Ristorante Miro in Ratingen

Great spot hidden under the shadow of a McDonald's. When I heard the cook hammering in the kitchen as if they were building a new deck and knew I was getting somthing good!!!

Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent food at reasonable prices. Always worth a visit. Friendly service.

We were there with 12 people and were given the dart room we wanted upon request. The shop was packed and the service team told us to order large drinks immediately after greeting us, otherwise we might have to wait longer 😳. We then ordered food, chaotically and the food came just like that, even after 1 1/4 hours spread over half an hour, everyone got their food one by one. However, we were still missing an appetizer. The staff made a big deal out of it, other employees kept coming to discuss things, it was about an appetizer worth €7.80, but the team made a big deal of it, discussing it with us endlessly without even a hint of insight. It remains to be noted, nice shop, delicious food when there is nothing going on and you are not a guest with more than 4 people! It goes without saying that the final bill was incomprehensible to us, paid and quickly gone and not back again so quickly! A few customers less - but the operators don't seem to care, everyone is probably doing too well after all🙄 There are better alternatives in Ratingen!

We were there for brunch on Sunday. You can't complain about the price at all, and the selection itself is very large. However, unfortunately I noticed a lot of things. 1. The table was already set and I had to make do with a dirty napkin 2. Apparently the glasses are only washed very roughly. When my friend brought me a jar of multivitamin, I got lipstick for free. He brought the glass away and it was accepted without a word. 3. The worst part was when the chef came with 2 new containers for scrambled eggs and bacon. He took off the lid and placed it on the floor. Hygiene?? He swapped the molds and then put the lid back on. That wasn't exactly what I wanted to see. It also spoiled my appetite at the same time. Conclusion: We were invited by a friend, but we definitely won't eat there again.
