick walls is exactly my thing - really cozy and modern at the same time. The music is always on point, which makes the atmosphere even better. My favorite place? Definitely by the window, that's where I always prefer to sit. The service: I've only ever had good experiences with the operation. Friendly, attentive and relaxed – exactly how it should be. The food: The map is small, and that's exactly what I think is great. Last time I had the pulpo carpaccio as a starter – incredibly tasty! Otherwise, I'm a big fan of pizza and pasta, they always taste good. For me, the Travolta is a real classic in Nuremberg: not aloof, accessible to everyone, but still modern and stylish. Even though I no longer live in Nuremberg, I like to come back every time I'm in the city. An absolute must for me!

There were four of us and we reserved a seat, which worked. After we had our spot, we were informed that we had the spot for 1.5 hours. The atmosphere in the restaurant is crowded and loud. You can follow every conversation of the people sitting next to you if you wanted. After 1 hour and 5 minutes we were asked to pay and leave as people were already waiting for our seat. The waitress came to us with the bill even though we hadn't even finished drinking it all. There was no please, we have to pay. I've actually never experienced anything like this before

The vibe of this restaurant is awesome. We had buffalina and burratina. Both the pizzas were delicious. Drinks - Espresso martini and Mezcal paloma were also on point. The place was crowded and noisy - reserve in advance. Highly recommend this place for food, drinks and top notch service :)

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The pizza in particular was outstanding, the tiramisu was actually the best I've ever eaten - excellent. The service works well despite high demand, although many guests wait in the entrance area to get in. The tables are very close to each other, but undisturbed conversation is still possible. The food is served quickly. Parking is available in the nearby Adlerstraße car park.

Super delicious food, pizza and pasta. The appetizer should not be neglected either. Unfortunately, the service was just average and the ambience wasn't that good. On Valentine's Day it was far too full and after 1.5 hours we had to clear the table again. Other days it might be better.

When I pass through Nuremberg for work, if I want to feel at home and eat Italian I come here to Travolta. Simple traditional dishes with unquestionable quality. Care of the raw materials starting from the appetizers, the homemade grilled vegetables, courgettes, peppers and aubergines are excellent. Top quality pizza. We ate truffle pasta, pesto gnocchi, prosciutto pizza and carbonara for mains and everything was absolutely amazing! The Italian waiter who was serving us this time is very friendly and nice and gave us recommendations when we couldn’t decide and asked for help. I will forever remember the pistachio cheesecake because it was so good Definitely recommending this restaurant!
