The waitress wants to keep the remaining 100 euros on a 75 euro bill. Trying to make it ridiculous. Oh nice, leftover tip and wanted to leave. Only after asking her several times to please give me 80 euros did she reluctantly give me 20 euros back

It's not that you are not served. No, you are even served very nicely. It only takes 10-15 minutes to place your order. In order to promote social interaction between the guests, you wait about an hour for the food to arrive. The guests show solidarity while waiting and give each other a few cookies to overcome their worst hunger. The quality of the food is okay, but my noodles with curry simply had curry powder poured over them, while the chop suey simply tasted like nothing. The sushi and a chicken dish were okay. Visually, the restaurant promises more than what we experienced here. However, the employees are very nice. Too bad...

Just unlucky?! Went yesterday Dinner there. The food tasted really good. Unfortunately you had to look for the ramen soup, which was on the menu as the main course for €17.50. Went to Fujiyama with the family for a birthday lunch and it was a pretty average experience. The menu was a bit random and had some items on there that felt out of place for a sushi place (Thai stuff, fried rice). Everything seemed a bit overpriced, especially the drinks. We picked quite a lot of different dishes and they were ok, nothing to shout home about. Portions were big at least - but not something you’d expect from a fine sushi place - and the dry ice effect was a bit interesting but didn’t distract from the firmly average dishes. The vegetarian options were very very limited and I would not return because of this. I also found the service not that friendly, and even a bit snarky, eg when we didn’t remember the number of the dish when it arrived, like what’s M5? The interior design is very pretty to be fair and the location is good. But dont expect too much in terms of menu and food.

The positive first: extremely tasty food, nice ambience, friendly staff and appropriate prices. We were very happy with this! Unfortunately, the mediocre thing is the service. The food came quite quickly after ordering because the restaurant wasn't that full yet. But the later reorder and the cappuccino are not. That took a while... Unfortunately, the cafe arrived cold twice. I didn't want a third one anymore. We had to wait longer for the bill and the receipt only came after we asked twice.

The dishes at Fujiyama are some of the best food in Nuremberg. I've eaten there several times and can only recommend it. The cocktails are very good. Above all, I can recommend the skewers and desserts, which are real taste miracles, to everyone. The sushi and pasta dishes are excellent! Always happy.

Delicious sushi and generally large portions (main courses). The furnishings are an eye-catcher, but unfortunately it's not very comfortable to sit on the wooden paneling, which continues as a bench, if you're staying for a longer period of time (there are seat cushions, but in the long run a chair is simply much more comfortable). I would have liked a little more attention from the service staff, they didn't proactively ask for further requests, but we had to draw attention to ourselves again in order to reorder. All in all, a really good Asian restaurant, both for sushi lovers and for those who prefer noodles, duck and the like.

You should also urgently explain to employees the difference between a debit card and a credit card. I had to get stupid from the waiter several times because he didn't want to accept my debit card for payment. Really underground! Unfortunately, bad service ruins other good impressions.

Das ist designtechnisch ja wirklich ein Augenschmaus...aber warum stellt man dann Plastikblumen auf die Tische?? In so einem Lokal ein NoGo...und dann die Bezahlmöglichkeiten - auch etwas Hinterweltlerisch (Debitkarte erst ab 50€, darunter nur EC, aber erst ab 20€) - sorry Leute, das passt nicht in unsere Zeit!

The worst ramen I have ever eaten. The flavor of the broth was not good and the ingredients are not the usual ones (the pork was not typical for ramen). I was there yesterday with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My spinach salad was excellent! But my sushi rolls: One roll had so much wasabi that I almost had no taste left and I couldn't eat any of the pieces of my hasomaki roll completely. The nori sheets were so tough and rubbery. I had to spit them all out whole. I didn't eat either. The waiter asked and I explained to him. Unfortunately there was no response... just the bill. Bridget

Everything was just great! I've never eaten such delicious food, and I'm 100% serious about that. The service is great and very friendly. The ambience is just great. Even the toilets are very, very nice and pink for the women! A bit expensive but definitely worth it. We had sushi and chicken terijaki with rice and it is a clear recommendation. The food just melts so delicately in your mouth. You can tell that it is a finer restaurant. All in all, it is now my new favorite restaurant. Tip: Flavored water as a drink. It was my first time here and I highly recommend it!

We “discovered” the restaurant in passing and spontaneously decided to visit. Very friendly welcome (even without a reservation), brilliant interior, super pleasant atmosphere, attentive and extremely friendly staff. And first the food! From the starter (seafood salad, chicken karaage) to the creative sushi variations (more American/European style) and sashimi specialties to the homemade iced tea creations (particularly delicious: green tea ginger) - we haven't had something this good for a long time eaten Japanese. Both taste and presentation - simply brilliant. The price is in the upper class, but given the quality and the ambience, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We were so impressed that we ate here again two evenings later and we weren't disappointed on our second visit either. We will definitely come back next time we visit Nuremberg!

Unfortunately I didn't like the service. I had to wait an hour for my food only to be told that black rice was not available. I ordered my sushi with black rice but received it with white rice. In addition, the table where I was sitting and drinking my drink was also being wiped, which was very disturbing.

Was in front of Orr with two people on a Sunday evening. Get a place immediately. The furnishings and ambience are brilliant. The staff was super friendly. The food was super tasty. My family visited this place yesterday. We really liked everything, starting from the pleasant atmosphere inside (huge hall, beautiful stylish interior design, cleanliness, unobtrusive music that does not drown out your conversations), the friendly staff, the excellent menu and of course the taste of the dishes themselves just wow . I highly recommend trying the soups, salmon tartare and duck. The presentation of the dishes also deserves special praise. We will happily visit this place again!

We had to wait 20 minutes until he finally served us and he served 3 other guests who came after us first and he didn't let us finish when he asked us about the long time If we were ready he just left and made us wait another few minutes. When we left he stood there and stared at us like criminals, which was a bit unpleasant.

The waiting time until we could order drinks (which was then immediately taken in with food) was clearly too long. Furthermore, when selling wine bottles, the service should let the guest at the table taste the wine beforehand! Eating out should be an experience and bring joy. Having the feeling that the chef/kitchen & all the service staff enjoy what they do/are doing. And at the same time, you should of course taste it. An expectation that I think you can have. And yes, of course, tastes differ as we all know. Unfortunately the service and quality of the food were not what we expected. There are a few other places in Nuremberg with better sushi. There won't be a second time for us.
