€8 for a doner kebab box, which could also be called a "meat box with a hint of salad." Simply poor quality for the price. Unfortunately, the shop has declined in quality year after year. The employees are quite nice, even if I don't want to know what they're saying about me in their native language ;) I actually only go here when I'm really hungry late at night. Otherwise, there are much better alternatives throughout the day.

Update end of 8:25: The shop was gutted, remodeled, and reopened within a few days. ************* Former regular customer. The doner meat is getting worse and worse. Lots of gristly pieces. The rest of the doner itself is average. I only get Falafel Dürüm there on rare occasions.

The staff, the two men, are extremely unfriendly. Zero interest, zero friendliness. But the worst thing is, the two of them gossip about EVERY customer. They gossip about every customer, and only bad things, like how they look, etc., both among themselves and in Turkish. But they don't take into account that a German woman can also speak perfect Turkish... Well... Never again.

The food is indeed only standard, but not bad. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired (sometimes bordering on disrespect), and the atmosphere is equally uninviting. As the only kebab shop in the neighborhood, they (presumably) believe they have a monopoly and aren't dependent on customers. I hope the other kebab shop at the Tierpark Center (about 150 meters away as the crow flies) will reopen soon, because competition is known to stimulate business and will hopefully cause the staff to change their behavior toward customers. You don't have to like everyone, but disrespect is a no-go!

Several different employees are extremely unfriendly and aggressive, sometimes even gossiping about customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

The food is okay; there's worse, but also better. You can tell it's different than it was a few years ago. The service needs to be improved considerably. For example, when you leave, they don't even say "Bon appetit." As a customer, I feel like I'm not even welcome there. 🤔

Unfortunately, the kebab is really bad. The meat is very fatty, often with hard, gristly pieces, and it smells extremely unpleasant. The shop is filled with gamers, gamblers, and... Unfortunately, I really wouldn't recommend it. Especially not if you're planning on going with children.

Not suggested, taste was not good and the service was really bad. There was two man standing over the counter and they were very rude just because me and my friend ask them to make the doner half. Don't try ever.

Yes, I also need to vent my frustration today about the quality, which has declined significantly, especially after all the price increases. I find it extremely sad that even as a regular customer, you're only served burnt, disgusting-tasting meat. The vegetables are absolutely out of this world. So linking the friendliness to the kebab and then only giving one star, even though the kebab is good according to my own rating, is something I will probably never understand. You will certainly not be greeted with “German hospitality” here. Nevertheless, the order is processed quickly! For me it is the first choice when it comes to a kebab in the area. Extremely unfriendly staff, incredibly expensive for the quantity, there isn't even any gravy bread. If there's half a chicken behind the contact grill, that's really disgusting. In summary, go somewhere else. Another shop seems to be opening nearby soon, which at least gives us hope

It has always been my personal kebab shop since the beginning of the 90s, unfortunately none of the old people are really into it anymore and the new ones sometimes struggle a bit due to their social skills. BUT: it is and remains the best kebab in the world and is regularly imported to Lüneburg and warmed up again in the oven. Delicious!

I got a kebab in the evening and I have to say that the quality is really bad for the price.

Contrary to the negative reviews, the meal suited us as a quick snack at a low price. There was a decent portion of meat on the kebab, albeit minced meat based. Sauce had just been taken out of the fridge, vegetables had just been filled. And the currywurst wasn't an original, but a beef sausage. Of course, the parking lot/train station atmosphere doesn't invite you to linger for long, but that wasn't what we wanted after visiting the zoo.

I was there today. It's obvious that the room is small. I placed my order and was sent back and forth by the rude guy because he had to go to every corner where I was standing. He was annoyed, I was annoyed. The icing on the cake is that I now have complete nausea and diarrhea. Never, ever again. And if you read the posts here, it's not uncommon at this store...

Portions are getting smaller and smaller. Hardly any meat left in it. Doner kebab is much flatter than before. The Dürüm Dömer is hardly as thick as the wrist of a 13 year old child! It's just not worth it here anymore. In explanation the seller said you get what you get. I won't buy here anymore!

I can't understand all the bad reviews. It's a classic Berlin kebab, just as it should be. They don't skimp on the meat, the vegetables are always fresh and the sauces taste great. The halloumi kebab also tastes great here. Of course the ambience isn't the best, but it's just a small bistro at the subway station, so you can't expect a posh bistro there.

They have stuck at least five, or rather more, signs on doors, windows and counters stating that they do not accept any form of payment other than cash. Is this just a particularly noticeable manifestation of a phase of defiance, or how can something like this be explained?

The kebab man has absolutely no idea about fashion. Actually there should be something special there. Maybe they should only work with women.

I'm surprised that no health authority has checked yet. I recently bought a kebab from there and later that night I had diarrhea and vomiting, i.e. it was food poisoning. I would recommend you not to buy anything there.

The worest döner for me. So tastless and boring, I couldn't even eat the half of it.

Was a regular customer for years, but unfortunately the last two kebabs ended up in the bin. The staff seem to have taken a liking to finger grease (to make it easier to tear off the foil?), which they like to generously smear on the kebab... it spoils everything. The last one tasted like there was something spoiled in it.

Unfortunately my visit here was disappointing. The employee was very unfriendly, which negatively affected the entire experience. Because of this experience I will not be returning. There are definitely other places to eat with better service and a more pleasant atmosphere.

Normal Berlin kebab. Nothing special. No chicken, just typical minced meat skewer. But vegetables are fresh and crunchy. Service top. Ambiance is semi good, it's at a subway station.

As the others have already described, they are just babbling to themselves. Sauce was 1 teaspoon and the rest was just diced together. I would give 0 stars but it doesn't work. You have to know. My friend had a kebab box that consisted of sauce with meat...

It's my first time in Berlin and I wanted to try a kebab here and what can I say. I've never seen anything like that. I'm not even sure if it was meat. I wouldn't get anything more...

It's still my favorite kebab, even if the sauce and tomatoes are becoming less and less. Unfortunately, some employees seem to be in pain and therefore unable to smile.

Wir hatten eine kleine Falafel Tasche mit Salat (für 7€) und eine Halloumitasche (6 €) beides war lecker, auch wenn die Portionen für den Preis wirklich ein Witz waren. Alles in allem nicht den Preis wert.

Unfreundlich, respektlos und Wünsche werden eiskalt ignoriert. Wenn man auf den Wunsch besteht, wird er widerwillig und schlecht erfüllt. Doch dann wir einem der Döner vor die Nase geworfen. Geschmacklich eher unspektakulär. Fertigsoße und schlechtes Billigfleisch, welches zu teuer verkauft wird. Schade. Der Laden war echt mal nett und freundlich.

Preise sind verhältnismäßig sehr teuer. Portionen sehr klein. Personal ist nett.

Döner war gut und schnell fertig. Die Kollegen waren mehr mit sich beschäftigt und ausdrücklich kein Interesse am Smalltalk gezeigt. Nicht schlimm aber ungewöhnlich.

Der Döner schmeckt. Es gibt vielleicht noch etwas bessere, aber hier ist er sehr in Ordnung.

Ich habe einen "Big Döner" bestellt, statt dessen bekam ich einen mickrigen Döner mit maximal 30 Gramm Salat. Extrem ekelhaftes Fleisch und gratis dazu gab es auch noch Bauchschmerzen. Fleisch ist extrem fettig und ungenießbar. Meine Döner Empfehlung für ein sehr guten Döner: Dennis Döner am S Karlshorsts.

Unfreundlich ist ein Understatement! Nie in meinem Leben habe ich mit einem gastronomischen Mitarbeiter heftig diskutiert. Er quatscht mit seinen Kollegen, während er die Bestellung aufnimmt. Dann hat er einen Zutat ins Döner getan, was ich natürlich nicht nehmen wollte. Statt sich zu entschuldigen hat er mir die Schuld gegeben! Leute…Finger weg von diesem Bistro !

Echt nix besonderes! Relativ kleiner Döner, viel Gemüse, wenig Fleisch. Die Soße und das Fleisch waren meiner Meinung nach sehr fade. Man hat nur Gemüse geschmeckt beim Essen, von Fleisch und Soße keine Spur…

Döner 7,00 € Käse habt es glaub ich umsonst dazu, wurde mir jedenfalls nicht mit abgezogen .. war jetzt nicht schlecht oder gut - Standard halt. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und hat den Döner sehr schnell zubereitet.

Seit gefühlt Jugendtagen, mein absolut liebster Döner der Stadt. Dafür fahre ich auch gern 10min Auto von zuhaus um dort einen tollen leckeren Döner zu essen.

Der döner wird immer schlechter Fleisch schmeckt alt und eklig

Vor knapp einem Monat habe ich mir einen Big Döner für 7€ geholt. Der Döner war schön groß und geschmacklich ganz okay. Heute einen Big Döner geholt für 7€, der war nicht mal halb so groß wie damals ganz wenig Fleisch sowie Gemüse. Für 7€ erwarte ich schon mehr und nicht so einen mickrigen Döner. Für mich ist das einfach nur pure Abzocke!

Leider sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, das Essen ist auch von mangelhafter Qualität und das bei DEN Preisen… Ich bin echt nicht pingelig, aber DAS geht wirklich gar nicht. Nie wieder dieser Laden! Geht ein paar Meter weiter zum anderen Döner-Laden (nähe Rewe), da stimmt Freundlichkeit und Essen.

Der Döner ist echt lecker und reichlich.

Falafel Döner, bitte knusprig mit wenig Soße. 5 Euro. Das Brot war wie ungetoastet, labberig. Soße musste ich echt suchen. Die Falafel waren genauso weich und wenig gewürzt. Hab zuhause den Salat rausgemacht und den Rest in den Backofen geschoben. Da will ich mir einmal im Jahr gönnen, sage extra ausführlich was ich will und werde krass frustriert -.- als wäre es Absicht. Ich hab angerufen und gefragt warum meine Bestellung komplett anders war. Er meinte die dürfen das nicht knuspriger machen, sonst ist verbrannt. Das wäre es noch lange nicht. Zur Kräuter statt knoblauchsauce hat er nichts gesagt. Er hätte mir zumindest entgegen kommen können, aber stattdessen ist es egal wenn Kunden unglücklich ist und ich soll wo anders hingehen. Und Serviette gab es auch nicht.

Ich und meine Frau, wir haben hier am heutigen Tage, 19.07.2022, zwei Falafeldöner gekauft, zum Mitnehmen, wohl gemerkt, das erste Mal. Super lecker, frisch und die Falafelkugeln waren so schmackhaft und gut gewürzt. Was wir sehr interessant fanden, ist, dass der Rotkohl nicht roh, sondern eine Art eingelegt war, etwas säuerlich und das hat dem Geschmack eine besondere Note verliehen. Also, wir kommen wieder, danke !!!

ACHTUNG: Häufig versteckte Extrakosten ohne sie auf der Karte zu deklarieren. Nach freundlichen Nachfragen wurde sehr zornig reagiert, obwohl es in Deutschland eine Deklarierungspflicht gibt. Die bestellte Dönerbox für eigentlich 6,50€ (bei mir 7,50€) ist für den happigen Preis viel zu wenig serviert. Das Fleisch ist wirklich ein billiger Spieß, eine für Fleisch unübliche homogene Masse. Tiefgekühlt angeliefertes Separatorenfleisch, was zu teuer weiterverkauft wird. Ein Hähnchenspieß gibt es nicht, nur das billige „Kalb“Fleisch. Die Soßen sind sehr essiglastig. Kein guter Döner. Ich empfehle, wenn man am U Tierpark ist den 30m danebenliegenden „Bistro Döner“ neben der Postbank. Günstiger und viel besser.

Habe einen Halloumi Teller bestellt. Durfte zwischen Salat oder Pommes wählen. Ich wählte Pommes. Bekommen habe ich dann wirklich einen Teller Pommes mit 4 Halloumi oben drauf. Nen Kleks Soße gab es freundlicher Weise dazu. Salat gab's natürlich nicht. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Das ist kein Halloumi Teller! Jungs, wenn ihr Halloumi Teller verkaufen wollt, dann geht Mal nach Friedrichshain und schaut euch an, wie sowas auszusehen hat. Kein Taboule, kein Hummus, einfach nichts drauf. Was soll das? Und dafür 9€ abzukassieren ist nun wirklich Abzocke!
