I really didn't think it was that good for the high price. The amount of fries was also manageable..

Nice waitresses. Service was still better. As Rea! The cocktails also meet the requirements in terms of taste and speed. I'll definitely be back soon 5/5

It's a shame how the Times has changed for the worse. I used to go here every 2 weeks, but after my last visit I'm sure I won't be going here anymore!! And don't recommend it to anyone else The gentleman with the half bald head at the reception doesn't work at all, if that should be the boss then meal (as someone has already written here).. something so rude.. on the topic: I called twice and wanted to make a reservation, none went well... none Problem according to the website you can also reserve by email…. Done, done and also received confirmation On site, this gentleman or even the owner said to me that there was no reservation and told me by email that you shouldn't make a reservation... Then don't offer this service!!! Here the fault was found with the customer and in a way that is not possible... if there weren't 10 of us I would have turned around and left The only thing that can be praised here is the service (a younger blonde woman) The food had no taste and the number of fries at the Cordon Blue was a joke!

The service was unfriendly. The air was stuffy. The seats were uncomfortable. It smelled of cigarettes and stale beer. The speci tasted lacquer and stale. There was hair on the burger. The food was cold and the sauces and drinks were warm.

We go to the Times for dinner once a week. There was a great event on Friday. As always, the food was very tasty and of high quality. Always worth a visit.

We were at the Times again yesterday, and as always the food is excellent, the staff is simply TOP, I've been visiting the Times for over 20 years, the Times is a tradition in Kempten and for me the best American restaurant, whoever has negative comments about this restaurant I think, I just have no idea, and then we were lucky that Norman Gatsby was there yesterday, we had so much fun yesterday and such a lovely evening. All I can say is thank you Times Kempten

Extremely disappointing evening… 1.5 hours of travel and had false expectations. I can really advise everyone against this store! You'd better save your money and have a nice evening somewhere else :) Nice staff, hence 2 stars for service but because of the owner I would prefer to give zero stars and that speaks volumes!

A top restaurant for more than 20 years, even though I haven't lived in Kempten for a long time, I like to drive there from Augsburg just to get something to eat

I spontaneously looked for a sports bar with a friend to specifically experience the Bundesliga game Gladbach against Union. And it was an experience! We found a super cozy large bar with countless TVs and huge screens. The entire staff was extremely empathetic and courteous. The menu was very diverse. We decided on a burger menu and were thrilled with the size and quality. The drinks menu was also very extensive and the quality of the cocktails in particular was really good. The Times is a clear recommendation for every sports fan who wants to have a great time in Kempten!

Went there for the first time today. Ambiance, American style, was very good, all seats inside with a good view of the screens. There is also an enclosed, heated terrace with a large screen and 2 other large screens. Estimated space for well over 100 people. We ordered burgers (with beef). Super tasty and more than enough in quantity. The menu was very diverse, something for everyone. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back.

I was there this afternoon. All of my requests were taken into account, even if they weren't on the menu. Gladly again!

Pizza looks and tastes like frozen pizza, burgers cold and bland. Went there a few times with friends by invitation. Absolutely not worth the price. I love good burgers and pizza and eat out often, but I definitely don't go to Times anymore. In my opinion one of the worst restaurants in town.

I am very disappointed with my visit today. I like to be here with friends, to watch football but also just to eat. Today we had to wait about 45 minutes before we could take our food order. I had to get up myself and look for a waiter because no one came to our table. When ordering, I had to order the Times Bowl differently because of my intolerance. This wasn't a problem at all the previous times. This time it was said it wouldn't be possible. I then said that I have ordered it like this several times. I was replied that it was nice and that he couldn't guarantee anything. If the customer orders something then information about yes or no would be very good. But then saying that nothing is guaranteed is unfortunately no joke when it comes to intolerances. Then there was no more rice to make the bowl so I canceled the meal. Very unfortunate.

Me and my friends were there tonight on September 2nd. We met for dinner at the Times. The waiter was incredibly rude. He indirectly discriminated against my friend in homophobic ways. First of all, he warned him not to overdo it after his first drink this evening and laughed at him with his colleagues. In addition, his money was checked for authenticity and he involuntarily pocketed a tip for himself. I have never experienced this behavior at the Times before and I am deeply shocked. This disrespect towards my boyfriend, telling him not to drink much after one drink is not understandable at all, he can drink as much as he wants. The shop is downstairs near me.

Had burgers and pizza and salad, all dishes were very good and without a long wait, about 20 minutes. The service team was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately not as good as before. Prices have risen quite a bit and the Farmer Salad is unfortunately no longer what it used to be. We got bread when we asked and it wasn't homemade, as it had been in the past and also written on the menu

Great shop, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The food is bomb and there is a huge selection. Breakfast on Sundays is amazing, we always like coming here. The price is also really good.

Good bar, good food, very good drinks and cocktails. Service is great even when it's busy. Price/performance is right. The seats outside are awesome when the weather is right. When there's a lot going on, it's very loud inside. In general, the Times is always busy, especially when FC Bayern is playing, so be careful, otherwise you won't be able to go without a reservation.

We wanted to drink two glasses of water with our meal, but the waitress brought us two large bottles of water. We explained to her that one bottle was enough, but she informed us that she could not cancel the unopened bottle, which was still with her at the time and not on our table. Eventually she forced us to buy the second bottle.

I actually really like the Times. We just made the mistake of using the exit as an entrance, which earned us an unfriendly greeting. We also had the impression that we were very unwelcome and that they would have preferred not to give us a table outside (we were there around 5 p.m. and the tables were reserved around 8 p.m.) and the unfriendly service often looked at our table with a sideways glance walked past and shook his head. Maybe he didn't like us because others didn't make such a fuss. The rest of the service was otherwise very nice and the food was also delicious 👍

It's actually a nice shop, but the bald man at the reception is impossible. Been there three times, been rudely shouted at three times out of the blue. Rarely have we experienced such derogatory treatment; unfortunately, respectful treatment is not to be expected here. It's actually a shame, the rest of the employees were friendly, maybe change the man at reception...

The Times doesn't need a description, we know it and everyone knows what they have here: good food, good drinks, good service and a good feeling.

For the record: we were there for a Champions League semi-final. On the day we made our reservation we wanted a table for 4 people. So we went there, there were 5 of us and we asked if that was okay. Yes it was, but we were told that two more people would sit down at our table. That's not okay at all. The burgers were very bad and almost just slapped down. Price performance a disaster. The cheese spaetzle were soaked in something and had no taste at all. The chicken wings, on the other hand, were great! All in all, next time we will think twice about whether we want to come on a day like this.

The taste of the food was good... but unfortunately the burgers were rather lukewarm instead of hot. The service was rather poor towards the end of the serving hours. Unfortunately, they were always referred to “the colleague” until there was nothing left. Very poor performance... not to mention the excuses.

Burger restaurant that is beautifully decorated with all kinds of beautiful things from the USA. Fast and attentive service. Good burgers. Fries could have been crispier. The only drawback. The core in the lava cake was no longer liquid. Almdudler is on the menu with 0.4l. A bottle arrived with 0.35.

Simply WOW! The food is delicious, the cocktails are always delicious and have a very good price! The American Breakfeast in particular is incredibly tasty and the coffees you can order there are simply amazing!!!!

Unfortunately my visit here was very disappointing. I ordered a burger with breaded feta. Above the burgers it said that all burgers have a burger patty, lettuce, tomato, sauce, etc., which is why I assumed that the burger with feta also contains all of these components. The burger actually came without a burger patty. In addition, the feta was really small and, in my opinion, cannot be seen as a full topping for a burger for €14.00. After I pointed out the information on the menu above the burgers to the waitress, she asked if I would like another burger patty on it. But the boldest thing was that I had to pay an extra €4.50 for this slice of meat. Without the meat the burger would have been ultra dry. If the menu suggests that all burgers have a burger patty on them, but then you have to pay extra for it, then I find that really outrageous. I feel deliberately ripped off here! I used to love coming here, but now there are much better burger shops in Kempten!

Boy Boy, we were there on a Saturday evening, There was also a bit of activity going on. Nevertheless, we would be placed super quickly. The order was uncomplicated and quick. I ate the Big Onion Times Burger. I'm an average man with 95 kilos and a good hunger, I can also eat very well, but this burger filled me up. The beef was made from fresh minced meat, not frozen paddies like the competition! I ordered sweet potato fries as a side dish, but after the Buger I was already full. And the taste was outstanding. At my table a cheeseburger, a pizza speciale and a salad with turkey were eaten, and everything looked great and was super tasty! We will come back soon! 👍

If you don't know it, it's your own fault. Maybe not the right place for a romantic dinner, but delicious food all day long. Sometimes too full for my taste :-) Update 2024: I find it too dark there now and the facility could use some renovation

It was my first time at the Times and I will definitely come back! The food was great and the ambience is great too. It was quite crowded where we were and it can be louder at times. But it didn't bother us. The service was simply great and incredibly friendly. The peach juice is recommended, of course only if you like peaches!

Great, thought we would try ordering and picking up instead of going in. Ordered specifically without tomatoes etc. on the burger. Even called again just to say. When we got home we were delighted with the food, which was gone after we opened it. Burger bread falls apart because there was so much sauce on it and everything on the burger that you didn't want. Before I get anything else on this white one, I'd rather go to MCS, at least they manage not to put the things on it that I don't want. Absolute impudence to pay €17 for a burger that you didn't get. Not recommendable !

Good sports bar. They often come over to the regulars' table and the location is well suited for that. The prices are okay, the dishes and cocktails are highly recommended.

When the diner is empty, it's quite cozy and quiet - as soon as it's full, it just gets loud 🙉 As far as the food is concerned, there is actually almost nothing to complain about! However, it should be mentioned that the burgers are fried medium - if you don't know or don't like that, it could get unpleasant! I had an onion burger with 2 patties, you could taste the raw minced meat - a no-go for me, the waitress should have pointed that out... after all, with a steak they also ask whether the steak should be fried! The homemade lemonades were delicious, although very sweet - but a visual highlight!

Legendary and simply known to everyone. Unfortunately it has slowed down a lot, dishes (burgers) just come to the table, milkshakes come as cold milk with flavor. So have a drink in this atmosphere - definitely! But unfortunately I'm not so sure about the food anymore.

Ich hatte einen Hühnchenburger mit Wedges. Der Burger war unterirdisch. Die Wedges verdienen den Namen nicht. Das Burgerbrötchen war weiss, lummelig und ungetostet. Das Hähnchenfleisch war ein Billigfertigfleisch und kam wahrscheinlich frisch aus der Fritteuse. Der Burger war lieblos belegt mit ein paar Streifen Endivinsalat? wenigen Scheibchen saure Gurken und was dem Ganzen ein bisschen Geschmack gab, war eine Fertig-Asiasosse. Die Wedges müssen auch ein billiges Fertigprodukt gewesen sein. Sie haben das Fett ganz aufgesogen. Ausser aussen knusprig gab es innen nicht viel Konsistenz, die auf ein Kartoffelprodukt schließen lässt. Da sind die Burger und Pommes von Mc Donalds wesentlich besser. Da hätte ich eher so ein essen erwartet. Der Nachtisch, ein Lava Cake war Ok. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Das “Times” hat mich durch und durch beeindruckt! Das Ambiente, im amerikanischen Stil gehalten, schafft eine perfekte Kulisse, besonders für größere Gruppen. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und einladend, was den Treffpunkt noch angenehmer macht. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und bringt Humor mit, was die Erfahrung noch angenehmer gestaltet. Die Getränkeauswahl im “Times” ist beeindruckend, egal ob alkoholisch oder alkoholfrei, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zubereitung des Essens geht zügig vonstatten, und man muss nicht lange warten. Das Essen selbst ist köstlich und authentisch im amerikanischen Stil, was es besonders sättigend macht – hier sollte man definitiv mit einem guten Hunger ankommen! Preislich ist das “Times” sehr fair und somit auch für Besucher mit kleinerem Budget geeignet. Es ist eine hervorragende Empfehlung für Familien, Firmenfeiern und private Veranstaltungen. Insgesamt eine Top-Erfahrung, die ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Eiskalt. Trotz Reservierung draußen im Wintergarten mit Heizpilzen gesessen. Boden bei draußen Minus 6 Grad sehr kalt, von der Decke tropft es. Könnt ihr so nicht machen. Da helfen auch die nett gemeinten warmen Decken nichts.

Angenehm es Ambiente. Speisen Preis Leistung ganz gut. Tolle Burger. Draußen kann man auch mit größeren Gruppen nett sitzen und auch die Plätze im Voraus reservieren.

Alles sehr gut. Insbesondere die sympathische und witzige Bedienung von Janos ist immer wieder ein Grund hin zu gehen.

Super Essen und tolles Ambiente

Essen ist wirklich super vor allem die Pizza hat’s mir echt angetan. Atmosphäre ist immer ganz nice auch wenn ab und zu etwas laut. Für ein romantisches Date würde ich persönlich jetzt nicht dort hin, aber in ner kleinen bis großen Gruppe ist es mega. Preislich auch wirklich super!

Ins Times komme ich jedesmal gerne. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, die Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl groß und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. In den letzten Jahren wurde ich hier nie enttäuscht, macht weiter so! 😀

Wird alles ein wenig trist und dunkel

Der Local guid eures Vertrauens war hier scho öfters um börgis zu verspeisen dementsprechend schmeckt es hier ziemlich gut. würde jedem Mal empfehlen hier seine Zeit zu malen.

Waren hier beim Frühstücken. Schlange am Buffett war extrem lang. Ansonsten klassische Hotel Frühstücksabfertigung.

Hat leider stark nachgelassen … Essen leider wirklich nur noch OK, man wird satt und kann es essen aber nichts besonderes mehr. Service ok aber ein wenig überfordert … also ja lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr.

Top Service! Der Chef ist sehr sympathisch, genauso wie seine Mitarbeiter. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch, vermutlich Nächten Freitag.

Burger sind super! Nette Bedienungen

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern dort und es war echt schön. Unter der Woche am Abend einen Platz zu bekommen ohne Reservierung ist möglich. Das Essen war echt gut und die Preise passen.

Wie immer super Service und leckeres Essen

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Wir verstehen die aktuelle Situation und daher den etwas erhöhten Preis.

Hier gibt's die wahrscheinlich leckersten Burger in Kempten, dazu diese Amerikanische Atmosphäre und den Bonus mit vielen Fernsehern und einer Leinwand im überdachten Außenbereich, einfach großartig. Ich gehe hier sehr sehr gerne essen.

Die Burger sehen sehr saftig und ausgesprochen lecker aus. Pommes mit Ketchup oder Mayonnaise sind dazu Pflicht. Eine kalte Cola und ein großzügiges Trinkgeld sind fast Pflicht.

Hat mich nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Getränke waren Standard wie überall. Dennoch hatten wir alle einen schönen Abend

Typische Sportsbar im American Style, gute Pizza, Kässpatzen leider trocken und geschmacklich fad, Burger OK, Cocktails absolut nicht zu empfehlen, sehr teuer für diesen Inhalt, schmecken wie die Fertigprodukte aus dem Supermarkt und kommen laut der Bedienung auch aus der Maschine...sehr schade
