Poor quality of food, fish was spoiled and you pay $80 for that as a family of 4

We have eaten here many times and it is always delicious.

After a long wait, we got a spot. We were there as a family. My mom, daughter & dad. My dad doesn't eat sushi and my daughter would never let me eat raw fish. She has allergies anyway. We sat down. The lady came to us so rudely, no HELLO, no nothing!!!!! Tell us €17.90 per person plus €9.00 for children, so we kindly said all you can eat twice and ordered the drinks. She looked at us and said that it wasn't possible and that we had to pay for my dad and my daughter, even if they didn't eat anything. But with what a tone. I have never seen or experienced anything so unfriendly in my life. AN INSURANCE!!! If they can't take the stress anymore, then they should stop working immediately!!!!We got up and left. We were stunned. By simply ……. People who cannot do their jobs. ->The customer is the KING<-

Almost no sushi at Runningsushi. Only cheap goods such as spring rolls etc. Children aged 10 and over have to pay the full price.

First of all, it is not fair that children of a certain age count as adults and have to pay accordingly. For the price we paid there was hardly any sushi and the quality left a lot to be desired. The selection was very limited and what was served was not fresh and uninspired in terms of taste. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. There are many other sushi restaurants that are cheaper and offer better quality. We definitely won't be coming back here. ---

This lunchtime we went to Running Sushi with two adults and two children. We all found it very tasty and varied. In fact, salmon nigiri rarely came around. Instead there was nigiri with octopus, eel, tuna and sweet tofu pocket. There are also many variations of rolls with salmon and salads. The warm food (noodles, skewers, red Thai curry and fried foods) was also very tasty. For dessert there was fried motchi, fried bananas and a kind of panna cotta as well as a fortune cookie and a lollipop for the children. The service was friendly and reserved. You can sit well there. The only drawback is that the Frankencenter has outsourced the toilets to Sanyfair and you now have to pay money to use them. Overall we were very positively surprised. We would come back.

Has deteriorated extremely. The selection was much better. Salmon nigiri come so rarely that you might not even get one within an hour. Things used to be completely different. Don't know if they want to save or why that is. They also raised the prices.

During my assembly work in this place, I decided to go out for dinner in the evening. I chose a sushi restaurant nearby. The restaurant offered an excellent selection of fresh sushi that was really tasty. Based on this positive experience, I can highly recommend this sushi restaurant. Anyone in the area should definitely stop by and enjoy the sushi.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Ate there last week until today my stomach blackened with horror. Do yourself a favor and don't eat there

Me and my partner arrived at 7:00 p.m. We ate for 10 minutes, they stopped cooking and the sushi was gone. It seems to me that it is a scam to have to pay that kind of price and then have to eat the food, that the previous customers did not want to eat, that has been made for a couple of hours. We then asked the worker at the checkout why they no longer made food, and he told us that from 7:00 p.m. they stop cooking and simply leave the old food available. We feel cheated.😒

The food is really nothing special very little rice and the mango curry didn't taste like mango. The ambience is reminiscent of an old school canteen. I wouldn't go there again

Running sushi was very tasty and totally okay for the price. You often noticed what was being refilled, as sometimes 10 plates came one after the other, which was a bit of a shame. The atmosphere is unfortunately uncomfortable, if you come as a couple you are seated at a long 'board' on the conveyor belt, where many single people and couples were sitting. Here you sometimes sit directly next to strangers or with only one space in between. Oh well.

Unfortunately, the quality and selection of the food has deteriorated greatly. It is conveniently located for a relaxed meal after a shopping trip. The cleanliness has deteriorated a lot. The service staff tries to be nice, but you have to look for cutlery/chopsticks and sauce plates yourself and it's not uncommon for them to not be really clean. When paying you have to go to a grumpy person who makes you feel pretty unwelcome. A pity. It used to be nicer and we enjoyed being there.

There was no more meat for 25 minutes and they kept saying it would come soon. No more words.

Has very good food, I ate sweet and sour duck and it tasted very good

We were there a few days ago with our two children at lunchtime. We immediately found a free table and the drinks were quickly picked up and brought to the table. The selection of sushi is very good - for this price. What is particularly noteworthy is that the two belts were always well filled. There were also plenty of warm dishes. Since our children don't like eating sushi, it is always important to us that there are still "children's food" (chicken nuggets, fries, etc.) and that is the case here. Of course, this has absolutely nothing to do with sushi, but it is good for family peace ;-). The atmosphere is not particularly special as visitors to the Frankencenter walk around you undisturbed as the sushi restaurant is not really separated. But you don't stay here for hours... All in all a successful visit. If we are ever in the area again, we would be happy to come again.

Have to change my review from 5 years ago. Unfortunately the quality is now very poor. Sushi's deformed, crumbled. Hardly any choice. There's lots of pudding, crab chips and fried noodles. Nigiri is no longer offered. Fried food is repeatedly dipped into the hot oil and warmed up so that everything is dripping. The food is just disgusting. Today I was there for the last time. For a few plates of fried noodles and shrimp chips 40 euros, 2 people is a waste of money. Then nausea and stomach cramps. Never again!

If everyone is paying the same price, then I would like to be served the same food!!! We only had lukewarm stuff on the conveyor belt, when we paid we saw fresh chicken kebabs, fresh duck etc. Absolutely absurd!!! Never again!

The food is quite good, very fatty, sweet and filling. But tastes good. The selection is quite good, although I would have liked more normal sushi. The dessert plates aren't that great either, but the warm things are even better. Unfortunately everything is a bit latic. The staff is not that nice. Price performance is ok. Drinks are not included. You can definitely do it, but it's nothing special. Once is enough.

I don't think it's so good that sushi runs on the production line for 2 hours. How is the temperature maintained/checked? Otherwise very standard. Nothing special, just an all you can eat

Today I was really surprised by what I saw and experienced in this place. My partner and I decided to go on a date that ended in disaster. When we got a seat in the sushi area, at first glance it looked like a conveyor belt with trash (overturned plates, leftover food on the plates. Plus sushi that looked like food that had been made for 5 years or more, so greasy that it was floating in oil) for a long time, me and my partner have been going there to eat but today it was a disaster, the food tasted tasteless (the only thing that made it possible to eat it was the soy sauce) sushi like bubble gum with fish that stinks like an old lady's vagina (there was practically no vegetarian sushi) only this to choose from the dishes themselves, mostly frozen noodles and crab cakes. If it hadn't been for that, my partner started feeling bad after a plate of sushi (we both hadn't eaten all day) and when time was up we went outside because my partner was in a lot of pain in his partner Stomach, heat and sweating attacks, Mail also had difficulty breathing and almost lost consciousness. After several hours, the pain still did not subside and symptoms worsened, such as skin redness, fever and nausea. We are going to the doctor on Monday because it looks like severe poisoning from old fish. I no longer recommend this restaurant and in my opinion it should be inspected by the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station

Quality poor ambience loud... And as if it wasn't bad enough, my girlfriend was puking in the toilet all night and since we hadn't eaten anything else that day, it had to be from these skewers.

Just because the children didn't eat with us and didn't take up space, we weren't allowed to eat with us. Totally child-unfriendly! It's a shame that small children are not welcome because they don't eat with us.

Very poor selection, very very poor. By all you can eat I mean something different.

Used to be really good sushi with a good selection. Since the last 3 visits, the quality has continued to decline from visit to visit. On the last visit there were just 5 plates of sushi with salmon that passed by within the time limit. The remaining sushi was with radish, octopus or mackerel. The taste was nothing, there was a lack of pizzazz across the board and you go out to eat sushi because you want fish. And paying so much money for ready-made nuggets, lattice potatoes, shrimp chips, etc. that cost nothing anyway is just a rip-off. Were there last time.

The food was good and there was a worker there who was nice.

Apparently they don't care if you have a 4 month old baby who is about to get his bottle and a 5 year old daughter with you. We chose this location because of space for our stroller as well as other options for our daughter to order. The waitress was told that they would take running sushi for 1 hour for 2 adults and that the little one would take something from the menu because she didn't like sushi yet. The waitress insisted on it all. 3 had to order the running sushi, otherwise it wouldn't work. I pointed out to her again that our daughter doesn't like sushi and that we would order fried rice or noodles for her, but she didn't budge. We were totally stressed about the hungry baby and we didn't feel like explaining anything to this stubbornness. We just went under to the bock. City and didn't have any problems with Leo because of food. Still waiting

Disgusting and unfriendly! Never again

Since I, as a father, don't eat sushi, I wasn't allowed to sit at the table with my wife and child. Wanted to take something from the menu, but still had to pay 16.90 euros so I could sit down. Things can't be that bad for some people in the hospitality industry if they don't want the customer at their family's table. A very, very big disgrace, as I would have eaten for a meal (just not sushi). Unfortunately I have to give one star because none is unfortunately not possible. Good thing there are far better and more hospitable restaurants where entire families are welcome.

The restaurant is in the middle of the Franken-Center. There is an All You Can Eat with Running Sushi. The sushi selection is definitely better than it used to be. Vegetarian, with fish and breaded. There is one lane with cold food and one with hot food on the conveyor belt. 1 hour / All You Can Eat costs €16.90 not €10.90 as stated on the website, plus drinks.

We made a reservation an hour ago, then there was no table available??? Although an hour is enough time, and then after 30 minutes of waiting we got a table until an employee said we should just leave, even though we were there first and just wanted to sit down, the most impossible place, 1 star, very unrecommended. Conclusion Still couldn't get a seat and waited an hour and a half.

Würde 0 Sterne geben, so schade ums Geld! Dreckige Teller, schlechtes Essen (Sushi kalt, warme Speisen hart, 80% frittiertes Essen, kaum Nachspeise vorhanden), sowas von überteuert, eklige Getränke. Andere Preise auf der Homepage - Frechheit. Kommen nie wieder!

Unfassbar freundlicher Service und super leckeres Essen. Empfehle die N7. (Große Nudelsuppe mit Udonnudeln und Tofu/Gemüse) und die B7 (Tofu mit Gemüse und Reis).

Der Reis ist einfach Reis und kein Sushi Reis. Allerdings ist gutes Sushi teuerer und aufwendiger in der Zubereitung. Aber beim Running Sushi geht es ja vor allem darum, viel zu essen.

Alles gut. Aber die Sushi sind nicht die beste. Und ziemlich alles süß, sehr sehr ! Nach 5 kleine Tellerchen war mir fast schlecht.

Essen ist gut, jedoch muss beim Service darauf geachtet werden, daß auch tatsächlich die bestellen Getränke serviert werden. Bei den Sitzplätzen im Aussenbereich wird man genötigt, das Running Sushi zu nehmen, obwohl nicht alle Gäste das wollen....

Wir hatten das Running Sushi: War leider nicht so gut. Teller und Schüsseln teils dreckig (das schwarze auf dem bild war abwischbar). Sushi hatte viel zu viel Reis und der war zu fest. Die warmen Speisen hatten kaum Geschmack und die Ente war ein Desaster, bei der Konsistenz war ich mir nicht mal sicher, ob es überhaupt ente war. Plätze werden auch nicht richtig gereinigt zwischen den Gästen.

Wir waren bereits öfter dort ,diesmal war es durch durch die Lüftung sehr frisch beim Sitzen. Auswahl bei den Tellern ging,war aber scho besser. Der Preis ist ziemlich gestiegen, sind da eher geneigt zu in ein Restaurant/ Wirtshaus essen zu gehen, statt dort mal.

Gute 🍣 und vieles anderes, sehr große Auswahl und sehr freundliches Personal.

Unglaublich nettes Personal mit dem man sich gut unterhalten kann wenn es etwas ruhiger zugeht. Gutes Zwei-Fließband-System in dem oben alles heiße läuft und unten alles Kühle. Sämtliche Sushi-Sorten schmecken gut und die Nuggets, Frühlingsrollen und Sesambällchen können sich echt sehen lassen. Preis ist mit 17€ pro Stunde auch super, weil man in der Stunde so viel essen kann wie man will. Was mich noch sehr überrascht hat waren die Getränkepreise. Weniger als 2€ für ein großes Glas Wasser war ich nicht mehr gewohnt.

Das Essen war gut. Service auch , aber leider muss ich mich der Hygiene anschließen. Eine Servicekraft nieste in ihre Hand und fasste dann das Geschirr an und legte das Essen in die Theke ohne sich ihre Hände zu desinfizieren bzw. zu waschen . Live beobachtet um 14.10

Ich liebe dieses Running Sushi Restaurant. Immer wenn wir nach Nürnberg kommen, gehen wir hier essen. Es ist von kalten Speisen wie verschiedene Sushis, Pudding, Salat, Obst bis hin zu warmen Speisen wie gebratener Reis, Nudeln, Gemüse, Spiesse etc echt für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal ist schnell und freundlich. Ambiente.. Naja, mitten im Einkaufszentrum aber das kann man ausblenden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder.

Unfreundlich und stressig esse da nicht mehr

Qualität wird immer schlechter. Die Auswahl leider auch. Hygiene? Leider Fehlanzeige! Der Sushibereiter nimmt seine Mütze ab, kratz sich ausgiebig am Kopf, setzt die Mütze wieder auf und arbeitet ohne Händewaschen weiter. Vor ca. 1 Stunde live beobachtet. Keine Empfehlung!!

Leckere und abwechslungsreiche Speisen zum moderaten Preis

Gutes Running Shushi in Nürnberg. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Auswahl auf dem Band ist sehr gut. Doch Vorsicht, die Auswahl hängt sehr stark von der Auslastung ab. Wenn nur wenige Gäste dort sind, liegt oft immer das gleiche auf dem Band und es kommt kaum neues dazu. Ich achte in der Zwischenzeit darauf, hier nur noch zu essen, wenn auch gerade viel los ist.

War im Franken Center und hab gesehen, daß dort auch Running Sushi angeboten wird. Ein Restaurant in Fürth / Nähe Ikea bietet dies auch an - und ich konnte einige male dort genießen - daher probierte ich das Running Sushi nun auchmal im Franken Center aus. Daher kommt diese Bewertung als Vergleich des Magu** Running Sushi mit diesem hier. Entsprechend der Location ist das Ambiente nur mittelmäßig für mich. Auch kommt mir der Sushi "Kanal" nicht so wirklich transparent vor - es ist viel schwieriger die Gerichte zu erkennen, als beim Wettbewerb. Alles irgendwie schlechter einsehbar. Auch die Auswahl fand ich recht eingeschränkt. Da bin ich vom anderen viel mehr verwöhnt. Recht geringe Auswahl und es kommt mir auch nicht so hochwertig vor. Alles in Allem wars nur Durchschnitt - und ich würde wohl nicht wieder dort essen. Sorry - nur meine Meinung - bin wohl vom anderen viel zu verwöhnt. Vor allem ist es bei dem Wettbewerb (trotz dessen hochwertiger Gerichte und schönem Restaurant) auch noch günstiger. Ich wünsch Euch trotzdem Alles Liebe und Gute!

Ich kann viele Kritiken nicht nachvollziehen, aber zumindest sind es Kritiken und jeder hat eben seine Meinung. Jemand der 1 Stern mit den Worten "war nicht drin" vergibt, ist für mich das Letzte! Nur mal so vorweg. Ich war schon häufiger hier, hab also mehrere Eindrücke erlebt. Und ich war, vor allem wenn ich es mit anderen runnings vergleiche, immer zufrieden. Durch die 2 laufbänder können sowohl warme als auch kalte Speisen angeboten werden. Ich weiß nicht ob es daran liegt, dass wir immer zur Mittagszeit dort waren, aber das Speisenangebot war immer reichhaltig. Nigiris, Makis, fritiertes sushi, Ente, Obst, Wakame, Muscheln (gabs glaub 1mal nicht, Weltuntergang 😅) und vieles mehr. Das preisleistungsverhältnis ist top. Klar, wenn etz einer nur 8 Tellerchen isst, blöd, aber dann ist er da halt falsch. Ein Buffetpreis errechnet sich halt aus dem Schnitt und da kommen halt Leute wie ich und essen 25...sorry 😬. Ich freu mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Essen von der Stange. Bedienung nur im Stress und flüchtig bedient. Man sitzt zwischen den Durchgängen, wo x Leute unmittelbar vorbeilaufen, wie auf dem Prsäntierteller...

Total langweilig, wenig Auswahl, teilweise eingetrocknet. Hätten wir bloß vorher die Bewertungen gelesen. Nie wieder!

Schlechtes und liebloses Running Sushi. Verzehrte Teller werden einzeln abgerechnet oder man sagt im vornherein dass man all you can eat essen möchte. Trotzdessen nicht zu empfehlen.

Kinderfeindlich und diskriminierend. Wir wollten heute mit 2 Erwachsenen am Sushiband essen. Da meine kleinen Kinder kein asiatisch essen, wollten sie nur etwas trinken und neben uns sitzen. Man hat uns Erwachsenen dann das "All you can eat" verweigert, wir hätten statt Pauschale jeden Teller extra zahlen sollen, weil wir ja eine Gruppe (??) seien oder aber auch für die Kinder die all-you-can.eat-Pauschale bezahlen obwohl sie nichts essen. Vermutlich befürchtete man, ein Kind hätte einen Happen von uns mitessen können - was aber sicher nicht der Fall gewesen wäre. Man wollte uns als junge Familie also mehr als 44€ (statt 22€) abknöpfen - für nix! Wie ich in den anderen Kommentaren lese kein Einzelfall. Offensichtlich sind Kinder hier nicht erwünscht - es geht rein ums Geld. Eine Schande für das Frankencenter, eine Schande für alle Gastwirte.

Die Bedienung war laut und unhöflich, das Essen war fad und kalt, von der Atmosphäre kann man überhaupt nicht reden. Wir gehen da nie wieder hin.
