Wir haben um 22:15, also 45 Minuten vor Schluss über Lieferando bestellt. Um 23:20 war das Essen immer noch nicht da, aber bezahlt. Als mein Mann anrief, um das zu klären, sagte der Mann am Telefon, sie haben geschlossen und legte einfach auf. Am Ende kam die Pizza doch noch, 1,5h später als angegeben. Es wäre nett gewesen, am Telefon netter zu kommunizieren.

Man wird unfreundlich angeschnauzt, wenn man etwas zum mitnehmen bestellen möchte! Pizza war schon so oft zu ölig und schlecht Gewürz! Hab jahrelang dort Pizza bestellt, weil es in direkter Umgebung liegt. Aber der Service ist unterste Schublade!

Ein enttäuschender Besuch in diesem Restaurant, den wir sicher nicht wiederholen werden. Wir waren abends dort, und von Anfang an lief es nicht gut – das Essen ließ ziemlich lange auf sich warten, obwohl das Restaurant nicht besonders voll war. Das eigentliche Problem war jedoch das Verhalten des Kellners. Als die Rechnung kam, sagte ich, dass ich kein Trinkgeld geben wolle – doch der Kellner legte trotzdem welches drauf, direkt vor meinen Augen. Als ich ihn bat, den Preis wieder auf den ursprünglichen Betrag zu ändern, fragte er, warum, und machte eine schnippische Bemerkung in Richtung uns: „Warum hört ihr Engländer nicht zu?“ – was sowohl unhöflich als auch fremdenfeindlich war. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass er bis dahin fließend Englisch gesprochen hatte. In dem Moment, als wir ihn darauf hinwiesen, dass sein Verhalten völlig inakzeptabel sei, behauptete er plötzlich, kein Englisch zu sprechen, und wechselte mit seinem Manager ins Niederländische – wodurch wir uns absichtlich abgewiesen und herabgesetzt fühlten. Wir verließen das Restaurant beschämt und unwillkommen. Kein Gast sollte sich jemals so fühlen müssen. Wirklich schade, denn das Essen war hervorragend! Meiden Sie dieses Restaurant.

Ich habe 2 Pizza bestellt und habe ich email bestätige für Bestellung -1.5 std gewartet ,habe ich angerufen und leider habe ich antworten bekommen: Leider wir haben keine Bestellung erhalten Komisch!

Die Pizza war hervorragend, der Service sehr freundlich. Die Pizza hier ist definitiv mindestens hundertmal besser als die von den Straßenständen. Das Dessert (Tiramisu) war lecker und vor allem riesig. Auch der Preis ist hier angemessen.

Heute 10.5.26; die beste Liefer-Bruschetta erhalten, die ich jemals erleben durfte! Absolutes WOW an Chef und Lieferung (fast and hot) Pizza mit extra Knobi hat absolut den Nerv getroffen! Grazie Mille! I LoV3 YoU!!!!

Ich habe meinen Besuch in diesem Restaurant leider als sehr enttäuschend empfunden. Meiner persönlichen Erfahrung nach war der Service unzureichend, da ich das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter als unfreundlich wahrgenommen habe. Aufgrund dieses persönlichen Eindrucks kann ich das Lokal nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich möchte meine negative Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant teilen. Ich war dort mit meiner Freundin und einem Kind. Das erste Problem begann schon damit, dass das Kind nur ein Eis bestellt hat und wir lediglich Getränke. Offenbar zeigt der Kellner wenig Respekt gegenüber Gästen, die keine großen Bestellungen machen. Ein älterer Kellner hat sich uns gegenüber unfreundlich und respektlos verhalten. Besonders unangenehm war, dass ich den Eindruck hatte, dass dies auch mit meiner Nationalität zusammenhängt. Sein Verhalten und seine Körpersprache waren deutlich abweisend und unhöflich. Ich finde, so etwas ist in der Gastronomie absolut unakzeptabel. Jeder Gast sollte unabhängig von der Bestellmenge oder Herkunft mit Respekt behandelt werden. Ich hoffe, dass das Restaurant in Zukunft mehr Wert auf respektvollen und professionellen Service legt.

Ich bin Stammkundin, da ich oft sowohl von meiner Privatadresse als auch von der Arbeit aus bestelle. Wir essen auch oft bei Swarg. Die Pizza kommt nie pünktlich, trotzdem schreibe ich gute Bewertungen und gebe Trinkgeld, weil ich weiß, wie hart diese Arbeit ist. Aber der telefonische Kundenservice ist oft – und gestern war er besonders unhöflich und unprofessionell. Der Herr am Telefon war sehr taktlos und respektlos. Als ich fragte, wann meine Pizza kommen würde, da ich für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit bestellt hatte, sagte er: „mach Storno“, „Sie können stornieren“, "Sie können wp snders bestellen". Man ist hungrig, bestellt, wartet und hört dann, dass man selbst stornieren soll. Wenn jemand Essen speziell für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit bestellt, bedeutet das, dass man das Essen um diese Uhrzeit abholen kann. Genauso wie eine Fabrik Essen zum Beispiel für 12 Uhr bestellt, bedeutet das, dass die Leute um 12 Uhr Pause haben und deshalb um eine Bestellung zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit bitten. Ich habe auch in einer Pizzeria gearbeitet und verstehe alles: den Stress, die vielen Bestellungen, aber so darf man nicht mit Kunden reden. Außerdem hat der Herr während des Telefonats zweimal aufgelegt. Ich hoffe, dass der Chef diesen Mitarbeiter und die Qualität seines telefonischen Kundenservices besser kontrollieren wird, denn das war nicht nur unhöflich, sondern inakzeptabel. Alle Fahrer dort sind freundlich.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit fairen Preisen

Meine Frau und ich kommen seit unserem Umzug vor zwei Jahren regelmäßig hierher. Angelo und sein Team sorgen dafür, dass wir uns immer wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Essen ist durchweg fantastisch und das Bier perfekt. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Mittagsmenüs, Tagesgerichte, Eis, Pizza, Pasta und deutsche Spezialitäten – alles ist köstlich. Ein großes Lob an die Köche, die selbst an vollen Tagen immer Top-Qualität liefern. Wenn Sie in der Gegend wohnen, sollten Sie unbedingt mittags vorbeischauen und sich ein Mittagsmenü und ein Bier gönnen. Im Sommer kann es manchmal sehr voll werden, aber das Warten auf die netten Leute nehme ich gerne in Kauf.

Bescheid gesagt, dass ich unterwegs bin. kam an und wartete ohne beachtet zu werden ca. 15 min. nachdem ich gezahlt hatte, wartete ich noch 15 min. mit allem Verständnis, dass Dinge mal nicht klappen, sich verspäten, etc. ist die Kommunikation nicht vorhanden und der Gast erst mal etwas schlecht behandelt. wenn ihr eigene Webseite und Lieferservice nicht stemmen könnt, schaltet es einfach ab.

One star is too much for this dump... Ordered at 10 PM, food was supposed to be delivered via Uber Eats between 10:30 and 10:50 PM. Paid in advance, of course. Now it's 11:45 PM, no food, no communication whatsoever, and they've been closed for 45 minutes. Never again.

I ordered online through their website. The food arrived within 30 minutes and was still very hot. We ordered pizza and lasagna. Absolutely delicious!! I'd definitely order again!

Pizza Mario is always worth a visit.

Thank goodness our best waiter is back!!! We prefer to go in when he's there because then everything runs smoothly. And the owner should help out; it doesn't look good when "his" people are sitting there, it makes customers look insignificant. Otherwise, the food is excellent, kudos to the chefs, they work hard, just like our favorite waiter.

Okay in the truest sense of the word. Best suited for a small group and a wide range of tastes. I've eaten here several times with different people. What's special is that there are so many different dishes here. From burgers to pizza and pasta to schnitzel. I'd say everyone can find something to eat here. Accordingly, it's a good place to meet people for dinner whose taste you can't yet judge or who don't want to commit to in advance. However, as with most restaurants that offer "everything," everything tastes just okay. Both I and my friends and family found the food to be okay. It doesn't taste bad, but there isn't a single dish I would come here specifically for, as there are plenty of good Italian, American, Greek, etc. restaurants in Nuremberg. Unfortunately, the ice cream isn't convincing either. Firstly, the price (currently: €1.30 per scoop), but also the taste. It lacks a strong flavor. There's better, and sometimes cheaper, ice cream nearby. You have to go in separately for ice cream; we weren't given an ice cream menu, but that's okay. The service is unfortunately just below average. On the positive side, you're greeted and served relatively quickly. Repeat orders weren't a problem either. Some reviews describe the waiter (an older gentleman) as rude and grumpy. My experience was that he only seems that way and is up for a joke now and then. Not when it comes to paying, though. Paying here is by far the most unpleasant experience. If you omit the information that you'd like to pay by card when you say "We'd like to pay then," you'll be presented with a receipt and asked to pay in cash. If you then mention that you'd like to pay by card, you'll be rudely told that you should have mentioned it beforehand, because you've already selected and printed it out in the system. If you persist, however, it doesn't seem to be a problem to reprint the receipt and offer to pay by card. However, when paying, you're either given a dirty or annoyed look, or you have to listen to further comments about why you don't have any cash. Once, I even had to go to the front of the restaurant because they apparently didn't want to come to us with the wireless card reader. If it's supposedly such a hassle, I wonder why the customer isn't asked directly how they'd like to pay, like every other restaurant I know does. If you pay by card, for some reason you can't tip anymore. The explanation was lost in the waiter's annoyed mumbling. But honestly, I didn't want to leave any tips on any of my visits from that point on anyway. These "experiences" always put a damper on the mood at the table, so you end up leaving the restaurant in a less than ideal mood. We once tried to make a reservation via the website, but it seems to be just a placebo, because despite making the reservation well in advance, no one at the restaurant knew about it. We still got a seat but had to move the tables ourselves. In summary, you can easily go out to eat here with a few people, provided your cravings vary and you have enough cash on you. This restaurant is definitely worth a look on pizza day, too, when pizzas are cheaper. However, I personally would and will always prefer restaurants with fewer options but better food and service.

Amazing pizza. Service straight out of a low-budget reality show. So, my girlfriend and I hit up this Italian pizzeria, sitting outside on the terrace, ready for a chill evening. The pizza? Absolutely top-tier. Big, fresh, crispy crust, loaded with flavor, no complaints there. If this review were just about the food, it’d be five stars easy. But then came the staff experience, and let me tell you… that’s where things took a left turn into Weirdsville. While we’re enjoying our meal, two staff members are standing just inside, next to the terrace, having a loud conversation—in Croatian. What they didn’t realize is: I understand Croatian. And what are they chatting about? Not restaurant stuff. Not the weather. Nope—they’re swapping stories about going to prostitutes. Right next to our table. Over dinner. Nothing spices up a romantic evening like a surprise brothel briefing. We ignore it and keep eating. Still got two slices left and half our beer when suddenly, the bartender lumbers over and drops the bill on the table. We hadn’t asked for it, weren’t finished, and didn’t hint that we wanted to leave. I ask, “Can I pay with card?” He hits me with: “Don’t you have cash?” Nope. And you didn’t ask. So now he has to void the bill, remake it, and dig out the card reader like it’s some cursed artifact he hoped he’d never have to use. Later, I ask another bartender, in Croatian, until what time they’re open. He replies kindly: “Until 23:00.” That’s when the original bartender—who just realized I understood their earlier conversation, throws in this gem from the side, totally unprovoked: “You don’t like it here, do you? I can tell. I’ve been here since eleven in the morning!” What? I just stared at him. Like… what do you even say to that? “Sorry for existing”? “My bad for speaking your language”? I was one polite beer order away from more awkward sass, apparently. Then I ask if we can pack up the leftover pizza. He disappears and comes back not with a box, not even a paper bag, but with one lonely piece of aluminum foil. Like I’m supposed to wrap it up myself and quietly walk the shameful walk home with my sad tinfoil burrito. So yeah. Great pizza. But the service? Imagine Gordon Ramsay walking into a restaurant and just slowly backing out again without saying a word. That kind of energy. If you go, just know: The food’s fire, but the staff might give you a side of existential crisis with your dinner. And bring your own Tupperware, unless you’re into foil origami.

If you're not served, then that probably means you're not welcome. I sat there for 15 minutes and the waiter walked past me 10 times and didn't want to serve me. Oh well, I'll just go to the competition then. I've actually been a customer for ages, and now I'll never order or eat there again.

Everything is great at Ilya's! I stayed overnight, the sofa is comfortable, the blanket and pillow too, they gave me things to change into, in the morning there was an all-inclusive breakfast with awesome coffee. I recommend it.

The fried potatoes were, well, mushy and raw. The Wiener schnitzel was overcooked and hard. Unfortunately, Mario's performance has slowed down.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I requested to sit in the open area, which was unreserved, intending to place a minimal order of €7–10. However, the staff refused to seat me unless I ordered additional items, and their response was quite rude and unwelcoming. As an Indian customer, I felt singled out and disheartened by this approach. Even when I offered to pay extra for the table, the staff remained inflexible. All guests deserve respectful treatment, regardless of their order size. I hope the management reconsiders their customer service policies.

I've ordered from there several times. However, this was the last time, as I've been given the wrong order three times. The last time, one of the employees assured me that I had ordered it over the phone, even though I didn't speak to the employee or place my order over the phone, but rather placed it there. Hence, 1 star for the service. The food is also average. The only really decent item is the pizza. The ambiance reminds me more of a fairground stall (exaggeratedly). The only music I heard was pop hits on the radio, which doesn't really help the atmosphere. All in all, a rather mediocre restaurant with rarely friendly staff.

The guy behind the ice cream counter with the big fake Rolex put an extremely small scoop on the ice cream cone, looked at it, and took another bite off. With the other scoop in the cup, he scraped the frozen pieces out of the bowl and scooped them into the cup.

Our food arrived in just 20 minutes, which was first class. No endless wait of 45 minutes or more. You changed your pizza, it's absolutely fantastic. A huge dish and absolutely delicious. Otherwise we had pasta and a salad. The sauce for the pasta could have been a bit better, but it was still perfectly acceptable. And the salad, I haven't seen someone put so much effort into its preparation for a long time, but we like your salad dressing so much, they can add a bit more. All in all, TOP!!!!! And last but not least, the driver must not be forgotten. A damn nice man!! Unfortunately I could only give the ambience 4 stars, because... you can't do anything about the location (it's the southern part of the city and not Erlenstegen). Thank you so much!!!!

We were there for 2 hours. The pizza was absolutely delicious! We weren't asked for drinks the entire time. When we tried to pay by card, he preferred cash because he didn't want to run inside to get something.

Unfortunately we were treated very condescendingly by this Angelo. Card payment was possible at the neighboring table, unfortunately not for us, but that was mentioned. Spaghetti ice cream was served on a coffee plate for €8.90 and was even smaller than my daughter's ice cream (Mickey Mouse ice cream), which was much cheaper. We've been there many times but on Thursday the way we were served was a complete disgrace. Definitely not recommended!

We went to this ice cream parlor today to have a leisurely sundae. Unfortunately the service was quite disappointing. After we sat down, we were initially only given a menu - but only with warm dishes such as pizza, pasta, fish and meat - no ice cream anywhere. Only when we asked (and after a further wait) did we receive the ice cream menu. The sundaes themselves were delicious, to be fair. Unfortunately the large water we ordered never arrived. In the end we wanted to pay, I asked to pay by card, but this was no longer possible because the waiter had already printed out the bill without asking. Luckily I had cash with me. The whole thing was then topped off by the fact that the waiter didn't say another word after paying - probably because of the lack of a tip due to the service. No “thank you”, no “bye”, nothing. The ice cream was good, but unfortunately the service and communication were disappointing. Too bad. I don't come here anymore.

Unfriendly to no end!!! We were there to eat ice cream. Since there were no ice cream sundaes with cream, we were told we could get individual scoops and then sit down. After we did that, we were spoken to very aggressively, saying that the ice cream was “to go” and that we should leave. There were still enough places available. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly!!! We also went there for pizza another time and one of the employees was very sick and still worked in the kitchen and coughed!!! Tables weren't clean either. I will never go there again!

We sat down to eat ice cream and were told there was no ice cream menu. Then we had to go inside and there we each got an ice cream sundae from an unfortunately small selection and wanted to sit down again. We were then very rudely asked to leave by an older employee. Yes, we left and won't be coming back! There were enough tables available and if we spend money here, we would also like to sit here for a while..

I came to the restaurant in my ski clothes straight from the slopes and was warmly welcomed despite the full house. Delicious pizza parma and pana cotta. Thank you for the good hospitality! ❤️

Great value for money, food was delicious.

A few days ago we went for a walk and then we wanted to take a break. We had two shopping bags with us where we went in. There was a waiter who looked at us so badly and with such a look from the tip of our toes to the top of our heads that it was degrading and it lasted I was totally uncomfortable. A restaurateur who welcomes a customer like that is totally wrong. After this kind of reception we walked out. I have experienced such a bad reception in my life.

If you just buy the ice cream like that, it's great, but NEVER get these ICE CREAM SUGARS OR ICE CREAM CAFE, let alone the pilsner, the pilsner tastes like ¾ of it is water! The ice cream cafe is the same, the "schocko cup", it consists of 3 scoops of ice cream and 70% air instead of them pouring cocoa into it, it remains more than half empty. I felt very ripped off. If I could, I would give zero stars. Ambience, service and last but not least the quality - simply bottomless. I ate the worst spaghetti ice cream in all of Nuremberg here. (Far too sweet, it was yellow(?!) and had coconut flakes as a topping?) How you can generally call the food "Italian" remains a mystery to me...

Very tasty food but not great service! Most of the time the waiters are good, but there is one waiter who always has a dissatisfied face. He looks like an older man, he doesn't behave politely, doesn't say hello/bye, doesn't ask if we're okay, and he always has an angry face! After such a staff I don't want to visit the restaurant anymore. (I worked in a restaurant myself and could have been fired for such behavior. You have to treat visitors with respect.)
