The food is excellent. The service was very attentive, friendly and without complaint, the atmosphere was very attractive and pleasant. One of the best restaurants in Hamburg Significantly better and more likeable than its predecessor.

The quality of the food, wine and spirits selection is excellent. The ambience invites you to feel good. The best thing, however, is the first-class service! We had our company's Christmas party there at the weekend and it was FANTASTIC. The staff was so incredibly friendly, cheerful and attentive. You could tell that the employees like their job (I hope hehe). Everyone should get a big bonus💪🏻 The location is also beautiful. Gastronomisch war der Himmel zu 6/8 bewölkt. Insgesamt Licht und Schatten. Positiv: sehr aufmerksamer freundlicher Service - 5 Gang Gänsemenu mit Empathie erläutert - engagiert Alternativen für Speisen ohne verarbeiteten Alkohol beraten und serviert - Speisen fein angerichtet. Negativ: sehr laut trotz mäßiger Auslastung - ungeschickte Platzierung eines lauten Kindergeburtstags mit lärmenden Kindern - der Hauptgang mit aufgewärmten trockenen Gänseteilen, zweiter Hauptabwertungspunkt; das kennen wir anders, frisch gebraten am Tisch tranchiert - Garderobe nicht im Blick der Gäste, kaum beleuchtet, Vertauschung vorprogrammiert, ist natürlich eingetreten. Dringlichste Abhilfe geboten auch ohne Personaleinsatz: zB. unterschiedliche doppelte Kennzeichnung am Bügelhaken, eines zum Mitnehmen (Nummern?), die die Aufmerksamkeit beim Verlassen stark fokussiert.

Nettes Restaurant. Allerdings war es sehr kalt an unserem Tisch, da der hintere Raum nicht besetzt und anscheinend auch nicht beheizt war. Service sehr nett! Essen war in Ordnung, Vorspeisen (Jakobsmuscheln und Tartar) gut und besser als die Hauptspeise (Rinderfilet mit Happy Foie Gras), da war einfach zu viel auf einmal auf dem Teller, dicke Sauce, Trüffel und die Gänsestopflebet, das war too much. Waren deutlich im jüngeren Perzentil, viele ältere Besucher.

Ein Must have in Hamburg. Gehobenes Essen mit exzellentem Service in einer der besten Location von Hamburg. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder vorbeischauen.

We spent a very great evening in Tim’s Restaurant. Our waiter Denis accompanied us through the evening very professionally from the start; he was very attentive and gave us the freedom we needed. The food was very good and of great quality. The dishes were very well seasoned and had “oomph”. I chose both the vegetarian starter and main course and found both dishes to be special. My husband has rarely eaten such good meat before! And Denis' Espresso Martini as an aperitif was an 11/10. We'll definitely be back!

I had dinner here with my loved ones on my birthday and can absolutely recommend it! Denis accompanied us through the evening and was very accommodating and funny. Thank you for the special evening! 🤗☺️

Dining more or less à la carte with our large group was certainly a challenge - but the team showed that anything is possible. A special thank you to Adisa, who organized everything wonderfully and fulfilled every wish. The service was first class, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was simply great. Very courteous staff, clear menu

Wir hatten 2 Hauptspeisen, die leider nur lauwarm an den Tisch kamen. Der Wareneinsatz stand in keinem Verhältnis zum geforderten Preis für die Gerichte. Der absolute Höhepunkt war allerdings der Kellner, der sich mehr als Selbstdarsteller, denn als Servicekraft seiner Gäste gefiel. Wer sehen und gesehen werden möchte ist hier vielleicht richtig. Das Essen und der Service verdient den Besuch nicht. Schade!!!

Der Aufenthalt war ein besonders schönes Erlebnis .... das Menü (unfassbar lecker!!) und der Service, insbesondere Dennis, unser Ansprechpartner .... cooler Typ! Danke für den schönen Abend!!!

The food was excellent. I can't say which tasted better - starter, main course, dessert, everything tasted wonderful and was beautifully prepared. The location on the Elbe is fantastic; The view of the Elbe and the harbor is also possible from inside (at least from my seat). It was actually surprising that it was so empty that evening. The waiter assigned to us was polite, very attentive and accommodating. On the other hand, I found the boss(?) to be a bit stressful. For this I deducted one star from the service. But overall 5 stars.

We celebrated our civil wedding in Tim's restaurant and couldn't have imagined a more beautiful location. Everything was perfect and prepared and implemented according to our wishes down to the smallest detail. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere and especially the service were simply TOP! We were extremely happy and would especially like to thank Adisa again for her efforts in the preparation and on the wedding day.

Eten was heerlijk, prijs wat aan de hoge kant. De bediening deed goed zijn best, maar ik was onaangenaam verrast dat de ober aan het einde 10% fooi wilde ipv de 5% die ik wilde betalen. Echt raar dat de ober de discussie aan gaat met een klant hierover.

Food was mediocre and overpriced. If you order some bread, it costs extra!

Very nice restaurant in a great location. The terrace, almost directly on the Elbe, is worth a visit. But we expected the food to be a little more balanced (and better). The side dishes were good but uninspired. However, the main ingredients were very good. The service started off a bit bumpy, but took a turn for the better as the meal progressed. Let's see whether the overall existing potential can be increased!

Enttäuscht vom Platzangebot im Liberté, gingen wir quasi nach nebenan. Die Karte draußen hörte sich sehr spannend an und wir wurden drinnen herzlich und mit Witz empfangen. Der Service war hilfsbereit und super nett. Das Essen hat uns bei jedem Bissen begeistert. Dazu kommt noch die phantastische Lage. Sobald wir wieder in Hamburg sind, werden wir hier ganz sicher wieder hin gehen. Dankeschön für diesen tollen Abend!

Restaurant hat eine sehr stilvolles, ansprechendes Ambiente. Die Karte ist überschaubar und genau das finde ich einen Vorteil. Die Gerichte, die wir hatten (Fischeintopf, Kabeljau, Tintenfisch) waren großartig. Hervorragend im Geschmack und definitiv sättigende Portionsgröße. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were here on a business party, but totally recommend!! The celery salad was amazing, also the wine very good and the fish with the beans sauce??!! I am not sure if this is what I ate because the taste was very complex, also I loved the pink cocktail!!

Das Essen hat seinen Preis, überzeugt aber durch Qualität und Finesse. Das Ambiente überzeugt durch Eleganz und insbesondere der Service war aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen hervorragenden Abend. Empfehlung für alle, die gerne Fisch essen (die Karte bietet aber auch Fleich- und vegetarische Gerichte).

War zum zweiten Mal zum Mittagessen da. Das war wieder sehr lecker. Wenn ich nach Hamburg komme, weiß ich wo es sehr gutes Essen gibt.

Die Königsberger Klopse von der Mittagskarte waren super.

Wir sind spontan aufgrund der Lage und der positiven Bewertungen hier auf der Durchreise eingekehrt. Wir hatten die etwas höheren Preise bereits draußen auf der Karte gesehen. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir uns auf das Essen gefreut. Leider passte die Qualität nicht zu den Preisen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns das Essen im Vorhinein anders beschrieben als serviert. Die Preise für die Kinderspaghetti waren unterschiedlich, einmal hoch und einmal niedrig. Dann wurde uns ein Wein empfohlen, der angeblich nur 10€ teurer sei. Es waren dann knapp 20€. Auf die verschiedenen Fehler angesprochen kamen immer wieder witzig gemeinte aber dann doch unbeholfene Erklärungsversuche ohne eine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung. Alles in allem viel Schein und wenig Sein. Schade für die tolle Location und das Potenzial.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio doesn't fit here. For the price, I get significantly better quality in other restaurants in terms of food, staff and ambience. If the restaurant employees are friendlier than the service manager or the main lady, then that raises questions. If you order a steak medium and you get it the same way. And if the tables outside are placed so close to each other that the next guest cannot sit down at his table because his chair cannot be pushed away sufficiently and he therefore has the feeling that he is sitting back to back with the guest at the table next to him If your ears are ringing with his talking, then it's all very unpleasant and you really just want to get away... It's a shame, because we expected more of it.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier leider nicht. Für den Preis erhalte ich in anderen Restaurants deutlich mehr Qualität sowohl beim Essen, Personal wie auch Ambiente. Wenn die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants freundlicher sind wie die Serviceleitung bzw. die Hauptdame, dann wirft das fragen auf. Wenn man ein Steak Medium bestellt und durch erhält dann genauso. Und wenn die Tische draußen so nah aneinander gestellt sind, dass der nächste Gast sich an seinen Tisch nicht hinsetzen kann, weil er seinen Stuhl nicht ausreichend weggeschoben bekommt und entsprechend ein Gefühl hat, dass er Rücken an Rücken mit dem Gast des Nachbartisches sitzt der ihm mit seinem Reden das Ohr voll dröhnt, dann ist das alles sehr unangenehm und man will wirklich nur weg… Schade, denn wir haben uns mehr davon versprochen.

Schöner Abend Gutes Essen u d aufmerksamer Service

My husband and I went there for the first time. We really liked everything. Very good food and special requests were also very happy to be fulfilled. The wines were also excellent. We also really liked the ambience, especially the large room and of course the fantastic view outside. The service is attentive and very friendly. We will come back in any case.

Wir saßen auf der Terrasse direkt an der Elbe mit schönem Blick auf Blohm & Voss und das Container-Terminal. Besser kann man es nicht haben! Der Service war perfekt. Das Essen war gut, es fehlte aber das i-Tüpfelchen (z.B. der Octopus war leicht versalzen) und die Preise sind happig. Wir würden trotzdem Wiederkommen.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wunderschön. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Elbe. Das Essen war maximal durchschnittlich. Die hohen Preise sind nicht gerechtfertigt.

Es war alles sehr gut besonders gegrillte Octopus . Wir kommen gerne wieder

A service that fulfills every wish in a friendly, natural way. A meal that delivers great new experiences in some plates. Basically always solid quality. It was a big evening at the harbor birthday. The price is absolutely justified given the package of service and quality. The view is priceless. Keep it up. Maybe you'll be even braver in the kitchen. Then there’s also 5*

Food: We had the veal tartare first, the Seibling for the main course and the asparagus ice cream with strawberries for dessert. The veal tartare tasted good, but there were too many components combined for my taste, so the veal was a bit undercooked. However, when presented, the tartare was like a painting! The Seibling was delicious, the risotto as a side dish melted away. 5 stars here! And the absolutely crazy asparagus ice cream activated all the taste buds again, it was simply delicious! I could never have imagined that asparagus ice cream could taste so delicious and refreshing! Service: What can you say here... Our waiter (Jens G.) knows exactly how to give his guests a perfect evening. We were not only amazed by his professionalism, but absolutely in love with it! He knows his subject perfectly, is charming, polite, courteous, attentive and made dinner an unforgettable evening for us. We need more waiters like Jens!!! <3 To Jens: Please keep it up! You are a great person who makes you feel like you not only love your job but also live it! 5 stars for Jens! Ambiance: The ambience was really an absolute dream (the location is also wonderful: with a view of the water it is an absolute eye-catcher in the evening!). The minimalist style and the interplay of different materials create a magical oasis of well-being. As a trained interior designer, I can say: a professional was at work here :-) Conclusion: We had a magical evening! Thanks to all the chefs, thanks to our bartender Pelle for the delicious drinks (the mule with sea buckthorn liqueur was really great!!!), thanks to all the service staff, especially Jens! <3

We were now interested in how the successor to La Vela “sells”. . It really wasn't a disappointment, but on the same level. The menu is compact but sufficient, the drinks are ok. However, the small Carlsberg glass is a joke. Design isn't everything. As a guest you should have enough change in your wallet. Tim's isn't cheap, but it's delicious 💥

A very cold and therefore bad-tempered waiter, an inedible main course, dirty toilets and raging children... we would have put up with it all, but if I eat for just under €300 then I don't want to spend 3 days in bed with food poisoning afterwards. .. Never again!

Schönes Restaurant, guter Service! Die Vorspeisen waren hervorragend (Ceviche und Ziegenkäse) Hauptgerichte ( Seeteufel und Kalbsragout) waren uns zu citruslastig abgeschmeckt. Das ist aber Geschmacksache und hat vielleicht nur uns nicht so zugesagt.

Great, just great. Great location, right on the water. Service polite, courteous and relaxed. The food... unusually short menu overviews... but something for everyone and most importantly: MEGA delicious. The service staff are also open to “extra requests” if they are feasible. Certainly not the cheapest restaurant, but the trip there is always worth it, for special occasions, for example. It was my first time there, but it will NOT be my last. Another very positive thing I took away was that a customer brought his dog with him. Also a dog-friendly restaurant. But I would still recommend calling beforehand. Thanks to Tim, who bought our birthday group a bottle, thanks to the nice service staff. You gave the birthday child and us a very, very nice evening. THANK YOU 🥰
