Pizzeria Da Maria Nürnberg in Nürnberg

Were there a few weeks ago... The food was okay, but it's at least of the same quality everywhere... so nothing special. We were offered something exclusive outside of the menu... without telling you the price... ok, you could have asked yourself... but as it is, when you're looking forward to a nice evening you don't do that... ordered wine by the bottle... which turned out when you paid that if you had ordered by the glass, you would have gotten cheaper... Pizza Hawaii with €100 on the menu... because as an Italian you don't want to do Hawaii... but carbonara with cream on the menu... because the Germans do that want... laughable... Conclusion: If you just want to get a pizza here for a snack, that's no longer an option for us.

I've been there several times. Whether it's pasta or pizza, it's always delicious. All the staff are very friendly, and the service is fast. I like the atmosphere. Since it's always busy, reservations are definitely recommended.

The food is a 10 out of 10! If you want to experience Dolce Vita up close, this is the right place for you! The food is very tasty and the restaurant is also very clean. Quality of food just as great.

Nice little ristorante with famously good pizza and good Italian dishes. The grilled squid with fried potatoes is also highly recommended. The boss is very warm and strives to do the best for the guests. Recommended!

Great Italian restaurant. There was three of us eating dinner after hard working day at the fair. We were not sure what we want to eat, but the lady in restaurant told us that she exactly knows what we need. And we got fantastic dinner!

In itself a really great pizzeria, but unfortunately almost no longer affordable due to the price increases. In our opinion, €40 for two family pizzas is clearly too much.

Authentic Italian restaurant with one of the best pizzas in Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We visit the restaurant regularly and have never been disappointed here. The service is perfect and leaves nothing to be desired.

2023: The menu says that you get 4 bruschettas - we only received 3 and the size is almost a disgrace for just under €7. Update 2024: Ordered for a party for 20 people with 2 days lead time. Only delivered 1 hour late after a phone call. Ordered a few days later via Lieferando and the specified delivery time was not met several times.

We had pre-ordered food for a celebration a few days in advance. At the party the food didn't arrive on time and we called after 30 minutes and asked where it was. We got the answer that a lot of orders had just come in. What's the point of pre-ordering if it won't be taken care of on time? After another 30 minutes the food was there, but there was no apology or anything like that. The restaurant left us with a very unreliable impression.

A special kind of pizza experience!!! We had trouble dividing the dough. After the two of us couldn't do it, we asked the nice lady, who then gave us a sharp knife. The Campana pizza had ice-cold mozzarella balls and cocktail tomatoes sprinkled with Parmesan as a topping. Our remaining 4 friends were also a little irritated by the quality. Sorry, the service lady's comments weren't entirely happy. ☹️😢 That's it... What a shame!!

After 1 year I tried again: Pizza Giuliano, too or too salty, pizza edge and base NOT crispy but chewy. There is only one pizza size 31cm, you can share it between two people, only then both have to eat the same thing. Balsamic salad dressing: just sour. The seafood pizza: lukewarm, doughy in the middle - not cooked through, the cheese not melted, tasteless. That's not the quality I know. The small salad, very small for €7.50 and the carrots were missing. I hope for the next time with the usual quality.

We've gotten pizza twice so far. Unfortunately the pizza with shrimps wasn't good the first time. It tasted strange. The second time we weren't so impressed. The pizza is fully topped and high quality. The dough also has a lot of air bubbles, which shows that it has time to rise. Still, no flavor came through and it was very tough and difficult to eat. Somehow we also had a bit of a stomach ache afterwards. The tomato sauce was good though. Maybe it's the flour. Maybe try it again.

The pizza tasted really good, unfortunately the stated waiting time was increased from 25 minutes to 55 minutes. If you pick up the pizza and then have to wait half an hour, that's not so nice. Therefore only four stars overall rating.

Mitarbeit können nett sein und das essen auch was leider aber nicht immer zutrifft, das ambiente hingegen ist top

Pizza-Delikatessen nach allen Regeln der Kunst. Die Zutaten sind frisch und von feinster Qualität. Frischer Trüffel, bester Mozzarella, top Schinken, frische Kräuter. Und riesig war die Pizza auch noch. Die Bedienung war freundlich, schnell und kundenorientiert. Schnell noch drei Tische raus gestellt etc. Der Preis war für die Leistung auch in Ordnung.

Die neuen Pizzen sind ein Traum. Immer gerne wieder

Da Maria war für uns wieder die Bestätigung der deutschen Sehnsucht nach Italia. Freundlichkeit, schon als herzlich zu empfinden. Dazu gutes Essen. Grosse Auswahl Wein, Prosecco, Digestiv. Alles bestens Hinweis: wir waren unter der Woche an einem ruhigen Abend mit Freunden.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden die Bedienung und Chefin sind super freundlich essen frisch und lecker 😋 beste Lokal aller Zeiten sehr zu empfehlen ......

Habe schon öfters bestellt weil ich die Pizzas super fand. War heute richtig enttäuscht. Schon optisch sind mir die Pizzas anders vorgekommen. Sie schmeckten jetzt nicht unbedingt schlecht, waren aber weit von der gewöhnten Qualität entfernt. Habe sogar nachgewürzt. Werde aber irgendwann noch einen Versuch wagen. Vielleicht war es ja eine Ausnahme.

Das war mein erstes Mal und sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Die Pizza war cross und mit frischen Zutaten wie Auberginen, Paprika und Champignons belegt. Perfekter kann man keine Pizza machen. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend...da geht man gerne wieder hin.

Am Anfang war die Pizza sehr lecker … aber mittlerweile kommt sie verbrannt an den Seiten an und hat keinen Geschmack… Der Salat ist mega… könnte ich jeden Tag essen !
