Sushi Deluxe in Nürnberg

The supplier insulted me most violently on October 15, 2024 just because I only gave 10 instead of house number 10a. When contacted, the supplier said he was the owner of the company. NEVER ORDER THERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL RESPECTED!! NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!!

Absolutely cheeky! Never experienced such a rude boss! We ordered sushi and were told there would be an hour wait. After 2 hours we politely call and ask what happened to the order. The boss himself was on the phone, no apology, only that he works all day on a Sunday and we are sitting around at home and it is normal that in Germany you wait like with a doctor who cancels his choice of words and a lot more at the end he took the order even though the driver was supposedly standing in front of our house. Unbelievable!

Sushi Deluxe North: We ordered at 6pm for 7pm delivery. After the food didn't arrive at 8 p.m. and we didn't receive a message, I called. The employee was very unfriendly and insulted my wife when she asked for an accommodation. He became loud and aggressive and hung up on me several times. The meal was then canceled. No regrets, no apologies, nothing! NO MORE Sushi Deluxe

I ordered online here via Lieferando, the delivery person was extremely friendly and the food was very tasty.

First the delivery was 30 minutes late, then half of it was delivered incorrectly, i.e. sushi that we hadn't ordered. It can happen, but when I called there the person (male, spoke less than broken German) was very rude. When the correct sushi still wasn't delivered after another 50 minutes, I had to call them again and complain. When the correct sushi came after over 2 hours, the driver was also very rude to me. I'll never order anything there again! The sushi was at most ALDI LEVEL, overall NO RECOMMENDATION.

Service is awesome! Unfriendly and unprofessional. -* HANDS OFF! Addition! Since the owner has named me as a "fraud" for reasons that are unclear, a police report will be filed for insult.

Sushi is still not there after 2.5 hours. I called there several times. Once (after 1.25 hours) I was told they don't know how long it takes. The other time (after 2 hours) I was told that food would arrive within the next 15 minutes. Surprise: food is still not there (after 2.5 hours).

We ordered from Sushi Delux directly by phone and were really impressed. Delivery came after 35 minutes. The delivery person was very friendly and brought us a gift. The sushi was super fresh and delicious. I can only recommend the sushi.

At least I now know that the sushi master has blonde hair... For other guests in the future, please make sure that their sushi is hair-free. Otherwise the quality is okay, standard delivery sushi. After all, the order arrived very quickly.

Ordered via Lieferando. The supposed delivery time was 48 minutes, but it ended up being 1.5 hours (we live 2 minutes by car from the restaurant). When the delivery arrived, four of the 8 sushi dishes were missing! Then we called and the gentleman on the phone said they would deliver the rest immediately. Unfortunately it took another 1.5 hours and some of the sushi that was delivered was wrong. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that something was missing. The sushi tastes delicious. For the sashimi salad, I would have liked a little more sashimi for the price.

I have been ordering from Sushi Deluxe for 2 years and am always very satisfied. The delivery is super fast and the sushi is always great. I also really like the arugula salad with avocado and salmon!

Delivery is usually quick and the food always tastes delicious. I can only recommend.

Can't understand the negative reviews regarding sushi. Haven't ordered anything else here, but have had sushi several times and have never been disappointed. Always well packaged, fresh and delicious. Delivery time was always below the hour stated over the phone.

Ordered today and absolutely satisfied! Thank you very much, the sushi was very good, very tasty and delivered quickly! I was very impressed by the packaging of the sushi, really great! We will definitely be ordering again soon!

Very tasty sushi, fast delivery and great staff

After 45 minutes of waiting I asked by phone. Driver supposedly already on the way. After 35 minutes I asked again because the journey time should be 15 minutes. Driver supposedly there in 5 minutes. I pointed out that that wasn't true the last time I called. We therefore request that the order be canceled and the money refunded. Provider simply hung up.

I haven't been there yet. I always ordered. The prices are reasonable, but I can't say the same for the food. However, if you are very hungry and want to eat sushi, you can order at a reasonable price, otherwise there are better restaurants.

Disgusting quality! Fish that falls apart while still in the package. 50 g of rice and 5 g of shrimp, do you think this is normal for 3.50 €? We made an order through lieferando, waited an hour and a half, then called the owner of the restaurant. He told us that he had not received our order. Why did it turn out that they had already left for us? You need to be responsible for the quality of your products; if you cook food, cook it tasty and beautiful; it was ugly and tasteless; it’s a shame for the 35 € spent.

We waited a little over two hours for our order, calling the restaurant once and then calling the driver again. Unfortunately, when we wanted to cancel it was delivered - after reading the bad reviews on Google. How the restaurant can get 4.6 stars on Lieferando is also a mystery to me. The food was obviously already cold. The fried noodles were dry, but tasted ok. The spring rolls are simply from tk. The vegetarian sushi + wakame was overall ok, but certainly not worth €25. A pity!

Ordered food via Lieferando. The restaurant can't do anything about the colleague not finding the right hotel. However, the food was substandard. The spring rolls were industrial and just thrown in the hairdresser. Sadly, they were the best part of the whole 40 euro order. The gyoza were probably bought too, but sadly they didn't make it into the pan. This resulted in a lukewarm mass in sticky, raw dough. The sushi itself was at Aldi level, but the Aldi sushi only has one day left to live. The rice was dry and without any taste. Mirin doesn't seem to be known at the restaurant. Last but not least, the nigiri. In addition to the rice problem, they seemed to want to justify the price here with rice. Accordingly, the poor tuna was lying on top of a rice mass that would otherwise form 3 nigiri, which was difficult to put together in your mouth. Of the 40 euros, 30 euros go into the trash uneaten. Really sad.

Fast delivery. Food warm and tasty

I ordered from Lieferando.de for just under 75.00 and they stated a delivery time of 30-55 minutes, which was also the main reason why I ordered there. After 1 3/4 hours the food finally arrived. Fried noodles, sushi, salmon soup and chicken skewers as well as a chicken salad. The noodles... Okay but relatively tasteless, which was really unappetizing, the packaging at the bottom was so worn out and soggy that the noodles tasted like Styrofoam and I actually threw them away. Other than that, the bowl looked like it had already been used. The salad consisted of arugula, tomato and chicken and was so drowned in soy sauce that the children's mouths burned from the salt. In any case, it wasn't a dressing like you would find in other sushi restaurants. The chicken skewers were not edible at all, the meat tasted terrible, almost like it was spoiled. That was also thrown away. Sushi tasted like the pre-packaged one from the discount store. The salmon soup was a mini portion for just under 6 euros. Approx. 200ml broth with 2tbsp salmon. Shame about the money! I'll never order there again!

After an announced 60 minute delivery time, no one came after another 2 hours. Both times we tried to get in touch, we received information on the phone that the driver would be there in the next 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Never again!!!!

I ordered to go from Lieferando. Unfortunately, the fried noodles with chicken didn't taste like anything - not even salt. Despite the good price, that was a shame. There wasn't even a bit of wasabi or ginger with the sushi. I thought that was customer service kp by now. Unfortunately, the seaweed salad was probably not edible either. My girlfriend always eats seaweed salad and after trying several times she could hardly swallow it and couldn't eat it. For 46 euros, I'm unfortunately very disappointed and also a bit upset about the money. Maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen.

Consistently good sushi quality

I ordered from this restaurant via Lieferando. On the phone, I asked the restaurant not to ring the doorbell, but rather to call. When I was told that delivery would take at least 60 minutes, I politely asked the restaurant to cancel the order. I was then insulted as a “stupid, disabled person”. How can you treat your customers like that??!!!!! We will definitely not recommend this restaurant. That is not possible!!!! Never experienced such bad and disrespectful service, amazing!!!!!

Qualität und Geschmack knapp über dem abgepackten Sushi aus dem Discounter. Nicht ungenießbar aber erschreckend geschmacklos und lieblos angerichtet. Die Lachsuppe war jedoch ungenießbar. Im Endeffekt 200ml Salzbrühe mit max 20-30g Lachs ohne jegliches Gemüse. Wirklich grausam.. Für ein Lieferdienst ist Preis/Leistung inakzeptabel. Lieber zahl ich etwas mehr für deutlich besseres Essen. Pluspunkt für den netten und Lieferanten. Zeitlich wars ok, ca 1h Wartezeit.
