The pizza is handmade, well-topped, and delicious. The "Ilsenburg" pizza is definitely worth a try!

Nice ambiance. Everything was a bit cramped, but OK. Service was attentive and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the location was good. The food was very tasty. I definitely recommend it.

Not recommended on a Saturday evening with good weather. How could you think that someone would come to Ilsenburg to hike and also want something to eat. So unfortunately the kitchen and service were understaffed. The worst thing, however, was how we were rejected. Extremely unfriendly!

There were enough tables outside on Saturday evening at 7 p.m., but the service staff turned them away in a very unfriendly manner. Apparently there would be too much going on with five of us additional guests and the kitchen would be overwhelmed. When the weather is good, who expects to have guests in the evening?

Unfortunately I have to give a very negative review for this pizzeria. When we wanted to come as guests today, we were turned away in an extremely unfriendly manner with the words *"I am not accepting any more guests"* - without a greeting, without an explanation, just harsh and dismissive. It's a shame, because friendly interaction and good communication are the least you can expect in the catering industry. Even if there had been no more space, it could have been phrased more politely. This only leaves a very unpleasant impression. We definitely won't be coming back and unfortunately we can't recommend this store.

A typical average pizzeria that thrives on knowing that it's the only one around. The (presumed) owner is moderately friendly and gives you the feeling of being unwanted. The middle-aged female waitress, on the other hand, saves everything - super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Things to miss from the owner. The food is okay to tasty, the prices are okay, but correspondingly touristy. Unfortunately a pizzeria that doesn't offer any pasta dishes.

Yesterday we spontaneously went to Annett and Andrea's for pizza. As always, it was super tasty and cozy!! Thank you very much for running and fulfilling this small restaurant in our beautiful Ilsenburg with so much “cuore” and passion.

First and for me important deduction for the strong smell from the toilet - we were placed there even though there was still plenty of space. Maybe it was because of our dog!? But the pizza was delicious.

Attentive service, got a table without a reservation and after about 15 minutes we already had two delicious pizzas on the table - gladly again 👍😊

Today on October 24th, 2024 we had the pleasure of visiting the Trattoria Pizzeria "con il cuore da Andrea e Annett" in Ilsenburg as a family and it was a wonderful experience! We wanted to end the day relaxing after a strenuous hike through the Ilsetal. We had already reserved the table the Saturday before. The service was extremely nice. The dishes were impeccable, both in terms of preparation time and quality - really "top". Every bite was again a pleasure and fully met our expectations. This time as a family there. I have been with my son during ours in recent years Have been a guest on vacation several times. We would definitely like to come back and we were more than full. Price performance absolutely top! A little tip: please reserve in good time... I have never noticed at any time of the year that the tables were not always full.

Super nice little restaurant with very good food, pizza and pasta were wonderful and can only be recommended. We spontaneously ate there in the evening after a beautiful day in the Ilsetal and, as a lover of Italian cuisine, we were not disappointed. On the contrary, the pizza and pasta were really Italian. In addition, the restaurant is in a super cute/attractive location in Ilsenburg. You should not miss this restaurant when you are in the Harz. Highly recommended!!

Unfriendly to children. After he saw the stroller we were sent away. We are no longer accepting guests. Some more came after us and were accepted. They didn't have strollers.

Unfriendly for children! The food was good. This was our second time eating at this local restaurant with our toddler. The first time we had to move the table in the outdoor area with the buggy to the edge because we would be in the way (summer 2023). This time (summer 2024) we were warned that our child was in the way and that please don't play on the floor because it wasn't cleaned. Our child found the decorations on the table interesting and played with them. The lady from the service found this inappropriate and rudely pointed out to us that the decorations were not there to play with. We apologize, but unfortunately we were offered a small alternative. The waiting time for the food was okay and the taste was good. Unfortunately the toilets in the corners were dirty.

We were there for the first time and wanted to try out the pizzaria as nothing had appealed to us in Wernigerode so far. And I have to say we weren't disappointed. Price performance completely OK. We both ordered a pizza and they were both really tasty and well topped, so we didn't have to wait too long. Definitely justified for the price. We'll definitely come by more often :-)

We were in Ilsenburg on Saturday and had a very good meal in the trattoria. Friendly and competent. Pizza was tasty and at good prices. The ice cream is also recommended.

The taste of coffee and ice cream is really very good. A small cozy restaurant. At first the employees were very friendly, but you quickly notice how the tide turns, when a store is running, it slows down. The service person tries to be nice, but can hardly do it and seems very annoyed. The team also seems to have conflicts among themselves. You feel that very quickly as a guest. Everything seems very loud and hectic. The boss was asked by his employee in front of the customers to calm down. I think something like this should be discussed at a team meeting and not when guests are present. A young lady probably just had her first week of work there and immediately experienced pure stress. I was really sorry. The boss has a very loud organ. He also quickly made it clear to my girlfriend and I that he was the boss. He said my girlfriend's voice was very angry, we have a lot to do and I'm the boss! That was his statement! However, my friend politely asked for the bill. And then something like that? Hospitality is not very important here. According to the motto, I'm the boss and you're nothing. You quickly noticed how overwhelmed they were with a few more guests. This shouldn't be the case! It's best not to start with the four-legged friend... all you heard was barking... no idea whether he was on a leash or off a leash in the back room. I think a dog belongs at home, where there is peace and security. And not in a restaurant with lots of people and such noise. The poor animal. After the last visit it quickly became clear that we wouldn't leave another cent there. It's a shame, because the taste is really good...but with the competition you still have the best place to sit and you're always warmly welcomed and served nicely...even if it's hectic and you have to wait. But hospitality has always been very important there and has been for years.

There are few restaurants in town. We got their two lasagnas. They were both tasty and prepared from good ingredients. Only a few times have we had good lasagna where pizza is mainly served. Can taste that it is real Italian.

An extremely pleasant and friendly German/Italian couple runs this restaurant, which is primarily a pizzeria. He is from Turin, worked in a pizzeria in Wernigerode for a long time and now runs his own restaurant. She comes from Wernigerode and takes care of the guests' wishes. The waiter who is there during the day comes from Naples. This ensures the Italian flair. During the day, ice cream is sold and cold drinks are served; in the evening, pizza dominates. There are also a few appetizers and a few pasta dishes, but then you choose pizza and it's worth it. Wolters and Paulaner fit this very well. We will be back!

Waiting time was about 10 minutes, which I think is no longer normal, especially for this quality. The prices are very fair and you can eat very well here with the family. You can notice that the menu is not overloaded and that a lot of emphasis is placed on a fixed offer and not, as is often the case, mass over quality! Please continue. We'd love to come back :)

I was warmly welcomed and immediately served properly and asked what I would like to drink. The latte was delicious, the service was friendly and the restaurant was nicely decorated. There was even gluten-free pizza. I ate pizza bolognese gluten free. It is recommended. I'll definitely come back.

Wir wollten nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung durchs Ilsetal den Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen. Den Tisch wollten wir Online reservieren, leider waren zur Wunschzettel alle Tische vergeben. Die äußerst nette Dame teilte uns mit, das wir gerne früher kommen könnten, dann würde es passen. Sehr zuvorkommend! Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Bedienung zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen würde wirklich schnell zu bereitet. Gerne wieder!

Leider war dieser Besuch ein Reinfall. Wir hatten zu 19:30 einen Tisch reserviert. Um 20 Uhr konnten wir unser Essen bestellen. Nach einer halben Stunde haben wir unsere Vorspeise bekommen, wo dir Hälfte gefehlt hat. Nach einer Stunde haben wir unsere Hauptspeisen bekommen, wo beide Gerichte falsch waren ... Es gab weder eine echte Entschuldigung noch einen Wiedergutmachung. Den vollen Preis mussten wir auch bezahlen. Ich wüsste nicht, warum man dieses Restaurant besuchen sollte, denn Freundlichkeit wird dort auch nicht besonders groß geschrieben. Sehr schade, wirklich.

Wir waren innerhalb weniger Tage 2 mal hier und können das Essen nur absolut loben und empfehlen. Insbesondere die Pizzen & Lasagne sind richtig gut👌🏻 Das Tiramisu ebenfalls😀 Außerdem super freundliche Gastgeber. Also - lasst es euch schmecken 😊

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Restaurant. Essen ist super lecker. Der Service ist sehr gut. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Meine Empfehlung; vorher Reservieren. Preis - Leistung fand ich sensationell. Absolut beide Daumen hoch für dieses tolle Lokal.

Ein kleines aber feines, immer gut besuchtes Lokal. Lecker Essen, große Portionen. Super freundliche Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Lokal ist in einem historischen Fachwerkhaus untergebracht, verfügt über Gastraum und Außenbereich vor dem Lokal. Da das Wetter mitspielte, nahmen wir in letzterem Platz. Die Speisekarte enthält das gesamte Spektrum bekannter italienischer Speisen - Salate, Pizza in großer Auswahl, Pasta, überbackene Gerichte, Kinderkarte. Außerdem gibt es Eis. Die Getränkeauswahl steht dem in nichts nach - Wasser, Säfte, Biere, Weine, Prosecco und... und... und. Sehr gut. Was noch besser ist: es ist gemütlich und ungezwungen dort. Man sitzt unweit des Forellensees am Marktplatz, hat Blick in die kleinen Straßen der Altstadt und schnuppert den leckeren Duft, der aus der Küche dringt. Auch mit Kindern kommt man so schnell ins Wohlfühlen. Die Getränke werden zügig aufgenommen und serviert, und sie sind wohltemperiert. Auch die Aufnahme der Speisen und die Zubereitungszeit sind tadellos. Die Qualität der Speisen ist dann "erste Sahne": Ausgezeichnet. Die Salate, die Pasta (verschiedene Sorten probiert): Klasse. "Kirsche auf der Sahne" war dann die Pizza. Das war echt italienisch, und ist weit und breit nirgends sonst in dieser Qualität zu finden! Wir sind direkt am Folgeabend nochmals dort eingekehrt. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, sowie absolut passendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis machen dieses Lokal zu einem absoluten Tipp!
