Tinas Pizzeria Ristorante in Idar-Oberstein

Wir sind spontan zu fünft mittags vorbei gekommen. Tische waren keine mehr frei, es waren wirklich nicht viele Tische aufgestellt und dann waren teilweise Leute allein an einem 4er Tisch. Wir haben also kurz gewartet und es wurde ein Tisch frei. Eine Bedienung kam relativ schnell mit der Karte. Die Bestellung wurde auch schnell aufgenommen. Was mir sehr misfallen hat, war das Aufschnaufen der Bedienung. Wir waren wirklich nicht unfreundlich, jeder hat seine Bestellung nach einander aufgesagt. Sobald man aber gesagt hat, ohne Käse usw. hat sie aufgeschnauft. Ich fand das Verhalten äußerst störend. Wenn einem der Job so missfällt warum übt man ihn dann aus und lässt es an den Kunden aus? Wir wollten uns aber das Essen nicht kaputt machen, also sind wir geblieben. Wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, habe ich Nudeln bestellt mit Cognac Soße. Mein Essen hat mir wirklich sehr geschmeckt. Jedem hat das Essen geschmeckt. Wäre das mit der Bedienung nicht vorgefallen wären es volle 5 Sterne gewesen. Sowas muss einfach nicht sein. Empfehlenswert!

Wir saßen mit mehreren Personen draußen. Der Tisch war dreckig, wurde nicht abgewischt. Die Pizzen waren extrem trocken, kaum belegt, der Rand war ungenießbar. Die Chefin scheint überfordert und sehr unsicher. Wiederholt jede Bestellung mehrmals. Meine mehrmaligen Bitten , bezahlen zu können, wurden ignoriert, sodass ich dann am Ende zum Bezahlen zum Personal gegangen bin. Der Clou war allerdings, als die Chefin meinem Mann ein Bier hinstellte und mit ihrem Finger eine Fliege aus der Bierkrone entfernte. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. 😵‍💫 Ich frage mich, wie es mit der allgemeinen Hygiene in dieser Pizzeria gehandhabt wird, erst Recht, als ich das große Chaos an der Theke gesehen habe... 😖

Der schlechtest Kaffee überhaupt. Das war einfach nur aufgebrühte Plörre und dann noch Sauteuer

Na also Kinderfreundlich ist dieser Laden nicht! Die Kellnerin wirkt maßlos überfordert, mal abgesehen davon das sie überhaupt nicht kritikfähig ist, wenn man auf Nachfrage sagt, dass das Essen etwas Wärmer hätte sein können. Die Qualität des Essens lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Portionen sind für den Preis je nach Gericht nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Schnitzel schmeckten wie in Butter getränkt und die Pizza war bestimmt eine fertige Tiefkühl Margherita nur mit weiteren Zutaten belegt. Zu wenig Sauce und auf Nachfrage bekommen wir 250ml Sahne gewürzt mit Salz und Pfeffer auf die Schnelle…… Einfach unfreundlich - nicht empfehlenswert!!! Ein McDonald’s Besuch hätte uns alle glücklicher gemacht!!

Auf der Suche nach unserem heutigen Urlaubs-Abendessen haben wir uns schnell für diese Lokalität entscheiden. Wir mögen kleine Restaurants . Ja vielleicht ist die Einrichtung schon etwas älter, aber dafür war das Essen und der Service hervorragend. Wir wurden sehr höflich begrüßt und haben auch gleich einen Platz angeboten bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und obwohl wir schon satt waren, haben wir zum Cappuccino noch das hausgemachte Tiramisu bestellt. Die riesige Portion musste einfach noch rein. Diese war vom Chef persönlich schön angerichtet. Vielen Dank an die Bedienung, welche uns stets super lieb bewirtet hat.

Hier sind wir spontan zum Abendessen eingekehrt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, zuvorkommend behandelt und bekamen richtig lecker Pizza und Nudelgerichte incl. Dessert. 😏 Hier hat für uns heute alles gepasst. 👌👍

Pizza, Pasta und Schnitzel... was will man mehr? Ein toller Ort.

Auf der Durchreise in Idar Oberstein dort zu Mittag gegessen. Lasagne war sehr gut, dazu gab es Brot.

Nach Jahren mal wieder vorbeigeschaut und echt begeistert. Super leckeres Essen, Preise absolut im grünen Bereich und insgesamt ein richtig netter Laden. Da kommen wir definitiv wieder hin.

Nach vielen, vielen Jahren durch Zufall nochmal dort gelandet. Hat sich absolut gelohnt! Und wir werden wiederkommen!🥰

I have rarely eaten such good noodles

It was really great...but the bread and butter at the start was missing, hence only 4 stars.

Went for dinner yesterday; very good pizza and reasonable prices. Service 2 points. Food 5 points, Atmosphere 4 points.

The inexperienced waitress (it's not her fault) clearly lacked someone to guide her. Her Polish "boss" was incapable of doing so due to her lack of language skills. The would-be salad: carelessly presented. The food was ultimately passable. Typical tourist trap—at first glance, you'd think so. Two groups of guests (about 8 people each with children) were turned away in quick succession because they wanted to put together two tables of four. A fancy frozen pizza. In return, my scallopine with white wine sauce was excellent. Great fries. A long wait for the bill, which was finally calculated at the table with pen and paper... Everything was clean, but inside the restaurant, time seemed to have stood still in the 70s. A case for Rosin's Restaurants? Photo of the salad upon request.

The pizza was definitely frozen, the waitress forgot about us several times and calculated the bill without a calculator, which was wrong several times, we were also brought a 0.5 beer instead of 0.4 and they wanted to charge us for that, the salad also looked like it had been thrown on the plate, so not recommended 1 star

I was there with the intention of eating and asked if a table was available. The waitress was very rude, so I went to the restaurant next door.

The best stone-baked pizza I've had in a long time. Super friendly and child-friendly service.

We just wanted to eat here. I used to eat at Franco's every week. When I asked if we could sit down 10 minutes before the kitchen opened because my mother-in-law wasn't feeling well, the manager's reaction was unacceptable. We left the restaurant and will never go back. The rest of the staff were nice, hence the one star.

We came here on the last day of our vacation and decided against the pizzeria next door in favor of the large selection - something we quickly regretted. Neighboring tables complained that they sometimes had to wait 30 minutes for the bill. Food and drinks were sometimes served together, sometimes one after the other. We ordered a cappuccino, which never made it to us. For dinner, we ordered lasagna and panzerotti with mushroom sauce. Instead of the mushroom sauce, I received what appeared to be sage butter (butter & 3 sage leaves). The cooked pasta parcels were definitely frozen. Still crispy on top, but softened to the point of disintegration under the water served on the plate. Just before we were about to leave, we overheard a neighboring table complaining to the waitress that they had been waiting for their food for over an hour, to which the only response was, "Everything's fine, your pizza will be here soon." Then we drove straight back home... Don't make the same mistake we did: go to the other pizzeria. The food looks much better, and the service seems significantly better, too.

Great restaurant; we've been going there regularly for years. The food is always delicious, with new, delicious seasonal dishes. The owners are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable.

We spontaneously went there for dinner last night. We were on our way home from the Hunsrück and drove to Idar Oberstein to grab something to eat. Nice location and good service; the pizza was delicious. The chef told me he was from Sardinia. The apple spritzer was also very good. The price is also highly recommended. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop there again.

We're currently in the area and spontaneously decided to have a pizza this afternoon. We chose Tina's Pizzeria da Franco because of its lovely outdoor seating. We received a very friendly welcome and service. The pizza took a few minutes longer to arrive, which surprised us a bit. But our pizzas were delicious. Very well-topped, juicy, and the crust was crispy and really good. The chef even came by to ask if we liked our pizzas. We were very satisfied. The size of the pizza and the prices were perfectly reasonable. Highly recommended!

Very unfriendly service. The blonde waitress was very rude and talked badly about all the guests. I will never go there again! Not recommended.

We came with a larger group and were told that we weren't welcome and were chased away like dogs.

Unfriendly service. There was repeated loud gossiping about us, other guests, and passersby – clearly audible and extremely unprofessional. My early departure was met with incomprehension, and my criticism was ignored. Overall, an unpleasant experience that I wouldn't repeat.

We spontaneously dropped in for dinner at 6:00 p.m.; everything was still dark and empty. But we received a very friendly welcome: lights, music, and everything was spotless. The food was truly excellent! The service was perfect. The only downside were the plants growing vegetatively in the semi-darkness. I'd rather have decor that doesn't require light. There are so many beautiful ideas (even without gemstones)! This certainly won't be our last time there! Highly recommended!

To anticipate the conclusion: Very good. Starting with the very friendly welcome, hospitality and nice conversation with the waitress (boss?). We continued with the starter: bruschetta (with freshly shaved parmesan) and a side salad that couldn't be made any better. Main courses were also very good. The chef immediately answered my question about chili oil and produced a fresh chili with very good olive oil. Simply delicious. It definitely wasn't the last time.

Very cozy pizzeria. The chef himself is Italian and the pasta dishes are a dream. The pizza looked very good. I would love to try them on my next visit. We were there in the low season and were lucky not to have to make a reservation. Things certainly look different when the weather is good and on the weekend. Have fun testing.

Small pizzeria, the food is very good and the service is great, you feel at home

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and decent food, but despite trying multiple times, the service is consistently awful, with the manager being particularly rude every visit. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when hospitality is so lacking.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food is very good, but the waitress (the boss) is very unfriendly. My cousin and I were at a restaurant on Wednesday. At first everything was fine. We ordered soup and wanted to eat it in half. We asked for two teaspoons. The boss had a problem with it because we ate it in half. She went to the kitchen and started gossiping about us eating soup together. Before serving the pasta, she came into the kitchen and said (hasse Pole) it wasn't nice, we felt offended. Nice boss, very good food. But the boss was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I will not visit this place again unless the staff changes.

I had dinner here today and was treated very rudely, tactlessly and simply inhumanely. The boss gossiped about me and my cousin in the kitchen and even used words about hatred towards Polish people. I felt uncomfortable here and this will definitely be my last visit to this place. The food was good but the service spoiled everything. I definitely don't recommend it.

Many thanks to the very nice lady who made it possible for my son and... to find the right seat for me. My son is in rehab to lose weight and has trouble sitting anywhere. At no point did I have the feeling that people were looking at him askance, thanks for that. This made the day of the visit a great day with delicious food.

Phew really bad. My girlfriend and I had dinner there. The pizza bread was so salty. The pizza was raw inside. The service was awful about the guests gossiping in the kitchen and being so distracted and unfocused. That they felt like they asked 3 times. What we ordered. English knowledge zero. At a tourist place. Some guests also waited ages for the bill or for food and drink.

Had dinner here with my partner. Unfortunately bad service, the food wasn't great, some of the pizza was still raw and on top of that there was still talk about the guests while they were in the kitchen, which you would have heard in the dining room. When we arrived two couples asked for the bill which took forever. I come from the catering industry myself and I could only shake my head, not a word of English in a tourist town is very bad. Never again is a good thing.

Unfortunately very disappointing The first day of vacation was over. Pizza had poor toppings and tasted really bland. Ordered extra ingredient - there were 3 anchovies on it. Waited 35 minutes for the bill even though the service wanted to come in 5 minutes. Her husband, who was probably the cook, had to step in again and again because she couldn't manage to serve and collect. It didn't work at all. When entering the restaurant you thought it was a storage room, crates of drinks were in the way, the dining room itself was not very appealing. Unfortunately not recommended

We had to wait 45 minutes to pay. The same thing happened to other guests. Going to the restaurant didn't help either. Suddenly the blonde waitress or boss no longer understood German. Then we should definitely pay by card. Once and never again.

So tattooed people like us were treated as second class people. The people (normal ones who didn't have tattoos) even got something on the house and were asked if it was tasty. Which wasn't the case for us! Very unfortunate

So I'm very positively upset, in many corners and edges. The waitress was very friendly, looked very chic and was there straight away. Although the restaurant is rather small, it is very impressive with the paintings and mirrors on the walls. It seems so resonant & alive! You feel like you're in the country/in a movie :D The menu is great and well laid out. Slightly too high in price; very nice location & ambience due to the location on the market square of (Idar)-Oberstein

Very great and loving staff and great service

Unfortunately a bit disappointing... the pizza was just mediocre, the Italian salad consists of iceberg lettuce, ham and cheese of poor quality. The drinks weren't cold. Which is very negative with wheat beer. The service tried hard, but didn't ask when the drinks were empty. Unfortunately we left as a family a bit disappointed.

The outside seating area is well attended, the waitress wants to send us away with a haste that is second to none. Well, ultimately a spot became available. The cream schnitzel was completely covered with sauce and fried until thawed. The cream sauce has already formed a skin in the meantime and was served that way (pepper or salt was searched in vain.) You could have taken your colleague's pizza from the freezer in a Lidl. It's impossible that all the country bumpkins here can approve of this crap.

Unfortunately the service is very bad. Waited 37 minutes for the bill with moderate traffic, despite repeated requests. When the long waiting time was pointed out, there wasn't even an apology. On the contrary: “you shouldn’t act like that.” Incidentally, something similar was observed at the neighboring table. The food was ok but not great either. So a total of 1 star and no more visits.

A very great restaurant and very nice service. Food and drinks came to the table very quickly. The food was super tasty. We were there with our dog and got water. We would eat here again at any time.

Very good food and friendly and attentive staff. Pizzas, salads and meat dishes are freshly prepared and everything tastes very good there. Plus a free espresso at the end. The prices are also very low there. What more do you want.

Had a delicious meal at the Itiliaan this evening. Ordered pasta and pizza and it arrived very quickly. We really liked the food. Service was superb. Nice owner and chef. Dear all! Price was super affordable for the amount you get. Really great. We will definitely come back here again :-).

I love this cute little pizzeria. The guest room is located many meters inside the building and is mirrored, so you forget the world and the time outside. Then there is a virtually invisible hiding place next to the counter. And Italian hits too. My parents have been going here for 40 years.

Nice pizzeria, we were there with 3 people on Sunday! 3 cokes, 2 pizzas, once ordered a steak, waiting time was fine. There was nothing about the food but really nothing to complain about! Service is simply great, I have rarely experienced anything so nice and attentive! Price/performance ratio is hard to beat! If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back!

Delicious food, good and fast service.

I walked in as they were about to close early, and they insisted I come in and dine! The couple were lovely and so very kind. I ordered the Bruschetta and the Pork Scallopini and both were delicious. The Lambrusco they serve is absolutely Devine and I must try and find it somewhere to purchase! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an authentic Italian experience here in Germany!

Wir waren hier zu 6 essen. Fast alle Mahlzeiten wurden gleichzeitig gebracht. Die Kinder bekamen als erste. Die Pizza war gut belegt und der Teig war dünn ohne durchzunässen. Die Nudeln waren al dente. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Draußen kann man sehr gut sitzen. Drinnen ist es etwas beengt. Die Toiletten sind nur über Treppen erreichbar und sehr beengt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Preis ist angemessen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend

Sind heute spontan dort eingekehrt. Mit Kindern ist man gern gesehen, Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Essen fanden wir alle lecker. Schnitzelportion könnte für einen Mann vielleicht etwas größer sein. Für mich hat es vollkommen ausgereicht.

Tolles italienisches Restaurant mit tollen Speisen und tollem Service. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal, wenn wir vor Ort sind auf die tolle Gerichte mit hochwertigen Zutaten zu fairen Preisen. Vor allem die Pasta mit dem Parmaschinken und der Cognac-Sauce. Ein Gedicht. Gerne wieder. Leider geht das Restaurant durch die Konkurrenz am Platz unter. Bitte einfach so weiter machen

Wir haben mittags zwei Pizzen bestellt, geschmacklich ganz okay. Nicht okay war die unendliche Wartezeit. Immer wieder wurde gefragt, ob wir schon bestellt haben - wir haben mehrmals brav Ja gesagt. Genützt hat es nichts. Es hat ewig gedauert. Weil es uns draußen zu windig wurde, wollten wir auf den schon bestellten Espresso gerne verzichten - den hat man als Entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit aufs Haus spendiert. Leider dauerte die Abrechnung derart lange, dass er dann letztlich kalt war. Unser Fazit: unvergesslich, aber nett und bemüht war die Wirtin immerhin.

War jetzt schon sehr oft mit meiner Familie dort. Das Essen schmeckt Klasse ! Die Bedienung ist super Freundlich und Preis Leistung top.Auderdem sind die Tische noch Klassich eingedeckt,was heute ja eine Seltenheit ist.Wir kommen immer wieder gerne !
