First of all, I'd like to thank the staff for their attentiveness. The döner kebab is incredibly delicious, and I can say the same for the chicken. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Stop using misleading AI images to advertise your product

You can't pay by card. The restaurant is being renovated without the food being covered and while people are eating. Noisy and dusty.

What can I say, the durum roll is extremely delicious, juicy. Meat is tender, not too fatty, they put a decent amount of it. I’ve added all the veggies for balancing purposes. Price is 8/8.5€ Card payment is possible. Guys were friendly. They work till 3 am. Personal advice to maximise experience is to either put in the oven for a high temperature to make durum crispy or to fry from both sides on a dry pan. Enjoy!

In my opinion, this is the best kebab in Berlin or Germany. The staff are very friendly and the view is beautiful. I don't understand why people write so badly about it.

Always do the math: after 8 p.m., the skewer is unacceptable & orders are often served incorrectly. Ordered 1x gravy sandwich with onions 3 times, and today again without onions. They literally don't care about their customers here... You're welcome to continue wasting your money on other expensive, delicious beers, but I'm out of it, my dears. & When you win at gambling, the employees ask if they can get something like cockroaches.

If you want to be yelled at or ripped off, this is the right place. They were incredibly unfriendly, looked at me as if I were doing something illegal, and then took two euros from me (they didn't give me back the money and assumed I'd given less). They also spoke very unclearly; I could only understand half of what they were saying, and I had to repeat myself several times until they understood.

My colleague Aytaç once said, "You can't eat a kebab this far out in East Berlin," and I think he meant a kebab shop like this one. Simply the most disgusting kebab I've ever eaten in Berlin. Bland and tasteless, the meat is mushy and tasteless, but it smells funny. I hope I don't get an upset stomach today. Don't eat here.

While not perfect, I'm surprised about the low reviews. The kebabs are decent. The staff are ok, neither rude nor polite. They even take card! My only gripe would be the price on drinks and the indoor area but tbf what kebab place do you expect to be atmospheric!

Yes, it's a kebab, as there are so many of them, and the food and drink on offer usually doesn't need any further mention. Things are neither particularly good nor particularly bad here. However, there is one circumstance that prompted me to give another review. This kebab offers us the opportunity to serve mulled wine at Christmas time in addition to the standard range. And it is not heated in a pot or other heating device, but the mulled wine is always warmed “fresh” in the kettle. Some people might find that disgusting or something like that, but we found it funny, almost charming. 😅 We definitely took the kettle mulled wine to our hearts. And despite the fact that it isn't even that good, we go here every Christmas and order a mulled wine.

Way too expensive and the kebab is just disgusting. Strange red cabbage, sauces that only taste like mayonnaise and the meat inedible. Never again.

I didn't know Köpenik well. In the middle of the cold winter it was nice to pop in for a little snack and warm up. If you don't have high hopes, it's actually nice. The young employee from Şanlıurfa made us very welcome🙋🏻‍♂️

Contrary to the bad reviews, I have to say that my meal didn't take long, the fries were fresh and very tasty as was the half chicken. I can definitely recommend the store 👍🏽

I ordered a kebab that was supposed to be spicy with cheese and jalapenos and I got a kebab with garlic hot and without jalapenos, and the kebab was limp Thank you once is enough for me.

Of course it's a matter of taste: But the kebab tastes very good. Always.

The place was full of weird people. Bad vibes. But decided to enter and order since i saw the certified 'halal food'. Ate a lahmajun here which was bad. Had diarrhea for the 2 following days! I regret going here! Not recommended!

I was there with my friends this evening. We were warmly and openly welcomed at the window. This window is very practical because you don't have to go into the store. But of course that wouldn't be a problem for you, because you would naturally want to enter such a wonderful shop. The service and food was perfect!!! Very nice and quiet environment. We would recommend this bistro to every kebab fan, burger fan... Thanks for the delicious food!!!

After what felt like years, the kebab and the kebab plate were finally excellent again! Fresh vegetables, very tasty sauces, good meat and very crusty bread. The service was very friendly and we felt really welcome. Please continue!

One of the best döner I ever had

A few years ago you could still get stable kebab here, but now that's the exception. Whether you get what you ordered is a matter of luck, sometimes the kebab is only half full, which is simply a disgrace considering the prices. The salad is rarely fresh and the boys are usually in a bad mood behind the counter. 2 stars because there are at least worse shops in the area.

There is a vegan kebab and dürüm made from seitan. In addition to the hot sauce, a vegan cocktail sauce is also available. Unlike most reviews, the staff was very friendly. To eat: a solid vegan kebab. The Seitan comes from Milu Vegan and is deep fried, making it very crispy. I would eat again.

Fraud at the checkout! Pay attention to the change they give you. This isn't the first time they've underspent on me.

The kind of place that always tries to steal money from you. Pay 10€ for a 5.80€ dish and they'll try to give you 2€ back unless you complain. It happens all the time. Sometimes it's hard to know if they're thieves or just awful at math. They are the rotten apple of the alt-stadt. Horrible people, horrible service, horrible food. One of the servers (the short one with black pointy hair) harassed my wife asking her for a "favour" in exchange for her order, making us really uncomfortable. Please close this place down. Police should actually be involved.

Doner was not a masterpiece but average. The employees were not very friendly and spoke unclearly. The furnishings in the store don't work at all, salads didn't look that fresh, glass windows were dirty and too dark and slot machines ruin the ambience. I wish I had a better kebab directly in the old town of Köpenick.

Place is full of weird people, had a full meal including beer and they stopped me leaving because I hadn't paid for the toilet!!! Was then followed by a person who had been acting very strangely in the place, gave him the slip eventually but very unnerving.

Brought a small kebab box. Rice was hot, meat was lukewarm, combined with the herb sauce, it just didn't taste good. Doubt the sauce was homemade. For this price I would have expected more and have already gotten it elsewhere. The ambience is not nice, the cleanliness is okay, the toilet is underground. Probably a no-brainer, in an exposed location, due to a lack of competition. I can't recommend it.

I hope this place gets shut down or bankrupt because Köpenick Altstadt deserves a better döner shop.

Guter Dönerteller und Chickenburger, nettes Personal und ein Fairer Preis

6,50€ für den normalen, etwas kleineren Döner, aber für 7,50€ bekommt man einen riesen Haufen knuspriges Fleisch mit sehr leckeren Soßen (Kräuter, Knoblauch, Scharf), frischem Gemüse und vor allem knusprigem Brot. (Käse gibts natürlich auch für 1€ extra) Manchmal kann das Fleisch etwas zu weich sein, aber ist definitiv nicht die Norm. Es ist meist ein guter Mix aus knusprig und saftig, aber nicht zu fettig. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, schnell (knapp 5 min für zwei Döner) und selbst bei unfreundlichen Kunden noch sehr zurückhaltend und entgegenkommend. Vom normalen Essbereich abgedichtete Raucherecke mit Spielautomaten ist hier natürlich auch vorhanden. Kann ich jedem sehr empfehlen!

Wir wären aufgrund der schlechten Rezensionen eigentlich gar nicht rein gegangen, haben dann aber von einer Einheimischen den Tip bekommen, dass es hier gut ist, und so kehrten wir ein und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Döner, Dönerbox und dürüm waren alle grundsolide und lecker, und schnell zubereitet. Daher geben wir hier auch 4 gerechtfertigte Sterne.

Nie wieder! Die wissen wie man Kunden vergrault. Ich habe schon Trinkgeld gegeben und dann wird man trotzdem mies um sein Geld gebracht. Habe es direkt gemerkt, aber der Typ war sehr beschäftigt schnell in eine Unterhaltung abzutauchen. Hätte ich es nicht extrem eilig gehabt, hätte ich ihn zur Rede gestellt!

No trabajan 24 Uhr. Eso es falso, llegué y estaba cerrado. Me hicieron perder el tiempo para llegar y que no estén trabajando.

Schade das der Service so unfreundlich war und das Dressing in meinem Döner nicht frisch wirkte. Preis passt nicht zur Leistung. :/ keine Empfehlung

Ich habe mir einen Döner gekauft und in meinem hotel die ganze Nacht Durchfall gehabt.

6,50€ jetz für einen kleinen döner 😵‍💫😵‍💫 Der döner ist den hohen Preis aber keines fals wert. 🤑 Die Toilette gleicht einer Bahnhofs Toilette 🤮

Ich würde ja überhaupt keinen Stern geben, aber geht nicht anders . Ich war mit einer Freundin auf Toilette da sie Kreislauf hatte und wir hatten kein Geld dabei um die 4€ Toilette nutzen zu zahlen, auf dem Weg zur Toilette kamen hunderte von Fliegen auf uns zu und dann im Badezimmer herrschte keine Hygiene Das Brot von dem Döner war verschimmelt und das Essen garnicht genießbar. Wir wurden vom Personal angeschrien und beleidigt und rausgeschmissen da wir uns aufgrund der Fliegen beschwert hatten

Leute, leider kann man nicht bestellen, und dann abholen. Außerordentlich GUT!!@

Die Bedienung ist eine volle Katastrophe…unfreundlich, respektlos…baggern deine Freundin vor deinen Augen im Laden an, habe nachts einen Döner mit allen Soßen und leicht scharf bestellt- naja den Döner konnte keiner essen weil er komplett scharf war die… Typen dort juckt nichts die haben ja den Standort mitten in der Altstadt und sind ihren Platz nicht würdig…. BITTE MACHT PLATZ FÜR GUTEN DÖNER HAHA

Es war sauber und ich bin freundlich bedient worden. Der Salat war frisch und schön angerichtet. Das Brot war außen knusprig und innen schön fluffig. Der Seitandöner war ok, die Soße allerdings nicht vegan. Für Vegetarier*innen super.

Total unfreundlich , überteuert und dann noch zu viel abkassiert. 2x Döner + 1 Ayran und 0,5 l Cola für 16,50 € . Berechnet hat er 16,20€. Einfach unverschämt und unfreundlich.!

Dieser Döner war eine Enttäuschung.

Der Mitarbeiter wollte mir ein Stück Brot „der auf dem Boden lag und schmutzig war“ mit einem Dönnerteller geben!!! War erstes und letztes Mal bei dem.

Guter Döner. Esse dort seit Jahren regelmässig mit der Familie. Alles Frisch. Neuerdings gibts sogar veganen Seitandöner. Super. Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht.

Hat seit kurzem auch veganen Döner, aber leider keine Soße. Auf die Frage, ob die scharfe Sauce vegan sei, konnte man mir nicht antworten. Dafür dann dennoch 6€ zu verlangen ist schon ein bisschen übertrieben. Wer explizit vegane Produkte anbietet, sollte wissen, welche Produkte vegan sind. Allerdings war ich auch spät abends dort und es war viel los, vielleicht war die Soße einfach schon ausverkauft. Service war trotz des Trubels sehr in Ordnung, geschmacklich war es auch ok (gemessen an der fehlenden Soße). Ich würde wieder hingehen, aber vorher fragen, ob es vegane Soße gibt. (Tipp: Hummus ist auch vegan)

Schlechtester Döner der Stadt! Extrem unfreundlich, teuer und geht auf keine Extrawünsche ein. In der Bahnhofstraße gibt es viele bessere Alternativen!

DönerBox : 6 Euro! Kaum was drin!. Fleisch eiskalt! und ungeniessbar. Personal unfreundlich und aggressiv bei Reklamation: "PUTIN SCHULD" war neben "DU BESSER JETZT GEHEN!" die einzige Reaktion. Nie wieder !!!! MACHT NEN RIESEN BOGEN UM DIESE BUDE ! EINE SCHANDE FÜR DIE KÖPENICKER ALTSTADT!!!

naja die Pommes waren ganz ok, kamen aber leider in einer Styroporverpackung. Da gibt es doch heutzutage schon gute Alternativen....

Info: Samstag Nacht gegen 4:00 Uhr war der laden auf jeden Fall geschlossen. Nix 24/7 Ja ich verstehe was ihr alle meint. Der Herr hinterm Tresen ist vielleicht nicht der Aufmerksamste oder Freundlichste.. aber dennoch leistet er gute Arbeit. Die Halloumibox fand ich sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Der Döner ist durchschnittlich und nichts überaus besonderes. Trotzdem sehr lecker

Sehr solider (Halloumi-)Döner in Köpenick, meiner Ansicht nach. Gute Saucen (scharf ist sogar scharf!). 4,50 € und ordentliche Größe. Meine Empfehlung.

Unfreundliches Personal. Super arrogant, geht gar nicht! Außerdem wurde bei einer Bestellung aus 5 "Gerichten", sogar noch eins vergessen! Das Essen ist tatsächlich okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Aber das Personal, Alter! Nie wieder!!!
