Avci BİSTRO(Döner,Pizza) in Berlin

The doner kebab was too small and too thin. 7.50 is far too expensive for that.

I got a lahmacun, a doner kebab, and two beers. The meat was absolutely disgusting and rotten. The sauce consisted of oil and mayo. It also tasted very sour, as if the yogurt had expired. The employee was listless and didn't care about his job. I paid €15 for that, but the best part of the order was the beer!!!

I always go by reviews, but I would have shot myself in the foot here. If I hadn't spontaneously tried it because it was nearby, I probably would never have realized how good the kebab is here. I still expect good service, but good food. And that's what these guys deliver. I've been eating kebabs for 30 years, and lately it's been getting harder and harder to find a good one. Here, I was really happy with the quality for the first time in ages, and a second test at 2 a.m. confirmed this. Plus, I thought I'd left my wallet there, and when I called, the guys were immediately there to help and even asked at the Späti. From my point of view: top notch.

Disgusting! The kebab doesn't taste good, and it's very unhygienic. The staff is very rude. The health department should take a look; I got sick after eating there.

Warning! They often use the meat from the day before if they haven't used up all of it. I saw it all in person, and I haven't been there since. Oh yeah, and they sometimes keep your change, as if it's a tip. 😠 AVOID!!!

Update: I find the constant price increases (€7.50!) absolutely incomprehensible, given the mediocre quality and the price competition nearby (some under €6 in Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg). The kebab is mediocre, just about filling. I wish the meat tasted a bit more like meat.

It feels like it's open 24/7. Doner kebabs, pizza, sausages, and burgers are all over the place. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The cheeseburger (€5) was much better than I expected. Always recommended for a quick snack.

The service was a bit slow but you can live with it, the employees were really friendly. The halloumi were really delicious! The falafels were crispy and also delicious. My recommendation was the herb sauce was absolutely delicious and the aroma was exactly right for the taste

Had a stomach ache after the kebab, it really didn't taste good. The meat was just fatty and sauce was just cheap mayo.

Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences. The employees are extremely unfriendly and seem annoyed. Extra requests are simply laughed at and ignored. Every corner is cut and there is hardly anything in the kebab. Even though I live nearby, I decided to avoid this store.

Doner kebab absolutely not recommended! Standard lower category meat skewer. Bread not toasted properly, sauces with mayonnaise. Employees didn't say a proper hello and goodbye. I didn't finish the kebab and threw away about 1/3 - it was the first time I threw away a kebab.

Good food, fair price, nice employees. The indoor area is not really pleasant, but outdoor seats are fine.

The kebab really doesn't taste good but the absolute outrage is the disrespect towards children. For the second time today, my son was thrown out as soon as he swallowed his last bite of kebab. In the words: “clean up and get out”. My son is always friendly and doesn't understand this kind of behavior towards him, and neither do I. If children are not welcome then we adults will boycott this store!!!

I ordered a Dürüm, the seller wanted to put so little sauce. Meat does NOT taste like meat. Sauces don't taste like anything either, very greasy. Meat was still a bit raw! The bread from the dürüm… speechless…. Would NOT recommend the store

I have never received such an 'empty' kebab in my life. I'm a fairly short, petite woman, so the friendly salesperson may have thought he needed to "adjust" the portion size to avoid waste or save on inventory... I don't know. In any case, I find serving a vegan kebab with 4 slices of seitan, 3 tablespoons of greens and a dollop of sauce (was it even vegan?) for a full €6.50 a cheek. Unfortunately I won't eat there anymore.

I recently relocated to Lichtenburg and tried the döner from a nearby eatery. Overall, I'm pleased with the portion size and ambiance, although the meat was satisfactory, the salad didn't seem fresh.

Not recommendable. It smells terribly of cigarette smoke, my kebab had almost nothing in it for the high price and the employees weren't very friendly.

Doner kebab is very lean, pizza is not that great either. Music is usually very loud and tiring.

The kebab shop is part of a chain. The kebab is okay. There is only this chain in the area. The pide with sucuk is very tasty. I'd happily go back for the pide.

This morning at 9.45 we wanted to enter the shop and were very rudely sent away because it probably wasn't open. The door said 9 o'clock. It says 8 o'clock here. I'll never enter the shed again.

Dass die sich überhaupt trauen, so einen Döner zu verkaufen mitten in Berlin. Da warja mal nichts drin! Das Brot war ultra dünn, Salat und Fleisch musste man suchen.... So einen kleinen Döner haben ich noch nie gesehen und dafür werden stolze 5,00 Euro aufgerufen! (Das war vor pber 1 Jahr, jetzt bestimmt noch teurer) Heftig. Wirklich an allem wird gespart. Besonders auch an der Freundlichkeit. Das war mein erster und auch letzter Besuch dort. Und als ich nach einer 2. Serviette gefragt habe, wurde diese mir äußerst zögerlich und auch widerwillig überreicht.... Ganz ehrlich, macht lieber zu, wenn es sich nicht mehr rentiert. So einen schlecht gelaunten Geizknochen mit halber Portion für dne vollen Preis.... Unmöglich

LE MEILLEUR KEBAB DE BERLIN ! j’ai adoré le délicieux met ! Honnêtement le mélange de légume grillé et la viande était vraiment une réussite ! La quantité était énorme et généreuse, la viande de qualité grillé à souhait, pas trop de sauce et beaucoup de goût ! Foncer y sans réfléchir !!!

Mitarbeiter immer nett. Döner Standardpresshack, kennt man ja. Pizza ganz gut aber eigenartige Preisgestaltung. Margherita passt preislich, alles andere zu teuer vor allen Dingen im Bezug auf Ausgestaltung des Belags. Nudelgerichte katastrophal. Die Nudeln sind vorgekocht, komplett Übergart und die Tomatensoße vermutlich die Pizzagrundsauce. A propos Alternativen. Die gibt's ja in der Gegend zu Avci nicht mehr wirklich, wenn es um Döner geht. Hey Mr. Avci: Wenn Sie schon ein quasi Monopol im Weidlingkiez haben, dann machen Sie es doch bitte richtig gut, sodass man gerne hingeht und nicht nur zur Not.

Stinkende Raucherbude, essen ist nicht außergewöhnlich, aber ok.

EMPFEHLUNG!!! BESTER DÖNER. Zu probieren sind die neuen Pizza Pasta. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett , Höflich. Jeder der dort vorbei läuft sollte anhalten und alles was es zu bieten gibt aus probieren. Vor dem Laden gibt es einen großen Vorplatz wo man gemütlich im Sommer sitzen kann und essen / Bier trinken. Nicht verpassen und sich von den Leckereien begeistern lassen. Ja AVCI BISTRO LEOPOLDSTR. LICHGENBERG IST GEMEINT.
