I've been going here regularly for lunch for years. Very friendly and fast service as well as a good lunch menu with a strong price-performance ratio. I can only recommend it for lunch.

We had the Pinsa Parma twice and once a salad and a soup. The food was really very good and the value for money was also completely ok. However, the restaurant was quite full and so we had to wait for five minutes with a reservation before we were shown to the table. All in all, the service took a little longer that evening, but that wasn't a problem for us as we had time and the waiter apologized several times for the long waiting times. So we will definitely come back because we really liked both the food and the ambience inside and outside.

Because of the train cancellation, I had to spend the night nearby. We then came for dinner. Since I work as a cook, I can understand the waiting time with such a large number of visitors. Very good Italian food, especially the pizza, with a lot of variety. The service is right, they are kind and friendly, and they are quick enough to bring the dishes. The environment is very intimate, and it feels good to eat in a place like this. One thing that gives it extra points is the excellent quality-price ratio, with prices that are not at all exaggerated for being in Munich. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to eat Italian in Monaco, and I say this as an Italian. Excellent experience.

For a surcharge of €5.50 a scampi on the pizza, plus leftover ham and pepperoni that shouldn't be there - the pizza wasn't ordered with ham - ugh, never again!

The service was extremely overwhelmed. We waited over 20 minutes until we could order our drinks and food. First we waited another 20 minutes to drink and then we waited 1 hour for the food. We had pasta twice and a pizza. The noodles were brought and tasted good. However, the pizza wasn't brought until we had already finished the pasta in 20 minutes👎🏻. When we wanted to pay, the boss signaled to us that we should be patient. I think this sign from the boss was inappropriate and disrespectful. Overall, I wasn't able to relax and enjoy the time during my stay because it was very hectic.

The food tasted very good. However, the service was very bad. For the first time we waited 15 minutes until someone brought us the menu. Afterwards we waited for our food for 20 minutes, but neither of us got our food at the same time, one of us only got our food 20 minutes after we had already finished eating. At the end we wanted to pay and the boss gave us a sign that we should be patient. I find this very inappropriate and overall I found the boss very unfriendly. However, I found our waiter very nice and he couldn't help it.

We absolutely loved our meal here, we had two gluten free pizza’s and were amazed with them - the best GF pizza we’ve ever had!! Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately I can't rate the food, but the online pick-up tool is a joke The order did not arrive despite a confirmation email So I stopped by to pick it up for free :/

The best Carbonara I ate in Munich so far, and for a reasonable price. Really cozy, nice staff and great food & wine. We stumbled upon this place by accident and will definitely come back! Highly recommended

I gave this restaurant two chances. When I first went it was good. I rate the food itself highly, but when it comes to the staff, my opinion is the opposite. The waiters are friendly, nice, place you when you enter, give the menus and… forget about the guest. Once I was able to get the food I ordered, but I had to go in and pay in 30 minutes, even though I asked two waiters for receipts. Next time I wanted to order something too, was seated, but… 10 minutes passed and no one from the staff came to me. I called several times and they didn't seem to have seen me. I understand, there are a lot of guests and probably the fault is not the service but the organizers/managers. Hire waiters for the days when there are quite a few people. But what was very embarrassing is that they saw me and even talked to me :( and no one came to me. I wish you never have the same experience.

My favorite Italian! So far everything I've ordered there has been delicious. The service is excellent and the ambience is really nice. If you want to treat yourself to a nice evening, this is absolutely the right place for you. And you can finally get an authentic carbonara with guanciale here! It could have a little less fat, but the taste is amazing.

Really nice place, you can eat very well, both pizza and other spaghetti dishes and more, and the staff are really top, I recommend it, go there, you won't regret it😍👍👍

A good restaurant. The food is good. All clean. When there are a lot of guests, service can take a while, but you can notice the goodwill of the staff. The 'Affogato' tastes like heaven.

The place was very nice, the restaurant was well used in terms of structure and appearance. Unfortunately we were not happy with our waiter. I asked if it would be possible to order a Pasta Aurora, but unfortunately he immediately said no and said they don't have any cream, even though they also offered many dishes with cream. Then I ordered Spaghetti Promodoro and unfortunately there was mozzarella in it (I don't like it) I had to complain about the passion fruit spritzer I ordered because it only tasted like water. The pizza was extremely tasty, that's why I would come again. Unfortunately, we also noticed at the next table that the lady had ordered a gluten-free pizza and unfortunately the pizza he brought wasn't it. He had probably forgotten it when ordering; if the lady hadn't asked again, he would have served it to her like that. The others already had their food at their place and they only had it after the others were almost finished. I would say there is definitely room for improvement.

Lovely pizza place in Munich. Highly recommend trying one of each type of pizza. Food is as good as it gets in Munich. Service and atmosphere were also great.

On previous visits both the food and service were excellent. Today, however, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for the bill.

Very nice restaurant with a large outdoor area. Innovative food and very friendly service made our evening perfect.

Unfortunately, the beautiful atmosphere and the excellent service were not 100% confirmed by the food. We chose from the portable wall menu "Wochenem Fehlung" (overpriced "price tests" everywhere) that is common in Italian restaurants in Munich: Sea bream fillet on chili orange cream with spinach and potatoes (26.5) - good portion but overcooked fish (dry) - below average GRILLED WHOLE SLEEP WITH BROCCOLI & PARSLEY POTATOES (35.8) - excellent - above average BEEF MEDALLIONS WITH SUNFLOWER SEED CRUST ON A SHALLOT AND ROSEMARY REDUCTION AND SWEET POTATO (38.5) a real disappointment: 2 small thin, completely cooked breaded pieces of beef "tips" (?), including a lot of sweet potato cooked in fat (or was that the shallot and rosemary reduction ?) - too greasy and way too expensive!!!! Tiramisu and limoncello cream as well as the starter plate were very good and plentiful! As with most Italians, the drinks are still fairly priced. Overall - because of the inconsistent kitchen performance - I'm not sure if I'll come back. Service and ambience very nice, nice terrace!

The food was very tasty and the service was friendly. 1 star deducted because: -There was a lot going on which is why the conditions came to us too rarely. -It was also really loud, the acoustics were not well thought out - we were a group of 8 and conversation was only possible with the direct neighbors or shouting. Next time we visit we will sit on the terrace :)

We called extra to see if they were open. When we arrived they said everything was full and we couldn't wait... We didn't try the food, I can't say anything about it but the service is just bad!

It was a spontaneous visit during my business meeting in Munich - very tasty food and a great feel-good atmosphere - unfortunately the food arrived a little late but I was promptly compensated with a free drink - that's what I call perfect service!

There are countless italian places in Munich. But this one stands out because of it's quality and service. The menu is very rich with a lot of different options including pinsa. Vegetarians also have their share of options here. We ordered two pizzas both were perfect. The wood fired oven gave a very nice slightly burnt note to the pizza. Service was friendlier than 95% of the place in Munich. The price however is very competitive for the ambience and overall quality that they provided. Hands down some of the best price-performance ratio in the neighbourhood

The four of us were in this restaurant for the first time the day before yesterday and spontaneously asked for a table by phone. When the weather was beautiful, we were lucky enough to be able to sit in the new and beautiful Schanigarten. The friendly service and the food were totally convincing the first time. I've found a new favorite Italian restaurant in Munich: "Santa Maria" and I'm going to eat there again today. Individual meal requests were also addressed without hesitation. Big praise to the boss. Someone really understood how to do it.

Only after I spoke to us were we assigned a table; Beforehand, the staff took no notice of us, despite reservations. After we sat down at the table, no one from the staff came to take our order. We ended up leaving the restaurant with the terrible service. A pity!

The pizza tonno with cherry tomatoes is delightful; all the ingredients tasted fresh and savory. However, I wasn't fond of the Variazione di Dolci Santa Maria; I found it to be an unusual combination of three custards that didn't quite suit my taste. Personally, I prefer the French classic Café gourmand, which typically includes a variety of small cakes, custards, and confections served with an espresso. At €10.40, it's disappointing that it doesn't come with coffee. Nonetheless, the Tiramisu stands out as the highlight of the dessert menu here; it's simply perfect.

Spacious and cozy Italian restaurant. The pizza and risotto were super good. I was 100% in love with their seafood risotto - shrimp and squid 🦑 were very fresh and well cooked.

Experienced inappropriate reaction to beetles in food: There was a dead wood beetle in the spinach. The waiter, who was made aware of this, kindly cleared away the uneaten plate, but did not apologize or anything like that. My friend then continued eating his food and we then paid the bill. We were eventually given the returned leftovers to take home. Who wants to take leftover spinach with a dead (large) beetle in it? There should neither be a bug in the food in a restaurant, nor should the staff react so unimpressed to it. That was really a shame.

Food was super tasty. I had pizza which was very large and dessert. However, compared to the quantity, this was too expensive, although tasty. Poppy seed ravioli

Everything was fine. The pizzas are very tasty. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. The ambience is very appealing. Keep it up. Update April 23: It tasted great again. Be sure to reserve as it is always very busy.

Had on February 5th. Ordered three pizzas, unfortunately one arrived so burnt that it was inedible. Wolt at least refunded the price for the pizza in question. After 15 years of gastronomy experience, I'm actually very accommodating and understand if something goes wrong on a stressful day or something takes longer. I would also have been grateful to wait longer if the pizza had been made again. But packing this pizza and sending it out is simply a middle finger to the guest with the hope that “they won’t complain, the guest isn’t sitting in the restaurant anyway” (unfortunately, as a waiter in a restaurant, I’ve experienced this attitude too often when taking delivery orders ). 2 stars because the other pizzas were good as usual, but three of them won't fill you up with 2 1/4 pizzas. I hope next time you think twice about whether something like this should leave the restaurant.

Unfortunately my Margherita (phew for €10.80) was a cheese intermezzo. Just way too much and quality overall, well… The pizza Cortadina (€14.20 uff) of my companion was burnt on the floor… Service was very good, we then returned it and ordered a Cortadina to take away. This was then over salted. Unfortunately my last visit there.

Nice restaurant, selection ok. If you sit outside the street is quite close. The tables were bare. The cutlery had water stains. And was laid across. Music system (fortunately no radio). The baguette was cut at least 1 hour ago. The food was ok. You can't say anything about the price. Only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant, so he was a bit stressed. The guest WiFi didn't work. Credit card payment no problem. Next time I'll choose the large fish soup for €19.95... I'm excited!

Very good food that comes across a little different than the run-of-the-mill Italian restaurant. You can watch how the pizzas are made. The pinsas also tasted very good. The service was very pleasant, as was the ambience.

Came across the restaurant by chance, super chic, modern and above all cozy little restaurant. The waiters are amazing, super friendly, accommodating and quick. Truffle Tagliolini a poem, with a little show is stirred and prepared in the Parmesan body. Calzone also very good. Latte Machiatto also great, great value for money!! If I could give 10 stars I would give 10. We will be back!

Les pizzas et les pâtes sont très bonnes. Nous avions commandé des pâtes à l'arrabietta mais c'était trop épicé, ils nous ont repris l'assiette et refait le plat sans mettre de piment. C'était très gentil de leur part. Le serveur est très aimable et parle même quelques mots de français ça fait très plaisir ! Nous sommes venus car c'était le restaurant italien le plus proche et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Je recommande ce restaurant ! Pensez à réserver avant d'y aller car il y a du monde malgré la grande salle.

Trattoria Santa Maria - Spitzname Inter Insidern Trattoria Via Falcone - eines meiner Lieblingsitaliener in München. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, sehr gute Pizza und Pasta sowie ein gerüttelt Maß ambitionierte Tagesberichte 😉 Das Santa Maria besticht vor allem durch qualitative Konstanz bei den italienischen Klassikern. Besuche ich immer wieder gern, auch wenn ich eigentlich ums Eck vom Schwesterlokal, dem San Benno wohne (das auch sehr gut ist).

Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl in diesem tollen Ambiente. Der Service ist außerordentlich gut und man spürt die Leidenschaft für Gastronomie. Die glutenfreie Pizza war geschmacklich weit aus das Beste an glutenfreier Pizza was ich jemals gegessen habe, wenn ich könnte würde ich 10☆ vergeben. Eine absolute Empfehlung in jeder Hinsicht. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslich, schönen Abend. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. LG an den Gastronomen aus Schwerin:-)

Die weltbesste Pizza. Ich würde auch mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Eine große, dünne Pizza mit super leckerem Belag. Was es aber zur perfekten Pizza gemacht hat, war das dazu gereichte selbstgemachte Knoblauch und Chilli Öl. Auch alle drei Komponenten der Dessert Variation waren super lecker.

Tolles Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Der Service ist sehr gut und wer hier nicht satt wird, hat was falsch gemacht. So einen Italiener würde ich mir zuhause im Norden wünschen

Netter kleiner Italiener mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Obwohl wir erst kurz vor Küchenschluss gekommen sind, durften wir noch ein Chateaubriand bestellen. Auch wurde die Kaffemaschine extra für uns nochmal angeschaltet. Auch wenn das Fleisch an manchen Stellen etwas trocken war, hat der Service stark entschädigt

Beste Pizza die ich außerhalb Italiens gegessen habe. Auch die Tiramisu ist ein Traum, solch eine leckere habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen.

Miglior ristorante italiano in Monaco

Sehr freundlicher guter und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Es gibt glutenfreie Pizza. Diese war auch sehr lecker. Die glutenfreie Pizza wird in einer separaten Aluschale gebacken. Das ist gut. Beim Belegen und Servieren der glutenfreien Pizza sollte jedoch besser darauf geachtet werden, dass sie NICHT mit Weizen in Berührung kommt. Damit es auch wirklich eine glutenfreie Pizza ist. Wäre schön wenn es bald auch glutenfreie Pasta auf der Speisekarte gibt und diese ebenfalls separat (frei von Kontamination mit Weizen) zubereitet wird. Dann kommen wie gerne öfters zum Essen vorbei :-)

Pinsa was good, little bit to mich cheese and oily in my eyes. Also lacked a little bit of punch (e.g. salt etc.). But at a very high quality overall! Price wise it's truffle but it wasn't too much found 18€ at the upper end of acceptable range. Server very nice and a great atmospheric guest room! Would come again.

Gemütliches Italienisches Restaurant mit moderner Ausstattung. Das Essen war super lecker. Es gibt Pizzen und auch Pinsas aus dem Holzbackofen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Empfehlenswert ist ein Blick auf die Tages-/Wochenkarte. Wir hatten hiervon einen sehr sehr leckeren Oktopus. Preis-Leistung-Qualität ist angemessen. Das Restaurant verfügt auch über einen schönen Außenbereich. Wir kommen gern wieder.
