Döner & Curry in Berlin

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews here! Excellent kebab! One of the best kebabs I've ever had in Germany. And believe me, I've tried sooooo many of them, all over the country! If I'm ever in Berlin again, I'll definitely be back!

Delicious, fresh kebab, delicious meat, fresh salads, huge portion; it's hard to eat the whole rollo. The price is around 8 euros, so bearable. Worth it.

The doner is delicious but the service and cleanliness are not enough

A fairly small kebab shop. My friend really wanted to go there as she had eaten there last week. So I went in with pretty high expectations. I had a chicken kebab, she had a dürüm. The food was ok, nothing special, more like a standard kebab. Unfortunately the salad was a bit old and had a few dark spots. The tomatoes were also overripe. Unfortunately the sauce wasn't spread all the way to the edges. I thought the chicken itself was well seasoned but unfortunately it got a bit lost in the mix. The size was ok. The area is just Alex, so you can't expect much. Homeless people looking for food in the rubbish bins, and there's a lot of dirt all around. So you can forget about the atmosphere because of the surroundings. Otherwise it was ok.

A waste of money. Fries weren't cooked through, the meat was bland and flaky, not worth a visit. The staff were rather dull and impatient. The area, right next to the subway, could still be kept clean.

Horrible place! No English. Staff extremely rude and agressive. I left as soon as he started talking. To avoid at all costs!

Staff behaviour seemed arrogant. The food quality was also not good.

When we entered the shop, the doner slicing officer started taking our orders. He was very angry. While we were debating whether to leave, other staff arrived. Fortunately, they were good communicators.

Tastes very good and the workers very nice

I ate my first kebab on Sonnenallee in 1990 when I was 5 years old. Since then, I've visited countless kebab shops all over Germany, ranging from good to yucky. Today I was at Alex with my boys and we wanted a kebab. I have no idea what some people have, but there was more than enough meat, the side dishes were all fresh, the sauces were endlessly delicious when mixed together, and the meat was juicy and delicious. This brought back a childhood memory of my first kebab. All in all, highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the people working at the cash register are very friendly. If you ask them something, they don't answer. They give my girlfriend a very angry look.

I ate a kebab and fries at Döner & Curry. The service was very unfriendly, and I was treated poorly. There was also very little meat in the kebab. The employees were doing other work with their gloves and even used swear words. Hygiene is completely ignored there. I absolutely cannot recommend Döner & Curry.

The best kebab I've had in a long time. The bread was crispy, the meat was really tasty, and the staff was super friendly. I would eat there again.

We ordered the vegetable durum with chicken. It wasn't bad, but it was okay. I wouldn't recommend it. The kebab stand is small, with two or three small tables inside and outside, but there are also seating options. The staff were all friendly. Upon request, we were also served our kebabs split. Still, I wouldn't go there again.

Slow service for marginal food. The staff are diligent but slow given this is a fast food joint.

The kebab meat is dry and tough. Fries were OK. Unfortunately, 30 minutes after consumption, abdominal pain occurred with a less than ideal outcome. It's better to eat somewhere else, then it will stay in your stomach longer.

One of the best kebab i had in berlin

Do yourself a favor and don't eat there, meat is almost inedible, bread breaks through the bottom before you even bite into it, and I had to throw up 6 hours after eating this food and twice, maybe I just had a Monday product, but a 2nd . sometimes I don't eat there.

Mini kebab. Hot sauce was good, but that was about it on the positive side of the kebab. Meat fatty and little. Actually just too little and too expensive for it. Solid standard kebab for tourists. Fries are served with currywurst. Both fried in the same hairdresser. The fries tasted like animal fat. You can really see foam on the cooking fat. Hello? Definitely not for vegetarians. Can be so much better than he is. It's in a great location so you don't have to make any effort. Too bad.

the Currywurst was very good. great flavours and customer service. Staff were very kind and helpful about helping choose what to eat and what was available. Food was quickly prepped and came out hot and delicious!

I was there after the love parade to eat something and what I was supposed to get first were the leftovers from the fries from a lady who was ahead of me. The 4 fries and some meat were supposed to be used to make my meal for which I did I was supposed to pay full price, after I noticed how the staff had to laugh at the food they were trying to prepare for me and I mentioned that I didn't want to buy it, there was a discussion for free, I've rarely experienced something so outrageous been there once and never again thanks for nothing

After a long day, I needed some refreshment. The kebab box with chicken and yogurt sauce was very tasty. The staff is very friendly and you got your order fairly quickly, even though it was busy.

Mig og mine veninder var på vej hen til restauranten og da vi var på vej var en at de arbejdere der lavede ansigter til min veninde altså han bidt han læbe og kiggede hende op og ned også kommenterede han på hvor flot hun var da vi så tager ind kigger han hende stadig op og ned på en meget ubehageligt måde så får han en af hans medarbejdere til at tage en DANSK sang på imens han kigger på os imens han smilte på en upassende måde og det gjorde alle mine veninde meget ubehageligt at vi fik det dårligt efter og vi er unge piger og jeg vil gerne har at der blir gjorde noget ved det

Yesterday I ordered a Turkish pizza without onions because I can't eat raw onions. There were onions on it again (this happened once a few months ago), now I'm in extreme pain and can barely move. Please take something like this seriously and don't make jokes afterwards, because you can hear things like that from outside. The atmosphere outside is terrible, always loud, but the owners can't do anything about that. The food is actually very tasty, apart from the fact that they don't listen to your request that you don't want onions on it.
