First and last time. Long waiting times, which meant that many customers left the restaurant early. You only get your drinks or food after asking several times. My tacos tasted old and weren't worth the money. The ambience was very nice, but not recommended for ending the evening with your family!

Great, we are USA fans and I have to say, I have never seen a store in Germany that has such an American flair. It's a shame the location isn't in our city, I would be a regular. Food & music was great, and first of all the decoration. And a great selection of drinks. And very nice staff. Suggestion: more live music

After a long hike we had a delicious meal here. We can recommend the burgers. The concept fits together great. The service was super friendly, courteous and helpful. The toilets are clean and modern.

Unfortunately, you are hardly noticed as a guest here. The waiter rarely comes to you. When we wanted to pay at the end, we went in ourselves after 10 minutes and then paid. I've never experienced anything like that. The store's potential is there, but the staff isn't even close to exploiting it.

Service has been rather modest for a few months, but so far the food is still at the same level as the previous owner, but it's not possible to rip off guests. We wanted to try brunch with several friends who had come from half of North Rhine-Westphalia. Reserved a week ago and were told yesterday that there was no longer brunch. The offer is still on the homepage and as I read in other reviews, the brunch hasn't been available for over two months. I was told that employees had tried to reach me the day before, but apparently the cell phone number I provided was incorrect. Well, the booking system was able to send me a reminder SMS. Will the number be correct after all and have been coldly lied to. It's a shame, it used to be a nice shop... Nice beer garden, nice service, good food, great beer and what I didn't expect there - good wine selection and no standard water

-Smash Burger- 🍔 never heard of it, never seen it! With fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onions and cheddar that can be pulled for a meter 🧀. The chef's name is Erik and he makes a sensational burger? Thank you for that! The service is very attentive and quick. Price performance is very good. I can only recommend this place and these burgers. Every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

It's a shame, the quality of the food was very good, but it arrived almost cold. We really had to wait a long time, especially The appetizer platter we ordered (expressly after asking from the service - professionally) was ordered as the first course and came after the meal. There were 3 of us and we got our food at different times😢 All in all worth a maximum of 3 stars. Would I go again? Probably not 🙅🏼‍♂️

You reserve a certain table, but get another one. You want to watch the quarter-finals of the European Championship and the screen shows silent music videos until shortly before the game. You finally want to see the kick-off, nothing happens - no picture, no sound - missed the kick-off! The first guests are fleeing, the first shouts are getting louder! Bad mood! Was the food good? That was just a minor matter anyway. The football game attracted us here. And the impression arises that that wasn't really desired today. Consequence - we leave. The boss hides and the staff has to endure the discontent.

Service is a disaster - waiters are sometimes very overwhelmed, so you have to go to Therese several times to order. Food is quite good - burgers and fries seem fresh. Unfortunately, the kitchen is only open from 10 p.m., even on evenings when “public viewing” is offered, for example. Unfortunately, despite ordering before 10 p.m., no hot food was received, which is a shame and doesn't actually correspond to the rest of the atmosphere and quality.

A really cool Rock 'n Roll Pub - Perfect ambience - Definitely No. 1 in Ratingen - great beer garden - every detail is right - speaks for great management with an eye - you just feel comfortable - service was top - drinks were on point and It's nice to wait a little while enjoying the delicious smash burgers - music is also just right for a pub like this - everyone enjoyed the various food - including the English - the ladies were absolutely thrilled with Niko's cocktails - of course we'd love to come back - too with international guests - thank you again for a really nice evening!

Best shop in Ratingen. Super delicious food, great selection of drinks, cozy and nice atmosphere. Service is always super friendly, hardly any waiting time. Shop and toilets clean and well maintained. Already spent some great evenings there. Also had great parties there so far. Me and my friends and acquaintances always enjoy coming over. Feel-good place through and through. The new owner is doing everything right; he couldn't have put more work and love into the shop. My fullest recommendation from the bottom of my heart!!

I've been there several times now because I was hoping I was just unlucky. Unfortunately there isn't much left of its old glory. The place is milked for better or for worse. There seem to be almost no permanent employees left. Almost all of them are insecure, poorly motivated and unprofessional service staff. The owner doesn't seem to have understood that a certain quality can only be ensured with good staff. It can take 10-15 minutes for the order to be taken, even though the store really wasn't full. Then ordered a burger and waited another hour for the burger. And there were maybe 10-15 people in the store. When I asked if this was "normal", I was told that it was just like that at the moment. Conclusion: it used to be a great store with great service, but now I can no longer recommend it... I agree exactly with some of the reviews before me...

The staff is very attentive and nice. The food and drinks came very quickly. Definitely worth another visit for me :) and of course very good music :'D

Terrible service!!! We waited over an hour before we even got the drinks. When asked, they said rather bluntly that it was full after all. Occupancy was well below 50%, you can't imagine the service when it's really full! Food is good average, one arrived wrong, which can happen. We really like the location, so it's really a shame! We won't be coming back.

The four of us had booked a table at 6 p.m. There were perhaps 15 guests present at the time. We got our burgers, the standard dish, at 7:05 p.m. In between there was a starter platter for a whopping €19.50, which was more than sparse. Repeated inquiries were met with disinterest and that an appetizer justified such a delay. However, that was already 30 minutes ago. Oh, and when the burgers come, one burger was wrong. No fried onion rings. These came at 7:20 p.m. In summary, one of the worst restaurant experiences: - Service disinterested and not accommodating - Food is average and significantly overpriced - Disproportionate waiting times

We came all the way from Düsseldorf for breakfast and found out on site that there were only burgers in the morning. Please keep your menus on the website and at the table up to date so that you don't have to come for free. Fortunately, there are enough restaurants in Ratingen city center with up-to-date menus.

Went here for breakfast. It was also on the map. When we were there we were told that no more breakfast would be served. Then change your card. Was a real disappointment. Accordingly, we can't say anything about the food.

Great location, both indoor and outdoor. We sat outside and the atmosphere and music were great. Staff attention was also good. We ate burgers which were ok. Nothing special, you can get burgers like this in many places these days. It was a real shame that the burgers were not served medium as stated on the menu, but rather very done. If you're there and you're hungry, I think you can eat something, but I wouldn't go to this shop specifically for the food. What struck me negatively were the men's toilets. A bolt was missing in one of the two cabins, meaning the cabin could not be locked. Both the soap and paper dispensers were all empty.

Hi, this restaurant is one of the nicest I've ever been to. A mix of diner, alpine hut and Starbucks, hard to define - great dimmed warm lighting. Food was great, some pieces of meat on the grill plate were unfortunately very dry/a bit bland. Ribs are an insider tip. Prices completely reasonable, again and again!

Very tasty food! The portion seems a bit small at first glance but combined with the dessert it is a very good amount. The lavender cake is super delicious, really recommended!! Cocktails are good too. Service is nice, ambience is great, overall it's very worth it! Clear recommendation!👍🏼

We tried the newly offered American/Mexican brunch for the first time at the weekend. All of the dishes offered were very attractively prepared. Large selection of rolls and bread. Everything was very delicious. Water and juices were included. Can absolutely recommend the brunch.

The dishes are those of the German tradition, with a prevalence of pork (but not limited to these). The beer is definitely pleasant. The service is absolutely up to standard. The environment is traditional but in any case comfortable. Adequate value for money.

Very tasty food, large selection of burgers. Extra requests were addressed and taken into account. When it comes to non-alcoholic cocktails, it's unfortunately not enough to just say the name; you should also mention that you want it without alcohol. I ordered the Frozen Strawberry (non-alcoholic) and got the Strawberry Daquiri (with alcohol). Unfortunately had to go back.

Wir waren fast Stammkunden in den letzten 5 Jahren. Seit 1 Jahr ändern sich die Inhaber wie die Unterhosen. Heute war aber der Hammer.... man wurde gezwungen Essen zu bestellen, und dann kommt noch das Essen mit Jalapenos obwohl es extra gesagt wurden ist KEIN SCHARF UND KEINE JALAPENOS. Es besteht eine Intoleranz an alle scharfen Lebensmittel und nicht mal das wurde respektiert. Bei der Beschwerde hieß dann " Ja ist dann so. Was willst du jetzt essen?" . Glückwunsch, ihr habt nh Menge an Gästen heute verloren. Und dann auch nicht mal sich entschuldigen. Ekelhaft einfach

The recommendation for everyone who loves tacos, steaks and chicken wings. The atmosphere is cool and rustic, the food is delicious and the service during our visit was very nice and accommodating. The music selection during our visit was classic rock in keeping with the ambience, not too loud but appropriate. So: recommendation 👍

We were very surprised at how expensive it got here, because the food was only mediocre (quesadilla hard, nachos burnt). The drinks are very well chilled. The ambience is still great, but there are a lot of leaves and animals falling on you and your food through the trees outside on the street. Service was ok, not everyone is allowed/can do everything here (collecting money, ordering drinks, ordering food, etc).

Die Wahl der Location für unsere diesjährige Firmenweihnachtsfeier hätten wir nicht besser treffen können - durchweg alle Kollegen von China, Australien, England bis Südafrika waren begeistert- kulinarisch sowie der bombastische Service- alle Wünsche unsererseits aus der Vorbereitung sowie am Abend selbst wurden erfüllt. Essen war sehr gut! Der Pulled Beef Burger sucht seines gleichen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Definitiv einen Besuch wert wenn man in Ratingen unterwegs ist. Erste Wahl für american food, wer eher nach guter alter Hausmannskost sucht sollte das Ratinger Brauhaus besuchen...

Gegessen haben wir nichts deshalb keine Beurteilung. Personal etwas überfordert musste immer Nachfragen und als Cocktailbar fehlten mir ein paar Klassiker auf der Karte, die auch nicht machbar waren.

Essen war Mittelmaß...Service nicht auf zack und der Chef versucht wohl bei allem zu sparen...wir kommen nicht wieder

Das Essen ist wirklich gut und die Service Kräfte sind sehr freundlich, nur ist die Musik teilweise sehr laut, so daß man sich kaum unterhalten kann.

Na ja … das beste ist die Atmosphäre, essen war ok.. leider waren die Pommes aus .. und der Krautsalat nicht gut. Sorry nicht so doll

Waren zum dart spielen dort. Der extra Raum war nicht zugänglich, mussten vorne spielen. Personal fand ich unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Liefen auch mehrmals in die Würfe rein. Preise sind weit im oberen Bereich, zumindest was bierpreise angeht. 0,5 5,20 bis 5,60 auch Weizen. 2 Stolperfallen zum WC und zum Ausgang 2 kleine Zwischenstufen, schlecht zu erkennen. Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, sah aber sehr gut aus.

Ввечері цей ресторан перетворюється на бар із диско та різними тематичними вечірками. Всередині є ігрові автомати та багато місць де можна зробити цікаві фото. Сервіс та обслуговування дуже хороші. Я точно прийду сюди ще раз.

Toms...kurz, knapp, bündig. Ein Szeneladen, wie er im Buche steht. Gutes Essen, gute Getränke, tolles Personal. Wir sind seit Langem Stammgäste, und das anscheinend gern gesehen. Wir erfahren jedes Mal eine tolle und zugewandte Athmosphäre, so dass wir uns "ums Eck" wirklich heimisch fühlen. Ein großes und von Herzen kommendes Danke an das gesamte Personal für das Gefühl des "Willommen seins". ❤️

Schneller und sehr freundlicher Service. Auf Wünsche/Änderungen wird eingegangen. Das Essen war auch super, alles frisch zubereitet.

Ich war am 5ten 9ten 2023 dort und habe meiner Meinung nach die besten Rippchen und Wings gegessen die ich jemals gegessen habe. Die Lokation ist sehr Zentral in Ratingen und leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Restaurant/Kneipe ist auf amerikanischen Stil meiner Meinung nach und sehr sehr cooles Ambiente dieser Laden hatt aufjedenfall alles richtig gemacht. Der Service auch 1a keine Beschwerden Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen wenn ich in Ratingen bin.
